DE 10 2015 015 841 B4 discloses a luminaire arrangement with two tail lamps and at least one lighting decorative strip as known. Furthermore, a lighting device for a motor vehicle is known from WO 2020 / 043532 A1. DE 10 2021 003 993 A1 discloses a holding arrangement of a luminaire on a corresponding component for a motor vehicle. DE 10 2022 116 257 A1 discloses an arrangement of a pedal bearing bracket on an end wall of a motor vehicle. DE 10 2020 105 268 A1 discloses a fixing device and method for fixing an add-on part, in particular a door, relative to a body of a motor vehicle. It is the object of the present invention to provide a fastening arrangement of a lighting device on a structural element of a vehicle and a vehicle having at least one such fastening arrangement, so that a particularly advantageous fastening of the lighting device on the structural element can be realized. This object is achieved according to the invention by a fastening arrangement having the features of patent claim 1 and by a vehicle having the features of patent claim 10. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.A first aspect of the invention relates to a fastening arrangement of a lighting device, also referred to as a vehicle light, on a component of a vehicle, which component is formed in particular separately from the lighting device. The illumination device is designed to illuminate at least one partial area of the surroundings of the vehicle. The lighting device is preferably a tail lamp which, in the completely manufactured state of the vehicle preferably designed as a motor vehicle, is arranged at a rear of the vehicle, so that the subregion of the environment of the vehicle that can be illuminated by means of the lighting device is preferably arranged behind the vehicle in the vehicle longitudinal direction of the vehicle. The vehicle is very preferably a motor vehicle, in particular a passenger car, the interior of which, also referred to as passenger compartment, passenger compartment or cabin, is formed by a structure of the vehicle, which is designed, for example, as a self-supporting body. In principle, it would be conceivable for the structural element to be a body component of the superstructure. It is furthermore conceivable for the component to be formed separately from the structure and to be fastened to the structure, in particular in such a way that relative movements between the component and the structure are prevented. Furthermore, it is conceivable that the structural element is held on the structure so as to be movable, in particular pivotable, and is thus movable, in particular pivotable, relative to the structure. The structural element is quite preferably a component of a wing element of the vehicle, wherein the wing element is formed separately from the superstructure and is held on the superstructure in a movable, in particular pivotable, manner. The wing element is, for example, a tailgate, also referred to simply as a flap, which is arranged, for example, at the rear of the vehicle. In the case of the fastening arrangement, the lighting device is fastened to the component by means of a fastening device, in particular in such a way that relative movements between the component and the lighting device formed separately from the component are prevented. Thus, for example, the illumination device with the component is movable, in particular pivotable, relative to the structure. The superstructure has, for example, a superstructure opening assigned to the wing element and designed as a through opening, which can be arranged, for example, at the rear of the vehicle. When the superstructure is viewed alone, the superstructure opening opens at one end into the environment and at the other end into a stowage space of the vehicle, in particular at the rear and therefore arranged at the rear, the stowage space of which is also referred to as luggage space or luggage space. In this case, for example, the wing element is held on the structure such that it can be moved, in particular pivoted, between a closed position and at least one open position relative to the structure. In the closed position, at least a partial region of the build-up opening is closed by the wing element. In the open position, the wing element releases at least one sub-region, so that in the open position of the wing element, for example, objects can be moved through the sub-region and thereby, for example, moved from the environment into the storage space and thus arranged in the storage space. Furthermore, for example, objects arranged in the storage space can be moved in the open position of the wing element through the exposed sub-region and thus moved out of the storage space and onto or into the environment, thus being removed from the storage space. In the closed position, for example, the wing element prevents objects arranged in the storage space from dropping out of the storage space in an undesirable manner. The component forms, for example, at least a part of an outer skin of the vehicle, the outer skin of which is optically and haptically perceptible, that is to say can be seen and touched, by a person who is located in the environment of the vehicle. For example, the component is formed from a metallic material, in particular from a metal sheet. It is furthermore conceivable for the component to have a base body which can be formed, for example, from a metallic material, in particular from a metal sheet. It is conceivable that the base body is provided with a coating, which