Technical area
[0001] This specification describes a printing system. State of the art
[0002] Conventionally, an exchangeable printing system is known in which an exchangeable element (screen mask or the like) is arranged on a support frame between a receiving device having a plurality of receiving sections for receiving a support frame and a printing device (see Patent Document 1). Patent literature
[0003] Patent literature 1:WO 2019 / 225002 Summary of the inventionTechnical problem
[0004] In such a printing system, it is desirable to insert the support frame into the printing device after determining that the support frame is located in the receiving section, or to insert the support frame from the printing device after determining that the receiving section is empty. However, the printing system described in Patent Literature 1 does not discuss whether or not the support frame is present in the receiving section. Therefore, there is a risk that the support frame is led out of the printing device when there is no support frame in the receiving section, or that the support frame is led out of the printing device when there is no empty space in the receiving section.
[0005] A primary objective of the present disclosure is to more reliably insert or remove a support frame between a receiving frame and a printing device. Solution to the problem
[0006] A first printing system according to the present disclosure comprises: a printing device; a receiving frame in which a plurality of storage sections are arranged, which are capable of receiving a support frame that supports a replacement element, and the support frame is movable between the printing device and the storage sections in a state in which the receiving frame faces the printing device, and which has an opening in a side surface parallel to a moving direction of the support frame; a feeding device having a feeding section capable of moving into or out of the support frame in the moving direction in a state in which it abuts against the support frame in the receiving frame, and having a moving section that causes the feeding section to enter and exit the receiving frame through the opening; and a first detection section including a first sensor configured to detect an entry state of the feed section with respect to the receiving rack, and capable of detecting that no support frame is located in the storage sections based on a detection signal of the first sensor.
[0007] In the first printing system, it is possible to detect that there is no support frame in the storage section based on the detection signal of the first sensor. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the support frame from being led out of the printing device in a state where there is no support frame in the storage section, or to prevent the support frame from being led out of the printing device in a state where the support frame is present in the storage section. This allows the support frame to be led out or in between the receiving frame and the printing device more reliably.
[0008] A second printing system within the meaning of the present disclosure comprises: a printing device; a receiving frame in which a plurality of storage sections capable of receiving a support frame carrying a replacement element are arranged, and the support frame is movable between the printing device and the storage sections in a state in which the receiving frame is opposed to the printing device; and a lifting and lowering device having a pair of rack support members capable of supporting a lower surface of the receiving rack from both sides in an orthogonal direction orthogonal to a moving direction of the support frame and an up / down direction in the state where the receiving rack faces the printing device, and configured to lift and lower the rack support members, wherein the support frame has a plurality of holding sections arranged in the direction of movement, the holding sections being capable of holding replacement elements of different sizes, and the receiving frame includes a weight arranged such that a center of gravity of the receiving frame is positioned closer to the printing device than a position supported by the frame support members in the state in which the receiving frame faces the printing device.
[0009] In the second printing system, the weight in the accommodation rack is arranged so that the center of gravity of the accommodation rack is closer to the printing device than in the position where the accommodation rack is supported by the rack support member. Therefore, when the accommodation rack is raised and lowered together with the rack support member, the accommodation rack is less likely to tilt to the side opposite the printing device. It is particularly effective in the case where a replacement element larger than the replacement element held by the holding portion on the downstream side in the moving direction of the support frame is held in the holding portion on the upstream side in the moving direction of the support frame. This is because the center of gravity of the receiving frame with respect to the frame support member is likely to be biased toward the side opposite to the printing device, compared with a case where the replacement member having the same size is held in the holding sections on the downstream side and the upstream side, or a case where the replacement member is held only in the holding section on the downstream side in the moving direction.
[0010] A third printing system within the meaning of the present disclosure comprises: a printing device; a receiving frame in which a plurality of storage sections are arranged, which are capable of receiving a support frame carrying a replacement element, and the support frame is movable between the printing device and the storage sections in a state in which the receiving frame faces the printing device, and which has an opening in a side surface parallel to a moving direction of the support frame; and a feeding device having a feeding section including one or more urethane drive rollers and capable of moving into or out of the support frame in the moving direction by driving the drive rollers in a state where the drive rollers abut against the support frame in the receiving frame, and a moving section that causes the feeding section to enter and exit the receiving frame through the opening.
[0011] In the third printing system, the urethane drive roller is driven so that it rests against the support frame in the receiving frame, pushing the support frame out or in. Compared to the case where the support frame is pushed out or in by the frictional force of a rubber belt, there is less likelihood of abrasive powder entering the printing device. This is because the urethane roller is less susceptible to wear than a rubber belt or similar.
[0012] A fourth printing system within the meaning of the present disclosure comprises: a printing device; a receiving frame in which a plurality of storage sections capable of receiving a support frame supporting a replacement element are arranged, and the support frame is movable between the printing device and the storage sections in a state in which the receiving frame faces the printing device, and which has an opening in a side surface parallel to a moving direction of the support frame; and a feeding device having a feeding section capable of feeding into or out of the support frame in the direction of movement, and a moving section causing the feeding section to enter and exit the receiving frame through the opening, wherein the feed section comprises one or more drive rollers driven in a state of engagement with the support frame in the receiving frame, and a belt arranged at a position not in contact with the support frame to transmit power to the plurality of drive rollers, and the multiple drive rollers have a lower abrasiveness than the belt.
[0013] In the fourth printing system, the support frame is pushed out or in by driving the drive roller so that it rests against the support frame. The belt does not touch the support frame. Furthermore, the drive roller has lower abrasiveness than the belt. Therefore, compared to the case where the support frame is pushed out or in by the frictional force of the belt, abrasive powder is less likely to enter the printing device. In the present embodiment, a left-right direction (X-axis), a front-back direction (Y-axis), and a top-bottom direction (Z-axis) are as shown in the respective drawings.
