[0004] Patent Literature 1: JP H10-112937 Summary of the inventionTechnical problem

[0005] In a design phase for energy distribution systems, for example, it is necessary to determine the equipment to be used in the energy distribution systems. Furthermore, if equipment is installed in energy distribution systems and then replaced during maintenance, it is necessary to identify the equipment to be replaced. Therefore, a procedure to assist in determining the equipment, that is, a procedure for recommending the equipment, is required.

[0006] One such method for recommending a facility is a procedure using a collaborative filtering algorithm (hereinafter simply referred to as collaborative filtering). In this collaborative filtering procedure, the facility is recommended taking into account the existing relationship between the facilities.

[0007] The problem with the procedure of recommending the facility using collaborative filtering is that the accuracy of the recommendation can be reduced if the connection relationship that requires the recommendation of the facility does not match the existing connection relationship.

[0008] One of the main objectives of the present disclosure is to solve a problem such as the one described above. More specifically, a key objective of the present disclosure is to increase the accuracy of recommendations when recommending an institution using collaborative filtering. Solution to the problem

[0011] One embodiment is described below with reference to the drawings. In the following description and the drawings of the embodiments, elements with the same reference numerals represent identical or corresponding parts. Design 1.

[0012] In the present embodiment, an example is described in which a collaborative filtering-based device is recommended when the device is newly installed in power distribution receiving structures or when an existing device in power distribution receiving structures is replaced by the new device. *** Configuration Description ***

[0013] Fig. Figure 1 represents a system configuration example according to embodiment 1.

[0014] In Fig. 1 is a user terminal 500 is a terminal device that is to be used by a user. The user terminal 500 is a computer.

[0015] The user is a designer who, for example, designs the energy distribution and intake structures. The user determines which device is to be used in the energy distribution and intake structures.

[0016] An information processing device 100 recommends to the user a facility to be used in the energy distribution receiving structures, based on collaborative filtering.

[0017] The Information Processing Device 100 is also a computer.

[0018] A functional configuration and a hardware configuration of the information processing device 100 will be described later.

[0019] An operating sequence of the information processing device 100 is synonymous with an information processing procedure. Furthermore, a program that implements the operation of the information processing device 100 is synonymous with an information processing program.

[0020] In the present embodiment, the information processing device 100 presents a new pattern generation screen 201, as shown in Fig. 2 shown, on the user terminal 500 in accordance with a request from the user terminal 500.

[0021] The New Pattern Generation Screen 201 is a screen used to allow the user to generate a New Facility Connection Pattern. The connection relationship between a multitude of facilities is described in a Facility Connection Pattern. Hereinafter, the New Facility Connection Pattern will be referred to as the New Pattern.

[0022] The new pattern generation screen 201 contains an editing area 202, setup details 203 and recommended setups 204.

[0023] Editing area 202 is used to edit facilities and to edit connections between facilities to generate a new pattern. Initially, editing area 202 displays an existing facility connection pattern, which was acquired from an existing pattern database 105 (described later). Hereinafter, this existing facility connection pattern is referred to as the "existing pattern." The user can edit facilities in editing area 202 by adding a facility to the existing pattern, modifying a facility already included in the existing pattern, or deleting a facility already included in the existing pattern.Furthermore, the user can add a connection to the existing pattern, modify a facility contained in the existing pattern, and delete a facility contained in the existing pattern by editing connections between facilities in Edit Area 202. Additionally, the user can toggle the display content of the facility details 203 and the recommended facilities 204 by specifying a facility in Edit Area 202.

[0024] The setup details 203 display details of the setup defined by the user in the editing area 202.

[0025] The recommended facilities 204 are displayed by the information processing device 100 recommended facilities.

[0026] The recommended facilities are displayed in the recommended facilities 204 in one case if the user specifies any facility displayed in the edit area 202 or in one case if the user specifies a position displayed in the edit area 202 where the facility is unspecified.

[0027] In one example of Fig. In section 202, facility D was designated. Accordingly, details of facility D are presented in facility details 203. Furthermore, facilities that are alternative candidates for facility D are displayed as recommended facilities in recommended facilities 204.

