Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present invention relates to a rolling guide device. TECHNICAL BACKGROUND

[0002] Heretofore, a rolling guide device configured to include a rail member having a substantially C-shaped cross section extending in the longitudinal direction, a movable member installed to be reciprocated along the longitudinal direction of the rail member, and a plurality of rolling bodies that guide the relative reciprocating movement of the movable member with respect to the rail member by being rollingly disposed in a substantially C-shaped internal space configuring the rail member and between the rail member and the movable member has been generally known.

[0003] As a concrete example of such a rolling guide device, there is, for example, a linear bearing disclosed in Patent Literature 1 described below. This linear bearing has the following configuration. Two left and right straight rails, each having a C-like shape in cross section, are arranged parallel to each other. In each rail, two inner races are formed which are opposite to each other on the upper and lower surfaces. A slider is provided with three or more rollers which alternately contact these upper and lower inner races. The outline of an outer peripheral surface of each roller is shaped so that the cross section has an arc shape with a radius r. One of the upper and lower inner races has a V-like cross-sectional shape, and the other inner race is shaped so that a cross section has an arc shape with a radius R.As a result of the configuration described above, in the linear bearing disclosed in Patent Literature 1 described below, the slider is able to move smoothly even when the rails are deformed and the left side and the right side are not parallel to each other due to stress and heat-induced expansion.

[0004] When the rolling guide device of this type is to be used stably in any environment, it is conceivable to install a wiper in the movable member such as the slider to prevent dust and the like from outside, which hinder the rolling action of a rolling body such as the roller, from entering the rail member such as a rail and to prevent lubricant such as grease supplied to the rolling body from leaking to the outside.

[0006] Patent Literature 1: Japanese Patent JP 3 292 459 B2 SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION PROBLEMS SOLVED BY THE INVENTION

[0007] However, if a wiper is simply incorporated into the slider disclosed in Patent Literature 1 described above, a problem arises. In other words, if the wiper is attached to the slider that configures the linear bearing in Patent Literature 1, the following problem arises. In particular, when the slider is tilted relative to the straight rail in the rolling direction, the contact force between the inner tracks of the straight rail and the wiper is distorted. This creates a gap, the function of the wiper cannot be guaranteed, and stable linear reciprocating motion of the slider relative to the straight rail is not possible.

[0008] The present invention has been made in view of the problem existing in the related art described above, and an object thereof is to provide a rolling guide device capable of exhibiting a function of a scraper without preventing a linear reciprocating movement of a movable member with respect to a rail member even when the movable member is inclined with respect to the rail member in a rolling direction. MEANS TO SOLVE THE PROBLEMS

[0009] A rolling guide device according to the present invention is a rolling guide device comprising: a rail member that is a long member extending in a longitudinal direction, the rail member being constituted by: a fixing surface portion serving as a fixing reference with respect to an outer member; and a pair of wall portions installed upright toward one side of each of both ends of the fixing surface portion; a movable member installed to be movable in a reciprocating manner along the longitudinal direction of the rail member;and a plurality of rolling elements that guide a relative reciprocating movement of the movable member with respect to the rail member by being rollably arranged in a space surrounded by the fixing surface portion and the pair of wall portions constituting the rail member, and between the rail member and the movable member. In the rolling guide device, a rolling element rolling surface that contacts a rolling element outer peripheral surface of each of the rolling elements is formed in each of the wall surfaces of the pair of wall portions facing each other, and a wiper including a pressing portion that presses the rolling element rolling surface is rotatably installed in the movable member. The wiper comprises at least a fixing portion rotatably attached to a fixing shaft formed in the movable member;and the pressing portion pressing the rolling body rolling surface, and a frictional force of the pressing portion with respect to the rolling body rolling surface is smaller than a frictional force of the fixing portion with respect to the fixing shaft formed in the movable member; EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION

[0010] According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a rolling guide device capable of performing the function of the wiper without hindering the linear reciprocating movement of the movable member with respect to the rail member even when the movable member is tilted in the rolling direction with respect to the rail member. [0011] A suitable embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the drawings. The embodiment described below does not limit the invention according to the individual claims, and not all combinations of the features described in the embodiment are essential to the solvents of the invention.

