Abstract
Description
[0001] The present invention relates to an element for holding objects inside a cabin of an agricultural work machine, in particular a tractor, according to the preamble of independent patent claim 1, to a cabin for an agricultural work machine, in particular a tractor, with at least one element for holding objects inside the cabin according to the preamble of independent patent claim 13, and to an agricultural work machine, in particular a tractor, with a cabin according to the preamble of independent patent claim 14.
[0002] Cabins for agricultural machinery, such as tractors, represent a fully-fledged workplace that is often used by an operator throughout an entire working day. Depending on the task to be performed using the agricultural machinery, its duration, and the prevailing weather conditions, the operator equips the cabin differently before starting the work task. Certain tasks may require the use of assistance systems. Certain assistance systems are available on a control unit of the agricultural machinery and can be operated and displayed via a terminal / display inside the cabin. Other assistance systems, however, are not offered by the manufacturer of the agricultural machinery itself and must therefore be obtained from other service providers. In order for such assistance systems to be used when carrying out a work task, it is often necessary to mount or attach additional displays / terminals inside the cabin and to supply them with the necessary data via cables, lines or the like and / or to integrate them into the network of the agricultural work machine.
[0003] In addition to items such as displays / terminals and the necessary cables, lines, etc., the operator of the agricultural machine often takes other items into the cab. If the operator begins work in the early morning hours, for example, they will usually first enter the cab wearing a jacket, depending on the prevailing weather conditions, as the cab is not yet warmed up. However, as soon as the cab is heated up via an existing HVAC system, the operator usually removes their jacket. Operators often also wear a hat to protect themselves from the sun and / or to prevent visibility from being obstructed by sunlight entering the cab. If the weather conditions change, there may be a need to remove the hat and stow it inside the cab.
[0004] Furthermore, the operator also takes food and / or drinks into the cab, since the machine should be fully utilized during the short harvest season, and the working days are therefore often, as described above, long and without long breaks.
[0005] Fundamentally, there is a need to be able to reliably position or stow these items inside the cabin. However, there are often no storage compartments and / or devices for attaching or holding cables, lines, or similar items, as well as items of clothing, in sufficient numbers and / or at various locations inside the cabin. Clothing and / or food and drinks are therefore often simply placed inside the cabin, where they can then move uncontrollably inside the cabin during operation of the agricultural machine. Cables, lines, or similar items dangle from the displays / terminals and impede the operator's operation of the agricultural machine.
[0006] In this context, for example, an interchangeable holder system for a cabin of an agricultural work machine is known from WO 2023 / 043752 A1. The holder system comprises a holder on a trim element inside the cabin, wherein the holder comprises a ramp formed on a rear portion and a lower portion. The holder system further comprises a removable holder with a back plate having a front part and a rear part, a side wall, wherein the side wall and the front part of the back plate together form a receptacle. The removable holder further comprises a projection extending outwardly from the rear part of the back plate and an arm extending from the rear part of the back plate, wherein the arm has a securing projection, wherein the securing projection is arranged on a distal part of the arm. When the removable bracket is mounted in the cab of the work machine, the projection of the removable bracket can engage with the ramp of the bracket, and the securing projection of the boom can engage with the lower section of the bracket.
[0007] Such a holder system in the cabin of an agricultural machine therefore generally allows objects such as food, drinks and / or clothing to be stored there. However, the disadvantage is that it can generally only be mounted or attached in one place within the cabin. If the holder is removed from the mount, for example because it is no longer needed in the cabin, the appearance of the cabin interior is significantly impaired due to its complex design. Furthermore, attaching smaller objects and / or cables, lines or the like, for example for the purpose of routing such cables, lines or the like inside the cabin, is not possible at all using such a system, as it merely provides a large receptacle in which objects can be placed or stored.Furthermore, the production of such a holder system is very complex and requires a special geometric design of the cladding elements, which leads to considerable production costs.
