FIG. 1 shows a schematic view of a unwound winding core 10 of a circular cylindrical battery according to some exemplary embodiments of the present application. FIG. 2 is a schematic view showing the structure of the winding core 10 of the circular cylindrical battery according to some embodiments of the present application. Here, the figure (a) in FIG. 2 is a schematic front view of the structure of the winding core 10 of the first type circular cylindrical battery, and the figure (b) in FIG. 2 is a schematic plan view of the structure of the winding core 10 of the first type circular cylindrical battery. FIG. 3 is a schematic view showing the structure of the circular cylindrical battery according to some embodiments of the present application. FIG. 4 is a schematic view of winding the winding core 10 of the circular cylindrical battery according to some embodiments of the present application. In a first embodiment, a circular cylindrical battery comprises a winding core 10, wherein the winding core 10 is wound into a circular cylindrical shape by a pole piece 11. As shown in FIG. 1, the pole piece 11 includes a material portion 13 and a tab 12. The material portion 13 is formed by applying a slurry to the metal foil with one end of the material portion 13 remaining empty (i.e., no slurry is applied to this end) to form the tab 12. There is some distance between the tab 12 and the winding start 101 of the pole piece 11, and there is also some distance between the tab 12 and the winding end 102 of the pole piece 11, for example, the distance D 1 between the tab 12 and the winding start 101 of the pole piece 11 may be 5 mm to 300 mm, and the distance D 2 between the tab 12 and the winding end 102 of the pole piece 11 may be 5 mm to 300 mm. Note that the sizes of D 1 and D 2 can be adjusted as needed, which is not limited in the present application. In this embodiment, the length of the tab 12 extending along an axial direction of the winding core 10 may be 3 mm to 15 mm, but is not limited thereto.Since there is a certain clearance between the tab 12 and the winding start 101 of the pole piece 11 as shown in FIG. 2, after the winding and forming of the winding core 10, there is no tab 12 in this clearance portion, so that the winding core hole 14 of the winding core 10 is not blocked, which facilitates subsequent injection of electrolyte and simultaneously avoids interference with subsequent welding of the negative electrode tabs and the battery case of the circular cylindrical battery.Since there is some clearance between the tab 12 and the coil end 102 of the pole piece 11 as shown in FIG. 2, after the winding and forming of the winding core 10, there is no tab 12 in this clearance portion, so that the diameter of the outermost periphery of the tab 12 is smaller than the diameter of the outermost periphery of the material portion 13.In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the circular cylindrical battery further includes a current collector 20, the current collector 20 including an end cap 22 and a welding portion 21 that are communicated, an end of the welding portion 21 opposite to the end cap 22 is in contact with the tab 12, and an outer side wall of the welding portion 21 is welded to an outer circumferential side wall of the tab 12. In this embodiment, the tab 12 does not need to be flattened, but an end face of the tab 12 is directly abutted against an end face of the welding portion 21, and then welding is performed from the side walls of the two. This makes it possible to prevent metal chips generated in a flattening operation of the tab 12 from falling into the winding core 10 and thus causing a short circuit of the battery; at the same time, it is possible to prevent the problem of scalding the pole piece 11 and a separator 15 when the current collector 20 is welded through. In this way, the process can also be simplified, production costs can be lowered, and production efficiency and the qualification rate of cell production can be improved. The end cap 22 is a circular flat plate, and the welding portion 21 may be a cylinder. The welding portion 21 is disposed in a central portion of the end cap 22. The diameter of the end cap 22 is smaller than or equal to the maximum diameter of the winding core 10, so that the winding core 10 can be inserted into the battery case more easily. For example, the diameter of the end cap 22 may be 0 mm to 5 mm smaller than the maximum diameter of the winding core 10.On the current collector 20, a welding hole 221 is provided, which penetrates the end cap 22 and the central portion of the welding portion 21. At a winding center of the winding core 10, a winding core hole 14 is provided, and the diameter of the welding hole 221 is greater than or equal to the diameter of the winding core hole 14, so that welding of the tab 12 and the welding portion 21 is easily performed. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, an outer circumferential side wall of the welding portion 21 is welded to an outer circumferential side wall of the tab 12, and welding spots 211 may be distributed on the outer circumferential side wall of the welding portion 21. The welding path may be vertical, horizontal, or oblique spot welding or line welding; as the welding method, one or more of ultrasonic welding, resistance welding, laser welding, etc. may be used. This is not limited in the present application. In this exemplary embodiment, a bare film 113 is provided between the tab 12 and the material region 13, wherein the length of the bare film 113 in a winding direction is equal to the length of the material region 13 in the winding direction, wherein the length of the tab 12 in the winding direction is smaller than the length of the bare film 113 in the winding direction. By disposing a bare film 113 between the tab 12 and the material portion 13, it is possible to prevent the current collector 20 from melting through the material portion 13 during welding and thus damaging the pole piece 11. The length of the bare film 113 extending along the axial direction of the winding core 10 may be, but is not limited to, 1.5 mm to 8 mm.Referring to FIG. 4, in this embodiment, the circular cylindrical battery is provided with a stacked first pole piece 111, a separator 15, and a stacked second pole piece 112, the separator 15 being located between the first pole piece 111 and the second pole piece 112, a first tab 121 being provided at one end of the first pole piece 111, a second tab 122 being provided at one end of the second pole piece 112, the first pole piece 111, the separator 15, and the second pole piece 112 being stacked and wound to form a winding core 10, the first tab 121 and the second tab 122 being respectively located at both ends of the winding core 10. The first tab 121 or the second tab 122 serves as a positive tab or negative tab of the circular cylindrical battery. With regard to a circular cylindrical battery according to some exemplary embodiments of the present application, reference is made to FIGS. 5 and 6. FIG. 5 shows a schematic view of a unwound winding core 10 of a circular cylindrical battery according to some exemplary embodiments of the present application. FIG. 6 is a schematic view showing the structure of the winding core 10 of the circular cylindrical battery according to some embodiments of the present application. The setting of tab 12 of the circular cylindrical battery as shown in FIGS. 5-6 differs from the setting of the circular cylindrical battery as shown in FIGS. 1-4. The tab 12 of the circular cylindrical battery as shown in Figs. 1-4 is an all-pole tab, while the tab 12 of the circular cylindrical battery as shown in Figs. 5-6 is a multipolar tab.In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, the winding core 10 comprises a pole piece 11, wherein a tab 12 is provided at one end of the pole piece 11, wherein the tab 12 is arranged spaced apart from a winding start 101 of the pole piece 11, and wherein the tab 12 is arranged spaced apart from a winding end 102 of the pole piece 11. There is a certain distance D1 between the tab 12 and the winding start 101 of the pole piece 11, and there is also a certain distance D2 between the tab 12 and the winding end 102 of the pole piece 11.The tab 12 comprises a plurality of separately arranged partial tabs 120. The partial tab 120 may be formed in the shape of, but is not limited to, parallelogram, trapezoid, etc. The circumferential length of the split tab 120 along the winding direction of the pole piece 11 is 1 mm to 5 mm. The distance between an edge of the partial tab 120 remote from the material region 13 and an edge of the partial tab situated close to the material region 13 is 1.5 mm to 5 mm. In an embodiment, the partial tab 120 takes a quadrangular shape, wherein the acute angle between two adjacent side edges of the partial tab 120 may be 30° to 80°. The number of partial tabs 120 can be adjusted according to the length of pole piece 11.As shown in FIG. 6, the partial tab 120 is bent in the direction of a central axis 103 of the winding core 10, wherein a plane of the side of the partial tab 120 lying close to the central axis 103 of the winding core 10 lies close to the end face of the winding core 10, wherein orthographic projections of two adjacent ones of the partial tabs 120 on a plane perpendicular to the central axis 103 of the winding core 10 at least partially overlap. By bending the partial tab 120, the axial length of the circular cylindrical battery can be reduced. In one exemplary embodiment, it is provided that a winding core hole 14 is provided at a winding center of the winding core 10, wherein an orthographic projection of the partial tab 120 onto the plane perpendicular to the central axis 103 of the winding core 10 is located outside the winding core hole 14, i.e. that the shaped partial tab 120 does not block the winding core hole 14 of the winding core 10.In one exemplary embodiment, it is provided that the circular cylindrical battery further comprises a current collector 20, wherein an end face of the current collector 20 facing the partial tab 120 is welded to the partial tab 120, and wherein the diameter of the current collector 