[0015] The assembly system 1 comprises the printing system 2, a printing inspection device 3, an assembly device 4, the assembly inspection device 5, the reflow device (not shown), and the management computer 130. The assembly system 1 is configured as an assembly line in which a plurality of assembly devices 4 for mounting a component on a circuit board S are arranged downstream of the printing system 2.
[0016] The printing inspection device 3 is a device that inspects the condition of a viscous liquid, such as solder paste, printed by the printing device 10 onto the circuit board S. The mounting device 4 is a device that mounts a component on the circuit board S onto which the viscous liquid is printed by the printing device 10. The mounting inspection device 5 is a device that checks, for example, the condition of the component mounted on the board S. The reflow device is a device that heats and melts the printed viscous liquid to fix the viscous liquid on the circuit board S. The management computer 130 is a device that manages information about each device of the assembly system 1. The management computer 130 manages, for example, the progress status of each device of the production line that performs the assembly process.
[0017] The printing system 2 comprises the printing device 10, a support frame detection sensor 24, a receiving frame 40, an exchange unit 30 and a position sensor 120. As in Fig. 1, the printing device 10 is a device that presses a solder on a screen mask M into a pattern hole formed in the screen mask M using squeegees 14, thereby applying (printing) solder as a viscous liquid onto the printed circuit board S, which is a processing target, under the screen mask M through the pattern hole. Here, as the "processing target," for example, the printed circuit board S on which a component is mounted, a base material that is a three-dimensional object, or the like is lifted. As the "viscous liquid," a solder paste or a conductive paste, an adhesive, or the like is used. In the following description, the printed circuit board S and the solder paste are used as examples.
[0018] As in Fig. 4, the printing device 10 comprises a printing section 11, a mask working section 15, a plate processing section 17, a cleaning section 20, a feeding section 21, a support frame detection sensor 24, a rack detection sensor 25, an operation panel 26 (see Fig. 1) and a pressure control section 28 (see Fig. 16).
[0019] The printing section 11 is a unit arranged at an upper stage of the printing device 10 and performs a printing operation to print a viscous liquid onto the circuit board S using the screen mask M. The printing section 11 comprises, as shown in Fig. 4, a print head 12, a print movement section 13 (see Fig. 16), a squeegee raising and lowering section (not shown), and squeegee 14. The printing moving section 13 is configured to move the print head 12 in a predetermined printing direction (here, the front-back direction) and includes a guide formed in the front-back direction, a slider configured to move along the guide, and a motor for driving the slider. The squeegee 14 is located on the underside of the print head 12 and is raised and lowered by the squeegee raising and lowering section. The printing section 11 has two squeegees 14, which are individually inserted in the front-back direction.
[0020] As in Fig. 4, the mask processing section 15 is arranged between the printing section 11 and the plate processing section 17 in the top-bottom direction and forms a unit for firmly holding the screen mask M. As shown in Fig. 4, the mask working section 15 includes a replacement section 27 and a mask fixing section (not shown). The replacement section 27 is a transport rod provided on the print head 12, which is lowered to a position where the replacement section 27 is brought into abutment with the screen mask M by an air cylinder (not shown). An abutment section thereof, which is configured to be brought into abutment with the support frame 100, also moves in the front-backward direction due to its rotation. The print head 12 and the replacement section 27 are configured to be engaged with the support frame 100 between a storage section 41a at a predetermined height in the receiving frame 40 and the printing section 11 to move the support frame 100. The mask fixing section positions the screen mask M and supports and fixes the screen mask M in a horizontal position. The screen mask M is pushed by the exchange section 27 along the guide of the mask working section 15 in the front-to-back direction and fixed by the mask fixing section.
[0021] As in Fig. 4, two board processing sections 17 are located below the mask processing section 15. The board processing section 17 is a unit that loads the printed circuit board S, positions and supports the loaded printed circuit board S, and brings the printed circuit board S into contact with and separates it from the screen mask M. The board processing section 17 includes a board conveying section 18 that conveys the printed circuit board S in the left-right direction, a board supporting member 19 that supports the printed circuit board S from below, and a board lifting and lowering section that lifts and lowers the entire printed circuit board processing section 17 and the board supporting member 19.
[0022] As in Fig. As shown in Fig. 4, the cleaning section 20 is a unit arranged between the mask working section 15 and the plate processing section 17 in the up-down direction, and performs a cleaning process for cleaning a rear surface of the screen mask M. The cleaning section 20 has a cleaning member 20a, and the screen mask M is cleaned when the cleaning member 20a is brought into contact therewith.
[0023] The feeding section 21 is a unit for feeding a solder accommodated in the cartridge 23 onto the screen mask M. As shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 4, the feed section 21 is arranged in front of the print head 12. The feed section 21 exerts pressure on the cartridge 23 to remove the solder from the cartridge 23. The cleaning element 20a and the cartridge 23 are consumables and are replaced as needed.
[0024] The rack detection sensor 25 is a sensor that detects whether a receiving rack 40 is present in a front inner part of the printing device 10. As shown in Fig. 4, the rack detection sensor 25 is located at a lower part of the front surface of the printing device 10. When the weight 49 of the receiving rack 40 comes into contact with the rack detection sensor 25, the rack detection sensor 25 outputs an ON signal to the printing control section 28 (see Fig. 16). When the weight 49 of the receiving rack 40 is not in contact with the rack detection sensor 25, the rack detection sensor 25 outputs an OFF signal to the pressure control section 28.
[0025] The control panel 26 is a unit that receives input from the worker W and presents information to the worker W. The control panel 26 includes a display section, which is a display, and an operation section of a touch panel type with a button.