[0008] Based on this, it is therefore the object of the present invention to eliminate the described disadvantages of the prior art and in particular to provide an element for holding objects which can be easily attached and detached inside the cabin and at the same time enables the holding of a wide variety of objects inside the cabin in such a way that the operator experiences as little as possible, preferably no impairment at all, with regard to comfort, visibility and / or accessibility during operation of an agricultural work machine.
[0009] This object is achieved according to the invention by the features of independent patent claim 1, wherein advantageous developments of the element according to the invention are the subject of the corresponding dependent patent claims 2 to 12.
[0010] Accordingly, the present invention relates to an element for holding objects inside a cab of an agricultural work machine, in particular a tractor. The element comprises a holding section for holding objects and a fastening section adjacent to the holding section for fastening the element to a structural element, preferably a cladding element, of the cab. The element is characterized in that the fastening section is provided and designed to engage, when the element is fastened, in a penetration in the structural element that is complementary to the fastening section, wherein the fastening section comprises a locking structure by means of which the element can be releasably fastened to the structural element, wherein the locking structure is arranged on the fastening section in such a way that it engages behind the structural element when the element is fastened.
[0011] The design according to the invention creates a particularly uncomplicated way of holding or fastening a wide variety of objects inside the cabin. The design according to the invention of the element in the form of a holding section and an adjacent fastening section with a locking structure, as well as the interaction with the complementary penetration formed in one or more structural elements of the cabin, ensures, on the one hand, a compact design of the element and, on the other hand, that the element can be quickly and easily attached to or detached from a structural element of the cabin and can therefore be exchanged at any time depending on the object to be held. Objects such as jackets or other items of clothing can therefore be positioned or fastened to one or more structural elements of the cabin by means of the element.be attached without compromising the comfort and / or visibility of an operator inside the cabin. If cables, lines or the like required for the integration of an additional display / terminal are present inside the cabin, the element ensures that these can be routed along the structural element(s) or cladding element. Cables, lines or the like therefore no longer simply hang down from the display / terminal, obstructing the operator's view. Instead, cables, lines or the like can be routed from the display / terminal in a structured manner inside the cabin so that they do not cause any disruption. The compact design of the element according to the invention further ensures that the element, when attached to the structural element of the cabin, blends in homogeneously with the appearance of the interior of the cabin and is not perceived as a disturbing foreign body.
[0012] According to an advantageous development of the invention, it is provided that, for the detachable fastening of the element, an orientation of the element engaging in the penetration by means of the fastening section can be changed relative to the structural element.
[0013] It is preferably provided that, for the detachable fastening of the element, the orientation of the element engaging in the penetration by means of the fastening section can be changed relative to the structural element by an angle of 90°.
[0014] After inserting the element into the complementary penetration on the structural element, the required engagement for fastening can be achieved particularly easily and quickly by simply changing the orientation of the element, particularly by rotating it. Attaching and detaching the element is thus a straightforward process for the operator and requires little time.
[0015] According to an advantageous development of the invention, it is provided that the element comprises a contact surface which, in the fastened state of the element, rests against a surface of the structural element facing the interior of the cabin, wherein the contact surface is formed by an end face of the holding section from which the fastening section extends.
[0016] According to an advantageous development of the invention, it is provided that the locking structure is formed at an end of the fastening section pointing away from the holding section.
[0017] A positive fastening of the element to the structural element is achieved by the contact surface, which, when the element is fastened, rests against a surface of the structural element facing the interior of the cabin, and the locking structure on the fastening section, which is formed in particular at the end of the fastening section. The structural element is thus received between the contact surface and the locking structure of the element, whereby, in addition to preventing movement relative to the structural element transversely to the insertion or extension direction of the element due to the arrangement of the fastening section in the complementary penetration, movement of the element relative to the structural element in the insertion or extension direction of the element is also prevented.
[0018] According to an advantageous development of the invention, it is provided that the locking structure is provided and configured to interact with a guide structure of the structural element, which is formed on a surface of the structural element facing away from the interior of the cabin, circumferentially surrounding the penetration in some areas.
[0019] Preferably, the locking structure is provided and configured to cooperate with a guide structure designed as at least one ramp-shaped guide element with an end stop.
