Description

The invention relates to a room separating device for an interior of a motor vehicle and to a motor vehicle having such a room separating device. In interior spaces of motor vehicles, one or more spaces are usually provided, which serve as a receptacle for objects. It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide an improved space separating apparatus. This object is achieved by the subject matters of the independent claims. Advantageous further developments are specified in the dependent claims.According to a first aspect, a space separating device for an interior of a motor vehicle is provided. The room separating device comprises an interior cladding element, which is arranged in an interior of a motor vehicle, and a separating element. In this case, the separating element is configured to be joined to the interior trim element in order, in an assembled state, to partially separate a space in the interior of the motor vehicle, and the separating element comprises a movable closure element which is configured, in a first position, to release the separated space in order thus to provide a receptacle of the interior trim element for a first movable space cover in the separated space of the motor vehicle and, in a second position, to close the separated space. For this purpose, the room separating device first comprises an interior trim element, which is arranged in an interior of a motor vehicle, and a separating element corresponding thereto, which can cooperate with the interior trim element. The space separating device serves in particular to open or close a space in an interior of a motor vehicle as required. In particular, a part of a first movable room cover can be accommodated in the space and, if it is not accommodated therein, this space can be closed against dust and external influences in order to prevent or prevent damage to the interior space, in particular to the interior lining element and / or to the first movable room cover. For this purpose, the separating element is designed to be joined to the interior cladding element in order to partially separate a space in the interior of the motor vehicle in an assembled state,The interior cladding element is a component which is arranged in the interior of the motor vehicle and provides cladding for example of a body element. In particular, the interior cladding element is a fender or wheel arch cladding, which is located in particular in the trunk or a rear vehicle part. The separating element can be mounted on the interior lining element and removed therefrom, in particular with a handle. In this case, the separating element can be disassembled in particular in order to receive a part of the first movable space cover in the space or in order to receive it in a receptacle or cutout provided on the interior lining element and then be reassembled in order to fix or fasten the first movable space cover in the receptacle, as will be described in the further course. The separating element comprises a movable closure element which is designed to release the separated space in a first position in order thus to provide a receptacle of the interior cladding element for the first movable space cover in the separated space of the motor vehicle and to close the separated space in a second position. The movable closure element can be designed, for example, as a planar element, in particular as a flap, and can be moved, in particular pivoted, to and fro between the first and the second position, in particular by a handle, in particular with a single hand. In this case, the movable closure element can be moved in particular continuously between the first and second positions. The first movable room cover can be, for example, a blind, a roller pull-out and / or a trunk cover which, in a first mounted state, is arranged on or in the vicinity of the rear bench and, in a second mounted state, can be stowed in the trunk. In particular, the first movable space cover is wider than the normal inner space of the trunk, and the space separated by the partition member can accommodate a part of this first movable space cover. In particular, for this purpose, on both sides, in particular at the rear end of the trunk, both on the left and on the right, in each case such a space separating device or a space separable from a separating element are provided, in which in each case a part of the first movable space cover can be accommodated when the separating element is disassembled. If the first movable space cover is not accommodated in the receptacle or the separable space, the movable closure element closes the receptacle or the separable space, in particular in a sealed manner, for example in a watertight and / or dust-tight manner, as will be described further below. The space separating device thus forms, with an in particular stationary interior cladding element and the movable or releasable separating element, a system which enables or forms these two functions. The space separating device according to the invention makes it possible to open and close a space as required and prevents damage to the first movable space cover and / or the separable space.According to a further development, the movable closure element is prestressed into the second position.Prestressed in this context means that the movable closure element moves into the second position without an external force effect and / or remains therein and can be moved from the second position into the first position in particular only by an external force effect, such as a handle. This further development makes it possible to particularly securely close the separable space and thus to particularly effectively prevent damage to the first movable space cover and / or the separable space.According to a further development, the movable closure element is prestressed into the second position by means of a spring. The spring can be designed in particular as a leg spring and bias the movable closure element by the spring tension. This further development makes it possible to close the separable space in a particularly simple and space-saving manner.According to a development, the first position is substantially perpendicular to the second position. In particular, the movable closure element is configured flat and the plane of the movable closure element can be moved or pivoted by substantially 90°. In this case, the first position is in particular formed substantially parallel to an underbody, trunk floor and / or a road surface, and the second position is formed substantially perpendicular thereto. This further development makes it possible to move the movable closure element from the second into the first position in a particularly simple manner, in particular with a simple handle.According to a further development, the movable closure element is designed to cooperate in the second position with an at least partially encircling sealing element of the interior lining element in order to close the separated space. For this purpose, the interior cladding element has a sealing element which extends in particular at least partially around the receptacle and with which the movable closure element cooperates in the second position in order to securely close the separated space. In particular, the sealing element is arranged along at least one, two and in particular three sides of the movable closure element in the second position. This further development enables the movable closure element not to be moved into the first position with a handle against the prestress when the separating element is in the assembled state. This allows a particularly tight closure of the receptacle.According to a further development, the movable closure element is configured to cooperate in the first position with a retaining element of the interior lining element in order to retain the movable closure element in the first positionThe holding element can be designed in particular as a projection, lip and / or ridge, which extends, for example, along the receptacle or extends at least in sections thereon. In particular, the holding element can be formed on the upper side of the receptacle. The holding element acts in particular counter to the prestress or the spring force and holds the movable closure element in the first position. For this purpose, the movable closure element can be held in the first position, in particular during the mounting or arrangement of the separating element on the interior lining element, and can be fastened to the interior lining element, wherein the movable closure element is then held in the first position by the holding element. In particular, the movable closure element is held in the first position by the holding element without play. This further development makes it possible to fasten the movable closure element particularly securely in the first position. In particular, it is thus made possible that the movable closure element does not become detached due to vibrations which occur, for example, during operation of the motor vehicle or even generates or absorbs such vibrations.According to a further development, the separating element is designed to form a planar surface with a second movable room cover of the motor vehicle in the assembled state. The second movable room cover can be designed in particular as a floor cover or floor plate in the trunk compartment. For this purpose, the second movable space cover can be raised and / or lowered, for example. In particular, the first movable space cover may be mounted below the second movable space cover. For this purpose, the separating element has a cover element which covers or closes the separable space at the top. This cover element can then extend along the second movable space cover in the assembled state of the separating element, both with the movable closure element in the first and in the second position, or form a planar surface with the latter. This further development makes it possible to store the first movable space cover particularly well and to produce a large storage space in the motor vehicle, for example in the trunk.According to a development, the separating element comprises a fastening element which is designed to fasten the separating element to the interior element in the assembled state. The fastening element serves for the temporary and / or, in particular, detachable fastening of the separating element to the interior element by a handle. For this purpose, one or more projections, latching noses, latching hooks and / or interventions can be provided, which engage with one or more elements corresponding thereto on the interior element and / or cooperate to enable a detachable fastening. This further development enables a particularly secure fastening of the separating element.According to a further aspect, there is provided a motor vehicle comprising a room separation device according to any one of the preceding claims. The motor vehicle according to the invention is preferably designed as a motor vehicle, in particular as a passenger car or truck, or as a passenger bus or motorcycle. The invention also includes the combinations of the features of the described embodiments.
