Description
Technical FieldThe present disclosure relates to a step belt device and a child safety seat equipped therewith.BackgroundA child support such as a child safety seat is a seat specially designed for a child, and the child is usually secured in the child support during travel to improve the safety of the child during travel.A child support means may be equipped with a step belt device as a rule, and the high position of the existing step belt devices cannot be adjusted even if the height of some existing step belt devices can be adjusted. However, the adjustment method is complicated and not easy for the user to adjust, which affects the user experience.OverviewIn view of the foregoing, it is the object of the present disclosure to provide a step strap device and a child safety seat including the same, wherein the step strap device is conveniently height adjustable to meet the use requirements of users of different sizes or different ages.To this end, according to a solution of the present disclosure, there is provided a step belt device comprising: a limiting member; and a step belt having a first end and a second end opposite to the first end, the first end of the step belt being connected to the limiting member, the second end of the step belt being adapted to be fixed to a seat portion of a child support; an adjustment mechanism is disposed on the limiting member; and the position at which the first end of the step belt is connected to the limiting member is adjustable via the adjustment mechanism.According to an embodiment, the limiting member is provided with: a base portion having opposing first and second surfaces; a protective layer portion connected to and extending outward from the base portion, the first surface of the base portion facing the protective layer portion and the second surface of the base portion facing away from the protective layer portion; While the present disclosure is susceptible to various modifications and alternative forms, specific embodiments thereof will be shown by way of example in the accompanying drawings. However, the present disclosure should not be construed as being limited to the embodiments set forth herein, but instead to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and scope of the embodiments.In the following description, a child safety seat is given as an example, but it is understood that the step belt device according to the present invention is also applicable to other types of carriers such as a child's chair, a child's rocking chair, a baby's stroller or a wheelchair, etc.Moreover, in a child safety seat mountable in a vehicle, a child may be secured in the vehicle by a seat belt or a seat belt of the child safety seat. The step belt device provided in the present disclosure may adjust the effective length of the step belt and be connected to the seatbelt in a vehicle to limit the height of the seatbelt in the vehicle. As illustrated in FIG. 1, the step belt device 20 of the present disclosure is attached to a booster-type child safety seat, and the dotted lines in FIG. 1 show the in-vehicle seat belt including a shoulder belt 1 and a hip belt 2 in the vehicle. Of course, the crotch belt device 20 may be used with other types of child-carrying means; the crotch belt device 20 may also be used in a seat belt of a child's seat with pant carrier belt (e.g., a five-point seat belt or a three-point seat belt) or other carrier, such that the crotch belt device 20 is connected to a shoulder belt or a hip belt on the child's seat with pant carrier belt or other carrier to adjust the length of the crotch belt.The following description and drawings will be illustrated with reference to a booster brand child safety seat and a step strap device in conjunction with a hip strap 2 in a vehicle.As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, FIG. 1 is a schematic view showing a child safety seat 10 of the present disclosure, and FIG. 2 is another schematic view showing the child safety seat 10 of the present disclosure. The child safety seat 10 is provided with a step belt device 20. The step belt device 20 according to the present disclosure includes a limiting member 22 and a step belt 23, wherein the hip belt 2 of the vehicle can pass through the limiting member 22 of the step belt device 20 to limit 0, and the shoulder belt 1 of the vehicle passes through the backrest portion 14 and the headrest portion 12 to restrain the body of a child that abuts the backrest portion 14 of the child safety seat 10. The limiting member 22 according to the present disclosure may be a protective film type limiting member (as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 ) or a buckle type limiting member (not shown) suitable for use in a seat belt of a pants-type child safety seat or a combination of a protective film type limiting member and a buckle type limiting member so that it can be switched from a mode in which it is attached to a seat belt of a booster seat means to a mode in which it is attached to a seat belt of a pants-type child safety seat. The step belt 23 according to the present disclosure may be in the form of a webbing, for example.The crotch belt 23 comprises opposing first and second ends 231, 232, wherein the first end 231 is connected to the limiting element 22 and the second end 232 is fastened to the seat portion 16 of the child safety seat 10, for example by a frame buckle having a middle crossbar or a loop knot. The second end 232 of the crotch strap 23 is removable from the seat portion 16 to remove the crotch strap device 20 from the infant support means. The crotch belt 23 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 has two branch straps between the limiting element 22 and the seat section 16, which are connected and arranged in an inverted V-shape from the limiting element 22 towards the seat section 16, but are not limited thereto. Depending on the actual need, the crotch belt 23 can also be provided with only one or more than two branch belts. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the seat portion 16 has an elongated hole through which the second end 232 of the crotch belt 23 passes, the elongated hole being substantially perpendicular to the width direction (i.e., the left-right direction) of the seat portion. The crotch belt 23 is twisted between the limiting member 22 and the seat portion 16, the wide side of the crotch belt 23 in the vicinity of the first end 231 is parallel to the width direction of the seat portion 16, and the wide side of the crotch belt 23 in the vicinity of the second end 232 is perpendicular to the width direction of the seat portion 16.The step belt device 20 according to the present disclosure further includes an adjustment mechanism provided on the limiting member 22. By the adjustment mechanism, the position at which the first end 231 of the crotch belt 23 is connected to the limiting member 22 can be adjusted, whereby the height of the limiting member 22 relative to the child safety seat 10 can be adjusted. In this way, the effective length of the crotch belt 23 can be adjusted by the adjusting mechanism, so that the position of the hip belt 2 can be adjusted, thereby improving the safety of the child during travel and increasing the applicable age or height of the children even when a smaller or more recent child is riding on the child safety seat 10.Specifically, a first embodiment of the adjustment mechanism of the step belt device 20 according to the present disclosure will be explained below with reference to FIGS. 3, 4 a, 4 b, 5, in which FIG. 3 is a schematic view of the first embodiment of the step belt device of the present disclosure; FIGS. 4 aand 4 bare schematic views of front and back of the step belt device of the first embodiment of the present disclosure; FIG. 5 is an exploded view showing a detailed structure of the step belt device of the first embodiment of the present disclosure. For convenience of illustration, in the following description, the front side of the step belt device 20 is the surface thereof facing the outside of the child seat, while the back side of the step belt device 20 is the surface thereof facing the backrest portion 14 of the child seat; also, the front side of the restricting member 22 is the surface thereof facing the outside of the child seat, and the back side of the restricting member 22 is the surface thereof facing the backrest portion 14 of the child seat. In both FIGS. 1 and 2, the front sides of the crotch belt device 20 and of the delimiting element 22 are illustrated.In combination with FIG. 6, FIG. 6 is a schematic diagram of a base portion and a protective sheet portion of the limiting member of the first embodiment of the present disclosure, wherein the limiting member 22 includes a base portion 221 and a protective sheet portion 222, wherein the base portion 221 includes a first surface 221 aand a second surface 221 bopposed to each other, wherein the first surface 221 aof the base portion 221 faces the protective sheet portion 222, and the second surface 221 bof the base portion 221 is away from the protective sheet portion 222. Between the base portion 221 and the protective layer portion 222, a limit stopper 224 is defined. In this embodiment, when the step harness device 20 is attached to the child safety seat, the second surface 221 bof the base portion 221 faces the backrest portion 14 of the child safety seat 10 while the protective layer portion 222 extends from the base portion 221 and faces the outside of the child safety seat 10 (as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 ); in other embodiments, it may be substituted that the protective layer portion 222 extends from the base portion 221 and faces the backrest portion 14 of the child safety seat 10, and the second surface 221 bof the base portion 221 faces the outside of the child safety seat 10. The hip belt 2 of the vehicle is passed through the limit stopper 224 so that the hip belt 2 is limited by the step belt device 20 to prevent the hip belt 2 from moving to an excessively high position. According to the embodiment shown in FIG. 6, the longitudinal length of the protective layer portion 222 is less than the longitudinal length of the base portion 221. The lower end of the limiting element 22 is also provided with a connecting portion 223, by which the first end of the crotch belt 23 is connected to the limiting element 22. The connecting portion 223 illustrated in FIG. 6 is in the form of a through hole through which the first end of the crotch belt 23 extends into the restricting member 22.Referring to FIG. 5 in combination, the adjustment mechanism 100 according to the first embodiment includes a slide groove 150, a slide member 110, a first locking member 160, a second locking member 120, and an operating member 130. The slide groove 150 is disposed at a base portion 221 of the limiting member 22; the slide member 110 is connected to the first end 231 of the step belt 23, the slide member 110 is accommodated in the slide groove 150, and the slide member 110 can slide up and down along the slide groove 150. As illustrated in FIGS. 5 and 6, the second surface 221 bof the base portion 221 is provided with an opening that extends in the up-and-down direction and through which the operation member 130 enters the slide groove 150, and the left and right sides of the opening protrude in the opposite direction with respect to the left and right sides of the slide groove 150 to limit the slide member 110 and prevent the slide member 110 from being separated from the slide groove 150. In other words, the left and right sides of the opening project relative to the left and right sides of the slide groove 150 toward each other (the left and right widths of the opening is smaller than the left and right widths of the slide groove), so that the left and right sides of the slide groove 150 may each include a rail 152, and the both sides of the slide member 110 may be partially accommodated in the rail 152. The slider 110 slides up and down along the rail 152 to prevent the slider 110 from falling down. According to the embodiment shown in FIG. 5, a plurality of