[0020] The guide structure of the structural element ensures that when the orientation of the element for fastening the element to the structural element changes, in particular when it is rotated, the locking structure for forming the rear grip is reliably guided and the orientation of the element is not changed more than necessary for fastening. Furthermore, the guide structure, particularly when it is designed as at least one ramp-shaped guide element, creates a frictional connection in addition to the positive connection when the element is fastened. The fastening of the element by means of a positive and non-positive engagement ensures that the element cannot become undesirably loose when fastened, for example due to vibrations occurring during operation of the agricultural machine, triggered by working units of the agricultural machine, and / or shocks occurring during operation.
[0021] According to an advantageous development of the invention, it is provided that the fastening section is cylindrical, preferably hollow-cylindrical, wherein the locking structure is arranged on a circumferential surface of the fastening section.
[0022] The cylindrical design of the fastening section allows for particularly simple positioning of the fastening section in the complementary penetration of the structural element. The cylindrical design of the fastening section and the resulting cylindrical design of the penetration also make it particularly easy to change the orientation of the element relative to the structural element in order to fasten the element to the structural element, since the peripheral surface of the fastening section can slide along the wall defining the penetration when the orientation changes.
[0023] According to an advantageous development of the invention, it is provided that the locking structure comprises two projections, wherein the projections are formed on the circumferential surface of the fastening portion spaced from one another in the circumferential direction.
[0024] According to an advantageous development of the invention, it is provided that the projections are diametrically opposite one another in the circumferential direction.
[0025] By designing the locking structure in the form of two projections that are spaced apart from one another in the circumferential direction, preferably diametrically opposite one another, on the circumferential surface, the rear grip required for fastening the element to the structural element can be formed particularly easily. Due to the complementary design of the penetration, this also has a groove designed corresponding to the projections, which allows the projections to be guided during an insertion or removal process of the element. If the element is fully inserted into the penetration of the structural element by means of the fastening section, the projections protrude beyond the rear of the structural element. If the orientation of the element is now changed for the purpose of fastening the element, the projections rest against a surface of the structural element facing away from the interior of the cabin, thereby forming the rear grip.
[0026] Preferably, the projections are provided and configured to cooperate with two ramp-shaped guide elements which are spaced apart from one another in the circumferential direction, preferably diametrically opposite one another, on the surface of the structural element facing away from the interior of the cabin.
[0027] When the orientation of the element changes, the projections slide along the ramp-shaped guide elements to secure it. Due to the ramp-shaped design, a continuously increasing frictional force is generated between the projections and the guide elements during the sliding process. At the end of the movement, the element is thus not only positively secured to the structural element by means of the projections, but also non-positively.
[0028] According to an advantageous development of the invention, it is provided that the projections extend to different distances in the circumferential direction on the circumferential surface of the fastening section.
[0029] This design ensures that the element for fastening to the structural element can only be inserted into the penetration in a very specific orientation. After changing the orientation, i.e., performing the rotational movement, the element, in the attached state, always assumes the correct orientation relative to the structural element for attaching or positioning the object(s).
[0030] According to an advantageous development of the invention, it is provided that the holding section is designed in the form of a clamp or a hook.
[0031] This makes it possible to mount a wide variety of objects inside the cabin. Depending on the object, an element with a suitable mounting section can be selected and attached to the structural element of the cabin. This design thus provides a high degree of flexibility in the mounting or attachment of objects inside the cabin.
[0032] The object of the invention is further achieved by a cabin for an agricultural work machine, in particular a tractor, with at least one element for holding objects in the interior of the cabin according to independent patent claim 13.
[0033] Furthermore, the object of the invention is achieved by an agricultural working machine, in particular a tractor, with a cabin according to independent patent claim 14.
[0034] The present invention is described in more detail below with reference to the embodiments shown in the figures.