is designed for example as a paint system or also designated as a paint system, wherein for example at least the part of the outer skin is formed by the coating. In order to be able to fasten the lighting device to the component in a particularly advantageous manner, it is provided according to the invention that the fastening device has a first through-opening of the component. This means that the first through-opening is formed in the component and penetrates the component completely. The first through-opening is penetrated by the lighting device, so that a first partial region of the lighting device is arranged on a rear side of the component facing away from the environment, and a second partial region of the lighting device is arranged on a front side of the component facing the environment. At least in the closed position of the wing element, the front side faces the environment and the rear side faces away from the environment. In particular, it is conceivable that the rear side faces the storage space at least in the closed position of the wing element, wherein, for example, the front side faces away from the storage space at least in the closed position of the wing element. The front side is facing away from the rear side and vice versa. For example, it is provided that, at least in the closed position of the wing element, the front side points rearward in the vehicle longitudinal direction of the vehicle, so that, for example, at least in the closed position of the wing element, the rear side of the component points forward in the vehicle longitudinal direction of the vehicle. The fastening device furthermore has a clamping element which is formed separately from the lighting device and separately from the component and is arranged on the rear side and is also referred to as a claw or clamping claw. The clamping element is connected, in particular directly, to the first sub-region of the lighting device and is at least indirectly, in particular directly, clamped against the rear side, as a result of which the second sub-region is at least indirectly, in particular directly, clamped against the front side. Preferably, the clamping element is clamped against the rear side, bypassing the lighting device. This is to be understood as meaning that the clamping element is not clamped against the rear side or is not clamped against the rear side only by means of the lighting device. For example, the clamping element is clamped on the rear side of the component at least indirectly, in particular directly, against an edge region adjoining the first through-opening and delimiting the first through-opening, in particular directly. Due to the fact that the clamping element is tensioned against the rear side and due to the fact that, in particular simultaneously, the clamping element is connected to the first partial region on the rear side, the second partial region is tensioned at least indirectly, in particular directly, against the front side. It is thus conceivable, for example, for the clamping element to be clamped at least indirectly, in particular directly and / or bypassing the lighting device, toward the rear in the vehicle longitudinal direction of the vehicle toward the rear, at least in the closed position of the wing element, and for example then the second sub-region is clamped toward the front in the vehicle longitudinal direction toward the front, at least in the closed position of the wing element. By clamping the clamping element against the rear side and by the clamping of the second partial region resulting therefrom against the front side, the lighting device is held on the structural element and is thus fastened.Furthermore, it is provided according to the invention that the fastening device has a second through-opening of the component arranged next to the first through-opening, spaced apart from the first through-opening and separated from the first through-opening. This means that the second through-opening is formed in the component. The first through-opening completely penetrates the component. The second through-opening completely penetrates the component. Preferably, the first through-opening is completely circumferential along its circumferential direction and directly bounded by a first wall region of the component embodied as a solid body, so that the first wall region extends completely circumferentially around the first through-opening in the circumferential direction of the first through-opening. Preferably, the second through-opening is directly delimited in a completely encircling manner along its circumferential direction by a second wall region of the component which is embodied as a solid body, with the result that the second wall region extends in a completely encircling manner around the second through-opening in the circumferential direction of the second through-opening, and therefore surrounds the second through-opening in a completely encircling manner in the circumferential direction of the second through-opening. The first through-opening and the second through-opening are not connected to one another, and therefore do not merge into one another, but a region of the component designed as a solid body is arranged between the first through-opening and the second through-opening, wherein the region can comprise, for example, a part of the first wall region and a second part of the second wall region and optionally a third wall region of the component arranged between the parts. The fastening device has a first screw element