Description

[0001] The invention relates to a carrying device for carrying containers in a furniture pull-out, with a receiving frame for placing on frames of the furniture pull-out, wherein the receiving frame has at least one recess into which a respective container with outwardly projecting upper edges can be suspended.

[0002] From DE 20 2015 100 485 U1 such a carrying device is known, in which a positioning frame for waste containers can be placed on the upper edges of the side walls of a furniture pull-out.

[0003] Such a carrying device is also known from EP 2 340 743 B9, with a hanging frame for waste containers, and EP 1 716 779 B1 describes a bottomless drawer with a receiving frame with at least one recess for the hanging reception of a waste container.

[0004] The object of the invention is to provide a device of the type mentioned above which can be installed in a furniture drawer particularly easily and without tools.

[0005] This object is achieved according to the invention in that the support device comprises on an underside of the receiving frame in the region of mutually opposite longitudinal sides of the receiving frame in each case a holding element with at least one holding strip projecting downwards from the receiving frame and having a locking projection, wherein the locking projections can be brought into elastic locking engagement with lateral grooves or undercuts of the frames of the furniture pull-out for the detachable fastening of the support device to the frames of the furniture pull-out.

[0006] The support device is placed on the frames of the furniture pull-out and, in particular, is releasably locked into the (horizontal) grooves or undercuts of the frames using the locking projections of the holding elements projecting downwards next to the frames. When placed on, the locking projection slides, for example with elastic deformation of the relevant holding strip, over the upper section of the relevant side wall of the frame and then snaps into the groove or undercut. The position of the locking projection, in particular the distance of the locking projection to the top or base of the holding element, is adapted to the position of the groove or undercut. By locking, the support device can be releasably attached to the frames of the furniture pull-out without the need for tools, in particular without screwing. In particular, the support frame can be dimensioned in such a way that the retaining strips projecting downwards in the area of its long sides can be brought into elastic locking engagement with lateral grooves or undercuts of the frames of the furniture pull-out with their locking projections.

[0007] The recess is an opening and has a substantially rectangular cross-section. The receiving frame has a rectangular outline. The receiving frame is designed to span a space between the frames left free by the casings. The receiving frame is designed to be supported on the casings. The receiving frame forms a cover for the casings. The receiving frame can be supported on the side flap directly or indirectly (for example via the respective holding element and an adhesive tape arranged between the holding element and the receiving frame). The holding element can be designed as a strip or extruded profile and can also be referred to as a clip strip.

[0008] Advantageous embodiments and further developments of the carrying device according to the invention are specified below and in the dependent subclaims.

[0009] The containers can be, for example, collection containers, in particular laundry baskets or waste bins or the like.

[0010] In embodiments, the holding elements each have two opposing holding strips in order to encompass the respective frame on both sides, in particular to encompass it on both sides in contact with the frame. The holding strips can be referred to as cheeks of the holding element. The holding elements can, for example, be inverted U-shaped (open at the bottom). The holding elements are designed to encompass an upper edge of the frame on both sides. The locking projection is formed on at least one of the two opposing holding strips of the respective holding element. It can be formed on one or both opposing holding strips of the respective holding element.

[0011] In embodiments, the locking projection is formed on at least one of the two opposing retaining strips of the respective retaining element, which is inner with respect to the support device. Accordingly, the locking projections can be brought into elastic locking engagement with grooves or undercuts arranged on the inside of the frames of the furniture drawer.

[0012] In some embodiments, a downwardly projecting side flap is formed on each longitudinal side of the receiving frame to engage over the adjacent frame and the respective retaining element. This allows the retaining elements to be completely covered, particularly laterally, by the receiving frame. The receiving frame can be formed integrally with the side flaps, for example, from a sheet metal.

[0013] In some embodiments, the respective retaining element rests against the side flap or is laterally supported by the side flap. This allows the spacing of the retaining elements to be determined and stabilized by the side flaps of the mounting frame. The retaining element can be supported directly or indirectly (for example, via an adhesive tape arranged between them) on the side flap. For example, an outer retaining strip of the retaining element can rest flat against the side flap or be laterally supported flat against the side flap.