[0012] The guide rail is an example of the generally defined rail element, the upper wall section and the lower wall section are examples of the generally defined wall sections, the wheel top rolling surface and the wheel bottom rolling surface are examples of the generally defined rolling body rolling surface, the interior space is an example of the inside of a space, the movable runner is an example of the movable element, the wheel is an example of the rolling body, and the wiper is an example of the elastic body.

[0013] First, a basic configuration of a rolling guide device 10 according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. Fig. 1 to Fig. 5 described. Fig. 1 is a perspective view of the rolling guide device according to the present embodiment as seen obliquely from the front right side above, and Fig. 2 is a perspective view of a movable slider configuring the rolling guide device according to the present embodiment, viewed obliquely from the rear right side above. Fig. 3 is a transparent view of the rolling guide device according to the present embodiment as seen from the front surface side, and Fig. 4 is a transparent view of the rolling guide device according to the present embodiment as seen from the left side surface side. Fig. 5 is a schematic view for describing a rolling operation state of a wheel with respect to a wheel upper-side rolling surface and a wheel lower-side rolling surface in the present embodiment. In Fig. 5 shows Fig. 5(a) a state in which the Mc moment in the rolling direction does not act on a movable runner 21, Fig. 5(b) shows a state in which the Mc moment acts on the movable slider 21 in the rolling direction, and Fig. 5(c) is a view in which a dotted area indicated by a character α in Fig. 5(b). In the present description, the directions of the rolling guide device 10 are shown as shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 4. However, these directions do not indicate the directions at the time of use of the rolling guide device 10 according to the present embodiment, and the rolling guide device 10 according to the present embodiment can be used in any posture. In other words, the directions shown in the Fig. 1 to Fig. 4 directions shown “front, back, top, bottom, left, right” are for explanation purposes only.

[0014] As in Fig. 1 to Fig. 4, the rolling guide device 10 according to the present embodiment is configured to include a guide rail 11 serving as a rail member, the movable slider 21 serving as a movable member, which is installed to be guided along the longitudinal direction (in other words, the left and right directions in Fig. 1 to Fig. 3) the guide rail 11 can be moved back and forth, and has wheels 31 which serve as rolling bodies and are arranged in a rolling state between the guide rail 11 and the movable rotor 21.

[0015] The guide rail 11 is a long element which has a substantially C-like shape in cross-section and extends in the longitudinal direction. As shown in Fig. 4, the guide rail 11 of the present embodiment has a mounting surface portion 12 formed to extend in the up-down direction, an upper wall portion 13 serving as a wall portion according to the present invention and formed to extend from an upper end of the mounting surface portion 12 to the front side, and a lower wall portion 14 serving as a wall portion according to the present invention and formed to extend from a lower end of the mounting surface portion 12 to the front side in side view.

[0016] A wheel-top rolling surface 13a, which serves as a rolling body rolling surface according to the present invention and comes into contact with the wheel outer peripheral surfaces of the wheels 31, is formed on the lower surface side of the upper wall portion 13. Similarly, a wheel-bottom rolling surface 14a, which serves as a rolling body rolling surface according to the present invention and comes into contact with the wheel outer peripheral surfaces of the wheels 31, is formed on the surface side of the lower wall portion 14. The wheel-top rolling surface 13a and the wheel-bottom rolling surface 14a are arranged facing each other in side view. The wheels 31 are arranged in an inner space 15 (the inside of a space according to the present invention) surrounded by the mounting surface portion 12, the upper wall portion 13, and the lower wall portion 14 in a rolling state.