[0026] The printing control section 28 is configured as a microprocessor, which mainly consists of a CPU and controls the entire printing device 10. As shown in Fig. As shown in Fig. 16, the print control section 28 outputs a signal to the management computer 130 as an external device in addition to the print section 11, the mask processing section 15, the plate processing section 17, the cleaning section 20, the feeding section 21, the operation panel 26, and the exchange unit 30. In addition to the print section 11, the mask processing section 15, the plate processing section 17, the cleaning section 20, the feeding section 21, the support frame detection sensor 24, the rack detection sensor 25, the operation panel 26, and the exchange unit 30, the print control section 28 inputs a signal from the management computer 130 as an external device. The printing control section 28 has a storage section that stores information about the circuit board S on which a printing process is performed, a printing process program for performing a printing process on the circuit board S, an element replacement program that causes the replacement section 27 to perform a replacement process of the support frame 100, and the like.
[0027] As in the Fig. 5, Fig. 6A and Fig. 6B, the support frame detection sensor 24 is an optical sensor capable of detecting an object (e.g., the support frame 100) located between the receiving frame 40 and the printing device 10 (hereinafter referred to as the movement path). The support frame detection sensor 24 includes a light projection section 24a located on the left side of the movement path and a light reception section 24b (see Fig. 6A and Fig. 6B), which is arranged on the right side of the movement path. If an object (e.g., the support frame 100) is located on the movement path, the object blocks the light of the light projection section 24a, and the support frame detection sensor 24 outputs an OFF signal to the pressure control section 28 (see Fig. 16). When there is no object in the movement path, the light is received by the light projection section 24a and the ON signal is output to the pressure control section 28.
[0028] The receiving frame 40 is a housing body that accommodates the support frame 100, which is capable of supporting replacement elements (e.g., the screen mask M and the plate support element 19) related to the printing process performed by the printing section 11. The receiving frame 40 has, as shown in the Fig. 7A, Fig. 7B and Fig. 8, a frame main body 41, a handle 42, a roller section 43, a supporting and fixing member 44 and a weight 49.
[0029] As in Fig. 3A, the receiving frame 40 can receive the support frame 100 to which the screen mask M is attached. In the present embodiment, in the screen mask M, a pattern hole formed in front of the support frame 100 is larger than the pattern hole formed on the back of the support frame 100. As shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 3B, the receiving rack 40 can accommodate the support frame 100 that holds the plate support member 19. The plate support member 19 is held by a holding portion 101 disposed in the support frame 100. The holding portion 101 includes a pair of claw members 103 arranged so that the tips of the claw members face each other. The pair of claw members 103 supports the lower surface of the plate support member 19. The pair of claw members 103 are normally biased upward by a spring (not shown) and are in a horizontally held closed state. When the pair of claw members 103 are pressed downward from above, the pair of claw members 103 are in an open state in which they are rotated downward against the elastic force of the elastic body. Each holding portion 101 can hold a plate support member 19 of a different size.In the present embodiment, for example, the plate support member 19 held by the holding portion 101 provided at the front of the support frame 100 is larger than the plate support member 19 held by the holding portion 101 provided at the rear of the support frame 100.
[0030] The rack main body 41 includes a plurality of (four in the present embodiment) storage sections 41a, a through section 41b, and a plurality of opening sections 41c. The storage sections 41a are arranged at predetermined intervals in the up-down direction so that the support frame 100 can be placed in the up-down direction. Storage sections 41a are arranged left and right inside the rack main body 41 so that the end portions of the support frame 100 are inserted to be supported by the shelf sections 41a. The through section 41b communicates with the outside, for example, the printing section 11. The support frame 100 is movable in the front-back direction (movement direction) through the through section 41b and is guided into or out of the rack main body 41. The opening section 41c serves to open the feeding section 91 of the feeding device 90 (see Fig. 14) into or out of the receiving frame 40. The opening portion 41c is a groove formed on the left side surface of the frame main body 41 and extending in the front-to-back direction.
[0031] The handle 42 consists of a rod-shaped element that is grasped by the worker W and a support member that fixes the rod-shaped element. The roller section 43 is located below the frame main body 41. The roller section 43 comprises a structure with a space in the center and rollers attached to the bottom of the structure, each having a wheel. The worker W grasps this handle 42 to move the receiving frame 40 (see Fig. 17).
[0032] The support and fixing member 44 is a plate-shaped member fixed to the front left and right end portions on a lower surface side of the rack main body 41. The support and fixing member 44 is a member used for connection to the exchange unit 30. As shown in Fig. As shown in Fig. 9, the support and fixing member 44 includes a block portion 45, a receiving portion 46, a locking hole 47, and an insertion hole 48. The block portion 45 constitutes a member to which a hook portion 56 provided in the exchange unit 30 is connected, and a space into which the hook portion 56 is inserted is defined between two blocks. The receiving portion 46 is a part that receives a cam follower 53a disposed in a rack support member 53 of the exchange unit 30 and has an arcuate cut portion. The locking hole 47 is a through hole into which a clamp lever 72 of a fixing portion 70 disposed in the rack support member 53 of the exchange unit 30 is inserted. The insertion hole 48 is a through hole into which an insertion pin 76 of the fastening portion 70 arranged in the frame support member 53 of the replacement unit 30 is inserted.
[0033] The weight 49 is used to position the center of gravity of the receiving frame 40 on the side of the printing device 10 (rear side) with respect to the frame support member 53 of the exchange unit 30 in a state in which the receiving frame 40 is opposite to the printing device 10. As shown in the Fig. As shown in Figures 8 to 10, the weight 49 is arranged behind the bottom of the rack main body 41. The mass of the weight 49 is determined by considering the weight of the entire receiving rack 40, the position of the plate support member 19, the weight of the support frame 100, the weight of the plate support member 19 supported by the support frame 100, and the like.