of the lighting device penetrating the second through-opening, so that the first screw element is a component of the lighting device. Because the first screw element penetrates the second through-opening, at least a part of the first screw element is arranged on the rear side. The fastening device also has a second screw element which is arranged on the rear side and is preferably formed separately from the first screw element and is screwed, in particular directly, to the first screw element and is thereby at least indirectly, in particular directly, tensioned against the rear side, as a result of which the second subregion is tensioned against the front side. Preferably, the second screw element is clamped against the rear side, bypassing the lighting device. It is conceivable that at least in the closed position of the wing element, the second screw element is tensioned toward the rear in the vehicle longitudinal direction of the vehicle toward the rear. The first screw element has, for example, a first thread, which is designed, for example, as an external thread. The second screw element has, for example, a second thread corresponding to the first thread, which is formed, for example, as an internal thread. The threads are, for example, screwed, in particular directly, to one another, in particular in such a way that, for example, the external thread is screwed, in particular directly, into the internal thread. Thus, for example, the second screw element is screwed, in particular directly, onto the first screw element and is thus screwed to the first screw element. Due to the fact that the second screw element is tensioned against the rear side and due to the fact that the second partial region is tensioned against the front side as a result, the lighting device is fastened particularly firmly to the structural element. Because the second screw element is screwed to the first screw element, a screw connection, also referred to as a screw connection, is created. By means of the clamping element, a clamping claw fastening is created, in which the clamping element is clamped against the rear side and, as a result, the second partial region is clamped against the front side. It can be seen that the screw connection is provided in addition to the clamping claw fastening and vice versa, as a result of which the lighting device can be fastened firmly and stably to the structural element. The invention thus provides a combination of the screw connection and the clamping claw fastening. By means of this combination, it is possible, for example, to avoid so-called excessive sizes of the first through-opening and also an excessive size of the second through-opening, such that an excessive weakening of the component caused by the first through-opening and by the second through-opening can be avoided. In other words, an advantageous stability and / or rigidity of the component can be realized. At the same time, for example, the lighting device can be configured with a particularly large length, which runs, for example, in the transverse direction of the vehicle and which is greater, in particular at least two times as large and very in particular at least three times as large as a height of the lighting device running in the vertical direction of the vehicle, the height of which runs, for example, in the vertical direction of the vehicle at least in the closed position of the wing element. The invention makes it possible to attach the lighting device to the component in a particularly advantageous manner, wherein a cost-intensive pot solution can be avoided. Such a pot solution must usually be used if the lighting device has a particularly large width running in the transverse direction of the vehicle. By means of the aforementioned combination of the screw connection and the clamping claw fastening, such a cup solution can now be avoided, and the lighting device can advantageously be fastened to the structural element.By the combination of the screw connection, which is in particular configured as a direct screw connection, and the clamping claw fastening arranged next to it, a particularly large length or width, which runs in particular in the transverse direction of the vehicle and via which the lighting device is fastened to the structural element, can be realized, wherein the clamping claw fastening is only a part of this length or width or runs only over a part of this length or width. In a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the first partial region of the lighting device has a third screw element, which is provided in particular in addition to the first screw element and in addition to the second screw element. The clamping element has a third through-opening provided in addition to the first through-opening and in addition to the second through-opening, which is directly delimited, for example, along its circumferential direction, completely circumferentially by a wall region of the clamping element designed as a solid body. The third screw member penetrates the third through hole. A fourth screw element, in particular formed separately from the third screw element, is screwed, in particular directly, to the third screw element, whereby the fourth screw element is tensioned, in particular directly, against a side of the tensioning element facing away from the rear side and the tensioning element is tensioned against the rear side. As a result, the clamping element can be clamped particularly firmly against the rear side and, as a result, the second