Abstract
The invention relates to a torsional vibration damper (10) for reducing torsional vibrations in a vehicle drivetrain, comprising an inner component (14) rotatable about an axis of rotation (12) for connection with a rotatable connecting component of the drivetrain which exhibits torsional vibrations, several circumferentially spaced spoke springs (16), an outer component (30) rotatably connected to the inner component (14) via the spoke springs (16) and rotatable relative to the inner component (14) to a limited extent against a spring force of the spoke springs (16), a friction device (36) with at least one friction area (48, 54) effective during relative rotational movement between the inner component (14) and the outer component (30) and formed between a friction element (38) and a counter-friction element (42), wherein the friction element (38) is designed as a component separate from the spoke springs (16) and fluid supply means (80) to supply the friction area (48,54) with a cooling fluid.