[0034] The exchange unit 30 exchanges the support frame 100 between the receiving frame 40 and the printing device 10 when the receiving frame 40 is raised and lowered. As shown in the Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the exchange unit 30 comprises a left unit 51, a right unit 61 and an exchange control section 110 (see Fig. 16). The left unit 51 is located on the front left side of the housing of the printing device 10. The right unit 61 is located on the right front side of the housing of the printing device 10. As shown in Fig. 4, the left unit 51 and the right unit 61 are shaped such that the length A along a moving direction of the support frame 100 is shorter than the length B of the receiving frame 40. The exchange unit 30 has a lifting and lowering space 58 defined in the middle between the left unit 51 and the right unit 61 for lifting and lowering the receiving frame 40. As shown in Fig. 4, the replacement unit 30 supports the receiving rack 40 on the same surface as a front surface of a main body of the replacement unit 30 or further inward than the front surface of the main body of the replacement unit 30 when the receiving rack 40 is in a receiving position, whereas the replacement unit 30 supports the receiving rack 40 in a position protruding further than the front surface of the main body of the replacement unit 30 when the receiving rack 40 is in a replacing position.
[0035] As in Fig. 11, the left unit 51 comprises a lifting and lowering device 52, a forward-backward movement device 55, a fixing section 70, a discharge device 90 (see Fig. 16) and an exchange tax section 110 (see Fig. 16).
[0036] The lifting and lowering device 52 is a device that lifts and lowers the receiving frame 40 between an exchange position when the support frame 100 is exchanged between the receiving frame 40 and the printing device 10, and an operating position below the exchange position. As shown in Fig. 11, the lifting and lowering device 52 includes a rack support member 53 and a lifting and lowering drive section 54. The rack support member 53 is a plate-shaped member that receives the receiving rack 40 and supports the receiving rack 40 from the left side of the lower surface. The rack support member 53 is attached to a surface of the left unit 51 that is opposite to the right unit 61. The rack support member 53 is provided with cam followers 53a at its front and rear end portions. The cam follower 53a supports the support and fixing member 44 provided in the receiving rack 40 from below and moves the receiving rack 40 vertically in accordance with the vertical movement of the rack support member 53.For example, the raising and lowering drive section 54 may be configured to include a ball screw with a raising and lowering shaft and a drive motor for vertically moving the frame support member 53, or it may be configured to vertically move the frame support member 53 using a linear motor.
[0037] The front-and-rear movement device 55 is configured to move the receiving frame 40 between the operating position, in which the receiving frame 40 can be raised and lowered by the lifting and lowering device 52, and the receiving position, in which the receiving frame 40 enters the interior of the housing of the printing device 10. The forward-backward movement device 55 moves the receiving frame 40 in the horizontal direction. As shown in Fig. 11, the forward-backward moving device 55 includes a hook portion 56 and a forward-backward driving portion 57. The hook portion 56 can be raised and lowered on the axis of the forward-backward driving portion 57. The hook portion 56 is a member that is raised toward the block portion 45 provided in the receiving frame 40 and engages with the block portion 45. The forward-backward driving portion 57 is configured to move the hook portion 56 between the receiving position and the operating position. The forward-backward driving portion 57 may be configured to include a ball screw and a drive motor to move the hook portion 56 forward and backward, or it may be configured to move the hook portion 56 forward and backward using a linear motor.
[0038] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 11, the attachment portion 70 is a safety mechanism that prevents accidental movement and falling of the receiving frame 40 when the receiving frame 40 is raised and lowered by the lifting and lowering device 52. The attachment portion 70 includes a clamping portion 71 and a stopper portion 75.
[0039] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 12, the clamping portion 71 includes a clamping lever 72 configured to be inserted into the locking hole 47 formed in the supporting and fixing member 44 of the receiving rack 40, thereby constituting a mechanism for restricting the movement of the receiving rack 40 in the horizontal direction. The clamping portion 71 is disposed in the rack supporting member 53 and is raised and lowered together with the rack supporting member 53. The clamping portion 71 includes a clamping lever 72, a lever rotating portion 73, and an air cylinder 74. The clamping lever 72 includes a lever configured to be inserted into the locking hole 47, a rotating shaft fixed to the rack supporting member 53 to rotate the lever, and an elliptical hole into which a pin of the lever rotating portion 73 is inserted. The lever rotating portion 73 is a member directly connected to a rod of the air cylinder 74 for linear movement. At the tip of the lever rotating portion 73 is a pin inserted into the elliptical hole. The air cylinder 74 constitutes a driving portion in which a rod is moved vertically by means of compressed air supplied from an air supply device (not shown). In the clamping portion 71, when the rod of the air cylinder 74 is raised, the clamp lever 72 rotates around the rotating shaft, thereby inserting the lever into the locking hole 47. When the rod of the air cylinder 74 is lowered, the clamp lever 72 in this clamping portion 71 rotates around the rotating shaft, thereby releasing the lever inserted into the locking hole 47 from the locking hole 47.