[0028] Furthermore, in a case where the user, as in Fig. 8 shows a position where the facility is indeterminate (position “?” in Fig. 8) Facilities that are candidate applications for position “?” are displayed as recommended facilities in the recommended facilities 204. Details on Fig. 8 will be explained later.

[0029] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 2, the information processing device selects 100 facilities that are alternative candidates to the facility specified by the user, rather than the recommended facilities.

[0030] Furthermore, as in Fig. As shown in Figure 8, the information processing device 100 selects the devices which are the application candidates for the position at which the device is indeterminate (position “?” of in Fig. 8) as the recommended facilities.

[0031] With reference to the Fig. 3 and Fig. 4. Examples of existing patterns, which are existing facility connection patterns, are explained below.

[0032] In Fig. Three existing patterns (Pattern 1, Pattern 2 and Pattern 3) with different combinations of facilities are shown.

[0033] In Fig. Figure 4 also shows three existing patterns (Pattern 4, Pattern 5 and Pattern 6) with different combinations of facilities.

[0034] Furthermore, if it is not necessary to distinguish between Pattern 1 (301-1), Pattern 2 (301-2), Pattern 3 (301-3), Pattern 4 (301-4), Pattern 5 (301-5) and Pattern 6 (301-6), these are collectively referred to as Pattern 301.

[0035] The interconnectedness of a multitude of facilities is described in each of the 301 patterns.

[0036] In the Fig. The existing pattern database shown in Figure 105 contains the existing pattern data, i.e., electronic data which have existing patterns.

[0037] For editing facilities and / or editing connections between facilities, the existing pattern data held in the existing pattern database 105 is read and the read existing pattern data is displayed in the editing area 202 on the new pattern generation screen 201.

[0038] Furthermore, the existing pattern database 105 also contains in Fig. 5 sample information 302 provided.

[0039] Furthermore, the existing pattern database 105 also contains in Fig. 6. Information on the facility is shown in 303.

[0040] Furthermore, the existing sample database 105 also contains setup connection information 304-a and setup connection information 304-b, which are in Fig. 7 are shown, ready.

[0041] The Pattern Information 302 specifies details for each of the Patterns 301.

[0042] In the sample information 302 of Fig. 5 details of Pattern 1 (301-1) are specified.

[0043] Similar pattern information to pattern information 302 is also provided for the other patterns 301.

[0044] The pattern ID is a unique ID (identifier) for identifying a 301 pattern.

[0045] The pattern name is a name of pattern 301.

[0046] Generator refers to a generator of pattern 301.

[0047] One in Fig. The facility recommendation unit 104 shown is able to select a facility contained in one of the Sample 301 as a recommended facility, regardless of the generators of the Sample 301.

[0048] This means that the facility recommendation unit 104 is able to select a facility that is included in a pattern 301 generated by a generator other than the user generating the new pattern as a recommended facility.

[0049] The Facility Information 303 specifies details for each facility included in the existing patterns.

[0050] In the facility information 303 of Fig. Section 6 specifies details of facility A.

[0051] The facility ID is a unique ID used to identify a facility.

[0052] The pattern ID is the ID of a pattern 301 in which the facility is contained. The pattern ID matches the pattern ID contained in the pattern information 302.

[0053] The institution name is a name for the institution.

[0054] The type name is a name given to a piece of equipment as a product. For example, the type name could be a model number, a model name, or something similar. A single 301 pattern can contain multiple pieces of equipment with the same type name.

[0055] Rated voltage and rated current are electrical properties of the device.

[0056] The facility connection information 304-a and the facility connection information 304-b each specify the connection relationship between the facilities included in a pattern 301.

[0057] In the facility connection information 304-a and the facility connection information 304-b of Fig. 7 specifies the linking relationship between facilities included in Pattern 1 (301-1).

[0058] Setup connection information similar to Setup Connection Information 304-a and Setup Connection Information 304-b is also provided for each of the other Pattern 301.

[0059] Furthermore, if it is not necessary to distinguish between the setup connection information 304-a, the setup connection information 304-b and the setup connection information of the other patterns 301, these will be referred to collectively as setup connection information 304 below.

