Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a training device having a gripping body and a wrist mount.A wide variety of training devices are known in the prior art, with which the hands, arms and shoulders can be trained. There are, for example, kneading balls which can be taken in hand and kneaded. This results in training of the hand and arm muscles. In addition, a stress-alleviating effect is to be produced. Wrist weights are also known which can be worn, for example, during walking or jogging in order to achieve an additional training effect for the hand and arms and shoulders. In addition, poles are also known which can be used in Nordic walking and walking. These serve on the one hand for supporting, but on the other hand also for the arms and the muscles connected thereto to be used during walking, so that an additional, positive training stimulus is achieved.Proceeding from this, the object of the invention is to provide a training device with which, in particular, the hands, arms and shoulders can be trained in a simple manner at any time and at any desired locations. The object is achieved by a training device according to claim 1. advantageous embodiments are specified in the dependent claims and the description, wherein different embodiments can be combined with one another. The exercise apparatus according to the invention comprises a hand-graspable gripping body having upper and lower ends, and a wrist mount having a connecting portion connected to the upper end of the gripping body, the connecting portion extending between thumb and index finger, and holding the upper end of the gripping body near the palm of the hand when the hand is opened, so that the gripping body hangs freely in a pendulous manner on the connecting portion and can be gripped by closing the hand, the circumference of the gripping body at the upper end being smaller than the circumference of the gripping body at the lower end.Unless otherwise stated, the following description refers to a state in which the wrist mount is attached to the wrist of a user's hand and the palm faces obliquely downward. For example, the arm can be extended horizontally forwards by hand. The gripping body is arranged between a floor on which the user stands and the inside of the hand. The hand inside surface can have an angle of 45 degrees to the ground, for example. In this state, with the hand open, the gripping body is held close to the palm, wherein close to the palm means that the gripping body can be easily gripped when the hand is closed, which can be the case when a distance of a few centimeters, for example three or less centimeters, is present between the gripping body and the palm.In principle, the gripping body can be any desired physical object which can be gripped with one hand and whose circumference is smaller at the upper end than at the lower end. The circumference of the lower end is in particular at least twice as large as the circumference at the upper end, for example at least 2.5 times or at least 4 times as large. The course of the connecting portion between thumb and index finger leads to the gripping body fastened to the connecting portion being able to freely swing about the location at which the connecting portion no longer makes contact with the hand. The connecting section extends in particular a certain distance along an outer surface of the hand and can be located between thumb and index finger in a transition region between back of the hand and inner surface of the hand. The gripping body can be repeatedly gripped and released by hand. The wrist mount thereby prevents the gripping body from falling down when not gripped. Due to the course of the connecting element between thumb and index finger, a relatively defined position of the gripping body is additionally achieved when it is not gripped, so that it can be gripped again at any time.By repeatedly gripping and releasing the gripping body, training of the hand, the arm and also the shoulder can be achieved in a simple and intuitive manner. In order to increase the training effect, the training device can be moved with the arm, wherein the weight of the gripping body then provides an additional training stimulus. It is also possible to use the training device during movements and walkings or training on a treadmill-as well as throughout indoors, workplaces, seats and also lies. Because the training device does not have to be placed on the ground, tree crowns or similar landmarks can be targeted with the arms and the held training device in order to generate an additional fun moment with the training device. The training device can thus be used in various ways at different locations, wherein the repeated gripping and release as well as the movement associated therewith generally also serves to reduce stress. In one embodiment, the circumference of the gripping body at the upper end is so small that it can be enclosed with thumb and index finger. As a result, the gripping body can be gripped particularly well