Abstract

Slope stabilization is characterized by the fact that the visible surface area of the slope stabilization (2) is significantly reduced by a special contour on the upper surface. This reduction of the visible surface area can be achieved through various shaping methods and the selection of different manufacturing processes. The surface area is designed in such a way that the necessary height and length are maintained to adequately protect a top layer against erosion and landslides, while simultaneously being reduced to such an extent that the surface area is not negatively affected, or at least not significantly impacted, the appearance of the top layer. The contour and its regularity can be varied and may also differ from the slope stabilization variant (2) shown in the drawings. The slope stabilization system can be made from an aluminum alloy, a galvanized or otherwise surface-treated steel alloy, plastic, fiber composite material or a combination of materials and is therefore weather-resistant.

Description

[0001] Typically, a slope, embankment, or rock garden that requires protection against erosion is protected by planting suitable plants. If the slope angle or incline is too steep, walls, for example, are used to counteract erosion. If a slope or embankment is neither to be planted nor protected by walls, wooden palisades, wooden slats or beams, boards, fascines, mats, erosion control mats, willow rod lattices, trellises, nets, or pocket-shaped elements have been used to counteract erosion.

[0002] Conventional types of slope protection are often not weatherproof, very time-consuming to install, or can only be installed by qualified personnel. Another disadvantage is that the standard slope protection elements cannot be fully or sufficiently covered by a surface layer such as gravel, bark mulch, or similar without adversely affecting erosion. As a result, the standard elements significantly disrupt the homogeneity of the surface. These slope protection elements can be perceived as unsightly or disruptive, thus negatively impacting the appearance of the slope or embankment.

[0003] The invention defined in claim 1 is based on the problem of reducing the visible area of the slope protection without negatively influencing the erosion of the surface layer.

[0004] This problem is solved by the features listed in claim 1.

[0005] An embodiment of the invention is described with reference to Fig. 1 to 4 explained.

[0006] They show: Fig. 1 shows an example of a slope / embankment (1) with the installed slope protection (2). In Fig. 2 shows the slope protection (2), the exemplary slope (1) with the slope angle, the detail A and the fastening elements (3) in side view. Fig. 3 shows the detailed view A with the components (1), (2) and (3). Fig. 4 The slope protection (2) and corresponding fastening elements (3). Fasteners can be bolts, ground anchors, pegs, earth screws, or similar. Furthermore, the special contour for minimizing the visible surface of the slope protection is shown. Claims

[1] Slope protection Characterized bythat the visible surface of the slope embankment protection (2) is considerably reduced by a special contour of the upper side. The reduction of the visible surface can be achieved through different types of shaping and the selection of diverse manufacturing processes. The surface of the visible surface is designed in such a way that the necessary height and length of the visible surface is maintained in order to adequately protect a covering layer against erosion and "sliding", but at the same time is reduced to such an extent that the appearance of the covering layer is not negatively influenced or the influence on it is kept as small as possible. The contour and regularity of these can be varied and can also deviate from the variant of the slope embankment protection (2) shown in the drawings. The slope protection can be made of an aluminum alloy, a galvanized or otherwise surface-treated steel alloy, plastic, fiber composite material or a combination of these materials and is therefore weather-resistant.