[0017] The outer shape of the guide rail 11 of the present embodiment described above is formed by plastically deforming a metal material through a drawing process. However, the method for forming the guide rail 11 is not limited to the drawing process. For example, the outer shape may be formed by a grinding process, a cutting process, and the like on a metal material, or the outer shape may be formed by a grinding process and the like while controlling the surface hardness and internal quality through a heat treatment process after plastically deforming the metal material through a drawing process. In other words, the outer shape of the guide rail 11, which is a rail member of the present invention, can be formed using any processing method.

[0018] The guide rail 11 of the present embodiment is a member serving as a mounting reference of the rolling guide device 10. Therefore, in the present embodiment, mounting holes 12a, such as screw holes, are formed in the mounting surface portion 12 that configures the guide rail 11. As a result, the mounting and installation of the guide rail 11 with respect to a mounting reference surface of a base, a door frame, or the like can be performed using the mounting holes 12a.

[0019] As in Fig. 1 and Fig. As shown in Fig. 2, the movable runner 21 is a block-like member having a substantially rectangular shape and is installed so as to be reciprocable along the longitudinal direction of the guide rail 11. In the movable runner 21 of the present embodiment, three wheels 31 are arranged on the back in a rolling state. In the rolling guide device 10 according to the present embodiment, an embodiment has been shown in which the guide rail 11 is fixedly installed with respect to the attachment reference surface of the base, the door frame, or the like, and the movable runner 21 is installed so as to be reciprocable with respect to the guide rail 11. However, the scope of the present invention is not limited to the foregoing. For example, the movable slider 21 may be fixed to the fixing reference surface, and the guide rail 11 may be reciprocated with respect to the movable slider 21.

[0020] The wheels 31 are members that guide the relative reciprocating movement of the movable runner 21 with respect to the guide rail 11 by being rollably disposed in the substantially C-shaped interior space 15 that configures the guide rail 11 and between the guide rail 11 and the movable runner 21.

[0021] As for the wheels 31 of the present embodiment, three wheels 31 are arranged on the rear surface side of the movable rotor 21 in a rolling state. As shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, a wheel 31 positioned in the middle of the three wheels 31 is arranged so that it is in contact with the wheel-top rolling surface 13a and not in contact with the wheel-bottom rolling surface 14a by having a gap with respect to the wheel-bottom rolling surface 14a. Meanwhile, the two wheels 31 positioned to the left and right of the three wheels 31 are arranged so that they are in contact with the wheel-bottom rolling surface 14a and not in contact with the wheel-top rolling surface 13a by having a gap with respect to the wheel-top rolling surface 13a. This is achieved by arranging the three wheels 31 so that their positions in the front view are offset in the up-down direction as above. For example, when the movable rotor 21 is in Fig. 3 moves to the right side of the paper plane with respect to the guide rail 11, the one wheel 31, which is located in the middle, rotates with respect to the paper plane of Fig. 3 counterclockwise, and the two wheels 31, located on the left and right, rotate with respect to the paper plane of Fig. 3 clockwise. Conversely, if the movable slider 21 is to the left side of the paper plane with respect to the guide rail 11 in Fig. 3, the one wheel 31, which is positioned in the middle, rotates clockwise with respect to the paper plane of Fig. 3, and the two wheels 31, positioned left and right, rotate counterclockwise with respect to the paper plane of Fig. 3. As described above, the movable slider 21, which performs a relative linear movement along the longitudinal direction of the guide rail 11, can perform a suitable linear reciprocating movement while appropriately receiving a moment load by arranging the three wheels 31 offset from each other in the up-down direction in the front view.

[0022] In the Fig. 1 to Fig. In the embodiment shown in Fig. 4, a configuration example was shown in which the one wheel 31 positioned in the center is arranged to be in contact with the wheel-upper-side rolling surface 13a, and the two wheels 31 positioned on the left and right are arranged to be in contact with the wheel-lower-side rolling surface 14a. However, the scope of application of the present invention is not limited to the above. For example, a configuration arranged to be opposite to the present embodiment, that is, a configuration in which the one wheel 31 positioned in the center is arranged to be in contact with the wheel-lower-side rolling surface 14a, and the two wheels 31 positioned on the left and right are arranged to be in contact with the wheel-upper-side rolling surface 13a, may be employed.

