Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a fire protection collar for a draining device which can be introduced at least partially into a floor or ceiling feedthrough according to the preamble of claim 1 and to a draining device having such a fire protection collar according to the preamble of claim 15.A fire protection cuff of the aforementioned type is known from DE 10 2010 030 836 B4. The floor drain described therein can be inserted into a continuous floor opening and comprises a drain pot with an upper flange edge and a lower drain connection piece as well as a fire protection sleeve. The fire protection sleeve comprises fire protection means and a heat- and pressure-stable retaining body with a through-opening for the outlet stub, wherein the fire protection means are arranged on an inner region of the through-opening of the retaining body and on an outer region of the lateral surface of the retaining body, and wherein the fire protection sleeve is fastened to the floor outlet, in particular to the underside of the outlet pot, such that the fire protection sleeve is arranged in the installed position in the floor opening such that the outlet stub is located centrally within the through-opening of the retaining body. The fastening of the fire protection sleeve to the drain pot has proven to be disadvantageous because as a result, as a rule, a fixed distance of the fire protection sleeve from the drain pot is predefined. The problem underlying the present invention is the provision of a fire protection cuff of the type mentioned at the beginning which can be positioned more variably in the floor or ceiling passage. Furthermore, a draining device with such a fire protection cuff should be specified. This is achieved according to the invention by a fire protection sleeve of the type mentioned at the beginning with the characterizing features of claim 1 and by a draining device of the type mentioned at the beginning with the characterizing features of claim 15.According to claim 1, it is provided that the fastening device has a clamping element which can be transferred from a first state, in which the fire protection sleeve can be introduced into the floor or ceiling leadthrough, into a second state, in which the clamping element can bring about or support a fixing of the fire protection sleeve in the floor or ceiling leadthrough, wherein the clamping element in the second state is at least partially expanded in a radial direction perpendicular to the axial direction than in the first state. By means of this configuration, the fire protection sleeve can be fastened in the floor or ceiling leadthrough without the fire protection sleeve being fastened to the drain device in the process. The height of the fire protection sleeve in the floor or ceiling passage can thus be selected independently of the position of the drain device. In particular, the fire protection sleeve can also be applied optionally to a downwardly projecting outlet connection of the outlet device or to an outlet pipe connected to the outlet device and projecting downwardly therefrom. It is possible that the clamping element in the first state has at least one first section extending in a plane and at least one second section offset in the axial direction with respect to the first section, wherein the offset between the first and the second section is greater in the first state than in the second state. By reducing the offset in the transition from the first to the second state, the radial expansion of the clamping element is increased. It can be provided here that the clamping element has at least two second sections which are opposite one another relative to the through-opening. By means of this configuration, the increase in the radial extent of the clamping element can be effected simultaneously on mutually opposite sides of the clamping element. It is possible for the clamping element to have at least one third section which extends between the at least one first section and the at least one second section, wherein the third section encloses an angle with the plane in which the first section extends which is greater in the first state than in the second state. In this case, the reduction in the angle during the transition from the first state to the second state increases the radial extent of the clamping element.Alternatively, it can be provided that instead of the inclined third section, a continuous transition from the at least one first section to the at least one second section is provided, which is formed by at least one curved surface. It can be provided that the fire protection sleeve comprises a molded part which consists at least partially of the fire protection compound, wherein the molded part extends around the through-opening. The molded part can be configured to rest on its side facing the through-opening or its radially inner side in a smoke-tight manner against a downwardly projecting outlet connection piece of the outlet device or against an outlet pipe connected to the outlet device and projecting downwardly therefrom. The fire protection composition consists in particular of an intumescent material. Furthermore, the molded part can have cavities. Furthermore, there is the possibility that the molded part is produced by casting or injection molding. It is possible for the fire protection sleeve, in particular the fastening device, to comprise two annular disks which extend around the through-opening. These disks are made in particular of metal. Alternatively, there is also the possibility that the disks consist of plastic, for example of thermosetting plastic. In this case, a first of the disks in the installed state can be arranged below the molded part in the axial direction and a second of the disks in the installed state can be arranged above the molded part in the axial direction. In the event of a fire, the panes can prevent the expanding fire protection compound from spreading upwards and downwards. It can be provided that the fire protection collar, in particular the fastening device, comprises a screw device. The screw device can have at least