first locking members 160 are disposed on the base portion 221 of the restricting member 22 and are disposed at intervals along the up-and-down direction, and the second locking member 120 is disposed on the sliding member 110. However, this is not limited thereto. In other embodiments, the plurality of first locking members 160 may also be disposed on the slide member 110, and the second locking members 120 are disposed on the base portion 221 of the limiting member 22 as long as the second locking members 120 are engaged with the corresponding first locking members 160 when the slide member 110 and the slide groove 150 slide relative to each other.The operating member 130 is connected to the first locking member 160 or the second locking member 120, and when the operating member 130 is operated, the first locking member 160 and the second locking member 120 are unlocked to allow the slide member 110 to slide in the up-and-down direction relative to the slide groove 150.In the embodiment shown in FIG. 5, the plurality of first locking members 160 have locking holes and are disposed on the base portion 221 of the restricting member 22; the second locking member 120 has a protrusion 121, the second locking member 120 is disposed on the slide member 110, and the operating member 130 is connected to the second locking member 120 so that the operating member 130 drives the slide member 110 to slide in the up-down direction relative to the slide groove 150. However, this is not limited thereto. It is also possible that the first locking element 160 has a protrusion while the second locking element 120 has a locking hole.The sliding element 110 can be plate-shaped, for example, and can be provided with a crotch belt stop 112, a lateral opening 113, a first opening 114 and a second opening 115 (the second opening 115 is illustrated in FIG. 7 ). The crotch belt stopper 112 is disposed at the lower end of the slide member 110. In this embodiment, the second limiting groove 260 is located at the lower end of the limiting member 22, but is not limited thereto, and the number of limiting grooves may be set according to requirements for the various setting positions. The adjusting mechanism of the third embodiment has substantially the same structure as the adjusting mechanism of the second embodiment, except that in the third embodiment, a first restricting groove 250 and a second restricting groove 260 are disposed on the second surface 221 bof the base portion 221 of the restricting member 22, as illustrated in FIG. 13. In this way, when adjusting the connection position of the step belt 23, the buckle element 220 can be removed from the second surface 221 bof the base portion 221 of the limiting member 22, and the buckle element 220 can be re-engaged with the corresponding limiting groove from the second surface 221 bwhen the buckle element 220 is adjusted to the proper position. Since the second surface 221 bof the base portion 221 of the restricting member 22 is not blocked by the protective sheet portion 222, the above adjusting operation is more convenient.In addition, as illustrated in FIG. 16, the lower end of the base portion 221 of the restriction member 22 is provided with a connecting portion 223, and the connecting portion 223 is in the shape of a through hole and communicates with the second adjustment hole 290 to allow the step belt 23 to pass therethrough. The adjustment mechanism 300 of the fourth embodiment is disposed on the second surface 221 bof the base portion 221 of the limiting member 22, and includes a support rod 370, a first adjustment rod 350, and a second adjustment rod 360. Two adjustment rods are shown in Figs. 17b and 18, but not limited thereto, an appropriate number of adjustment rods can be adjusted according to requirements of the various adjustment positions. The first adjustment rod 350 is disposed at an upper position of the base portion 221 of the limiting member 22, and the second adjustment rod 360 is disposed at a lower position of the base portion 221 of the limiting member 22. The support rod 270 is disposed at the base portion 221 of the limiting member 22 and above the first adjustment rod 350. The adjustment mechanism 300 further includes a connection buckle 320 as shown in FIG. 18, wherein the first end 231 of the crotch belt 23 is connected to the connection buckle 320. The crotch belt 23 is engaged by the connecting buckle 320 with a second adjusting rod 360 located at a lower portion of the base portion 221 of the limiting member 22 after bypassing the support rod 270 located at an upper portion of the base portion 221 of the limiting member 22.According to another embodiment, the support rod 270 may be omitted and the first end 231 of the crotch belt 23 may be directly fastened with various adjustment rods.Referring back to FIGS. 19 aand 19 b, FIG. 19 ais a schematic front view of the step belt device of the fourth embodiment of the present disclosure with the step belt hidden and view; and 19 bis a schematic front view of the step belt device of the fourth embodiment of the present disclosure with the step belt hidden and view. In this embodiment, the connecting portion 223 of the limiting member 22 is in the form of an outlet through which the crotch belt 23 enters the adjusting mechanism 300, and after bypassing the support rod 370 upward, the crotch belt 23 can be selectively engaged with the first adjusting rod 350 or the second adjusting rod 360 via the connecting buckle 320. As shown in FIGS. 18 and 19 b, the connecting buckle 320 includes a through hole 321 to which the first end 231 of the crotch belt 23 can be connected. In addition, the connection buckle 320 includes a bulging portion 322, and according to this embodiment, the portion of the bulging portion 322 is U-shaped to allow the first adjustment rod 350 or the second adjustment rod 360 to be more snap-engaged.In the embodiment shown in FIG. 19 b, the support rod 370 spans both the left and right ends of the base portion 221 of the limiting member 22, i.e., the support rod 370 is connected to the left and right ends