Abstract

A coil unit (32) comprises a plurality of substrates (34) stacked one on top of the other in an axial direction of the coil unit, and a plurality of conductor layers (33) formed on each of the substrates (34). The coil unit further comprises a first series connecting conductor (50S1) that connects in series a first conductor layer (33) formed on a first substrate (34) and a first conductor layer (33) formed on a second substrate (34). The coil unit further comprises a second series connecting conductor (50S2) that connects in series a second conductor layer (33) formed on the first substrate and a second conductor layer (33) formed on the second substrate.The coil unit further comprises a parallel connecting conductor (52) which connects in parallel the conductor layers (33) connected by the first series connecting conductor and the conductor layers connected by the second series connecting conductor.