one screw, in particular at least two screws, and at least one internal thread, in particular at least two internal threads, interacting with the at least one screw, wherein the at least one internal thread is formed, for example, in a nut or a rivet nut.It is possible that the screw device is designed to transfer the clamping element from the first state into the second state. As a result, the securing of the fire protection sleeve in the floor or ceiling feedthrough is comparatively simple, because after positioning the fire protection sleeve at the desired height, only the screw device has to be actuated, wherein for example two screws have to be screwed into two corresponding internal threads. In particular, the screw device can be designed to move the two disks in the axial direction towards each other in order to thereby transfer the clamping element from the first state into the second state. Thus, for example, at least one bore for the passage of a screw can be provided on one of the disks and at least one nut for the screwing in of the screw can be provided on the other disk.It can be provided that the clamping element is designed at least in sections as an annular clamping disk which extends around the through-opening. The clamping element can form one of the panes or be connected to one of the panes, in particular wherein the clamping element is arranged between one of the panes and the molded body. Due to the arrangement of the clamping element between one of the disks and the molded body, a force acting in the axial direction is exerted on the clamping element when the disks are moved toward one another, which force can cause a reduction in the offset between the first and the second section of the clamping element, so that the radial expansion of the clamping element is increased and the fire protection sleeve is thereby fixed in the floor or ceiling feedthrough. It is possible for the fire protection sleeve to comprise a sealing ring which, in the installed state, bears against the inner side of the floor or ceiling leadthrough. The sealing ring can ensure smoke-proof contact of the fire protection collar on the inner side of the floor or ceiling leadthrough. In particular, the sealing ring can be injection-molded onto the outer side of the molded body. Alternatively, the molded body can have an outer circumferential groove, in which a sealing ring separate from the molded body is arranged.According to claim 15, it is provided that the fire protection sleeve is a fire protection sleeve according to the invention.Further features and advantages of exemplary embodiments of the invention are described below with reference to the drawings. It is also possible that a device according to the invention only has individual features of the exemplary embodiments described below. The embodiments of a fire protection cuff 1 depicted in the figures are substantially ring-shaped. The fire protection collar 1 has a through opening 2 extending in an axial direction A in the middle for receiving a discharge connection piece of a discharge device or a discharge pipe connected to the discharge device (see FIG. 1 ). It is entirely possible for the passage opening 2 to be arranged not centrally but eccentrically. The fire protection sleeve 1 further comprises a molded part 3 which consists of a fire protection compound which can increase its volume at elevated temperatures. The fire protection composition consists in particular of an intumescent material. Furthermore, the molded part 3 can have cavities 4 (see FIGS. 15 and 16 ). Furthermore, there is the possibility that the molded part 3 is produced by casting or injection molding. The fire protection collar 1 further comprises two annular disks 5, 6, wherein the first disk 5 is arranged below the molded part 3 in the installed state in the axial direction A and the second disk 6 is arranged above the molded part 3 in the installed state in the axial direction A. The disks 5, 6 are made of metal in particular. Alternatively, there is also the possibility that the disks 5, 6 consist of plastic, for example of thermosetting plastic. The fire protection collar 1 further comprises a clamping element 7, which is designed at least in sections as an annular clamping disk, which extends around the through-opening 2 (see FIGS. 1 to 4 ). The clamping element 7 is made of metal in particular. In the assembled state of the fire protection collar 1, the clamping element 7 is arranged between the second or upper pane 6 and the molded part 3. Alternatively, it is possible that the clamping element 7 is arranged between the first or lower pane 6 and the molded part 3 in the assembled state of the fire protection sleeve 1. In a further alternative embodiment, the clamping element 7 can form one of the disks 5, 6.In the exemplary embodiment depicted, the clamping element 7 is firmly connected to the second or upper pane 6 by means of two rivet nuts 8 (see FIGS. 5 and 6 ). For the connection, the clamping element 7 and the second disk 6 each have two aligned bores 9, 10 in the connected state. The clamping element 7 is part of a fastening device which serves to secure the fire protection collar 1 in a floor or ceiling feedthrough 15. For this purpose, the clamping element 7 can be transferred from a first state, in which the fire protection sleeve 1 can be introduced into the floor or ceiling leadthrough 15 (see FIGS. 11 and 12 and also FIGS. 15 and 16 ), into a second state, in which the clamping element 7 can bring about or support a fixing of the fire protection sleeve in the floor or ceiling leadthrough 15 (see FIGS. 13 and 14 and also FIGS. 17 and 18 ).The clamping element 7 depicted in detail in FIGS. 2 to 4 has, in the first state, a first section 11 extending in a plane perpendicular to the axial direction A and two second sections 12 offset with respect to the first section 11 in the axial direction A (see FIG. 4 ). The second portions 12 are opposed to each other in the radial direction R relative to the through hole 2. The bores 9 in the first section 11 and with respect to the radial direction R are arranged centrally