Abstract
Description
Technical field
[0001] Embodiments of the present invention relate to the field of electromechanics and in particular to a holder for a conductive connection, a stator arrangement and a motor. Technical background
[0002] The stator's conductive connection holder serves to electrically connect multiple windings arranged in a circular configuration within the motor. Current from an external source flows through the stator's conductive connection holder to each winding. As the current flows through these windings, they generate a magnetic force that drives the rotor to rotate relative to the stator. To meet performance and miniaturization requirements, the spacing between the stator windings in existing technologies is relatively small, which can easily lead to contact between damaged areas of the insulation of adjacent windings, resulting in short circuits and reduced safety. Brief description of the invention
[0003] The present invention provides a holder for a conductive connection, a stator arrangement and a motor in such a way that the safety function of the motor can be improved.
[0004] To solve the aforementioned technical problems, the present invention provides, in one aspect, a holder for a conductive connection for a motor stator. The motor stator has several windings, each of which has a first end and a second end. The holder for a conductive connection comprises: a first main input terminal; a first electrical connection part that is electrically connected to the main input terminal and is used to connect the first ends of some windings of the motor stator; wherein the holder for a conductive connection is designed such that the windings connected to the first electrical connection part are connected in parallel with each other.
[0005] In the second aspect, the present invention provides a holder for a conductive connection for a motor stator, which is used for connection to the windings of the motor. The holder for a conductive connection comprises several conductive connection units, each of which includes: a main input terminal and an electrical connection part, wherein the electrical connecting part has a first leg and a second leg, wherein the first leg is arranged in a ring shape at a first height along the axial direction of the motor, wherein the second leg is arranged in a ring shape at a second height along the axial direction of the motor.
[0006] In the third aspect, the present invention also provides a stator arrangement for a motor, comprising: a stator core; several windings wound on the stator core, each winding having a first end and a second end; and the aforementioned holder for a conductive connection, which is electrically connected to the windings.
[0007] In the fourth aspect, the present invention also provides a motor comprising: the aforementioned stator arrangement; and a rotor arrangement that can rotate relative to the stator arrangement.
[0008] In embodiments of the present invention, the holder for a conductive connection can ensure that the current flowing through the windings of the motor stator is lower (in the prior art, the windings connected by the first electrical connection element are connected in series, and to ensure that the winding voltages are equal, the current is relatively high). Thus, the diameter of the wire for the winding can be smaller, resulting in a smaller volume for a single winding and a greater distance between two adjacent windings. With the solution described above, the probability of a short circuit caused by contact between two adjacent windings is lower, and the operational reliability of the motor is increased. On the other hand, the probability increases that the insulating paper between two adjacent windings can be removed, which leads to both lower material costs and lower processing costs for the motor. Embodiments of the invention
[0010] The invention is described in more detail below with reference to specific embodiments and the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that when an element is described as "attached" to another element, this can refer to a direct attachment to the other element or to an attachment via one or more intermediate elements. The same applies to an element described as "connected" to another element. Here, too, the connection can be direct or via one or more intermediate elements. Where the terms "vertical," "horizontal," "left," "right," and similar terms are used in this description, they serve only illustrative purposes.
[0011] Unless otherwise specified, all technical and scientific terms used in this description have their customary meanings in the field of the present invention, serving only to describe specific embodiments and not limiting the invention. The expression "and / or" in this description encompasses all possible combinations of one or more of the elements listed.
[0012] The motor stator conductive connection holder serves to electrically connect each of the stator's ring-shaped windings. Current from an external source is transferred to the respective winding via the conductive connection holder. After the current has flowed through each winding, it generates a magnetic force to drive the motor's rotor relative to the stator. The conductive connection holder has three main input terminals, with currents of three different phases being transferred from each of these terminals to each winding.
[0013] The applicant also noted that in existing motor stators, the distance between the individual windings is comparatively small in order to meet user demands for high performance and miniaturization. To reduce the probability of short circuits between two adjacent windings, insulating paper must be used between them, which leads to higher costs.
[0014] In view of this, one embodiment of the present invention provides a holder 100 for a conductive connection for a motor 10, as shown in the Fig. Figures 1-12 are shown. If the holder 100 is used for a conductive connection according to the present embodiment in order to connect the respective winding 200 in the motor 10, the volume of the winding can be optimized and thereby the safety function of the motor 10 can be improved.