[0035] They show: Fig. 1 a schematic and exemplary representation of an agricultural working machine according to the invention in the form of a tractor; Fig. 2 a schematic and exemplary representation of a first embodiment of an element according to the invention for holding objects in a structural element of a cabin of the agricultural work machine from Fig. 1 fixed state; Fig. 3 a schematic and exemplary representation of a second embodiment of an element according to the invention for holding objects in a structural element of a cabin of the agricultural work machine from Fig. 1 fixed state; and Fig. 4 a schematic and exemplary representation of the element according to the invention for holding objects according to the Fig. 2 or Fig. 3 illustrated embodiment with a view of a surface of the structural element facing away from the interior of the cabin.
[0036] Fig. Figure 1 shows a schematic and exemplary representation of an agricultural work machine 1 according to the invention in the form of a tractor 2, the basic structure of which is known. The agricultural work machine 1 accordingly comprises a plurality of working units (not shown in the figures) that serve to drive or operate the agricultural work machine 1 and / or to drive or operate an attachment (not shown in the figures) that can be coupled to the agricultural work machine 1.
[0037] For controlling and generally monitoring the operation of the agricultural working machine 1, the agricultural working machine 1 comprises a cabin 3 according to the invention, in which an operator 4 is located during operation of the agricultural working machine 1 to control the same. Furthermore, the cabin 3 comprises a frame 5, which, as shown in Fig. 1, comprises a cabin floor 6, a cabin roof 7 and cabin struts 8 connecting the cabin floor 6 and the cabin roof 7. The cabin struts 8 comprise the essentially vertically running cabin pillars, also called A and B pillars, as well as any cross struts extending between the cabin pillars. Between the cabin pillars forming the A pillars, the cabin floor 6 and the cabin roof 7 extends a front window 9 which forms a front spatial closure of the cabin 3. In addition to the front window 9, the cabin 3 comprises side windows 10 on each of its sides, which can be part of an access door to the cabin 3. The side windows 10 extend between a respective cabin pillar forming an A pillar and a respective cabin pillar forming a B pillar.Furthermore, the cabin 3 comprises a rear window 11 which extends between the cabin pillars forming the B-pillars, the cabin roof 7 and a rear cross member and which is pivotally mounted on the frame 5, for example on the cabin roof 7 or the cabin pillars forming the B-pillars.
[0038] Inside the cabin 3, in addition to a driver's seat on which the operator 4 of the agricultural work machine 1 can sit to control it, there is a steering column 12 with a steering wheel 13 for steering the agricultural work machine 1 during operation. The frame 5 or the frame elements forming the frame 5, cabin floor 6, cabin roof 7, and cabin struts 8, are at least partially surrounded or covered by cladding elements 14. In other words, cladding elements 14 are arranged at least partially on the frame 5 inside the cabin 3.
[0039] The cladding elements 14 serve to provide the operator 4, who is located inside the cabin 3 during operation of the agricultural work machine 1, with an appealing visual impression of the cabin 3. At the same time, the cladding elements 14 serve to route cables, lines, or the like, which are required, for example, for implementing the steering function or for transmitting data between various electronic devices inside and outside the cabin 3, inside the cabin 3 without them being noticed by the operator 4. Typically, the cladding elements 14 are made of a plastic, preferably a polyurethane plastic. However, the cladding elements 14 can also be made of other materials, for example a metal such as aluminum, stainless steel, or the like, and / or wood.It is equally conceivable for the cladding elements 14 to be formed from a mix of materials, for example, in such a way that the cladding element 14 is predominantly made of plastic, but includes applications or inserts made of another material, for example, metal and / or wood. The cladding elements 14 or regions of the cladding elements 14 can also be provided with coverings, for example, made of fabric and / or leather, which ensure an appealing visual and / or tactile perception in the interior of the cabin 3.
[0040] The frame 5 or the frame elements forming the frame 5, i.e. the cabin floor 6, cabin roof 7 and cabin struts 8, as well as the cladding elements 14 represent structural elements 15 of the cabin 3.
[0041] As described above, there is often a need to hold or position objects inside the cabin 3. Such objects—not shown in the figures—can be, for example, cables, lines, or the like that must be routed inside the cabin 3, and / or items of clothing, such as a jacket, that are to be hung inside the cabin 3. To enable such holding or positioning of objects inside the cabin 3, at least one element 16 for holding objects is provided.