[0040] As in the Fig. 13A and Fig. 13B, the stopper portion 75 includes an insertion pin 76 configured to be inserted into the insertion hole 48 formed in the support and fixing member 44 of the receiving rack 40, thereby forming a mechanism for preventing the receiving rack 40 from falling when the insertion pin 76 is inserted into the insertion hole 48 when the receiving rack 40 is lifted. The stopper portion 75 includes an insertion pin 76 and a pin driving portion 77. The pin driving portion 77 causes the insertion pin 76 to be inserted into the insertion hole 48 when the receiving rack 40 is lifted from the operating position, while the pin driving portion 77 causes the insertion pin 76 to be pulled inward to release the insertion of the insertion pin 76 into the insertion hole 48 when the receiving rack 40 remains in the operating position. This pin drive section 77 includes a spring 78, a cam follower 79, a guide member 80, and an air cylinder 81. The insertion pin 76, the spring 78, and the cam follower 79 are arranged in the frame support member 53 and are raised and lowered together with the frame support member 53. The guide member 80 and the air cylinder 81 are located on the housing side of the exchange unit 30 in the operating position and are not raised and lowered. The spring 78 is a member that always biases the insertion pin 76 toward the insertion hole 48 side. The insertion pin 76 is a member configured to be inserted into the insertion hole 48 and is a cylindrical member with an internal space. The spring 78 is arranged in the internal space of the insertion pin 76.The cam follower 79 is brought into contact with a wall portion of the guide member 80 to be raised and lowered together with the frame support member 53 while being guided by the guide member 80. The guide member 80 forms a member having a shape in which two members, each having an L-shaped section and whose longitudinal direction follows the up-down direction, face each other. In the guide member 80, the L-shaped wall portion is formed in the up-down direction, so that the cam follower 79 moves along this wall portion. The guide member 80 is fixed to a rod of an air cylinder 81. The air cylinder 81 forms a drive portion that drives the rod in the horizontal direction using compressed air supplied from an air supply device (not shown). When the rod of the air cylinder 81 is pushed out when the rack support member 53 is in the operating position, the stopper portion 75 is in a state where the insertion pin 76 biased by the spring 78 protrudes from the rack support member 53 (see . Fig. 13A). When the rod of the air cylinder 81 is pulled while the frame support member 53 is in the operating position, the stopper portion 75 is brought into a state in which the insertion pin 76 is pulled by the guide member 80 and the cam follower 79 and does not protrude from the frame support member 53 (see Fig. 13B). In addition, the stopper portion 75 is configured such that when the frame support member 53 is lifted from the operating position, the cam follower 79 is released from engagement with the guide member 80, thereby creating a state in which the insertion pin 76 is always inserted into the insertion hole 48 by the biasing force of the spring 78.
[0041] The feeding device 90 exchanges the support frame 100 between the receiving frame 40 and the printing device 10 by setting the feeding section 91 in a state in which the feeding section 91 abuts the support frame 100. As shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 14, the feeding device 90 includes the feeding section 91 and the air cylinder 92. The feeding section 91 includes a belt 93 and a drive section 94 that rotates the belt 93. The belt 93 moves the support frame 100 toward the printing device 10 or the receiving frame 40 by the frictional force of the surface 93a. The drive section 94 is configured, for example, as a servo motor. As shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 14, the feed section 91 is configured such that the power of the drive section 94 is transmitted to the belt 93 via a plurality of pulleys 95. The air cylinder 92 causes the feed section 91 to enter and exit the receiving frame 40 via the opening section 41c. A magnet is attached to the piston of the air cylinder 92.
[0042] Furthermore, the right unit 61 has the same configuration as the left unit 51, except that the right unit 61 faces the left unit 51 and does not include a feeder, and a detailed description thereof is omitted. The right unit 61 includes a frame support member, a cam follower, a lifting and lowering drive section, a forward-backward movement section, a hook section, and a forward-backward drive section.
[0043] The exchange control section 110 is configured as a microprocessor mainly including a CPU and controls the entire exchange unit 30. As shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 16, the exchange control section 110 outputs signals to the raising and lowering drive section 54, the forward-reverse drive section 57, and the pressure control section 28. The exchange control section 110 receives signals from the pressure control section 28, the management computer 130, the position sensor 120, and the like.
[0044] The position sensor 120 is a sensor that can detect the position of the feed section 91 in the left-right direction. The position sensor 120 includes two automatic switches 120a and 120b. The automatic switches 120a and 120b are mounted on the cylinder tube of the air cylinder 92. The automatic switches 120a and 120b have magnetic detection elements that can detect magnetism. The automatic switches 120a and 120b detect magnetism when the magnet provided in the piston of the air cylinder 92 approaches the magnetoresistive element. As shown in Fig. 15A, in a state where the piston of the air cylinder 92 is positioned at the leftmost end (hereinafter referred to as "rear end"), the automatic switch 120a outputs an ON signal to the exchange control section 110, and the automatic switch 120b outputs an OFF signal to the exchange control section 110.At this time, the feed section 91 is positioned outside the receiving frame 40. As shown in . Fig. As shown in Figure 15B, when the piston of the air cylinder 92 is moved from the rear end side to the right side in a state where the support frame 100 is not housed in the storage section 41a (hereinafter, this state is referred to as "swinging"), the feed section 91 enters the interior of the receiving frame 40, and the piston is positioned at the extreme right end (hereinafter, referred to as the front end). At this time, the automatic switch 120a outputs an OFF signal to the exchange control section 110, and the automatic switch 120b outputs an ON signal to the exchange control section 110. As shown in Fig. As shown in Fig. 15C, when the piston of the air cylinder 92 is moved from the rear end side to the front end side in a state where the support frame 100 is located in the storage section 41a, the feed section 91 abuts the support frame 100, and the piston is positioned between the rear and front ends. At this time, the automatic switches 120a and 120b output an OFF signal to the exchange control section 110.