[0015] The holder 100 for a conductive connection serves for the electrical connection to the windings 200 of the motor stator. The number of windings 200 of the motor 10 depends on the specific requirements. For the sake of simplicity, the following embodiments use an example in which the motor 10 has twelve windings 200, and the twelve windings 200 are arranged around the first axis 400. In particular, each winding 200 has two ends for connection to the holder 100 for a conductive connection. The two ends of each winding 200 are referred to below as the first end 210 and the second end 220. The twelve windings 200 have a total of twelve first ends 210 and twelve second ends 220. The positions of the arrangement of the first end 210 and the second end 220 of each winding 200 depend on the specific requirements. In this embodiment, an example is given in which the first ends 210 of each winding 200 are all located on the outer circle and thus relatively far from the first axis 400, and the second ends 220 of each winding 200 are all located on the inner circle and thus relatively close to the first axis 400.
[0016] In this embodiment, the holder 100 has three conductive connection units, each comprising a main input terminal and an electrical connection part. For clarity, an example is given below in which the first conductive connection unit comprises the first main input terminal 110 and the first electrical connection part 140, the second conductive connection unit comprises the second main input terminal 120 and the second electrical connection part 150, and the third conductive connection unit comprises the third main input terminal 130 and the third electrical connection part 160. The first main input terminal 110, the second main input terminal 120, and the third main input terminal 130 are each used to draw three-phase currents, respectively. It is understood that in other embodiments, the number of main input terminals and electrical connection parts can be determined according to the circumstances. For example, in a two-phase motor, only two main input terminals and only two electrical connection parts need to be provided. In the present application, the three-phase motor is used as an example for the detailed description of the features of the present invention.
[0017] The first main input terminal 110 is electrically connected to the first electrical connection part 140, the latter being configured for the electrical connection of the first end 210 of the winding 200 of the motor 10. In particular, in this embodiment, the first electrical connection part 140 is used for a connection to the first ends 210 of four different windings 200 at the same potential, so that the first electrical connection part 140 can transfer electrical energy to the four windings 200. Specifically, in this embodiment, the first electrical connection part 140 is directly connected to the four windings 200.
[0018] In other embodiments, the first electrical connecting part 140 can also be directly connected to five, six or more windings 200, which will not be explained in more detail here.
[0019] It will now be referred to as follows: Fig. 1 and Fig. 5. In this embodiment, the holder 100 is configured for a conductive connection to connect each winding 200 in parallel at the same electrical potential. In particular, the first end 210 of each winding 200 is electrically connected to the first connecting part 140, and the second end 220 of each winding 200 is connected to a single point (which is in particular connected to the fourth electrical connecting part 170 mentioned later).
[0020] Compared to the configuration in which the winding 200 directly connected to the first electrical connection 140 is first connected in series with further windings 200 (the winding 200 is not directly connected to the first electrical connection 140) and these are then connected in parallel to ensure that the voltage of each winding 200 is the same, the current flowing in the winding 200 can be lower in the present invention (in the prior art, the windings 200 connected to the first electrical connection 140 are connected in series, and the current is comparatively higher). For this reason, the wire from which the winding 200 is made can also have a smaller diameter, so that the volume of a single winding 200 can be smaller and the distance between two adjacent windings 200 can be greater. This solution reduces the probability of two adjacent windings 200 coming into contact and causing a short circuit, thus improving the safety function of the motor 10. Furthermore, it increases the probability that the insulating paper arranged between two adjacent windings 200 can be removed, thereby saving on material and processing costs for the motor 10.
[0021] The second main input terminal 120 is electrically connected to the second electrical connection part 150, the second electrical connection part 150 being configured for a direct connection of the first ends 210 of at least four windings 200. In this embodiment, the second electrical connection part 150 is directly connected to the first end 210 of the four windings 200. The second main input terminal 120 transmits the supplied current to the second electrical connection part 150, which then transmits the current to the four windings 200 connected to it.
[0022] The third main input terminal 130 is electrically connected to the third electrical connection part 160, the third electrical connection part 160 being configured for the direct connection of at least the first ends 210 of four windings 200. In this embodiment, the third electrical connection part 160 is directly connected to the first end 210 of the four windings 200. The third main input terminal 130 transmits the supplied current to the third electrical connection part 160, which then transmits the current to the four windings 200 connected to it.
[0023] In this embodiment, the holder 100 also has a fourth electrical connection 170 for a conductive connection, wherein the fourth electrical connection 170 is electrically connected to the second ends 220 of all windings 200. That is, the second end 220 of each winding 200 is electrically connected to the fourth electrical connection 170, and the first ends 210 of all windings 200 are each electrically connected to one of the first main input terminals 100, the second main input terminal 120, or the third main input terminal 130, respectively. In this way, all windings 200 of the motor stator are connected in a star configuration.