without the hand being squeezed because it is in a natural position when the gripping body is held.In one embodiment, the circumference of the gripping body at the lower end is so large that the palm and the little finger enclose the gripping body over a circumferential range of 270° or less. This dimensioning leads to the hand being able to be held in a natural position while the gripping body is being gripped, so that jamming is prevented. In one embodiment, the gripping body is conical.A conical shape allows, on the one hand, the gripping body to be easily gripped, wherein a natural position of the hand is achieved which prevents jamming. On the other hand, a conical gripping body can be produced relatively easily and offers an appealing design. In one embodiment, the gripping body has a circular base surface at the lower end. The base surface can be formed in such a way that it forms a continuous, uninterrupted surface. The base surface closes the gripping body downward. A circular surface matches a natural position of the closed hand that prevents jamming. In addition, the training device can be simply placed on the base surface. In one embodiment, the gripping body has a casing and a filling. The shell may be, for example, a natural latex bubble in which the fill is protected from moisture and encapsulated. The sheath may be formed to be deformable. It can be in particular bendable and / or stretchable. The casing and the filling together may have a weight which is less than one kilogram or less than 750 grams or even less than 500 g. The filling may be made of a deformable material, wherein a deformation may be caused by gripping with the hand. The material may have elastic properties. It can deform back from a deformed state into its original state within the scope of elastic deformation. It can be rubber, for example. However, it can also be a material which remains at least partially in the deformed state after deformation. For this purpose, it can also be supported by the sheath. They can be, for example, kneaders, a gel or granules. The gripping body may be deformable as a whole. The deformability of the gripping body allows particularly effective training because the hand works against an at least partially deformable resistance when gripping the gripping body, which resistance changes in the process. This also increases the stress-reducing effect. The construction of a casing and a filling allows different fillings to be used, so that the gripping body can be adapted to different preferences, for example, or can be provided simply in different embodiments. In one embodiment, the sleeve consists of at least two parts, wherein an upper part forms the lateral surface of the cone and a lower part forms the bottom surface of the cone. As a result, the casing can be filled with the filling in a particularly simple manner by first introducing the filling into the upper part and the lower part subsequently closing the upper part.In one embodiment, the upper and lower parts are sewn. Thus, the upper and lower parts can be easily connected. In addition, the seam is a visually pleasing design feature. In one embodiment, the sheath is formed from leather, latex, in particular natural latex, or a textile. These materials are distinguished by high resistance and pleasant haptics. In addition, they can be designed in any desired manner in different colors and with different prints or inscriptions. These materials also allow deformability which, according to the above description, can improve the success of training. The materials can also be selected such that they have extensibility, which further assists the deformability of the gripping body.In one embodiment, the filling is formed by metal balls and / or sand. The metal bodies may be less than two millimeters or even less than one millimeter. Metal balls and sand as filling form a type of granulate. After a deformation by gripping the gripping body, the gripping body thereby remains deformed within a certain range, wherein the degree of deformation can be controlled by the material of the sheath. This can produce particularly pleasant haptic properties, which contributes to particularly pleasant training. Furthermore, these materials are easily available and their processing is easily possible. In one embodiment, the wrist mount includes a wrist strap for application to the wrist. The wrist strap can be designed at least partially as a strap or strap. The wrist strap allows easy application to the wrist and also easy removal. In addition, it prevents the gripping body from dropping off the wrist. Furthermore, the wrist strap allows the connecting element to be easily guided over the region between index finger and thumb, so that the gripping body freely oscillates at the correct location. In one embodiment, the hand strap has a mandrel closure. Different holes can be provided for the mandrel closure, so that when the mandrel closure is closed, different peripheries of the hand strap are obtained. This makes it