[0023] Within the scope of the present invention, an embodiment is also possible in which four or more wheels 31 are arranged with respect to the rear surface side of the movable rotor 21. In this embodiment, it is preferable that adjacent wheels 31 are arranged so that they come into contact with the wheel-top rolling surface 13a and the wheel-bottom rolling surface 14a in a staggered manner.

[0024] The wheel of the present invention is a wheel member that is fixed to a rotating shaft in a rotatable state. A rolling contact surface of the wheel member with respect to a counterpart member is configured by a horizontal surface, a convex curved surface, and a concave curved surface. In the present embodiment, a case is shown in which the rolling contact surfaces of the wheels 31 are formed as convex curved surfaces (see Fig. 4).

[0025] In the rolling guide device 10 according to the present embodiment, it is preferable that a rotating shaft of the wheel 31 is an eccentric shaft so that the position adjustment of the wheels 31 can be performed by rotating the eccentric shaft. For example, as shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 3, the three wheels 31 in the present embodiment are arranged side by side in the left-right direction. By making the rotating shafts of the two left- and right-arranged wheels 31 fixed shafts and the rotating shaft of the one centrally arranged wheel 31 an eccentric shaft, the preload adjustment and the like of the three wheels 31 with respect to the guide rail 11 can be performed by moving the position of the centrally arranged wheel 31 upward.

[0026] With reference to Fig. 5, the relationship between the wheels 31, the wheel-top rolling surface 13a and the wheel-bottom rolling surface 14a is described. Although the illustration in Fig. 5 is simplified, since Fig. 5 is a schematic view, the following configuration is assumed in the present embodiment. Of the three wheels 31 described above, the one wheel 31 positioned in the center is arranged to be in contact with the wheel-top rolling surface 13a and not in contact with the wheel-bottom rolling surface 14a by having a gap with respect to the wheel-bottom rolling surface 14a. Meanwhile, of the three wheels 31, the two wheels 31 arranged on the left and right are arranged to be in contact with the wheel-bottom rolling surface 14a and not in contact with the wheel-top rolling surface 13a by having a gap with respect to the wheel-top rolling surface 13a. In other words, in the description of Fig. 5 below, it is shown that the wheel in contact with the wheel-top rolling surface 13a is the one wheel 31 positioned in the center, and the wheels in contact with the wheel-bottom rolling surface 14a are the two wheels 31 positioned on the left and right.

[0027] In the present embodiment, the cross-sectional shapes of the wheel-top rolling surface 13a and the wheel-bottom rolling surface 14a are formed as circular arc-shaped grooves, each formed by a single arc. In other words, the radius of curvature of the wheel-top rolling surface 13a and the wheel-bottom rolling surface 14a is slightly larger than the radius of curvature of the front rolling surfaces of the wheels 31. Therefore, each wheel 31 according to the present embodiment is in contact with each of the wheel-top rolling surface 13a and the wheel-bottom rolling surface 14a through a single point.

[0028] As in Fig. 5(a) in Fig. 5, in the case of a state where an Mc moment in the rolling direction is not applied to the moving runner 21, a line L 1 indicating the rolling direction orthogonal to a rotation center line of the wheel 31, a line arranged to be perpendicular in the up-down direction, and contact points P1 between the wheel 31 and each of the wheel upper-side rolling surface 13a and the wheel lower-side rolling surface 14a are positioned in the groove bottom centers of the circular-arc-shaped grooves configuring the wheel upper-side rolling surface 13a and the wheel lower-side rolling surface 14a.