in the clamping element 7.It is entirely possible to provide only one second section 12 or more than two second sections 12.The clamping element has two third sections 13 which each extend between the first section 11 and one of the second sections 12. The third sections 13 each enclose an angle α with the plane in which the first section 11 extends (see FIG. 4 ). It is entirely possible to provide only one third section 13 or more than two third sections 13.In the exemplary embodiments depicted, the third sections 13 form an inclined step between the first section 11 and the two second sections 12, and it is certainly possible not to provide a direct step, but rather to form the transition from the first section 11 to the second sections 12 in a curved manner, in particular by curved surfaces which extend between the first section 11 and the second sections 12. In this case, the first section 11 and / or the second sections 12 can also be less extended in the direction R, so that large parts of the clamping element 7 can be curved. The axial offset between the first section 11 and the second sections 11, 12 is greater in the first state depicted, for example, in FIGS. 4 and 16 than in the second state depicted, for example, in FIG. 18. Accordingly, the angles α that the third portions 13 enclose with the plane of the first portion 11 are also greater in the first state than in the second state. In the second state depicted in FIG. 18, the offset is equal to zero and is therefore minimal. As a result, the angles α in this example depicted in FIG. 18 are also equal to zero, such that the second sections 12 and the third sections 13 extend in the plane of the first section 11. It is entirely possible that the second sections 12 do not extend in the planes of the first section 11 in the second state, so that at least a small axial offset is still provided between the first section 11 and the second sections 2.By reducing the offset between the first section 11 and the second sections 12 or by reducing the angle α between the plane of the first section 11 and the third section 13 during the transition from the first to the second state, the radial expansion of the clamping element 7 is increased. This can be seen from the comparison of FIG. 16 and FIG. 18.It is evident that in the second state according to FIG. 18 (see also FIG. 9 in this respect) the outer end 14 of the second sections 12 of the clamping element 7 projects radially further outwards than in the first state depicted in FIG. 16 (see also FIG. 7 in this respect). As a result, the fire protection collar 1 can be fixed in the floor or ceiling leadthrough 15.The fastening device serving for fixing comprises, in addition to the clamping element 7, the two disks 5, 6 and a screw device. The screwing device has two screws 16 which extend from the underside of the first pane 5 through bores 17 in this pane 5 and through bores 18 in the molded part 3 into an internal thread of the rivet nuts 8. It is entirely possible to provide another screwing device in which, for example, simple nuts are used instead of the rivet nuts. When the screws 16 are screwed into the internal threads of the rivet nuts 8, the axial distance between the two disks 5, 6 is reduced. Due to the arrangement of the clamping element 7 between the upper or second disk 6 and the molded body 3, a force acting in the axial direction A is exerted on the clamping element 7 when the disks 5, 6 are moved toward one another. This force presses the first section 11 downward (see FIGS. 16 and 18 ) or reduces the axial offset between the first section 11 and the second sections 12 As a result, the radial extent of the clamping element 7 is increased, so that the fire protection collar 1 is fixed in the floor or ceiling leadthrough 15.FIGS. 11 to 18 show a draining device comprising a draining device 19 and fire protection cuff 1. The drain device 19 has a drain pot 20 and a drain port 21 extending downward from the drain pot 20. A drain pipe 22 is pushed onto the drain connection 21 from below (see FIG. 15 ).In the exemplary embodiment depicted, the fire protection collar 1 is pushed with its through opening 2 onto the outlet pipe 22. However, it is entirely possible for the fire protection sleeve 1 to be pushed with its through-opening 2 onto the outlet connection piece 21, and for the connection to the outlet pipe 22 to be effected accordingly only in a region of the outlet connection piece 21 arranged below the fire protection sleeve 1.The fire protection collar 1 further comprises a sealing ring 23, which in the installed state abuts the inner side of the floor or ceiling leadthrough 15 (see FIGS. 1, 7 and 16 ). The sealing ring 23 can ensure smoke-proof contact of the fire protection collar 1 on the inner side of the floor or ceiling leadthrough 15. In the exemplary embodiment depicted, the molded body 3 has an outer circumferential groove 24, in which the sealing ring 23 is arranged. Alternatively, the sealing ring 23 can be injection-molded onto the outer side of the molded body 3.FIGS. 19 to 21 show a second embodiment of the clamping element 7. In this clamping element 7, in contrast to the first embodiment, the second sections 12 are more extended in the radial direction R, so that the offset formed by the third sections 13 is arranged closer to the bores 9. Furthermore, the through-opening 2 of the clamping element 7 is not circular in this embodiment, but oval, wherein the extent of the through-opening 2 is greater in the radial direction R than in the transverse direction of the clamping element 7 perpendicular thereto. The through-openings 2 in the discs 5, 6 and the shaped part 3 have a circular cross-section in this embodiment too.The oval shape of the through-opening 2 of the clamping element 7 results in two first sections 11 which are not connected to one another and have only a small extent. They extend in each case only around the bores 9.References included in the specificationThis list of documents cited by the applicant has been produced in an automated manner and is only included for the better information of the reader.