[0045] Next, a printing operation of the printing apparatus 10 configured as described above will be described with reference to Fig. 17. Worker W performs the work of mounting the receiving frame 40 in the exchange unit 30 to perform a printing operation. Fig. 17 is a diagram illustrating a manner in which worker W moves receiving jig 40 to the exchange unit 30. Worker W inputs execution of a printing operation via operation panel 26 after worker W mounts receiving jig 40 in the exchange unit 30. A printing operation sequence for executing the printing operation is stored in the storage section of the printing control section 28, and the printing operation sequence is executed after the printing control section 28 receives a printing operation execution command as input from worker W. When the printing operation sequence is started, first, the CPU of the printing control section 28 executes an operation of bringing the printed circuit board S into contact with the screen mask M by causing the board processing section 17 to transport, fix, and lift the printed circuit board S.To this end, the CPU causes the mask processing section 15 to adjust the position of the screen mask M, thereby performing positional alignment between a pattern hole and the circuit board S. Subsequently, the CPU moves the cartridge 23 over the screen mask M and then causes the cartridge 23 to dispense the solder. Then, the CPU causes the squeegees 14 to be lowered while moving the print head 12 so that the squeegees 14 are brought into contact with an upper surface of the screen mask M while being moved in the back-and-forth direction to print the solder on the circuit board S. In this manner, the print control section 28 executes the printing process including the plate conveying and fixing process, the solder supplying process, and the squeegee moving process, thereby performing printing on the circuit board S.The CPU repeatedly executes this printing process while replacing the screen mask M until the production process of manufacturing all types of printed circuit boards S in the production plan is completed.
[0046] Next, the operation of the replacement unit 30 for replacing the support frame 100 will be described with reference to Fig. 18 to 23 described. Fig. Figure 18A is a flowchart showing an example of a support frame replacement process flow. Fig. 18B is a flowchart showing an example of a support frame feeding process flow. Fig. Figure 18C is a flowchart showing an example of a support frame execution process flow. Fig. 19A to 19D are diagrams showing the operation of the forward-backward moving device 55 when the receiving rack 40 is moved to the exchanging position. Fig. 20 is a perspective view of the printing system 2 when the receiving frame 40 is in the receiving position. Fig. 21 is a perspective view of the printing system 2 when the receiving frame 40 is in the operating position. Fig. 22 is a perspective view of the printing system 2 in which the receiving frame 40 is raised. Fig. 23 is a perspective view of the printing system 2 when the receiving frame 40 is in the replacement position.
[0047] The element replacement is performed by collecting the screen mask M, collecting the plate support element 19, feeding a new plate support element 19, and feeding a new screen mask M. The collecting and feeding process is performed using a common movement path. The element replacement process flow is stored in a memory section of the replacement control section 110 and is executed after the replacement unit 30 is activated. When this flow is executed, the CPU of the replacement control section 110 determines whether the receiving rack 40 is located at the receiving position based on a detection signal from the rack detection sensor 25 (S100). As shown in Fig. 20, when the receiving frame 40 is at the receiving position, the CPU lifts the hook portion 56 and connects the hook portion 56 to the block portion 45 as shown in Fig. 19A and Fig. 19B (S110). When the hook portion 56 is inserted into the block portion 45, the forward-backward movement device 55 can move the receiving rack 40 forward and backward. Meanwhile, if it is determined in S100 that the receiving rack 40 is not at the receiving position, the CPU waits until the receiving rack 40 is at the receiving position.
[0048] After S110, the CPU of the replacement control section 110 waits until a timing for executing the replacement of the screen mask M as a replaceable element is reached (S120). Examples of the timing for replacing screen masks M include a time after the end of the production of printed circuit boards S of a predetermined type and a time before the start of the production of printed circuit boards S of a subsequent type.
[0049] Meanwhile, if an affirmative determination is made in S120, the CPU moves the hook portion 56 to the operating position (S130) by the forward-backward moving device 55 as shown in Fig. 19C. Then, as in Fig. 21, the receiving frame 40 is pulled out to be lifted.
[0050] Next, the CPU lifts, as shown in Fig. 19D, the frame support member 53 engages and connects the frame support member 53 to the support and fastening member 44 of the receiving frame 40 (S140). When the frame support member 53 is raised to the operating position, the cam follower 53a enters the receiving portion 46, and the receiving frame 40 is connected to the frame support member 53.
[0051] Next, the CPU performs a clamping operation (S150). Specifically, the CPU drives the air cylinder 81 so that the insertion pin 76 of the stopper portion 75 is inserted into the insertion hole 48 when the air cylinder 74 is driven, so that the clamp lever 72 is inserted into the locking hole 47.
[0052] In the present embodiment, the holding portion 101 disposed at the front of the support frame 100 holds the plate support member 19, which is larger (heavier) than the holding portion 101 disposed at the rear of the support frame 100. Therefore, the center of gravity of the receiving rack 40 tends to shift toward the front. However, in the present embodiment, the receiving rack 40 has a weight 49 behind the bottom. Therefore, even after the rack support member 53 is lifted and the cam follower 53a enters the receiving portion 46, the center of gravity of the receiving rack 40 is closer to the side of the printing device 10 than the front cam follower 53a, and the receiving rack 40 is less likely to tilt forward with respect to the rack support member 53.As a result, the position of the locking hole 47 relative to the clamp lever 72 is less likely to shift, and the position of the insertion hole 48 relative to the insertion pin 76 is less likely to shift. Thus, the clamping operation can be performed relatively easily even in such a case.
[0053] Then, the CPU of the exchange control section 110 controls, as shown in the Fig. 22 and Fig. 23, the lifting and lowering drive section 54 so that the empty storage section 41a faces an exchange door 29 (S160). Next, the CPU executes the support frame feeding process sub-process (see S170 and Fig. 18B). When the support frame feeding process subflow is started, the CPU issues an execution instruction for the support frame 100 to the printing device 10 (S300). When the execution instruction for the support frame 100 is input, the printing control section 28 executes a process of moving the screen mask M to the empty storage section 41a using the exchange section 27.