[0024] In this embodiment, the holder 100 for a conductive connection allows the windings 200 to be connected in parallel to each main input terminal and enables each winding of the stator of the motor 10 to be connected in a star configuration, thereby further reducing the size of each winding 200. The current flowing between the windings allows the use of smaller diameter wires for each winding 200, which also reduces the probability of a short circuit due to contact between two adjacent windings 200 and improves the safety function of the motor 10.
[0025] In this embodiment, the first main input terminal 110, the second main input terminal 120, and the third main input terminal 130 are arranged extending along the first direction X (in particular, the axial direction of the motor 10). The first main input terminal 110, the second main input terminal 120, and the third main input terminal 130 are arranged in a circular configuration with the first axis 400 (in particular, the axis of rotation of the motor 10) as the central axis, the arrangement angle being 360 degrees. In other words, with the first axis 400 as the central axis, the angles of separation between the first main input terminal 110, the second main input terminal 120, and the third main input terminal 130 along the first circumferential direction M are all equal to 120 degrees. This structural arrangement can reduce the maximum circumference of the first electrical connection part 140, the second electrical connection part 150 and the third electrical connection part 160, so that the first electrical connection part 140, the second electrical connection part 150 and the third electrical connection part 160 can be smaller and produce less processing waste, which in turn reduces the processing costs of the first electrical connection part 140, the second electrical connection part 150 and the third electrical connection part 160.
[0026] It is understood that in other embodiments the first main input terminal 110, the second main input terminal 120 and the third main input terminal 130 may also allow other arrangement angles depending on the actual requirements, which will not be discussed further here.
[0027] Specifically in this embodiment, the first electrical connecting part 140, as shown in the Fig. Figures 3 to 6 show a first leg 141 and a second leg 142. The first leg 141 and the second leg 142 are each electrically connected to one end of the first main input terminal 110. The first leg 141 is used for a direct connection of the first ends 210 of the two windings 200, and the second leg 142 for a direct connection of the first ends 210 of the other two windings 200. In this solution, two separate parts, namely the first leg 141 and the second leg 142, are each used to connect four windings 200, so that the overall volume of each section of the first electrical connection part 140 can be smaller.Compared to a design where one part is used to connect four windings 200 simultaneously, the processing difficulty of the first electrical connection part 140 is lower, significantly less processing waste is generated, and the processing costs are lower. In other embodiments, the first leg 141 can be connected to the first ends 210 of three or more windings 200, and the second leg 142 can also be connected to the first ends 210 of three or more windings 200.
[0028] In this embodiment, the first main input terminal 110 extends along the first direction X (i.e., the axial direction of the motor). The first leg 141 extends along the first circumferential direction M about the first axis 400, and the second leg 142 extends along the second circumferential direction N about the first axis 400. The first circumferential direction M is opposite to the second circumferential direction N. The first axis 400 runs parallel to the first direction X and is separate from the first main input terminal 110. In particular, the first axis 400 can be the axis of rotation of the motor 10. Since the first leg 141 and the second leg 142 each extend in different circumferential directions, the first leg 141 and the second leg 142 can be more conveniently connected to the windings 200 at corresponding positions. The structure of the first electrical connection part 140 is generally more organized and the assembly less difficult.
[0029] As in the Fig. 2, Fig. 5 and Fig. As shown in Figure 6, in this embodiment the first leg 141 is arranged in the first axial direction of the motor 10 by a first height and the second leg 142 is arranged in the axial direction of the motor 10 by a second height. The first leg 141 and the second leg 142 are distributed at different positions in the axial direction of the motor 10 and do not lie in the same plane.
[0030] It will be directed to the Fig. Reference is made to sections 5 to 7. In this embodiment, the first main input terminal 110 has a first section 111, a second section 112, and a third section 113. The first section 111 extends along the first direction X, the second section 112 extends along the first circumferential direction M, and the third section 113 extends along the second circumferential direction N. The first section 111, the second section 112, and the third section 113 can be formed integrally by a bending process.
[0031] One end of the second section 112 is connected to the first section 111, and the other end is connected to an end of the first leg 141 close to the first section 111. The second section 112 and the first leg 141 can be welded or soldered together. Since the second section 112 of the first main input terminal 110 extends along the first circumferential direction M, the circumferential length of the first leg 141 can be reduced, thus reducing the volume of the first leg 114 and consequently the size of the first leg 141, as well as the processing difficulty of the first leg 141. The processing waste generated during the processing of the first leg 141 is also reduced.
