The invention relates to a cuboidal folding carton having a front wall and a rear wall which are connected to one another by a left side wall and a right side wall to form a wall surrounding an interior space, wherein the left side wall and the right side wall each have a first recess designed as a handle, wherein an upper inner flap is articulated on at least one of the side walls along a first folding edge. The invention further relates to a carton blank, the use of a carton blank and a method for producing a folding carton.Cuboidal folding cartons are generally known and are used, for example, as transfer cartons.