[0054] Subsequently, the CPU of the exchange control section 110 controls the air cylinder 92 so that the feed section 91 of the feeder 90 enters the receiving frame 40 from the opening section 41c (S310). The CPU then determines whether the feed section 91 is pivoted (S320). Specifically, when an OFF signal is input from the automatic switch 120a and an ON signal is input from the automatic switch 120b, the CPU makes an affirmative decision. Conversely, when the OFF signal is input from the automatic switches 120a and 120b, the CPU makes a negative decision.
[0055] This determination is made for the following reasons. In a case where there is no support frame 100 in the receiving frame 40, the feeding section 91 (surface 93a of the belt 93) does not abut the support frame 100 but misses it. In this case, the piston of the air cylinder 92 moves to the front end, and the automatic switch 120b outputs the ON signal. In a case where there is support frame 100 in the receiving frame 40, the feeding section 91 (surface 93a of the belt 93) abuts the support frame 100 but does not miss it. In this case, the piston of the air cylinder 92 is positioned between the rear end and the front end, and the automatic switches 120a and 120b output the OFF signal.
[0056] If an affirmative determination is made in S320, the CPU proceeds to S360. If a negative determination is made in S320, the CPU controls the drive section 94 to insert the support frame 100 into the receiving rack 40 (S330). Next, the CPU waits until a predetermined time has elapsed (S340). At this time, the predetermined time is determined in advance as the time required to eject the support frame 100. Then, the CPU determines whether the support frame 100 is in the movement path (S350). The CPU receives the detection signal of the support frame detection sensor 24 from the printing control section 28. If the OFF signal is received, the CPU makes an affirmative determination. If an affirmative determination is made in S350, the CPU proceeds to S360.
[0057] After an affirmative decision is made in S320 or after an affirmative decision is made in S350, the CPU reports the error (S360). Specifically, the CPU outputs an error to the management computer 130. If an error is input, the management computer 130 displays a message indicating that an error has occurred on a display device (not shown). If a negative decision is made in S350, the CPU controls the air cylinder 92 so that the feed section 91 is withdrawn from the receiving frame 40 through the opening section 41c (S370).
[0058] Next, the CPU returns to the element exchange process flow and controls the raising and lowering drive section 54 so that the storage section 41a, which accommodates the support frame 100 that does not hold the plate support member 19, is moved to a position opposite the exchange door 29 (S180). Next, the CPU executes a support frame execution process subflow (S190, see Fig. 18C). When the support frame execution process sub-process is started, the CPU controls the air cylinder 92 so that the discharge section 91 of the delivery device 90 enters the receiving frame 40 from the opening section 41c (S400).
[0059] The CPU then determines whether the feed section 91 is pivoted (S410). If an affirmative determination is made in S410, the CPU proceeds to S460. If a negative determination is made in S410, the CPU controls the drive section 94 to feed the support frame 100 out of the receiving frame 40 (S420).
[0060] Next, the CPU issues an instruction to feed the support frame to the printing device 10 (S430). When the instruction to feed the support frame is input, the print control section 28 performs an operation to move the support frame 100 to the mask working section 15 using the exchange section 27. Next, the CPU of the exchange control section 110 waits until a predetermined time elapses (S440). Here, the predetermined time is determined in advance as a time required to move the support frame 100. Then, the CPU determines whether the movement path includes the support frame 100 (S450). If an affirmative decision is made in S450, the CPU proceeds to S460. After an affirmative decision is made in S410 or after an affirmative decision is made in S450, the CPU reports the error (S460).If a negative decision is made in S450, the CPU controls the air cylinder 92 so that the feed section 91 is pulled out of the receiving frame 40 through the opening section 41c (S470).
[0061] Next, the CPU returns to the element replacement process flow and issues a collective instruction for the plate support member 19 to the printing device 10 (S200). When the collective instruction is input, the printing control section 28 controls a slider (not shown) to push down the claw member 103 of the support frame 100. This opens the claw member 103. In this state, the printing control section 28 controls the plate raising and lowering section (not shown) to raise the plate support member 19. Then, in this state, the printing control section 28 releases the slider's pressure on the claw member 103. Accordingly, the claw member 103 is closed, and the plate support member 19 is held by the holding section 101 of the support frame 100.
[0062] The CPU then executes a support frame feed subprocess (S210). The support frame feed process subprocess has already been described.
[0063] Subsequently, the CPU controls the raising and lowering drive section 54 so that the storage section 41a, which accommodates the support frame 100 with the plate support member 19 constituting the replacement target, is moved to a position opposite the replacement door 29 (S220). Next, the CPU executes the support frame execution process subflow (S230). The support frame execution process subflow is as described above. Thus, the support frame 100 with the plate support member 19 constituting the replacement target is inserted into the printing device 10.
[0064] Then, the CPU issues an instruction to replace the plate support member 19 to the printing device 10 (S240). When the replacement instruction is input, the printing control section 28 raises the plate raising and lowering section (not shown). In this state, the printing control section 28 controls the slider (not shown) to push down the claw member 103. This opens the claw member 103, and the plate support member 19 is transferred to the plate raising and lowering section.
[0065] Next, the CPU executes the support frame feeding process subprocess (S250). Then, the CPU of the exchange control section 110 controls the lifting and lowering drive section 54 so that the storage section 41a, which accommodates the support frame 100 with the screen mask M, is moved to a position opposite the exchange door 29 (S260).
[0066] Next, the CPU executes the support frame execution process sub-process (S270) and controls the lifting and lowering drive section 54 so that the receiving frame 40 is moved to the operating position (S280).
[0067] The CPU then releases the clamp through the fastening section 70 and moves the hook section to the receiving position (S290). After S360 of the support frame feeding process sub-process, S460 of the support frame unloading process sub-process, or S290 of the element replacement process, the CPU terminates this process.
