Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a protective device for a vehicle interior, having a flexible protective structure which can be displaced between a compactly stored resting position and an upright or approximately horizontally extended protective position, having a cassette housing in which the flexible protective structure is compactly stored in its resting position, and having a dimensionally stable pull-out structure which is fastened to a front end region of the protective structure, as seen in the pull-out direction, and has a vertical holder for fixing the pull-out structure to a roof region of the vehicle interior.Such a protective device is known from DE 10 2006 034 635 A1. The known protection device is provided for a vehicle interior of a passenger car. A flexible protective structure in the form of a planar structure has a reduced light transmission in the horizontal protective position and an increased light transmission in the vertical protective position. The sheet material is designed as a spacer structure with two parallel, textile sheet structure sections and spacers connecting these. The protective structure is substitutable in a cassette housing in a wound state for its rest position. In the extended protection position, the planar structure can be fixed either to roof-side holders or to rear-side holders of a cargo space. For this purpose, a pull-out profile is provided as pull-out structure, which is provided with mushroom-head-shaped suspension hooks on its opposite end regions. These hook-ins can be releasably fixed both on the roof-side holder and on the rear-side receptacle of the cargo space.Such a protective device is also known from U.S. Pat. No. 7048319 B2 and DE 199 46 382 A1, respectively. In addition, in both publications, the drawer structure is formed by a drawer frame, on which vertical holders for roof fixing are attached. In addition, in both publications, horizontal holders are provided on the drawer frame for securing the drawer structure in the horizontally extended protection position. Finally, such a protective device is also known from DE 10 2007 009 303 A1. The known protection device has a drawer structure formed by a drawer frame to which a vertical holder for roof fixing is attached. In addition, a horizontal holder for securing the drawer structure in the horizontally extended protection position is provided, which is separate from the vertical holder and is not located on the drawer frame but on a separately extendable protection net. The vertical holder and the horizontal holder are offset from one another both in the extension direction and transversely to the extension direction of the protective net.The object of the invention is to provide a protective device of the type mentioned at the beginning which enables both a particularly secure restraint protection with an upright orientation of the protective structure and a simple and reliable covering of a cargo space with an approximately horizontal orientation. This object is achieved by the features of claim 1. The horizontal holder is preferably formed by rigid holding functional parts which are immovably fastened or formed on the drawer frame. The vertical support serves to secure the protective structure in the upright protective position. The upright protection position is understood to mean a positioning of the protection structure oriented largely in the vertical direction, wherein an orientation can take place in an angle range which encloses a vertical plane and a clamping plane for the protection structure oriented at an acute angle to the vertical plane. The vertical plane is defined by a vehicle vertical axis and a vehicle transverse axis. The inclined alignment plane is preferably pivoted about an imaginary pivot axis extending in the vehicle transverse direction by an angle range between 0° and 45° to the vertical plane. The drawer frame is dimensionally stable and supports both the vertical holder and the horizontal holder. The terms "vertical mount" and "horizontal mount" have been functionally chosen without limitation to vehicle geometric horizontal orientation and vertical orientation. The vertical support is provided to secure the protective structure in the upright protective position. The horizontal mounting is provided to secure the protective structure in the approximately horizontally extended protective position. Both the vertical holder and the horizontal holder are preferably fixedly attached to the drawer structure. In this case, the vertical holder as well as the horizontal holder can be firmly connected to the drawer frame or can be integrally and non-detachably formed on the drawer frame. By means of the solution according to the invention, the drawer frame can be fixed on the vehicle side both in the upright protection position and in the approximately horizontally oriented protection position, without the vertical holder or the horizontal holder having to be mounted movably relative to the drawer frame. The solution according to the invention is particularly advantageously suitable for passenger cars in which a vehicle occupant compartment and a cargo compartment merge into one another without a fixed partition wall. Because the protective device takes over both the function of a separating device for separating the cargo space from the passenger compartment or vehicle occupant compartment and an approximately horizontal covering of the cargo space in the form of a visual screen, only a single flexible protective structure is necessary. The flexible protective structure is advantageously formed by a flexible planar structure which is designed as a spacer planar structure. The spacer surface structure advantageously has two textile surface structures spaced apart parallel to one another, which are connected to one another by means of spacers. The spacer surface structure is advantageously formed by textile spacer knits. In one embodiment of the invention, the drawer frame has a transverse profile which extends transversely to the drawer direction and two side sections which adjoin the transverse profile on