20 is less than or equal to the maximum diameter of the winding core 10.In one exemplary embodiment, provision is made for a bare film 113 to be provided between the tab 12 and the pole piece 11, wherein the length of the bare film 113 in a winding direction is equal to the length of the material region 13 in the winding direction. By disposing a bare film 113 between the tab 12 and the material portion 13, it is possible to prevent the current collector 20 from melting through the material portion 13 during welding and thus damaging the pole piece 11. Likewise, when the tab 12 is flattened by a flattening tool 40, the material region 13 can be prevented from being pressed and thus the material region 13 is damaged. The length of the bare film 113 extending along the axial direction of the winding core 10 may be, but is not limited to, 1.5 mm to 8 mm.In an embodiment, it is provided that the circular cylindrical battery comprises a first pole piece 111, a second pole piece 112 and a separator 15, wherein a first tab 121 is provided at one end of the first pole piece 111, wherein the first tab 121 comprises a plurality of partial tabs 120, wherein a second tab 122 is provided at one end of the second pole piece 112, wherein the second tab 122 comprises a plurality of partial tabs 120, wherein the separator 15 is located between the first pole piece 111 and the second pole piece 112; wherein the first pole piece 111, the separator 15 and the second pole piece 112 are stacked and wound to form a winding core 10, wherein the first tab 121 and the second tab 122 are respectively located at both ends of the winding core 10.The present application further provides a machining method for a circular cylindrical battery configured to machine a circular cylindrical battery (e.g., a cylindrical battery as shown in FIGS. 5-6 ), wherein pole pieces 11 of the circular cylindrical battery comprise a positive pole piece and a negative pole piece, the machining method comprising:In step S 10, a coated positive electrode sheet and a coated negative electrode sheet are provided. In step S 20, one end of the coated positive electrode sheet is punched to form a first tab, and one end of the coated negative electrode sheet is punched to form a second tab. The first tab is separated from the winding start and winding end of the coated positive electrode sheet and includes a plurality of separately arranged first partial tabs. The second tab is separated from the winding start and winding end of the coated negative electrode sheet and includes a plurality of separately disposed second partial tabs.In step S 20, the punching of the electrode sheet 12 (e.g., the coated positive electrode sheet or the coated negative electrode sheet) to form the tabs 12 (e.g., the first tab or the second tab) and the plurality of partial tabs 120 (e.g., the first partial tabs or the second partial tabs) may be realized by punching in a single process or stepwise. When the punching of the electrode sheet 12 is performed stepwise, there is no limitation on the order of punching. The positive pole piece foil material may be an aluminum foil and the negative pole piece foil material may be a copper foil, but this is not limited. In step S 30, the positive electrode coated sheet with the first tab 121, the separator 15, and the negative electrode coated sheet with the second tab 122 are stacked in order to form a stack, and the stack is wound to form a winding core 10 such that the first tab 121 and the second tab 122 are respectively disposed at the opposite ends of the winding core 10.In step S 40, the first partial tab 120 and the second partial tab 120 are each flattened to a predetermined angle at the opposite ends of the winding core 10.In step S 40, a central portion of the winding core 10 is fixed, and the first split tab 120 and the second split tab 120 at the opposite ends of the winding core 10 are exposed. The first partial tab 120 and the second partial tab 120 are flattened with a flattening tool 40. Specifically, the first split link 120 and the second split link 120 may be flattened twice or more with the flattening die 40 in advance, and then a final and complete flattening may be performed. The predetermined angle may be set as needed, for example, the surface of the flattened partial flaps 120 may be perpendicular to the central axis 103 of the winding core 10. The predetermined angle may also include other angles, which are not further limited here. The flattening tool 40 can be controlled by pneumatic transmission so that the pressing is more accurately performed. The final flattening of the tabs 12 may be operated by a servo motor. The pre-flattening of the tabs 12 does not cause a relatively large friction on the tabs 12, thereby preventing damage to the tabs 12, and preventing metal chips from falling into the winding core 10 and causing a short circuit of the winding core 10. At the same time, the pre-flattening tab 12 of the winding core 10 has better flatness, thereby avoiding short circuit due to damage to the winding core 10 when welding the tabs 12 to the current