[0029] If from the Fig. 5(a) in Fig. 5, a Mc moment in the rolling direction is applied to the moving rotor 21, the wheel 31 is tilted in the direction in which the Mc moment is applied (the clockwise direction of rotation with respect to the paper plane in Fig. 5(b)), as in Fig. 5(b) in Fig. 5. In other words, the line L1 indicating the rolling direction orthogonal to the rotation center line of the wheel 31 is tilted to the position of a line L2. At this time, the cross-sectional shapes of the wheel-top rolling surface 13a and the wheel-bottom rolling surface 14a are formed as circular arc grooves formed by a single arc, and therefore the contact points move from the positions of the contact points P1 to the positions of the contact points P 2in accordance with the inclination of the wheel 31 in the clockwise rotation direction. In other words, in the rolling guide device 10 according to the present embodiment, even when an Mc moment is applied to the moving rotor 21 in the rolling direction, the contact points are shifted in accordance with the Mc moment, and the wheel 31 and each of the wheel-top rolling surface 13a and the wheel-bottom rolling surface 14a are constantly in contact with each other at one point. Therefore, the differential slip is small, and a satisfactory rolling motion is constantly realized.

[0030] A basic configuration of the rolling guide device 10 according to the present embodiment has been described above. Next, a specific configuration of the rolling guide device 10 according to the present embodiment will be described by adding Fig. 6 and Fig. 7 to the reference drawings. Fig. Fig. 6 is a left side view for describing a scraper included in the rolling guide device according to the present embodiment, wherein Fig. 6(a) shows a state in which an Mc moment in the rolling direction is not applied to the moving rotor 21, and Fig. 6(b) shows a state in which the Mc moment in the rolling direction is applied to the moving rotor 21. In Fig. 6 shows a state in which the end plates 51 (see Fig. 2 etc.), which are attached to the outside of the wipers 41 in the left-right direction, are removed. Fig. 7 is a main part transparent view for describing an attachment state of the scraper included in the rolling guide device according to the present embodiment.

[0031] In the rolling guide device 10 according to the present embodiment, the end plate 51 installed on the outermost side, a lubricant supply member 55 protecting the outer side of the wheels 31, and the scraper 41 rotatably installed in a position between the end plate 51 and the lubricant supply member 55 are installed at each of the end portions of the movable slider 21 in the left-right direction, as shown in Fig. 2 shown.

[0032] The end plate 51 is a plate-shaped member for fixing the wiper 41 and the lubricant supply member 55 and for attaching the wiper 41 and the lubricant supply member 55 to the movable rotor 21. As shown in Fig. 2, Fig. 7 and the like, a grease nipple 52 is installed at a position in the center of each end plate 51, and lubricant such as grease can be injected into the wheels 31 from the outside by using the grease nipple 52. As shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 7, the inside of the grease nipple 52 is a mounting shaft 53 having an axial shape. A mounting portion 41a of the scraper 41 described below is rotatably mounted on the mounting shaft 53.

[0033] As in Fig. 7, the lubricant supply member 55 has a curved surface shape 55a in which the inner side has substantially the same curvature as an outer peripheral surface of the wheel 31. A lubrication hole 55b is formed in the center of the curved surface shape 55a, and the lubrication hole 55b functions as a lubrication passage for supplying lubricant such as grease to the wheels 31 from the grease nipple 52 installed on the end plate 51.

[0034] The wiper 41 is arranged in a position sandwiched between the end plate 51 and the lubricant supply member 55. The wiper 41 according to the present embodiment is installed in a rotatable state with respect to the movable rotor 21.