[0032] One end of the third section 113 is connected to the first section 111, and the other end is connected to an end of the second leg 142 close to the first section 111. The method used to connect the third section 113 and the second leg 142 can be welding or brazing. Since the third section 113 of the first main input terminal 110 extends along the second circumferential direction N, the circumferential length of the second leg 142 can be reduced, thus reducing the volume and size of the second leg 142 and resulting in less waste during processing.
[0033] The second electrical connection part 150 has a third leg 151 and a fourth leg 152. The third leg 151 extends along the first circumferential direction M around the first axis 400. The fourth leg 152 extends along the second circumferential direction N around the first axis 400. The second main input terminal 120 has a fourth section 121, a fifth section 122, and a sixth section 123. The fourth section 121 extends along the first direction X. One end of the fifth section 122 is connected along the first direction X to one end of the fourth section 121, and the other end of the fifth section 122 is connected to an end of the third leg 151 close to the fourth section 121. One end of the sixth section 123 is connected along the first direction X to one end of the fourth section 121 and the other end of the sixth section 123 to one end of the fourth leg 152 close to the fourth section 121.The fifth section 122 and the sixth section 123 are connected to a common end of the fourth section 121, wherein the fourth section 121, the fifth section 122, and the sixth section 123 are integrally formed by a bending process. With the aforementioned structural arrangement of the first main input clamp 110, the circumferential length of the third leg 151 and the fourth leg 152 can be reduced, so that the overall volume of the third leg 151 and the fourth leg 152 can be smaller, and less processing waste is generated during the machining of the third leg 151 and the fourth leg 152.
[0034] The third electrical connection part 160 has a fifth leg 161 and a sixth leg 162. The fifth leg 161 extends along the first circumferential direction M around the first axis 400. The sixth leg 162 extends along the second circumferential direction N around the first axis 400. The third main input terminal 130 has a seventh section 131, an eighth section 132, and a ninth section 133. The seventh section 131 extends along the first direction X. One end of the eighth section 132 is connected along the first direction X to one end of the seventh section 131, and the other end of the eighth section 132 is connected to one end of the fifth leg 161 close to the seventh section 131.One end of the ninth section 133 is connected along the first direction X to one end of the seventh section 131, and the other end of the ninth section 133 is connected to one end of the sixth leg 162 close to the seventh section 131. The eighth section 132 and the ninth section 133 are connected to a common end of the seventh section 131, the seventh section 131, the eighth section 132, and the ninth section 133 being integrally formed by applying a bending process. In the above structural arrangement of the third main input clamp 130, the respective volumes of the fifth leg 161 and the sixth leg 162 can each be smaller overall, thereby reducing the processing waste during the processing of the fifth leg 161 and the sixth leg 162.
[0035] In this embodiment, the first leg 141, the second leg 142, the third leg 151, the fourth leg 152, the fifth leg 161, and the sixth leg 162 are each used to connect the first ends 210 of two windings 200. The first leg 141, the second leg 142, the third leg 151, the fourth leg 152, the fifth leg 161, and the sixth leg 162 are connected together to the first ends 210 of the twelve windings 200 of the motor 10, and the fourth electrical connection 170 connects the second ends 220 of the twelve windings 200, so that the twelve windings are connected in a star configuration.
[0036] In this embodiment, at least one leg of the first electrical connecting part 140 and at least one leg of the second electrical connecting part 150 are arranged and stacked along the first direction X. In particular, the first leg 141 and the fourth leg 152 are at least partially arranged and stacked along the first direction X, with reference to the Fig. 2, Fig. 5, Fig. 9 and Fig. Reference is made to section 10. This structural arrangement can reduce the total space occupied by the first leg 141 and the fourth leg 152. Furthermore, at least one leg of the first electrical connecting part 140 and at least one leg of the third electrical connecting part 160 are arranged and stacked along the first direction X. In particular, the first leg 141 and the sixth leg 162 are stacked at least partially along the first direction X. This structural arrangement can reduce the total space occupied by both the first leg 141 and the sixth leg 162.
[0037] In this embodiment, the third leg 151 and the sixth leg 162 are stacked at least partially along the first direction X, thereby reducing the total space occupied by the third leg 151 and the sixth leg 162. The third leg 151 and the second leg 142 are stacked at least partially along the first direction X, thereby reducing the total space occupied by both the third leg 151 and the second leg 142. The fifth leg 161 and the second leg 142 are stacked at least partially along the first direction X, thereby reducing the total space occupied by the fifth leg 161 and the second leg 142. The fifth leg 161 and the fourth leg 152 are stacked at least partially along the first direction X, which reduces the total space occupied by the fifth leg 161 as well as the fourth leg 152.