of the base portion 221, and the first adjustment rod 350 and the second adjustment rod 360 extend only from the left end or from the right end of the base portion 221. FIG. 20 is a schematic view of the step belt device 20 of a fifth embodiment of the present disclosure. As illustrated in the drawing, the crotch belt 23 connected to the restricting member 22 has a first end 231 and a second end 232 disposed opposite to the first end 231, the second end 232 of the crotch belt 23 is a fixed end and fixed to the seat portion 16 of the child safety seat 10, and the restricting member 22 is connected (movably) between the first end 231 and the second end 232 of the crotch belt 23. The position at which the crotch belt 23 is connected to the limiting member 22 can be adjusted by the first end 231 of the crotch belt 23.As shown in FIG. 21, it is a schematic view of an embodiment of the step belt 23 of the step belt device 20 of a fifth embodiment of the present disclosure. The two second ends 232 of the crotch belt 23 are secured to the seat portion 16 by a mechanism such as a seat buckle having a center cross bar or an arch knot. The half-folded part of the crotch belt 23 after the half-folding is the first end 231 of the crotch belt 23, and the first end 231 is an adjusting end with which the position at which the crotch belt 23 is connected to the restricting member 22 can be adjusted. In addition, as shown in FIG. 21, an insert 235 may be connected to the half-folded part of the crotch belt 23 so that the first end 231 of the crotch belt 23 may be thickened to prevent the first end 231 of the crotch belt 23 from coming off the restricting member 22. When it is necessary to shift the restricting member 22 from the upper position shown in FIG. 25 to the lower position shown in FIG. 26, the first end 231 of the crotch belt 23 is simply pulled downward, and the position at which the crotch belt 23 is connected to the connecting member 24 is changed by pulling the first end 231 of the crotch belt 23, whereby the height of the restricting member 22 can be changed more easily.In summary, in the solution of the present disclosure, the connection position between the crotch belt 23 and the limiting member 22 is adjustable to adjust the height of the limiting member 22 relative to the seat portion 16, and as compared to the adjustment of the effective length of the crotch belt 23 by adjusting the connection position between the seat portion 16 and the crotch belt 23, the solution of the present disclosure is more convenient for the user to operate to adjust the effective length of the crotch belt 23 and thereby adjust the height of the limiting member 22.As the features of the invention may be embodied in various forms without departing from the features of the invention, it should also be understood that the above-mentioned embodiments are not limited to the details described above unless otherwise stated and that they should be construed broadly to fall within the scope defined by the appended claims. an adjustment mechanism (100, 200, 300) disposed on the limiting member (22), and wherein the position at which the first end (231) of the crotch belt (23) is connected to the limiting member (22) is adjustable by the adjustment mechanism (100, 200, 300).The crotch belt device (20) according to claim 1, wherein the adjusting mechanism (100) comprises: a slide groove (150) disposed on the base portion (221) of the limiting member (22); a slide member (110) connected to the first end (231) of the crotch belt (23) and accommodated in the slide groove (150), the slide member (110) being slidable up and down along the slide groove (150); a plurality of first locking members (160) disposed on one of the group of the base portion (221) of the limiting member (22) and the slide member (110), the plurality of first locking members (160) being spaced apart in the up-down direction; a second locking member (120) disposed on the other of the base portion (221) of the limiting member (22) and the sliding member (110), the second locking member (120) being engaged with the corresponding first locking member (160) when the sliding member (110) and the sliding groove (150) slide relative to each other; and an operating member (130) connected to the first locking member (160) or the second locking member (120), and wherein upon an operation of the operating member (130), the first locking member (160) and the second locking member (120) are unlocked to release the sliding of the sliding member (110) in the up and down direction relative to the sliding groove (150).The crotch belt device (20) of claim 1 or 2, wherein the constraining member is formed with: a base portion having opposing first and second surfaces; and a limit stop defined between the base portion and the guard layer portion, wherein the limit stop is used for passing a seat belt therethrough and limiting the seat belt, and wherein in particular the plurality of first locking members (160) are disposed on the base portion (221) of the limit member (22), and wherein the second locking member (120) is disposed on the slide member (110), and wherein in particular the operating member (130) is connected to the second locking member (120), and wherein the operating member (130) can control the slide member (110) to slide in the up and down direction relative to the slide groove (150).The crotch belt device (20) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the plurality of first locking members (160) are respectively disposed on a left side and a right side of the slide groove (150) in the up-down direction, or the adjusting mechanism (100) further comprises an elastic member (140), wherein the elastic member (140) abuts on the second locking member (120) to bias the second locking member (120) to be engaged with the corresponding first locking member (160).The crotch belt device (20) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the sliding member (110) is formed with: a first opening (114) disposed on the surface of the sliding member (110) away from the sliding groove (150);