[0060] The facility connection information 304-a specifies the connection relationship between facility A and facility B. The facility connection information 304-a also specifies the connection relationship between facility B and facility C, facility D, and facility E.

[0061] The starting point facility name is the name of a facility (starting point facility) located at a starting point of the connection.

[0062] Endpoint facility name is the name of a facility (endpoint facility) located at an endpoint of the connection.

[0063] The connection type refers to a connection mode between the starting point facility and the endpoint facility.

[0064] In the facility connection information 304-a, "FACILITY A" is entered as the starting facility name and "FACILITY B" as the ending facility name. Additionally, "ELECTRIC" is entered as the connection type. This means that the facility connection information 304-a specifies that an electrical connection exists between facility A and facility B.

[0065] In the facility connection information 304-b, "FACILITY B" is entered as the starting facility name, and "FACILITY C, FACILITY D, FACILITY E" are entered as the ending facility names. Additionally, "ELECTRIC" is entered as the connection type. This means that the facility connection information 304-a specifies that electrical connections exist between Facility B and Facility C, and between Facility D and Facility E.

[0066] In electrical connections, the starting point device is a device located near a power input point. Conversely, the ending point device is a device located near a load. Furthermore, the definitions of starting point device and ending point device can be reversed.

[0067] Thus, the facilities are those that are direct connection targets of each facility described in Facility Connection Information 304-a and Facility Connection Information 304b.

[0068] Furthermore, in addition to electrical connections, physical, ground, measurement, communication, and similar connection types are conceivable, and the devices can be connected via other connection types besides electrical ones. Moreover, the devices can be connected by two or more connection types. However, embodiment 1 focuses solely on electrical connections.

[0069] The functional configuration of the information processing device 100 is described below, as shown in Fig. 1 shown and described.

[0070] An extraction unit 101 analyzes the facility connection information 304 and extracts from two or more facilities that share a common direct connection target a pair of facilities, each of which is not described in the facility connection information 304 as a facility with a direct connection target to the other facility.

[0071] Furthermore, a process carried out by extraction unit 101 is synonymous with an extraction process.

[0072] In the facility connection information 304-b, for example, facility B is listed as having a direct connection to facility C, facility D, and facility E. However, facility D, which is the other facility for facility C, is not described in the facility connection information 304-b as a direct connection to facility C. Furthermore, facility E, which is also the other facility for facility C, is not described in the facility connection information 304-b as a direct connection to facility C. Similarly, facility C, which is the other facility for facility D, is not described in the facility connection information 304-b as a direct connection to facility D.Furthermore, facility E, which is also the other facility for facility D, is not described as a direct connection target for facility D in facility connection information 304-b. Similarly, facility C, which is the other facility for facility E, is not described as a direct connection target for facility E in facility connection information 304-b. Additionally, facility D, which is also the other facility for facility E, is not described as a direct connection target for facility E in facility connection information 304-b.

[0073] Extraction unit 101 extracts a pair from facility C and facility D, a pair from facility C and facility E, and a pair from facility D and facility E that have such a relationship.

[0074] An update unit 102 updates the facility connection information 304 so that the facility connection information 304 describes that each of a pair of facilities extracted by the extraction unit 101 is a facility with a direct connection target to the other facility.

[0075] In one of the examples described above, update unit 102 updates facility connection information 304 so that facility C and facility D are each specified as a facility that is a mutual direct connection target. Furthermore, update unit 102 updates facility connection information 304 so that facility C and facility E are each specified as a facility that is a mutual direct connection target. Finally, update unit 102 updates facility connection information 304 so that facility D and facility E are each specified as a facility that is a mutual direct connection target.

[0076] A process performed by update unit 102 is equivalent to an update process.

[0077] The communication unit 103 communicates with the user terminal 500.

[0078] Specifically, the communication unit 103 receives a setup recommendation request from the user terminal 500.

[0079] Furthermore, the communication unit 103 transmits a response specifying a recommended facility selected by the facility recommendation unit 104 to the user terminal 500.

