Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to a seat for a passenger transport vehicle, comprising a backrest with a front side and a back side and a table arranged on the back side of the backrest.
[0002] Furthermore, the invention relates to a vehicle for transporting people, comprising at least one such seat or a seat further developed as described below.
[0003] Currently, no individual lockable storage solutions are used in the passenger seating area of passenger transport vehicles.
[0004] Patent EP 3 795 417 B1 describes a seat designed as a closable, permanently formed cavity in the backrest. This has the disadvantage that the space in the backrest must be additionally provided, resulting in a greater depth of the backrest or reduced seating comfort.
[0005] Based on this, the object of the invention is to provide an improved seat with individual storage space solution.
[0006] This problem is solved by the seat of claim 1 and the vehicle of claim 12.
[0007] Advantageous embodiments and further developments are the subject of the respective subclaims.
[0008] According to the invention, a seat for a passenger transport vehicle is provided. The seat comprises a backrest with a front and a rear side, and a table arranged on the rear side of the backrest. The table can be arranged in a folded position, an unfolded position, and a storage compartment position forming a first storage compartment between the rear side of the backrest and the table.
[0009] According to the invention, a vehicle for transporting people is further provided, comprising at least one such seat or one further developed as described below.
[0010] The described solution has the advantage that the space is only created when needed by the passenger, and only then does it encroach on the passenger's personal space. Furthermore, it avoids increasing the depth of the backrest and / or reducing seating comfort.
[0011] Furthermore, the familiar design of a folding table is retained and a storage solution is provided in addition to the familiar elements.
[0012] The design according to the invention makes it possible to create an additional storage compartment inexpensively and easily.
[0013] Vehicles suitable for passenger transport are specifically adapted to passenger transport.
[0014] In a further development of the seat, it can be provided that the table can be locked in the storage compartment position by a locking device.
[0015] This ensures that only authorized persons have access to the storage compartment and that it can be locked against unauthorized access using the locking device.
[0016] Once the storage compartment is locked by the locking device, it remains closed until an authorized person unlocks it again.
[0017] In an advantageous development, the locking device comprises a lock in addition to mechanical means for locking the table. The lock can comprise a mechanical locking mechanism, such as a simple rotary lever, padlock loops, or a locking cylinder. It is also possible for the lock to also comprise electronic mechanisms, such as a fingerprint scanner, a combination lock, or optical means such as a camera or a scanner. Furthermore, it is possible for the electronic mechanisms to comprise a radio interface, such as a transceiver. Such a transceiver can use, for example, NFC, Bluetooth, ZigBee, or another common standard.
[0018] The locking device must be distinguished from a locking device on the table, which prevents the table from accidentally falling down from the folded position.
[0019] It is possible that the seat has a locking device in addition to the locking device.
[0020] In an advantageous embodiment of the seat, it can be provided that the table, in the folded position, rests essentially on the back of the backrest.
[0021] This ensures that when folded, the table does not encroach into the passenger's personal space and the person to whom the table is assigned has as much space as possible in the seating area.
[0022] In a further development of the seat, it can be provided that the table is arranged in the folded position such that it is located closer to the back of the backrest than in the storage compartment position.
[0023] This ensures that when the table is not arranged in the storage compartment position, the table is arranged closer to the back of the backrest in the folded position and thus the personal area of the passenger to which the table is assigned is increased when the storage compartment is not needed.
[0024] In an advantageous embodiment of the seat, it can further be provided that the seat has a first flexible holding element, preferably a net, which is arranged on the back of the backrest to form a first pocket which is designed to receive objects.
[0025] This provides a flexible holding element suitable for accommodating objects of different sizes. The flexible holding means is designed to accommodate objects both in the storage compartment position and in the unfolded position of the table.
[0026] In a further development of the seat, it can be provided that the first flexible holding element is arranged such that it is arranged between the table and the back of the backrest in the folded position and in the storage compartment position of the table.
[0027] This ensures that the flexible support element is covered by the table both in the folded position and in the storage compartment position. This prevents the storage compartment and / or the flexible support element, and any items contained therein, from being visible.
[0028] The seat can be designed to have a connecting element that movably connects the table to the back of the backrest.
[0029] Preferably, the registration element is designed such that the table can be moved relative to the back of the backrest such that the distance of the table changes relative to the back of the backrest.
[0030] This allows the table's position relative to the back of the backrest to be adjusted when unfolded. It also allows the table to be positioned in the storage compartment position.
[0031] In a further development of the seat, it can be provided that the connecting element is movably connected relative to the back of the backrest, and the connecting element can be arranged in a retracted position relative to the backrest and an extended position.
[0032] It is possible for the table to be moved substantially or completely translationally relative to the back of the backrest.
[0033] In the design of the seat, it can further be provided that the connecting element has a pivoting device by means of which the table is pivotably attached to the connecting element between a pivoted-up position and a folded-down position.
[0034] This makes it possible to incorporate a pivoting device on the connecting element, allowing the table to be moved essentially or entirely in a translational manner. This is possible independently of any translational movement of the connecting element.
[0035] In a further development of the seat, it can be provided that in the storage compartment position the table is arranged in the swung-up position and the connecting element is arranged in the extended position.
[0036] This describes the configuration in which the table is arranged in the storage compartment position.
[0037] In the design of the seat, it can further be provided that the table and / or the connecting element and / or the back of the backrest has at least one movable closure element which can be arranged in the storage compartment position between the table and the back of the backrest and / or between the connecting element and the back of the backrest.
[0038] This provides a means of preventing any gaps from forming between the table and the back of the backrest through which the storage compartment could be viewed or accessed.
[0039] The flexible holding element can be made of a textile material, a plastic, or a membrane, for example. Semi-flexible, extendable and / or foldable solutions are also conceivable.
[0040] The vehicle is preferably a track-guided vehicle.
[0041] The track-guided vehicle is, for example, a rail vehicle or a magnetic levitation train.
[0042] The invention will now be explained using an embodiment with reference to the drawings.