partial region can be clamped particularly firmly against the front side, such that a particularly advantageous fastening of the lighting device can be provided. In order to be able to fasten the lighting device to the structural element in a particularly advantageous manner, it is provided in a further embodiment of the invention that the second through-opening follows the first through-opening in the vehicle transverse direction. As a result, the lighting device can be fastened to the component in a particularly advantageous manner, in particular even when the lighting device has a particularly large width running in the vehicle transverse direction of the vehicle. It has proven particularly advantageous here if the second through opening follows the first through opening toward the inside in the vehicle transverse direction. As a result, the illumination device can be fastened to the component in a particularly advantageous manner without a pot solution being required.A further embodiment is distinguished in that the first through-opening is arranged in an indentation of the component, which indentation is also referred to as a first indentation. This can ensure a high rigidity of the component, as a result of which the lighting device can be fastened to the component in a particularly advantageous manner. If the term "indentation" is used above and below, this is to be understood as meaning the first indentation, unless otherwise stated. In particular, it is provided that the second sub-region is arranged at least partially in the indentation. Thus, it is preferably provided that at least in the closed position of the wing element, the structural element is indented forward in the vehicle longitudinal direction of the vehicle by the indentation. In order to be able to realize a particularly high rigidity of the component and thus a particularly advantageous fastening of the lighting device to the component, it is provided in a further embodiment of the invention that the indentation is formed by an embossing, thus by embossing, of the component. In a further, particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, it is provided that a second indentation of the component is arranged in the indentation, which indentation is preferably indented forward in the vehicle longitudinal direction by the second indentation at least in the closed position of the wing element. In this case, it is preferably provided that the second through-opening is arranged in the second indentation. As a result, a high rigidity of the component can be realized, so that the illumination device can be fastened to the component in a particularly advantageous manner. In order to realize a particularly high rigidity of the component and thus a particularly advantageous attachment of the illumination device to the component, it has proven to be particularly advantageous if the second indentation is formed by an embossing, thus by embossing the component. In a further embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the first through-opening and the second through-opening are formed in a wall of the component which is formed from a single piece and is thus integral. This means that the wall is formed by a body formed in one piece, thus formed from a single piece and thus integrally produced and thus formed as a monoblock, wherein the first through-opening and the second through-opening are formed, in particular completely, in the body. As a result, a particularly high rigidity of the component can be realized, as a result of which the illumination device can be fastened to the component in a particularly advantageous manner.A second aspect of the invention relates to a vehicle preferably embodied as a motor vehicle, in particular as a motor vehicle and very particularly as a passenger vehicle, which has at least one fastening arrangement according to the first aspect of the invention. Advantages and advantageous configurations of the first aspect of the invention are to be regarded as advantages and advantageous configurations of the second aspect of the invention and vice versa.Further details of the invention will become apparent from the following description of a preferred exemplary embodiment with the associated drawings. The following shows: FIG. 1 shows a schematic rear view of a portion of a vehicle having a fastening arrangement, in which a lighting device designed as a tail lamp is fastened to a component of a tailgate of the vehicle; FIG. 2 shows a schematic and perspective side view of a portion of the fastening arrangement; FIG. 3 shows a schematic and perspective rear view of a portion of the fastening arrangement; and FIG. 4 shows a schematic perspective view of a portion of the component. In the figures, identical or functionally identical elements are provided with identical reference symbols.FIG. 1 shows a schematic rear view of a portion of a vehicle, the interior of which, also referred to as passenger compartment, passenger compartment or cabin, is formed by a structure designed, for example, as a self-supporting body. During a trip of the vehicle, persons may be present in the interior. In the exemplary embodiment shown in the figures, the vehicle is a passenger car and thus a motor vehicle also referred to as a motor vehicle. The vehicle has a wing element, which is formed separately from the superstructure, in the form of a tailgate 1, which is also referred to simply as a flap and is arranged at a rear of the vehicle and thus of the superstructure. The tailgate 