[0080] The facility recommendation unit 104 selects the recommended facility based on collaborative filtering in response to the facility recommendation request.

[0081] The setup recommendation unit 104 is synonymous with a collaborative filtering processing unit.

[0082] Fig. Figure 17 shows a hardware configuration example for the Information Processing Device 100.

[0083] The information processing device 100 comprises a processor 901, a main memory device 902, an auxiliary memory device 903 and a communication device 904 as hardware.

[0084] Programs which perform the functions of the extraction unit 101, the update unit 102, the communication unit 103 and the setup recommendation unit 104, which are in Fig. The information shown in 1 is stored in the auxiliary storage device 903.

[0085] These programs are loaded from the auxiliary memory unit 903 into the main memory unit 902. By executing the programs, the processor 901 operates the extraction unit 101, the update unit 102, the communication unit 103, and the setup recommendation unit 104, which will be explained later.

[0086] Fig. Figure 17 schematically represents a state in which the processor 901 executes the programs that implement the functions of the extraction unit 101, the update unit 102, the communication unit 103 and the setup recommendation unit 104.

[0087] Furthermore, a Fig. 1 Existing sample database 105 shown, for example, is implemented by the auxiliary storage device 903. *** Description of operating mode ***

[0088] It is assumed that a user of the user terminal device 500 generates a new pattern 801, as is the case, for example, in Fig. 8 is shown.

[0089] That is, it is assumed that the new pattern 801 is made of Fig. 8 in the editing area 202 on the new pattern generation screen 201 from Fig. 2 is displayed.

[0090] In the new pattern 801, there is facility A, facility B, facility C, facility D, and "?". Furthermore, in the new pattern 801, facility A and facility B are directly connected. Furthermore, facility B and facility C are directly connected. Furthermore, facility B and facility D are directly connected. Furthermore, facility B and "?" are directly connected. Furthermore, facility C and "?" are directly connected. Furthermore, facility D and "?" are directly connected.

[0091] The device to be used at position “?” in the new Pattern 801 is unspecified. The user requests the information processing device 100 to present a recommended device as the one to be used at position “?”.

[0092] The user defines a question mark ("?") and clicks, for example, on a facility recommendation button (not shown), so that a facility recommendation request is transmitted from the user's terminal device 500 to the information processing device 100. The information processing device 100 then displays recommended facilities in the recommended facilities 204. The user determines the facility to be used at the "?" position by referring to the recommended facilities displayed in the recommended facilities 204.

[0093] If only the existing pattern data, which is included in the Fig. 3 and Fig. Since the 4 patterns shown correspond to 301 and are kept in the existing pattern database 105, there is a risk that the facility recommendation unit 104 will not be able to select an appropriate recommended facility.

[0094] In Pattern 1 (301-1), direct connections are established between facility B and facility C, between facility B and facility D, and between facility B and facility E. However, no direct connections are established between facility C and facility D, between facility C and facility E, and between facility D and facility E.

[0095] The other 301 patterns are also related to each other in a similar way. That is to say, in the other 301 patterns, no direct links are established between facilities below facility B (or a facility B').

[0096] In the new pattern 801 from Fig. In contrast, as described above, direct connections are established between facility C and facility D, between facility C and facility “?”, and between facility D and “?”. That is, the direct connections are established between facilities below facility B.

[0097] It is feared that it will be impossible to recommend an appropriate setup if the setup recommendation based on collaborative filtering is made using a Pattern 301 that describes a link relationship different from the link relationship of the new Pattern 801.

[0098] To counteract this circumstance, the setup connection information 304 is updated in the present embodiment by the extraction unit 101 and the update unit 102.

[0099] Fig. 9 represents a preliminary process through the extraction unit 101 and the update unit 102.

[0100] Fig. 10 further represents a recommendation process through the communication unit 103 and the facility recommendation unit 104.

[0101] The execution of Fig. 10. The execution of Fig. 9 ahead.

[0102] In step S11 from Fig. 9. The extraction unit 101 first carries out the extraction process.

[0103] That is, the extraction unit 101 analyzes the facility connection information 304 and extracts from two or more facilities that have a common facility as a direct connection destination, a pair of facilities, each of which is not described in the facility connection information 304 as a facility that is a direct connection destination of the other facility.