[0042] The element 16 comprises a support portion 17 for supporting objects and a fastening portion 18 adjacent to the support portion 17 for fastening the element 16 to a structural element 15. In other words, the element 16 is formed from the support portion 17 and the fastening portion 18 adjacent to the support portion 17.
[0043] When the element 16 is fastened to a structural element 15 of the cabin 3, the fastening section 18 engages in a penetration 19 in the structural element 15 that is complementary to the fastening section 18. To enable the element 16 to be releasably fastened to the structural element 15, the fastening section 18 comprises a locking structure 20. The locking structure 20 is arranged on the fastening section 18 in such a way that it engages behind the structural element 15 when the element 16 is fastened.
[0044] The locking structure 20 is in particular arranged on the fastening section 18 in such a way that by changing the orientation of the element 16 after it has been inserted into the penetration 19 of the structural element 15 with the fastening section 18, i.e. by engaging in the penetration 19 by means of the fastening section 18, the rear grip for fastening the element 16 to the structural element 15 is formed. The change in the orientation of the element 16 is achieved by rotating the element 16 about a rotation axis A running centrally through the penetration 19. Preferably, the locking structure 20 is designed or arranged on the fastening section 18 in such a way that when the orientation of the element 16 is changed by an angle of 90°, the rear grip for fastening the element 16 to the structural element 15 is formed.
[0045] To ensure that the element 16 cannot be inserted or plugged into the penetration 19 to an unlimited extent, the element 16 comprises a contact surface 21. When the element 16 is fastened, the contact surface 21 rests against a surface 22 of the structural element 15 facing the interior of the cabin 3. The contact surface 21 is formed by an end face 23 of the mounting section 17. The fastening section 18 is directly adjacent to the end face 23 and thus extends from the end face 23 of the mounting section 17. The locking structure 20 is preferably arranged or designed on the fastening section 18 in such a way that, provided the fastening section 18 is fully inserted into the penetration 19 or fully engages the penetration 19, the contact surface 21 thus rests against the surface 22 of the structural element 15 and protrudes rearward from the penetration 19.
[0046] To ensure that the element 16 is reliably fastened to the structural element 15, the locking structure 20 of the element 16 interacts with a guide structure 24 formed on the structural element 15. The guide structure 24 is arranged or formed on a surface 25 of the structural element 15 facing away from the interior of the cabin 3, wherein it circumferentially surrounds the penetration 19 in some areas. In other words, the guide structure 24 is formed or arranged on the surface 25 of the structural element 15 against which the locking structure 20 partially bears to form the rear engagement. The locking structure 20 of the element 16 is guided by the guide structure 24 during the movement, i.e., the rotation, such that the locking structure 20 engages behind the structural element 15 after the movement has ended, i.e., when the element 16 is fastened to the structural element 15.
[0047] A fastening process of the element 16 to a structural element 15 of the cabin 3 therefore takes place according to the following procedure. The element 16 is inserted with its fastening section 18 into the complementary penetration 19 in the structural element 15. After the fastening section 18 fully engages the penetration 19, the element 16 is rotated so that the orientation of the element 16 relative to the structural element 15 is changed. During the rotational movement of the element 16, the locking structure 20 is guided on the guide structure 24 of the structural element 15, whereby the rear grip is formed. If the element 16 is to be detached from the structural element 15 again, the element 16 is rotated accordingly in the opposite direction of rotation so that the rear grip is released and the element 16 or the fastening section 18 of the element 16 can be pulled out of the penetration 19 of the structural element 15 again.
[0048] Referring to the Fig. 2 to 4, embodiments of the element 16 for holding objects inside the cabin 3 are described in detail below.
[0049] In the Fig. In the embodiments shown in Figures 2 to 4 and thus preferred, the structural element 15 is formed by a cladding element 14 of the cabin 3, in particular by a cladding element 14 that covers a cabin strut 8 designed as a cabin pillar. However, the element 16 is also fundamentally suitable for being arranged or attached to other structural elements 15 of the cabin 3.