collector disc 20 (e.g., a first current collector disc and a second current collector disc as described below). This improves the flatness of the formed tabs 12 of the winding core 10 and increases the yield of the cylindrical battery and lowers the production cost.In step S 50, the first split tabs and the first current collector plate are welded, and the second split tabs and the second current collector plate are welded. In step S 50, after one of the first split tabs is flattened, an end surface of the first split tab is welded to an end surface of the first current collector plate; and after one of the second split tabs is flattened, an end surface of the second split tab is welded to an end surface of the second current collector plate. The present application further provides a circular cylindrical battery processing apparatus configured to process a circular cylindrical battery (e.g., a wound cell as shown in FIGS. 5 to 6 ). The machining apparatus includes a positioning clamp block 30 and a flattening tool 40. FIG. 7 is a schematic view showing the structure of a positioning terminal block 30 according to an embodiment of the present application. Fig. (a) in Fig. 7 is a schematic front view of the structure of the positioning clamp block 30, and Fig. (b) in Fig. 7 is a schematic plan view of the structure of the positioning clamp block 30, Fig. 8 is a schematic view of the structure of a flattening tool 40 according to an embodiment of the present application. The illustration (a) in FIG. 8 is a schematic plan view of the structure of the flattening tool 40, and the illustration (b) in FIG. 8 is a schematic front view of the structure of the flattening tool 40.Referring to FIG. 7, the positioning clamp block 30 includes an upper clamp block 31 and a lower clamp block 32, the upper clamp block 31 and the lower clamp block 32 being disposed to abut each other, and the upper clamp block 31 and the lower clamp block 32 can be fixedly connected via a connection part 50. The connecting part 50 may be a bolt or the like. A reel mounting portion 33 is provided in a central portion of the positioning clamp block 30, and the reel mounting portion 33 is provided for mounting the reel 10 of the circular cylindrical battery. The core mounting portion 33 includes a first mounting portion provided on the upper clamping block 31 and a second mounting portion provided on the lower clamping block 32, the first mounting portion abutting on the second mounting portion, surfaces of the first mounting portion and the second mounting portion that are close to each other are inwardly recessed to form a circular cylindrical cavity for accommodating the core 10. The material hardness of the reel mounting portion 33 is smaller than the material hardness of other parts of the positioning clamp block 30, thereby preventing the reel 10 from being damaged due to too high a material hardness of the reel mounting portion 33.The length of the positioning clamp block 30 is smaller than the length of the reel core 10. After the reel core 10 is placed on the reel core mounting portion 33, the tabs 12 at both ends of the reel core 10 are exposed from both sides of the positioning clamp block 30 to plate the tabs 12 by the flattening tool 40.Referring to FIG. 8, the flattening die 40 includes a tab forming portion 41, the tab forming portion 41 is provided to receive the tab 12 of the circular cylindrical battery, and the tab forming portion 41 has a conical surface 411, the conical surface 411 being capable of bending the tab 12 of the circular cylindrical battery toward a central axis 103 of the winding core 10 of the circular cylindrical battery. In this case, the angle of the conical surface 411 can be adjusted depending on the preset angle to which the tab 12 has to be flattened. The diameter of the shaping portion for the tab 41 is larger than the diameter of the outermost periphery of the tab 12, so that the tab 12 of the entire winding core 10 can be accommodated. A through hole is provided in the central portion of the tab forming portion 41 so that when the tab forming portion 41 and the tab 12 are pressed, the gas can be discharged from the through hole. The tab forming portion 41 can be connected to the flattening die 40 via a connecting member 50, the tab forming portion 41 being removable, so that different tab forming portions 41 can be adjusted and connected according to the circular cylindrical battery model, thereby improving compatibility of the flattening die 40.There may be two pairs of shaping portions for the tab 41 to simultaneously plate the tabs 12 at both ends of the winding core 10. Also, there may be plural pairs of shaping portions for the tab 41 so that the tabs 12 of plural winding cores 10 can be stripped simultaneously, thereby improving production efficiency. This is not limited in the present application. The machining apparatus further includes a pneumatic transmission unit, a servo motor, a control unit, etc., whereby the flattening tool 40 can be driven to move in a preset direction to flatten the tab 12 of the circular cylindrical battery.