[0104] In step S12, the update unit 102 then executes the update process.

[0105] That is, the update unit 102 updates the facility connection information 304 so that the facility connection information 304 describes that each of the pair of facilities extracted by the extraction unit 101 is a facility that is a direct connection target of the other facility.

[0106] In step S21 from Fig. 10. The communication unit 103 performs a request reception process.

[0107] This means that the communication unit 103 receives a setup recommendation request from the user terminal 500.

[0108] In step S22, the facility recommendation unit 104 then performs a recommended facility selection process.

[0109] This means that the facility recommendation unit 104 selects recommended facilities based on collaborative filtering using the facility connection information 304 updated in step S12.

[0110] In step S23, the communication unit 103 then performs a response transmission process.

[0111] This means that the communication unit 103 transmits a response specifying the recommended facilities selected by the facility recommendation unit 104 to the user terminal 500.

[0112] As a result, the recommended facilities are displayed in the recommended facilities 204 on the new pattern generation screen 201.

[0113] With reference to Fig. 11. Details of the following are given below. Fig. The extraction process shown in step S11 is explained.

[0114] The extraction unit 101 performs steps S1101 to S1103 for all setup connection information 304 of each of the patterns 301.

[0115] In step S1101, the extraction unit 101 acquires the endpoint facilities described in the facility connection information 304.

[0116] In step S1102, the extraction unit 101 then determines whether two or more endpoint devices have been acquired or not.

[0117] If the extraction unit 101 has not acquired two or more endpoint facilities (NO in step S1102), the process returns to step S1101 and the extraction unit 101 acquires endpoint facilities from the subsequent facility connection information 304.

[0118] If the extraction unit 101 has acquired two or more endpoint facilities (YES in step S1102), the process proceeds to step S1103.

[0119] In step S1103, the extraction unit 101 extracts a pair of facilities that are not directly connected to each other.

[0120] After steps S1101 to S1103 have been performed for all setup connection information 304 of all samples, the extraction unit 101 outputs an extraction result to the update unit 102 in step S1104.

[0121] Here, details of steps S1101 to S1103 are explained using an example of the setup connection information 304-b.

[0122] In the facility connection information 304-a, facility C, facility D, and facility E are listed as the endpoint facilities. Accordingly, in step S1101, the extraction unit 101 acquires facility C, facility D, and facility E as the endpoint facilities from the facility connection information 304-b.

[0123] In step S1102, a determination of YES is made, since the three facilities were extracted in step S1101, and the process continues with step S1103.

[0124] In step S1103, the extraction unit 101 extracts the pair from facility C and facility D, the pair from facility C and facility E, and the pair from facility D and facility E, as pairs of facilities that are not directly connected.

[0125] Specifically, the extraction unit 101 determines whether the facility connection information 304, in which facility C is entered as the starting point facility, is present in sample 1 (301-1) or not.

[0126] If the facility connection information 304, in which facility C is entered as the starting point facility, is present in pattern 1 (301-1), the extraction unit 101 determines whether facility D is entered as the endpoint facility in the facility connection information 304 or not.

[0127] If facility D is entered as the endpoint facility, extraction unit 101 determines that facility C is directly connected to facility D.

[0128] If the facility connection information 304, in which facility C is entered as the starting point facility, is not present, the extraction unit 101 determines that facility C is not directly connected to either facility D or facility E.

[0129] If the facility connection information 304, in which facility C is listed as the starting point facility, exists, and if facility D is not listed as the ending point facility in the facility connection information 304, the extraction unit 101 determines that facility C is not directly connected to facility D.

[0130] Extraction unit 101 determines the presence or absence of a direct connection between facility C and facility E according to a similar scheme.

[0131] Extraction unit 101 further determines the presence or absence of the direct connection between facility C and facility E according to a similar scheme.

[0132] With reference to Fig. 12. Details of the following are provided below. Fig. The update process shown in step S12 is explained.

[0133] In step S1201, the update unit 102 first acquires the result of the extraction, which was obtained in step S1104 from Fig. 11 was issued.