opposite end sides and which extend at least in sections away from the transverse profile in the drawer direction, wherein the vertical holder is arranged on the transverse profile and the horizontal holder is arranged on the side sections. The side sections adjoin the transverse profile at an angle which is greater than 90°, so that a trapezoidal frame structure results between the transverse profile and the side sections and an end-face termination of the protective structure. An end-face termination of the protective structure is preferably implemented by a cross bar which is firmly connected to end-face regions of the side sections remote from the cross profile. In a further embodiment of the invention, a visual protection structure is defined between the transverse profile and the side sections. The visual protection structure may be provided in addition to the flexible protection structure and may extend only within the extension frame. The clamping is preferably effected in the drawer frame, wherein the drawer frame is formed by the transverse profile, the two side sections and the transverse rod at the front end region of the protective structure. In a further embodiment of the invention, the transverse profile is curved transversely to the extension direction in such a way that the transverse profile follows at least largely a curvature of a roof lining of the roof region. As a result, in the upright protection position of the protection device, a particularly good restraint protection is formed between the passenger compartment and the cargo compartment. Due to the at least nearly flush connection of the transverse profile to the roof lining of the roof region, no cargo can pass through between the transverse profile and the roof lining toward the passenger compartment in the event of a severe vehicle deceleration. In a further embodiment of the invention, the drawer frame has a height-referred to an upright orientation-which corresponds at least largely to a distance of the cassette housing from the roof lining and / or which covers a gap between a movable vehicle body rear part and a front end region of the protective structure which is front in the drawer direction in the approximately horizontal protective position. The drawer frame can consequently, in conjunction with the visual protection structure stretched in the drawer frame, directly form a retaining protection and thus a separating function between the cargo space and the passenger space if a comparatively small vertical distance remains between an upper edge of the cassette housing and a roof lining in the vehicle-mounted state of the cassette housing. In a protective position extended approximately horizontally, the extension frame advantageously forms a dimensionally stable contour part for covering the cargo space, which contour part covers a visible gap in a rear region of the cargo space between an inner side of a tailgate and the front end region of the protective structure. In a further embodiment of the invention, a pull-out length of the flexible protective structure is designed in such a way that the protective structure can be pulled out as far as the roof lining when the cassette housing is positioned on a folded-over backrest of a rear seat. This embodiment is advantageous if the cassette housing is mounted on a rear side of a backrest of a rear seat. When the backrest is folded forward to extend the cargo space into an approximately horizontal orientation, the cassette housing is necessarily located within the vehicle interior at a lower level than when the backrest is erected. In order to achieve a secure retaining function and thus a separating function between the passenger compartment and the cargo compartment even when the backrest is folded over, this embodiment is expedient. In a further embodiment of the invention, the protective structure is assigned a pull-out lock which limits a pull-out of the protective structure in the event of a severe vehicle deceleration. This ensures that the protective structure cannot be extended too far in the upright protective position, in which it forms a restraint guard, and can bulge out in the direction of the passenger compartment if, in the event of a great deceleration of the vehicle, cargo is thrown forward from the cargo compartment into the protective structure. The pull-out lock blocks a possible further pull-out of the protective structure, so that, independently of a position of the protective structure possibly still wound on a winding shaft, the protective structure part already pulled out is tightened. In a further embodiment of the invention, guide regions for swivel guidance of the side sections of the drawer frame are provided on opposite end regions of the cassette housing. The guide regions are preferably provided on end caps of the cassette housing. The guide regions serve for supporting and guiding the side sections of the drawer frame in a resting position of the protective structure, which is compactly deposited in the cassette housing. By means of the pivot guide, the drawer frame can be transferred in a defined manner from the approximately horizontal orientation into the upright orientation or conversely from the upright orientation into the horizontal orientation. In a further embodiment of the invention, the guide regions have pivot angle limiting stops for an approximately horizontal alignment and for an upright alignment of the drawer frame. The drawer frame and thus its side sections are consequently arranged pivotably to a limited extent on the opposite guide regions of the cassette housing. As a result, a defined end position of the drawer frame is ensured both for the approximately horizontal alignment and for the upright alignment. A center of mass of the drawer frame is spaced from the respective pivot axis of the drawer frame, so that the drawer frame necessarily tilts into the respective end position. In a further embodiment of the invention, the side sections of the drawer frame are each provided with a support element which, in the upright orientation of the drawer frame, is supported in a