[0035] When a specific configuration of the wiper 41 according to the present embodiment is described, the wiper 41 is configured to include the fixing portion 41a rotatably mounted on the fixing shaft 53 formed in the lubricant supply member 55 fixed to the movable rotor 21, pressing portions 41c pressing the wheel upper side rolling surface 13a and the wheel lower side rolling surface 14a, and connecting portions 41b connecting the fixing portion 41a and the pressing portions 41c while exerting an elastic force between the fixing portion 41a and the pressing portions 41c, as shown in Fig. 7. The scraper 41 according to the present embodiment is shaped so that the entire appearance is a substantially M-like shape and the appearance of the fixing portion 41a is a substantially C-like shape. The scraper 41 of the present embodiment is shaped so that the frictional force of the pressing portions 41c with respect to the wheel upper-side rolling surface 13a and the wheel lower-side rolling surface 14a becomes smaller than the frictional force of the fixing portion 41a with respect to the fixing shaft 53 formed in the movable rotor 21. The scraper 41 of the present embodiment is molded from a resin, which is an elastic body having an elastic force. In the present embodiment, regarding the fixing shaft 53 to which the fixing portion 41a is fixed in a rotatable state, an example is shown where the fixing shaft 53 is formed in the lubricant supply member 55. However, the position where the fixing shaft of the present invention is formed is not limited to the lubricant supply member 55, and the fixing shaft may be formed in a member that configures an end portion of the movable slider 21, such as the end plate 51.

[0036] As mentioned above with reference to Fig. 5 and the like, in the rolling guide device 10 according to the present embodiment, even when an Mc moment is applied to the movable slider 21 in the rolling direction, the contact points are shifted in accordance with the Mc moment, and the wheel 31 and each of the wheel-top rolling surface 13a and the wheel-bottom rolling surface 14a are constantly in contact with each other at one point. In this case, when the scraper 41 is tilted together in accordance with the tilting operation of the movable slider 21, gaps are generated in the contact portions of the pressing portions 41c that press the wheel-top rolling surface 13a and the wheel-bottom rolling surface 14a, and the function of the scraper 41 of preventing the intrusion of dust and the like from the outside and preventing the leakage of grease and the like on the inside cannot be sufficiently demonstrated. However, in the scraper 41 of the present embodiment, the fixing portion 41a is rotatably mounted on the fixing shaft 53 formed in the end plate 51. Therefore, even if an Mc moment in the rolling direction is applied to the movable slider 21 and the movable slider 21 is tilted with respect to the guide rail 11, the position and posture of the scraper 41 with respect to the guide rail 11 can be constantly maintained in the same state because the scraper 41 is configured to be rotatable with respect to the movable slider 21.

[0037] The scraper 41 of the present embodiment is shaped so that the frictional force of the pressing portions 41c with respect to the wheel-top rolling surface 13a and the wheel-bottom rolling surface 14a becomes smaller than the frictional force of the fixing portion 41a with respect to the fixing shaft 53 formed in the movable slider 21. Therefore, when the movable slider 21 is tilted with respect to the guide rail 11, the pressing portions 41c in contact with the wheel-top rolling surface 13a and the wheel-bottom rolling surface 14a rotate in front of the fixing portion 41a installed on the fixing shaft 53. However, the pressing portions 41c continue to abut against the groove bottoms of the wheel-top rolling surface 13a and the wheel-bottom rolling surface 14a.Therefore, regardless of the external force applied to the movable rotor 21, an appropriate pressing force can be constantly applied to the wheel upper side rolling surface 13a and the wheel lower side rolling surface 14a.

[0038] In the scraper 41 according to the present embodiment, the shapes of the wheel-top rolling surface 13a and the wheel-bottom rolling surface 14a and the shapes of the contact portions in the pressure portions 41c with respect to the wheel-top rolling surface 13a and the wheel-bottom rolling surface 14a are curved surface shapes having substantially the same curvature. As shown in Fig. As shown in Fig. 6, the shapes of the connecting portions 41b that configure the scraper 41 are formed so that an elastic force applied in the direction in which the pressing portions 41c press the wheel-top rolling surface 13a and the wheel-bottom rolling surface 14a acts constantly. Therefore, the scraper 41 according to the present embodiment can constantly apply an appropriate pressing force to the wheel-top rolling surface 13a and the wheel-bottom rolling surface 14a regardless of the external force with respect to the moving rotor 21, thus always exhibiting the function of the scraper 41 of preventing the intrusion of dust and the like from the outside and preventing the leakage of grease and the like from the inside.