1 is held on the superstructure such that it can be pivoted about a pivot axis relative to the superstructure, wherein the pivot axis runs, for example, in the vehicle transverse direction of the vehicle. Thus, the tailgate 1 can be pivoted relative to the superstructure between a closed position and at least one open position, while the tailgate 1 is held on the superstructure and is therefore connected to the superstructure. The tailgate 1 is assigned to an opening of the superstructure which is arranged at the rear and is thus on the rear side and is also referred to as a superstructure opening or body opening and is designed as a through-opening. When considering the superstructure alone, the superstructure opening opens at one end at or into a surrounding area 2 of the superstructure and at the other end into a storage space of the superstructure and thus of the passenger vehicle arranged at the rear and thus at the rear. Objects such as luggage items can be transported in the stowage space. In the closed position, the superstructure opening is at least partially, in particular completely, closed by the tailgate 1. In the open position, the tailgate 1 releases at least a partial region of the superstructure opening, so that in the open position of the tailgate 1 objects from the environment 2 can be moved through the partial region and thus into the stowage space and thus arranged in the stowage space. Furthermore, for example, objects arranged initially in the storage space can be moved through the sub-region of the superstructure opening in the open position of the tailgate 1 and thus moved out of the storage space and onto or into the environment 2.The vehicle has a fastening arrangement 3 which can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 2 and in which a lighting device 4 of the vehicle is fastened to a component 5 of the vehicle. The illumination device 4 is formed separately from the component 5 and is fastened to the component 5, in particular in such a way that relative movements between the component 5 and the illumination device 4 are prevented. The structural element 5 may be the tailgate 1. In the exemplary embodiment shown in the figures, the component 5 is a component of the tailgate 1, which can therefore have the component 5 and, for example, at least one further component which is formed separately from the component 5 and is connected at least indirectly, in particular directly, to the component 5. The further component is, for example, a trim part, in particular an interior trim part, by means of which, for example, at least a partial region of the component 5 is covered and thus covered, in particular in such a way that, at least in the closed position of the tailgate 1, at least the partial region of the component 5 is covered and thus covered by means of the trim part forwards in the vehicle longitudinal direction of the vehicle and thus towards the stowage space. In the exemplary embodiment shown in the figures, the structural element 5 is formed from a metallic material, such as, for example, from a light metal, in particular aluminum, or from a steel, so that, for example, the structural element 5 is formed as a metal sheet or from a metal sheet. Since the structural element 5 is a structural element of the tailgate 1, the structural element 5 is pivotable about the pivot axis relative to the superstructure between the open position and the closed position. Since the lighting device 4 is fastened to the structural element 5 and thus to the tailgate 1, the lighting device 4 formed separately from the tailgate 1 and fastened to the tailgate 1 is pivotable together with the tailgate 1 about the pivot axis relative to the superstructure between the open position and the closed position. In the exemplary embodiment shown in the figures, the illumination device is a tail lamp, by means of which at least a partial region of the environment 2 of the superstructure and of the vehicle can be illuminated overall. At least in the closed position of the tailgate 1, the subregion of the environment 2 that can be illuminated by means of the tail lamp is arranged behind the vehicle in the vehicle longitudinal direction of the vehicle. It can be seen from a combination of FIGS. 1 to 3 that in the fastening arrangement 3 the lighting device 4 is fastened to the component 5 and thus to the tailgate 1 by means of a fastening device 6, in particular in such a way that relative movements between the lighting device 4 and the component 5, in particular between the lighting device 4 and the tailgate 1 as a whole, are prevented. It can be seen from FIGS. 1 to 3 that the tail lamp 4 has a housing 7, also referred to as a lamp housing, in which at least one light source is arranged. The light source is designed to provide visible light, which is perceptible to the human eye, for illuminating at least the partial area of the environment 2. Furthermore, the illumination device 4 has, for example, a pane 8 which is transparent to light and thus in particular transparent to the mentioned light and is also referred to as a cover pane, which is formed, for example, separately from the housing 7 and is connected at least indirectly, in particular directly, to the housing 7. The light provided by the light source can penetrate through the pane 8 and thus reach the environment 2.It can be seen from FIG. 1 that the lighting device 4 has a particularly large width, which extends at least in the closed position of the tailgate 1 in the vehicle transverse direction