[0134] In step S1202, the update unit 102 then updates the setup connection information 304 based on the result of the extraction by the extraction unit 101.

[0135] Update unit 102 for step S1202 for each of the patterns 301.

[0136] Fig. Figure 13 shows an example of the setup connection information 304 in pattern 1 (301-1) that was updated by the update unit 102.

[0137] In Fig. 13. The setup connection information 304-a and the setup connection information 304-b are similar to those which are in Fig. 7 are shown.

[0138] In Fig. 13. Setup connection information 304-c and setup connection information 304-d are added.

[0139] The setup connection information 304-c and the setup connection information 304-d configure the setup connection information 304 that was added during the update by the update unit 102.

[0140] The facility connection information 304-c describes the direct connection between facility C and facility D. It also describes the direct connection between facility C and facility E.

[0141] The facility connection information 304-d describes the direct connection between facility D and facility E.

[0142] The in Fig. The updated setup connection information shown in the 13 images corresponds to a version in Fig. 14 depicted facility configuration and connection relationship between facilities.

[0143] In Fig. 14. Facility A and Facility B are directly connected, and Facility B, Facility C, Facility D and Facility E are directly connected.

[0144] With reference to Fig. 15. Details of the Recommended Facility Selection Process (Step S22) are presented below. Fig. 10, explained.

[0145] In step S2201, the facility recommendation unit 104 first extracts peripheral facilities.

[0146] The peripheral facilities refer to facilities that are directly linked to a position in the facility recommendation.

[0147] In one case, if the position of “?” in the new pattern 801 is set by the user, the position of “?” becomes the location of the facility recommendation. In this case, the facility recommendation unit 104 extracts facility B, facility C, and facility D, which are directly connected to the position of “?”, as peripheral facilities.

[0148] In step 2202, the facility recommendation unit 104 then extracts directly connected facilities for the peripheral facilities extracted in step S2201. The directly connected facilities are those that are directly connected to the peripheral facilities.

[0149] Specifically, the facility recommendation unit 104 searches the facility connection information 304 to extract the directly connected facilities that are directly connected to the peripheral facilities.

[0150] Step S2202 is performed for each of the peripheral devices extracted in step S2201.

[0151] For example, the facility recommendation unit 104 extracts from the facility connection information 304 in pattern 1 (301-1) facility C, facility D, and facility E as the facilities directly connected to facility B. Furthermore, the facility recommendation unit 104 extracts facility F as the facility directly connected to facility B from the facility connection information 304 in pattern 2 (301-2). Furthermore, the facility recommendation unit 104 extracts facility G as the facility directly connected to facility B from the facility connection information 304 in pattern 3 (301-3). Furthermore, the facility recommendation unit 104 extracts facility H as the facility directly connected to facility B from the facility connection information 304 in pattern 4 (301-4).

[0152] Furthermore, the facility recommendation unit 104, for example, extracts facility B, facility D, and facility E as the directly connected facility for facility C from the facility connection information 304 in sample 1 (301-1). In the facility connection information 304-b, shown in Fig. In 13, the direct connection between facility C and facility B is entered. Furthermore, the facility connection information 304-a contains the direct connection between facility C and facility D, and the direct connection between facility C and facility E. Therefore, the facility recommendation unit 104 extracts facility B, facility D, and facility E as the directly connected facilities for facility C. Similarly, the facility recommendation unit 104 extracts facility F as the directly connected facility for facility C from the facility connection information 304 in pattern 2 (301-2). Furthermore, the facility recommendation unit 104 extracts facility G as the directly connected facility for facility C from the facility connection information 304 in pattern 3 (301-3).Furthermore, the facility recommendation unit 104 extracts facility H as the directly connected facility for facility C from the facility connection information 304 in pattern 4 (301-4). Furthermore, the facility recommendation unit 104 extracts facility B' as the directly connected facility for facility C from the facility connection information 304 in pattern 5 (301-5).