positive-locking manner on a counter support of the guide region of the front end region of the cassette housing. The respective counter support of the respective guide region of the cassette housing thus forms a pull-out limitation in the vertical direction. As a result, in this orientation, virtually no upward extension of the extension frame and thus of the protective structure is possible. Advantageously, the counter support and the support element are matched to one another in such a way that a small extension path for the extension frame and thus the protective structure of approximately 20 mm is made possible. In a further embodiment of the invention, a rigid support part is fastened to the side sections at a distance from the support element, which support part forms the horizontal holder and in particular secures an approximately horizontal alignment and support of the drawer frame on the respective guide region of the front end region of the cassette housing or on a guide track on the cargo space side for the approximately horizontal protection position. The support part functionally forms a holding part of the horizontal holder. This ensures reliable positioning of the drawer frame both in the rest position of the protective structure and in the approximately horizontal protective position of the protective structure.Further advantages and features of the invention are evident from the claims. A preferred exemplary embodiment of the invention is described below and illustrated with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a front view of an embodiment of a protective device according to the invention, FIG. 2 is an enlarged perspective view of a partial region of the protective device according to FIG. 1 , FIG. 3 shows a perspective illustration of the partial region according to FIG. 2, but in a different, approximately horizontal orientation of a drawer frame of the protective device, FIG. 4 is a partially cut-away top view of a partial area of the protective device according to FIGS. 1 to 3 in the area of an approximately horizontal suspension on a side wall on the cargo space side, FIG. 5 is a side view of the protective device according to FIGS. 1 to 3 in an upright orientation of the drawer frame, FIG. 6 shows the protective device according to FIG. 5 in an approximately horizontal orientation of the drawer frame, FIG. 7 shows the protective device according to FIG. 6 in an approximately horizontally extended protective position of the drawer frame and a protective structure of the protective device, and FIGS. 8 to 10 show in schematic longitudinal sectional representation in the region of a side wall of the cargo space different positionings of the drawer frame relative to a guide track on the cargo space side and relative to a guide region of a cassette housing.A protection device 1 according to FIGS. 1 to 10 is provided for a vehicle interior of a passenger car. The protective device 1 has a cassette housing 2 which, in the vehicle-mounted state, is releasably fastened, extending in the transverse direction of the vehicle, just below a vehicle ledge in the region of a backrest of a rear seat arrangement between opposite side walls L of a cargo space of the vehicle interior. This is indicated with reference to FIGS. 8 to 10. On the opposite side walls L of the cargo space, mutually parallel guide tracks F extend, which run out towards a vehicle rear into a latching receptacle 16 (FIG. 4 ). In the exemplary embodiment shown, the vehicle rear end is formed by a tailgate H of the passenger vehicle. When the tailgate H is open, the cargo space is accessible from the rear of the passenger car. A passenger compartment of the vehicle interior is provided at a distance in front of the cassette housing 2, which passenger compartment is provided in a manner not shown with a rear seat arrangement and with a driver seat and a passenger seat.In the cassette housing 2, a flexible protective structure 4s is held so as to be able to be wound and unwound on a winding shaft which is rotatably mounted in the cassette housing 2. The protective structure 4 sis designed as a knitted spacer fabric having two textile planar structures parallel to one another, which are connected to one another by spacers. This knitted spacer fabric ensures that light transmission is optimized when viewed in a direction orthogonal to the plane of the knitted spacer fabric, and that when viewed obliquely, the knitted spacer fabric is designed to be largely opaque. The protective structure 4 sis extendable into an approximately horizontal protective position (FIGS. 7 and 8 ) in which the protective structure 4 sapplies approximately horizontally over the cargo space just below the vehicle parapet. The winding shaft on which the protective structure 4 sis held is assigned a winding spring which permanently applies torque to the winding shaft in the winding direction. In a rest position, the protective structure 4 sis wound onto the winding shaft within the cassette housing 2.In order to be able to pull the protective structure 4 sfrom the rest position into the approximately horizontal protective position (FIGS. 7 and 8 ) or also into an upright protective position (not shown), a pull-out frame is provided as pull-out structure, which has a dimensionally stable transverse profile 5 and two side sections 7 firmly connected to the dimensionally stable transverse profile 5, which are likewise of dimensionally stable design. The transverse profile 5 is, as can be seen from FIG. 1, curved in an arc shape. This design is selected in order to enable a largely parallel tracking of the transverse profile 5 to a roof curvature of a roof lining of the vehicle interior. At opposite end regions, the transverse profile 5 is provided with a vertical holder 6, which is formed by mushroom-head-shaped suspension hooks 6 provided on opposite sides. The two side sections 7 are attached to the opposite front end regions of the transverse profile 5, which side sections are firmly connected to the transverse profile 5. The side sections 7 extend obliquely outwards in a clamping plane of the drawer