possible to select the size and thus effectively prevent the gripping body from slipping off the wrist joint during training without loss of comfort due to incision. Also, a mandrel closure allows simple placement and deposition. In one embodiment, the connecting portion has an eyelet which is fastened to the gripping body. The gripping body can have a connecting tab which is connected to the gripping body in the region of the upper end and is guided through the eyelet. The fastening with an eyelet leads to the gripping body being able to move with respect to the eyelet. This ensures that the gripping body, when it is released, freely oscillates, so that it hangs straight down at all times and is placed in a manner favorable to grip. In addition, the eyelet counteracts premature wear of the wrist mount. In one embodiment, the wrist strap is guided through the eyelet. In this way, only a single eyelet is necessary for fastening the wrist fastening to the gripping body, which is particularly simple. A certain relative movement between the wrist strap and the eyelet is also possible, which assists the free swinging. In one embodiment, the eyelet is designed as a D-ring with a straight and a curved section, wherein the straight part of the eyelet is fastened to the gripping body. A D-ring describes a ring formed from a straight and a bent part, wherein the straight part is arranged between a first and second connection point of the bent part. The attachment of the gripping body to the straight part of the D-ring allows the gripping body to swing around the straight part but is otherwise fixed. As a result, the gripping body can be easily gripped, but nevertheless has mobility in order to increase the training success. In one embodiment, the wrist strap is threaded through a tab that rests on the back of the hand. The flap allows, on the one hand, the weight of the gripping body hanging on the wrist mount to be better distributed over the back of the hand. On the other hand, the flap also allows the wrist strap to be guided in a targeted manner, so that it is comfortable to wear and a secure attachment of the wrist attachment to the wrist is achieved. In one embodiment, the tab has two threading points for the wrist strap, wherein the tab can be positioned in the region between thumb and index finger such that the wrist strap forms a triangle with a corner facing the gripping body and two sides leading to the wrist. The wrist strap can be guided in two strands which form two sides of the triangle. This allows a targeted fastening of the gripping body. The wrist strap merges in the area of the eyelet attached to the gripping body, so that the gripping body is suspended approximately only at one point or closely defined area defined by the eyelet. As a result, the gripping body oscillates only in a desired region during free oscillation, which improves the training effect. On the other hand, the two parts of the wrist strap are guided around the wrist, so that a particularly secure fastening results. In addition, the guide prevents the strap from cutting in and the wearing comfort is increased. In one embodiment, the wrist strap is held displaceably at the threading points. In this case, the tab can be displaced relative to the region between thumb and index finger. The displaceable fastening ensures that the tab can be positioned exactly in such a way that the strands of the wrist strap converge in the region between thumb and index finger in order to enable the desired positioning of the gripping body. The tab can be slid to accommodate an individual size of a hand. Thus, comfort is increased. In one embodiment, each threading point has two parallel slots through which a section of the wrist strap is guided. The wrist strap can be guided in each case in a strand through both slots. The two parallel slots make it possible in a simple manner to hold the flap displaceably with respect to the wrist strap. In one embodiment, the tab is trapezoidal. The trapezoidal shape reflects the triangular guidance of the wrist strap and thus assists in guiding the strands of the wrist strap. Moreover, it offers an attractive design. In one embodiment, the hand strap has a leather strap. Leather is distinguished by a high durability and pleasant haptic properties and an appealing appearance. The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to an exemplary embodiment shown in the attached drawings. In the drawings, the following show: FIG. 1 shows a view of the training device in an unfastened state, FIG. 2 shows a further view of the training device in an unfastened state, showing the tab from below, FIG. 3 shows how the training device is correctly positioned on the hand, FIG. 4 shows how the wrist strap is fastened with the mandrel closure, FIG. 5 shows a movement of the training device away from the body, and FIG. 6 shows a movement of the training device towards the body.FIG. 1 shows a view of the training device 1 in an unfastened state. The exercise apparatus 1 includes a