[0153] Although no representation is shown for pattern 2 (301-2), pattern 3 (301-3), pattern 4 (301-4), and pattern 5 (301-5), the facility connection information 304 is updated for these patterns 301 by the extraction unit 101 and the update unit 102, just as with facility connection information 304-c and facility connection information 304-d. Therefore, in addition to facility B and facility B', facility D, facility E, a facility F, a facility G, and a facility H are extracted as the directly connected facilities for facility C, as described above.

[0154] The facility recommendation unit 104 extracts the directly connected facilities in a similar way for the other peripheral facilities.

[0155] In step 2203, the facility recommendation unit 104 then counts the number of occurrences of combinations of peripheral facilities and directly connected facilities.

[0156] Specifically, the facility recommendation unit 104 searches the facility connection information 304 to count the number of occurrences of combinations of peripheral facilities and directly connected facilities.

[0157] Step S2203 is performed for each of the combinations of peripheral facilities and directly connected facilities.

[0158] For example, the number of occurrences of the combination of the peripheral facility: facility B, and the directly connected facility: facility C, is “4”, since the combination occurs in pattern 1 (301-1), in pattern 2 (301-2), in pattern 3 (301-3) and in pattern 4 (301-4).

[0159] Furthermore, the number of occurrences of the combination of the peripheral facility: facility B, and the directly connected facility: facility D, is also “4”, since the combination occurs in pattern 1 (301-1), in pattern 2 (301-2), in pattern 3 (301-3) and in pattern 4 (301-4).

[0160] The number of occurrences of the combination of the peripheral facility: facility B, and the directly connected facility: facility E, is “1”, since the combination only occurs in pattern 1 (301-1).

[0161] The facility recommendation unit 104 thus counts the number of occurrences of each of the combinations of peripheral facilities and directly connected facilities.

[0162] Furthermore, the setup recommendation unit 104 can perform steps S2202 and 52203 simultaneously.

[0163] This means that the facility recommendation unit 104 can count the number of occurrences of the combinations of peripheral facilities and directly connected facilities, while the directly connected facilities are extracted for the peripheral facilities.

[0164] In step S2204, the facility recommendation unit 104 finally selects the recommended facilities according to the number of occurrences.

[0165] Fig. Figure 16 shows the results of the count of occurrences of step 52203 in the Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 patterns shown 301.

[0166] In Fig. 16 The horizontal axis represents the peripheral facilities and the vertical axis represents the directly connected facilities.

[0167] For the peripheral facility: Facility B, the number of occurrences with each of the directly connected facilities is as follows.

[0168] Facility C = 4, Facility D = 4, Facility E = 1, Facility F = 1, Facility G = 1, Facility H = 1

[0169] For the peripheral facility: facility C, the number of occurrences with each of the directly connected facilities is as follows.

[0170] Facility B = 4, Facility B' = 2, Facility D = 6, Facility E = 3, Facility, Facility F = 1, G = 1, Facility H = 1

[0171] For the peripheral facility: facility D, the number of occurrences with each of the directly connected facilities is as follows.

[0172] Facility B = 4, Facility B' = 2, Facility C = 6, Facility E = 3, Facility F = 1, Facility G = 1, Facility H = 1

[0173] The facility recommendation unit 104 calculates a total number of occurrences for each of the directly connected facilities.

[0174] In Fig. 16 is the total number of occurrences for each of the directly linked facilities as follows.

[0175] Facility B = 8, Facility B' = 4, Facility C = 10, Facility D = 10, Facility E = 7, Facility F = 3, Facility G = 3, Facility H = 3

[0176] The facility recommendation unit 104 selects a desired number of directly connected facilities in descending order of the total number of occurrences as recommended facilities.

[0177] For example, the facility recommendation unit 104 selects the three directly connected facilities at the top as the recommended facilities. In this case, the facility recommendation unit 104 selects facility C, facility D, and facility B as the recommended facilities.

[0178] The communication unit 103 transmits a response specifying the recommended facilities (facility C, facility D and facility B) selected by the facility recommendation unit 104 to the user terminal 500.

[0179] The recommended facilities (facility C, facility D and facility B) are displayed in the recommended facilities 204 on the user terminal device 500. *** Description of the effects of the design ***