of the vehicle, wherein the vehicle transverse direction is illustrated by a double arrow 9. In order to be able to fasten the lighting device 4 to the component 5 and thus to the tailgate 1 in a particularly advantageous manner despite the very large width of the lighting device 4, the fastening device 6 has a first through opening 10 of the component 5 which can be seen particularly well from FIG. 4. It can be seen from FIG. 4 that the through-opening 10 is surrounded in a completely encircling manner along its circumferential direction by a first wall region WB 1 of the component 5 and is in this case bounded in a completely encircling manner directly by the wall region WB 1 along its circumferential direction. The through-opening 10 penetrates the component 5 completely. It can be seen from FIGS. 2 to 4 that the lighting device 4 penetrates the through opening 10, in particular completely, so that a first partial region TB 1 of the lighting device 4 is arranged on a rear side 11 of the component 5 and a second partial region TB 2 of the lighting device 4 is arranged on a front side 12 of the component 5 facing away from the rear side 11. At least in the closed position of the tailgate 1, the rear side 11 faces away from the environment 2, wherein in the exemplary embodiment shown in the figures, at least in the closed position of the tailgate 1, the rear side 11 points forward in the vehicle longitudinal direction of the vehicle. The longitudinal direction of the vehicle is illustrated in FIG. 2 by a double arrow 19. At least in the closed position of the tailgate 1, the front side 12 faces the environment 2, wherein in the exemplary embodiment shown in the figures, at least in the closed position of the tailgate 1, the front side 12 points rearward in the vehicle longitudinal direction of the vehicle. Thus, at least in the closed position of the tailgate 1, the rear side 11 faces the stowage space, and at least in the closed position of the tailgate 1, the rear side 11 faces away from the stowage space. For example, the aforementioned trim part is arranged on the rear side 11, so that, for example, at least the aforementioned partial region of the rear side 11 is covered and thus covered by the trim part. For example, the rear side 11 is or forms part of an outer skin of the vehicle, the outer skin of which can be perceived visually and haptically by a person who is present in the environment 2 of the vehicle. It can be seen, for example, from FIG. 2 that the second sub-region TB 2 has at least a part of the pane 8. It can be seen from FIG. 3 that, for example, the partial region TB 1 has at least a part of the housing 7.The fastening device 6 also has a clamping element 13, which is formed separately from the lighting device 4 and separately from the component 5 and is arranged on the rear side 11 and is also referred to as a claw or clamping claw and is connected, in particular directly, to the first partial region TB 1 and is clamped, bypassing the lighting device 4 and in the present case, for example, directly against the rear side 11, as a result of which the second partial region TB 2 is at least indirectly, in particular directly, clamped against the front side 12.The fastening device 6 also has a second through-opening 14, which is particularly easily recognizable from FIG. 4 and arranged next to the first through-opening 10. The second through-opening 14 is surrounded in a completely encircling manner along its circumferential direction by a second wall region WB 2 of the component 5 and is bounded in a completely encircling manner along its circumferential direction and directly by the second wall region WB 2. The wall regions WB 1 and WB 2 are designed as solid bodies. In addition, the wall regions WB 1 and WB 2 are formed integrally with one another in the present case, that is to say are formed from a single piece. The wall regions WB 1 and WB 2 are thus formed by a one-piece body, which is therefore formed from a single piece and is thus integrally produced and is thus formed as a monoblock. The through-opening 14 completely penetrates the component 5. It can also be seen from FIG. 4 that the through-openings 10 and 14 are spaced apart from one another and separated from one another. The fastening device 6 has a first screw element 15 (FIG. 3 ) of the lighting device 4, wherein the screw element 15 penetrates the through-opening 14. In the exemplary embodiment shown in the figures, the screw element 15 is a bolt, also referred to as a screw bolt, which has a first thread in the form of a first external thread. The fastening device 6 has a second screw element 16 which is formed separately from the screw element 15 and separately from the lighting device 4 and separately from the component 5 and is arranged on the rear side 11. In the exemplary embodiment shown in the figures, the second screw element 16 is a nut which has a second thread in the form of a first internal thread corresponding to the first thread. The screw element 16 is screwed, in the present case directly, to the screw element 15 and is thereby at least indirectly, in particular directly, clamped against the rear side 11, as a result of which the second sub-region TB 2 is at least indirectly, in particular directly, clamped against the front side 12. In the exemplary embodiment shown in the figures, the screw elements 15 and 16 are screwed to one another, in particular directly, in such a way that the first external thread is screwed, in particular directly, to the first internal