[0050] The fastening section 18 of the element 16 is cylindrical, in particular hollow-cylindrical. The locking structure 20 is arranged or formed on a circumferential surface 27 of the fastening section 18 at an end 26 of the fastening section 18 pointing away from the holding section 17. The locking structure 20 is formed in particular by two projections 28. The projections 28 are spaced apart from one another on the circumferential surface 27 of the fastening section 18 in the circumferential direction U, preferably such that they are diametrically opposite one another in the circumferential direction U. Furthermore, the projections 28 are formed or arranged on the circumferential surface 27 of the fastening section 18 directly adjacent to an end face 29 of the fastening section 18 defining the end 26. The projections 28 extend from the end 26 or the end face 29 in the direction of the holding section 17 or.of the end face 25 on the circumferential surface 27, preferably over half the length of the fastening section 18, which is defined by the distance between the end faces 25, 29, or less. The extension of the projections 28 in the circumferential direction U on the circumferential surface 27 varies in length.
[0051] Since the penetration 19 in the structural element 15 is designed to complement the fastening section 18 or the outer shape of the fastening section 18, the penetration 19 accordingly comprises two grooves 30, which are diametrically opposite one another in the circumferential direction U and extend to different lengths in the circumferential direction U. This design ensures that the element 16 can only be inserted into the penetration 19 in a very specific orientation for fastening to the structural element 15. After the movement, in particular the rotational movement, has been performed, the element 16, in the fastened state, always assumes the correct orientation relative to the structural element 15.
[0052] The guide structure 21, which ensures that a positive and non-positive engagement of element 16 and structural element 15 is formed after the fastening section 18 has been fully inserted into the penetration 19, i.e., until the contact surface 21 rests against the surface 22, is designed in the form of two ramp-shaped guide elements 31. The guide elements 31 are arranged diametrically opposite one another on the surface 25 of the structural element 15 facing away from the interior of the cabin 3, circumferentially surrounding the penetration 19 in some areas. At the end of each ramp-shaped guide element 31, specifically at the higher end of the ramp-shaped guide element 31, a stop 32 is formed or provided, against which a projection 28 rests in each case when the element 16 is fastened to the structural element 15.The projections 28 on the fastening section 18 of the element 16, which protrude from the penetration 19 provided the fastening section 18 fully engages in the penetration 19, i.e. the contact surface 21 rests against the surface 22 of the structural element 15, slide along the ramp-shaped guide element 31 during a rotational movement of the element 16 until they come into contact with the respective stop 32 of the ramp-shaped guide element 31. In addition to the positive connection, the ramp shape of the guide elements 31 also creates a frictional connection for fastening the element 16 to the structural element 15. The element 16 is thus secured against unintentional detachment from the structural element 15, for example due to shocks and / or vibrations during operation of the agricultural machine 1.
[0053] In order to allow the element 16 to position a wide variety of objects inside the cabin 3, the holding section 17 of the element 16 can be designed in different ways. If, for example, lines, cables or the like are to be positioned inside the cabin 3, the holding section 17 of the element 16 is designed in the form of a clamp 33, as shown in FIG. 2. However, if a piece of clothing is to be positioned inside the cabin 3, the holding section 17 of the element 16 is designed in the form of a clamp 33, as shown in FIG. Fig. 3, in the form of a hook 34. Further configurations of the holding section 17 are equally conceivable.
[0054] Within the interior of the cabin 3, there may be only one penetration 19 in a structural element 15, or a plurality of penetrations 19 may be formed in one or more structural elements 15. An operator 4 of the agricultural machine therefore has the option of attaching an element 16 at a specific location or at various locations within the cabin 3 in order to hold or position objects there. Of course, multiple elements 16 may also be provided so that various objects can be positioned simultaneously within the cabin 3. The penetration 19 may be closed by a closure (not shown in the figures) if no element 16 is inserted therein.
[0055] Finally, it should be noted that the embodiments described above serve only to describe the claimed teaching, but are in no way to be regarded as limiting or exhaustive.