[0038] In this embodiment, the first leg 141, the sixth leg 162, and the sixth section 123 are arranged and stacked sequentially along the first direction X. This reduces the total space occupied by the first leg 141, the sixth leg 162, and the sixth section 123. Furthermore, the first leg 141, the sixth leg 162, and the fifth section 122 are stacked sequentially along the first direction X, thereby reducing the total space occupied by the first leg 141, the sixth leg 162, and the fifth section 122. The fifth leg 161, the fourth leg 152, and the second section 112 are stacked sequentially along the first direction X, thereby reducing the total space occupied by the fifth leg 161, the fourth leg 152, and the second section 112.The fifth leg 161, the fourth leg 152, and the first section 111 are stacked sequentially along the first direction X, thereby reducing the total space occupied by the fifth leg 161, the fourth leg 152, and the first section 111. The third leg 151, the first leg 141, and the eighth section 132 are stacked sequentially along the first direction X, thereby reducing the total space occupied by the third leg 151, the first leg 141, and the eighth section 132. The third leg 151, the first leg 141, and the ninth section 133 are stacked sequentially along the first direction X, thereby reducing the total space occupied by the third leg 151, the first leg 141, and the ninth section 133.
[0039] It will be directed to the Fig. 2, Fig. 5, Fig. 9 and Fig. Reference is made to Section 10. In particular, in this embodiment, the first leg 141 has a first connection terminal 1411 for electrical connection to the first end 210 of the winding 200, the fourth leg 152 has a second connection terminal 1521 for electrical connection to the first end 210 of the winding 200, and the sixth leg 162 has a third connection terminal 1621 for electrical connection to the first end 210 of the winding 200. The second main input terminal 120 has a fourth section 121, a fifth section 122, and a sixth section 123 extending along the first direction X.The fourth section 121 is arranged to extend along the first direction X, the fifth leg 161 extends around the first circumferential direction M and is connected to the third leg 151, and the sixth section 123 extends around the second circumferential direction N and is connected to the fourth leg 152. Along the first circumferential direction M, the first connection terminal 1411, the second connection terminal 1521, and the third connection terminal 1621 are all located between the first section 111 and the fourth section 121. The above structural arrangement allows the connection terminals, which are electrically connected to different adjacent windings 200, to be arranged in close proximity, thus facilitating the electrical connection of each connection terminal to the windings 200.
[0040] In this embodiment, the first connection terminal 1411, the second connection terminal 1521, and the third connection terminal 1621 are consecutively adjacent to one another along the first circumferential direction M. This structural arrangement ensures that the sequence and direction of the first connection terminal 1411, the second connection terminal 1521, and the third connection terminal 1621 are the same as the sequence and direction of the three windings 200 to which they are connected. This further simplifies the connection between each connection terminal and each winding 200. In this embodiment, the first connection terminal 1411, the second connection terminal 1521, and the third connection terminal 1621 are preferably arranged in a circular configuration, with the first axis 400 being the central axis and the arrangement angle being 60 degrees.
[0041] In this embodiment, the first leg 141, the third leg 151, and the fifth leg 161 are distributed along the first circumferential direction M, and their positions are aligned along the first direction X. This arrangement can reduce the total space occupied along direction X by the first leg 141, the third leg 151, and the fifth leg 161. The second leg 142, the fourth leg 152, and the sixth leg 162 are distributed along the first circumferential direction M, and their positions are aligned along the first direction X.
[0042] In this embodiment, the first leg 141, the second leg 142, the third leg 151, the fourth leg 152, the fifth leg 161 and the sixth leg 162 are all integrally formed by processing a sheet material 184, wherein the thickness directions of the first leg 141, the second leg 142, the third leg 151, the fourth leg 152, the fifth leg 161 and the sixth leg 162 are all parallel to the first direction X. This solution allows a further reduction in the thickness dimension of the remaining components of the holder 100 for a conductive connection along the first direction X after the removal of the first main input terminal 110, the second main input terminal 120 and the third main input terminal 130, thereby reducing the total space occupied by the holder 100 for the conductive connection.
[0043] Since the specific methods for connecting the first leg 141, the third leg 151, and the fifth leg 161 can be the same in this embodiment, the dimensions of the first leg 141, the third leg 151, and the fifth leg 161 can also be the same in this embodiment.