frame, so that the drawer frame is designed wider in the region of the side sections 7 than in the region of the transverse profile 5. The support part 10 and the support element 11 are firmly connected to the carrier web of the respective side section 7. The support parts 10 on the carrier webs of the side sections 7 of the drawer frame form a horizontal mounting in the sense of the invention. The opposite side sections 7 of the drawer frame also have a partial region 8, which can be seen on the basis of the drawings. A visual protection structure 4 is stretched out in the drawer frame, which extends between the opposite side sections 7 and the front transverse profile 5 in the drawer direction. The visual protection structure 4 is formed by only a single planar structure, in contrast to the protection structure 4 swhich is formed by two planar structures parallel to one another. The visual protection structure 4 enables limited light transmission. The carrier webs of the side sections 7 are guided in a limited pivotable manner in mutually parallel pivoting planes, which in the illustrated exemplary embodiment are spanned by a vehicle vertical axis and a vehicle longitudinal axis in the mounted state of the protective device, in guide regions S which are formed on opposite end caps 9 of the cassette housing 2. With reference to FIGS. 2, 3 and 5 to 7, one of the two guide regions-the left-hand guide region S as viewed in the normal direction of travel of the passenger car-can be seen well. It can be seen here that the respective guide region S is open upwards and backwards towards a vehicle rear and additionally has a circular-arc-shaped guide flank between a rear pivot angle limiting stop 12 and a front pivot angle limiting stop 13. In addition, above the rear pivot angle limiting stop, a support web 15 projects into the guide region S as a counter support, which support web is oriented approximately horizontally, with respect to a state of the cassette housing 2 mounted on the vehicle side.As can be clearly seen from FIGS. 2 and 3 and 5 to 7 and 9, 10, the guide region S configured in this way results in limited pivot and movement options for the drawer frame in the region of each end cap 9 of the cassette housing 2. This is because both the respective support element 11 and the support part 10 of the carrier web of each side section 7 of the drawer frame can be brought in a defined manner into different end positions relative to the guide region S. It is thus possible to align the drawer frame into an upright position according to FIGS. 2, 5, 10, in which the drawer frame is supported inclined forward by approximately 20° to 30° relative to a vehicle vertical axis in the direction of travel. Each carrier web of the side section 7 is supported here on an abutment surface 17 of an upper outlet section of the guide region S. In addition, the support element 11 is supported on the rear pivot angle limiting stop 12 below the support web 15. An own weight of the drawer frame ensures that the drawer frame remains stably positioned in this supporting position. It can also be seen from FIG. 5 that the supporting web 15, which serves as a counter support for the supporting element 11, is at a distance from the arcuate flank of the guide region S in the vertical direction that is greater than a diameter of the supporting part 11, so that the supporting web of the side section 7 is movable in the vertical direction to a limited extent. A corresponding movement path in the vertical direction is approximately 20 mm. As a result, it is possible, in the upright protective position of the drawer frame, to suspend the mushroom-head-shaped suspension hooks 6 of the transverse profile 5 into roof-side receptacles of the vehicle interior and thus secure the drawer frame on the vehicle side. If the drawer frame and thus also the protective structure 4s are to be transferred into the approximately horizontal protective position, or if only the drawer frame is to be supported in an approximately horizontal orientation, the drawer frame is simply suspended in the region of the roof-side receptacles and pivoted rearward, whereby the support elements 11 are necessarily pivoted forward and upward along the arcuate flank of the guide region S until the support elements 11 come to rest against the front pivot angle limiting stop 13. In this approximately horizontal alignment, the carrier webs 7 rest on the upper sides of the supporting webs 15 and thus on the contact surfaces 14 of the end cap 9, resulting in a stable, approximately horizontal support of the drawer frame relative to the cassette housing 2. The front pivot angle limiting stop 13 is situated just above the supporting web 15. a freely protruding end region of the supporting web 15 is also spaced apart from the arcuate flank of the guide region S in such a way that the respective supporting element 11 can slide on this free end region of the supporting web 15 toward the front pivot angle limiting stop 13. In this stable, approximately horizontal orientation (see FIG. 6 ), the drawer frame can now be extended rearward toward the rear of the vehicle. To secure the drawer frame in the extended protection position (see FIGS. 4 and 8 ), the support parts 10 are provided on the opposite carrier webs of the side sections 7, which parts enter the receptacle fixed to the vehicle and thus secure the drawer frame in the approximately horizontally extended protection position. The permanently acting restoring force of the winding spring ensures that the protective structure 4 sremain tensioned in this horizontal protective position. Both the respective supporting part 10 and the supporting element 11 formed parallel thereto on the respective carrier web of the respective side section 7 slide in the respective guide track F of the respective side wall L of the cargo space. The respective guide track F is designed such that it allows the supporting part 10 and the supporting element 11 to be threaded into the guide track as soon as the drawer frame is displaced away from the cassette housing 2 towards the rear of the vehicle (see FIG. 9 ).