thread, and therefore the first external thread is screwed, in particular directly, into the first internal thread. Thus, the screw element 16 is screwed, in particular directly, onto the screw element 15.The screwed-together screw elements 15 and 16 form a screw connection, also referred to as a screw connection, by means of which the sub-region TB 2 is clamped against the front side 12. The clamping element 13, also referred to as clamping claw, forms a so-called clamping claw fastening, by means of which the partial region TB 2 is likewise clamped against the front side 12. It can be seen that the screw connection is provided in addition to the clamping claw fastening or vice versa. In other words, in the fastening arrangement 3, a combination of the mentioned screw connection and the mentioned clamping claw fastening is realized, as a result of which the lighting device 4 can be advantageously fastened to the structural element 5 and thus to the tailgate 1 despite its particularly large width. In particular, the illumination device 4 can be fastened to the component 5 without having to use a cost-intensive pot solution. Furthermore, an advantageous rigidity of the component 5 can be realized, in particular by virtue of the fact that the respective through-opening 10, 14 does not have to be formed excessively large. It can be seen from FIG. 3 that the first partial region TB 1 has a third screw element 17. This means that the lighting device 4 has the screw element 17 in its partial region TB 1. In the exemplary embodiment shown in the figures, the screw element 17 is a second bolt, also referred to as a second screw bolt, which has a third thread in the form of a second external thread. The screw element 17 penetrates a third through-opening of the clamping element 13, which is not visible in the figures. The fastening device 6 has a fourth screw element 18 formed separately from the lighting device 4, separately from the screw element 17 and separately from the clamping element 13. In the exemplary embodiment shown in the figures, the screw element 18 is designed as a second nut which has a fourth thread in the form of a second internal thread corresponding to the third thread. It can be seen from FIG. 3 that the screw element 18 is screwed to the screw element 17, as a result of which the fourth screw element 18 is at least indirectly, in particular directly, clamped against a side S of the clamping element 13 facing away from the rear side 11. As a result, the clamping element 13 is clamped against the rear side 11. The screw elements 17 and 18 are screwed to one another, in particular directly, in such a way that the fourth thread and the third thread are screwed to one another, in particular directly. This is implemented in the present case in such a way that the second external thread is screwed, in particular directly, into the internal thread, so that in the present case the screw element 18 is screwed, in particular directly, onto the screw element 17.It can be seen that in the exemplary embodiment shown in the figures, the clamping element 13 is connected to the first partial region TB 1 on the rear side 11 in such a way that the screw element 17 penetrates the third through-opening, the screw elements 17 and 18 are screwed to one another and the screw element 18 is thereby at least indirectly, in particular directly, clamped against the side S.In order to be able to realize a particularly advantageous fastening of the lighting device 4 to the structural element 5 and thus to the tailgate 1, it is provided in the fastening arrangement 3 that the second through opening 14 follows the first through opening 10 inwards in the vehicle transverse direction of the vehicle. It can be seen from FIG. 4 that the first through-opening 10, in particular completely, is arranged in a first indentation E 1 of the component 5. The second through-opening 14 is arranged, in particular completely, in a second indentation E 2 of the component 5, wherein the second indentation E 2 is arranged, in particular completely, in the first indentation E 1. The respective indentation E 1, E 2 is formed by a respective embossment of the component 5, so that in the exemplary embodiment shown in the figures, a double embossment of the component 5 is provided in order to form the indentations E 1 and E 2. This allows an advantageous hollow rigidity of the structural element 5 to be represented. In addition, it is provided that the through openings 10 and 14 are each formed completely in a wall W of the component 5 formed from a single piece and thus formed in one piece. The wall W comprises the wall regions WB 1 and WB 2, so that, for example, the wall W and thus the wall regions WB 1 and WB 2 are formed by the aforementioned one-piece body, which is formed as a single block and is thus formed from a single piece. In particular, it is conceivable for the component 5 to be formed integrally as a whole, and therefore to be formed from a single piece. Within the scope of the present disclosure, the feature that an element such as, for example, the wall W is formed integrally, that is to say is formed from a single piece, is understood to mean that the element is not formed, for example, from a plurality of components which are formed separately from one another and are connected to one another, but rather the element is formed from a single piece and is therefore formed integrally, that is to say is formed as a monoblock which is produced integrally, that is to say is formed from a single piece.