[0068] Here, a correspondence relationship between the elements of the present embodiment and the elements of the present disclosure is clarified. The printing system 2 of the present embodiment corresponds to a printing system of the present disclosure, the printing device 10 corresponds to a printing device, the receiving frame 40 corresponds to a receiving frame, the feeding device 90 corresponds to a feeding device, the position sensor 120 and the exchange control section 110 correspond to a first detection section, and the support frame detection sensor 24 and the printing control section 28 correspond to a second detection section.
[0069] In the printing system 2 described above, it is possible to detect that there is no support frame 100 in the storage section 41a based on the detection signal of the position sensor 120. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the support frame 100 from being discharged to the printing device 10 in a state where there is no support frame in the storage section 41a, or to prevent the support frame 100 from being discharged from the printing device 10 in a state where the support frame is in the storage section 41a. This allows the support frame 100 to be more reliably loaded and unloaded between the receiving frame 40 and the printing device 10.
[0070] Furthermore, the printing system 2 includes the support frame detection sensor 24, which can detect the presence or absence of an object in the movement path between the storage section 41a and the printing device 10, and an exchange control section 110, which can detect that the support frame 100 is stuck in the movement path based on the detection signal from the support frame detection sensor 24. Therefore, it is possible to prevent a situation in which the receiving frame 40 is raised and lowered in a state in which the support frame 100 is stuck in the movement path.
[0071] Furthermore, in Printing System 2, the weight 49 is arranged in the receiving rack 40 so that the center of gravity of the receiving rack 40 is positioned closer to the side of the printing device 10 than the position supported by the rack support member 53. Therefore, when the receiving rack 40 is raised and lowered together with the rack support member 53, the receiving rack 40 is less likely to tilt toward the side opposite the printing device 10. Furthermore, the present disclosure is particularly effective in Printing System 2 because the holding portion 101 on the upstream side in the moving direction of the support frame 100 holds the plate support member 19, which has a larger size (heavier) than the plate support member 19 held by the holding portion 101 on the downstream side in the moving direction of the support frame 100.In this case, compared with a case where the plate support member 19 having the same size is held in the holding sections 101 on the downstream side and the upstream side, or a case where the plate support member 19 is held only on the holding section on the downstream side in the moving direction, the center of gravity of the receiving stage 40 with respect to the stage support member 53 is likely to be shifted to the opposite side of the printing device 10.
[0072] The present disclosure is by no means limited to the above-described embodiment, and may, of course, be embodied in various forms as long as these forms fall within the technical scope of the present disclosure.
[0073] In the embodiment described above, the feeding device 90 is used to feed or unload the media from the support frame 100 between the printing device 10 and the receiving frame 40. However, instead of the feeding device 90, the device shown in the Fig. 24 and Fig. 25 can be used. The feeding device 290 comprises the feeding section 191 and the air cylinder 92. The feeding section 191 comprises the drive section 94, the belt 293 and several (two in Fig.24) Drive rollers 296. The belt 293 transmits the power of the drive section 94 to the drive roller 296 via a plurality of pulleys 95. The belt 293 is made of, for example, rubber. The drive roller 296 can be pushed out of or into the support frame 100 in the moving direction (forward-backward direction) by being driven in a state where it abuts against the support frame 100. The drive roller 296 is made of a material (e.g., urethane) that has lower abrasiveness than the belt 293. This makes it more difficult for the abrasive powder to penetrate into the interior of the printing device than when the support frame is pushed out or in by the frictional force of the belt. This is because the urethane roller is less susceptible to wear than the belt.
[0074] In the embodiment described above, the exchange unit 30 includes a hook portion 56 and engages the block portion 45 of the receiving frame 40. However, a mechanism other than the hook portion 56 may be connected to the receiving frame 40. Furthermore, in the embodiment described so far, an exchange control portion 110 is provided that causes the hook portion 56 to be raised and lowered; however, this exchange control portion may be omitted.
[0075] In the embodiment described so far, the replacement unit 30 is described as including the clamping portion 71 and the stopper portion 75 as the fixing portion 70; however, the present disclosure is not particularly limited thereto, and therefore, any of them may be omitted. Furthermore, any fixing portion other than the clamping portion 71 and the stopper portion 75 may be used. Alternatively, although the replacement unit 30 is described as including the fixing portion 70, this fixing portion 70 may be omitted.
[0076] In the above-described embodiment, automatic switches 120a and 120b are provided. However, only automatic switch 120b may be provided.
[0077] In the embodiment described so far, the worker W is described as a movable receiving rack 40, but the present disclosure is not particularly limited thereto, and therefore, the receiving rack 40 may be moved by, for example, an automatic conveyance vehicle. The automatic conveyance vehicle may be configured to move the receiving rack 40 by entering the space in the center of the roller portion 43. At this time, the handle 42 may be omitted when the automatic conveyance vehicle moves the receiving rack 40.
[0078] In the above-described embodiment, the replacement section 27 is described as being made of the rod structure installed in the print head 12 and having the stopper portion. However, the present disclosure is not particularly limited thereto, and therefore, the replacement section 27 may be made as an independent mechanism installed in parts other than the print head 12. Moreover, in the above-described embodiment, the replacement section 27 is described as being made of the rod mechanism configured to be engaged with the support frame 100. However, the replacement section 27 may be made, for example, as a conveyor mechanism on which the support frame 100 including a replaceable member is placed for movement.
[0079] In the embodiment described so far, the receiving rack 40 is described as having no drive section that moves the support frame 100, but the present disclosure is not particularly limited thereto, and therefore the receiving rack 40 may be configured as a rack having a drive section that moves the support frame 100.
[0080] In the embodiment described above, the feeding device 90 is arranged only in the left unit 51. However, the feeding device 90 may be arranged only in the right unit 61 or may be arranged in both the left unit 51 and the right unit 61.