[0039] As in Fig. As shown in Fig. 6, in the scraper 41 according to the present embodiment, the rotation center of the scraper 41 rotatably installed in the movable rotor 21 is positioned in the internal space 15 (the inner space of the present invention) enclosed by the wheel-upper-side rolling surface 13a and the wheel-lower-side rolling surface 14a when the rotation center is viewed from the axial direction. In other words, the positions of the tilting center of the movable rotor 21 with respect to the guide rail 11 and the rotation center of the scraper 41 with respect to the movable rotor 21 are at the same or close positions, and therefore, smooth operation is realized for the rotational operation of the scraper 41.

[0040] The scraper 41 of the present embodiment has the arm-like connecting portions 41b that connect the fixing portion 41a and the pressing portions 41c, and can therefore be easily elastically deformed. Furthermore, even if the wheel-top rolling surface 13a, the wheel-bottom rolling surface 14a, and the scraper 41 wear, no gap is generated between the pressing portions 41c and each of the wheel-top rolling surface 13a and the wheel-bottom rolling surface 14a, and the function as the scraper 41 can be constantly performed. The scraper 41 of the present embodiment has the arm-like connecting portions 41b, and therefore the pressing portions 41c can be brought into contact with the wheel-top rolling surface 13a and the wheel-bottom rolling surface 14a with an appropriate force. In the arm-like connecting portions 41b of the wiper 41 of the present embodiment, the portions that are bent are formed narrower than other portions. An effect in which the connecting portions 41b can be easily elastically deformed is achieved by forming the bent portions narrow as described above. The pressing force of the arm-like connecting portions 41b becomes weaker as an arm-like forming portion is longer. Therefore, for example, if the pressing force with respect to the wheel-top rolling surface 13a and the wheel-bottom rolling surface 14a is to be reduced, the arm-like forming portion only needs to be made longer.

[0041] A suitable embodiment of the present invention has been described above, but the technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the scope described in the above-described embodiment. Various changes or improvements may be made to the above-described embodiment.

[0042] For example, a case was assumed where the scraper 41 of the above-described embodiment is configured from resin, which is an elastic body having elastic force, but the scope of the elastic body according to the present invention is not limited to resin. The scraper of the present invention can be configured, for example, with a leaf spring. In other words, any material can be used for the scraper of the present invention as long as the material has elastic force that presses the pressing portions 41c with respect to the wheel-upper-side rolling surface 13a and the wheel-lower-side rolling surface 14a.

[0043] For example, the wiper 41 of the above-described embodiment is shaped such that the appearance of the fixing portion 41a is a substantially C-like shape and the appearance of the entire wiper is a substantially M-like shape. However, the wiper of the present invention is not limited to the shape shown in the above-described embodiment. Any shape can be used as the wiper of the present invention as long as effects similar to those of the above-described embodiment can be exhibited. For example, Fig. 8 as modified examples of shapes that the scraper of the present invention may have. Fig. Fig. 8 is a view showing modified examples of various shapes that the wiper of the present invention can have. Fig. 8 shows Fig. 8(a) shows the wiper 41 of the above-described embodiment. As in Fig. 8(b) and Fig. 8(c) in Fig. 8, the attachment portion of the wiper may be shaped so that the appearance is substantially O-like. Regarding the appearance of the entire wiper of the present invention, an appearance formed in a substantially figure-eight-like shape as shown in Fig. 8(c) in Fig. 8, or an appearance that is in a substantially T-like shape as in Fig. 8(d) in Fig. 8, in addition to appearances that are in a substantially M-like form as in Fig. 8(a) and Fig. 8(b) in Fig. 8 are used.