gripping body 2, a wrist mount 3, and a connecting portion 4 with which the wrist mount 3 is attached to the gripping body 2.The gripping body 2 has an upper end 5 and a lower end 6, wherein the gripping body 2 has the shape of a cone therebetween, which cone has the lateral surface 7 and the base surface 8. They form a casing which is filled with a granulate. The wrist mount 3 has a wrist strap 9 formed by a strap and attached to the connecting portion 4. The hand strap 9 has a mandrel clasp 10 at one end and holes 11 at another end which serve to secure the mandrel clasp 10. In addition, a trapezoidal tab 12 is fastened to the wrist strap 9, wherein said tab has two threading points 13 (only one provided with a reference sign), through which the wrist strap 12 is threaded. The threading points 13 are each formed by two parallel slots 14 (only one provided with a reference sign). The flap 12 is displaceable relative to the hand strap 9. The threading points 13 are arranged on the flap 12 in such a way that the hand strap 9 extends away from the flap 12 in two strands, wherein the strands form a triangle and the region of the hand strap 9 between the threading points 13 forms the tip of the triangle and the two strands form the sides of the triangle. The connecting portion 4 has an eyelet 15 to which the gripping body 2 is fastened by a connecting tab 16, wherein the connecting tab 16 is placed around the eyelet 15 and is attached to the gripping body 2 by its two free ends. Around the eyelet 15 the wrist strap 9 is also guided in its section which runs between the two threading points 12.FIG. 2 shows a further view of the training device 1 in an unfastened state in a view from below. It can be clearly seen how the hand strap 9 is guided through the threading points 12, which are each formed by the two parallel slots 14.FIG. 3 shows how the training device 1 is correctly positioned on the hand 17. For this purpose, the tab 12 is positioned on the back of the hand such that the wrist strap 9 is arranged between thumb and index finger in its section which runs between the threading points 13. The corresponding region is characterized by the superimposed arrow. As a result, the eyelet 15 with which the gripping body is fastened to the wrist strap 9 is also arranged in this region between thumb and index finger. In this view, the eyelet 15 is identified as a D-ring, with the connecting tab 16 laid around a straight part of the D-ring. The holding body 2 is arranged on the inside of the hand. By positioning the eyelet 15 formed by the D-ring, the gripping body 2 can freely oscillate forwards and backwards in an imaginary extension of the arm when the hand is open.FIG. 4 shows how the wrist strap 9 is fastened to the wrist with the pin clasp 10, wherein the positioning of the tab 12 (not visible in this view) is not changed, so that the gripping body 2 remains arranged on the inner side of the hand 17. With the pin clasp 10 and the holes 11, the circumference of the wrist strap 9 is adapted to the wrist circumference, so that the training device 1 with the wrist mount 2 is attached to the hand 17.FIG. 5 shows a movement of the training device 1 away from the body, wherein this direction of movement is illustrated by the arrow shown in the drawing. During this movement, the hand 17 is opened and the gripping body 2 is released. The gripping body 2 then hangs on the wrist strap 9, which runs between thumb and index finger, so that the gripping body 2 is also suspended in a freely pendulous manner in the region which can be seen particularly well in FIG. 3. Such a movement of the training device 1 away from the body can be carried out, for example, during walking, if the corresponding arm is moved in the walking direction in a push-pull manner with respect to the opposite leg.FIG. 6 shows a movement of the training device 1 towards the body, wherein the direction of movement is illustrated by the arrow shown in the drawing. In the rearward movement direction, the hand 17 is closed and the gripping body 2 is gripped. This movement can also be carried out during walking if the arm is moved counter to the walking direction. In this view, it can also be clearly seen that the zig-zag finger and thumb completely enclose the upper part 5 of the gripping body 2 and even overlap. The small finger, on the other hand, cannot completely enclose the lower part 6 of the holding body 2 and is arranged partially under the base surface 8. Thus, the hand remains in a natural position during gripping. The movement illustrated in FIGS. 5 and 6 represents a way of using the training device 1, which can be used, for example, during walking. However, these movements can also be carried out during other activities, for example when sitting or standing.List of Reference Numerals:1 Training device 2 Gripping body 3 Wrist mount 4 Connecting section 5 Upper end 6 Lower end 7 Lateral surface 8 Base surface 9 Wrist strap 10 Pin closure 11 Holes 12 Lap 13 Threading point 14 Slots 15 Eyelet 16 Connecting tab