[0014] In some embodiments, the locking projection is formed continuously over the entire length of the retaining strip or the retaining element. In other embodiments, the locking projection is formed only in one or more sections of the retaining strip or the retaining element. Preferably, the retaining strip is formed continuously over the entire length of the retaining element. Preferably, the retaining element extends along the entire length of the at least one recess of the receiving frame.

[0015] In some embodiments, the retaining elements are designed as extruded profiles or profile rails. This allows for simple production.

[0016] The support frame can be made of plastic or metal. Other materials used in furniture construction are also conceivable, such as wood or laminates. The holding elements can be made of plastic or metal. Other materials that offer comparable stability and flexibility are also conceivable. In some embodiments, the support frame can be made of metal and the holding elements are made of plastic. This ensures high stability of the carrying device and, at the same time, enables easy, elastic locking of the holding strips. The support frame can be manufactured simply by punching and bending a sheet metal, with the side flaps being angled.

[0017] In embodiments, the receiving frame is integrally connected to the holding elements, for example, glued, e.g., using double-sided adhesive tape. The receiving frame can, in particular, be integrally connected to a base of the respective holding element, with at least one holding strip projecting from the base.

[0018] The following examples are explained in more detail using the drawings. They show: Fig. 1 a furniture pull-out with a carrying device mounted thereon for carrying containers according to an embodiment; Fig. 2 an exploded view of a furniture extension with a support device mounted thereon according to an embodiment; and Fig. 3 a schematic partial representation of a frame of a furniture pull-out with a carrying device mounted thereon according to the embodiments.

[0019] In the figures, identical or corresponding elements are identified by the same reference numerals.

[0020] The Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 each show a furniture pull-out 200 with a carrying device 100 for receiving three or two containers 220 (e.g., waste collection containers) according to respective embodiments. The furniture pull-out 200 comprises a furniture front 202 of a carcass (not shown). On the furniture front 202, two frames 204 are arranged parallel in the extension direction of the furniture pull-out 200 in order to be able to pull the furniture front 202 out of the carcass and retract it again. In the areas of the frames 204 facing the furniture front 202 and facing away from the furniture front 202, the two frames 204 are connected to one another by two struts 208 arranged transversely to the extension direction of the furniture pull-out 200. The two struts 208, together with the frames 204, form a frame for receiving the carrying device 100. As in the example of Fig. 2, the furniture extension 200 may include additional struts 210 that stabilize the frames 204.

[0021] The respective carrying device 100 comprises a receiving frame 10, which is made in one piece from a sheet metal. The receiving frame 10 has three or two recesses 12, in each of which a container 220 is positively suspended. The carrying device 100 comprises Fig. 2, which are arranged in the region of opposite longitudinal sides of the receiving frame 10, which are respectively assigned to the frames 204 of the furniture extension 200. The holding elements 20 are formed as extruded plastic profiles.

[0022] As shown schematically in Fig. 3, the retaining elements 20 are attached to the respective adjacent frame 204. The retaining elements 20 each have two opposing cheeks or retaining strips 22, which engage around the respective adjacent frame 204 on both sides. The receiving frame 10 has a respective side flap 14 on the long sides. The side flap 14 engages over the respective adjacent retaining element 20. The side flaps 14 lie flat against the respective adjacent retaining strip 22 of the respective retaining elements 20; in Fig.3, a gap is shown in each case only to illustrate the parts more clearly. The holding elements 20 each comprise at least one locking projection 24. The locking projections 24 are each formed on the inner holding strip 22 of the respective holding element 20 and protrude outward from the holding strip 22. The locking projections 24 engage positively in a groove 206 formed on the respectively adjacent frame 204. The locking projections 24 fix the receiving frame 10 connected to the holding elements 20 to the frames 204 and thus to the furniture pull-out 200. The locking projections 24 are each in elastic locking engagement with the grooves 206 formed on the frames 204 of the furniture pull-out 200 in order to be able to assemble and disassemble the support device 100 easily and without tools. The holding elements 20 are firmly connected to the receiving frame 10 via an adhesive tape 26 on the underside of the carrying device 100.Via the adhesive tape 26, the holding elements 20 are supported with their base, which connects the holding strips 22, flatly on the underside of the receiving frame 10.
