Description

The invention relates to a device for presenting objects, comprising a grid field which has a plurality of cells which are each surrounded by two horizontal webs and two vertical webs, the cells being open to a front side and to a rear side, and comprising at least one supporting element which has at least one plate-shaped plug part which is intended for releasable suspension into a selected cell, the plug part having a hook-shaped region which, in the suspended state, engages behind the horizontal web which delimits the selected cell at the top, and a lower stop which, in the suspended state, is supported on another horizontal web.Such a device is known from EP 2 544 570 B1. This suspension device has a grid array which has a multiplicity of systematically arranged cells which are each surrounded by two horizontal webs and two vertical webs, the cells being open to a front side and to a rear side, and a primary carrier which has at least one plug part. The plug-in part is intended for detachable suspension into a selected cell, wherein the plug-in part has an upwardly pointing hook contour which, in the suspended state, engages behind the horizontal web which delimits the selected cell at the top. Furthermore, the plug-in part has a lower stop which, in the suspended state, is supported on the horizontal web which delimits the selected cell at the bottom. The plug part has at least one leaf-shaped flank with a front edge which merges upwards into the hook contour. The lower stop is provided on a lower side of the flank. In the selected cell, the at least one flank of a primary carrier brought up from the front side of the grid array can be suspended, and at the same time the at least one flank of a primary carrier brought up from the rear side can be suspended. Since the plug-in part of the primary carrier has an upwardly pointing hook contour and a lower stop which, in the suspended state, is supported on the horizontal web which delimits the selected cell at the bottom, such a plug-in part is suitable only for suspension into a cell and must be geometrically exactly adapted to the dimensions of the cell. Depending on the cell size and thus the plug part size, the load-bearing capacity of the primary carrier is thereby limited. The object of the invention is to provide such a device with a universally usable support element, the load-bearing capacity of which is not limited by the geometric dimensions of the grid array. This object is achieved according to the invention in a device of the type initially referred to in that the hook-shaped region is directed downwards and, in the suspended state of the plug-in part, engages from above behind the horizontal web delimiting the selected cell upwards, wherein the free end of the hook-shaped region terminates in a nose-shaped projection engaging under the horizontal web delimiting the upwards, wherein the plug-in part has, adjacent to the hook-shaped region, a bearing region which, in the suspended state of the plug-in part, rests from above on the horizontal web delimiting the selected cell upwards, wherein the bearing region of the plug-in part merges into a latching nose which, in the suspended state of the plug-in part, bears laterally against the horizontal web delimiting the selected cell upwards.A device with a universally usable support element is provided, since the at least one plug element is suspended from above and the stop abuts the outer side of the grid array, so that the height of the plug element can be designed to be fundamentally variable depending on the required load-bearing capacity without changing the grid array, i.e. the stop abuts the horizontal web delimiting the cell downward and optionally at least one further horizontal web arranged lower, so that the force acting on the support element can optionally be dissipated to a plurality of horizontal webs. The height or length of the stop can thus be designed in accordance with the force introduction to be expected without changing the grid field. The nose-shaped projection on the hook-shaped region engages behind and under the horizontal web and prevents unintentional unhooking of the plug-in part. The nose-shaped projection is preferably geometrically designed such that, although it encloses the horizontal web in the suspended state, it does not squeeze the surface coating of the components and damage to the surfaces is thus avoided. In the fully lowered or suspended position of the plug-in part in the grid field, the latching nose catches the hook-shaped region of the plug-in part in its desired position and prevents displacement in the direct load direction to the grid field when pressure is applied. In one embodiment, it is advantageously provided that the plug-in part has a recess adjoining the latching nose, which recess, in the suspended state of the plug-in part, forms a free space with respect to the associated vertical edge of the grid array. This free space serves to be able to insert and pivot the plug-in part correctly.Furthermore, it is provided that the plug-in part has, adjacent to the recess, a contact edge which, in the suspended state of the plug-in part, is oriented vertically and forms the lower stop with its lower end.In a further embodiment, it is advantageously provided that the plug-in part has, adjacent to the lower stop, an inwardly directed region which, in the suspended state of the plug-in part, engages under the other horizontal web, wherein the other horizontal web can be the horizontal web or horizontal web of a cell arranged beneath it, which horizontal web bounds the selected cell at the bottom, if the plug-in part has a height greater than the height of a cell.In this case, it is advantageously provided that the inwardly directed region has a bore. This bore serves to allow a suspension point for a surface coating of the support element at a location which cannot be seen in the suspended state, whereby the visual impression is not impaired. In a first embodiment, it is provided that the support element has two plate-shaped plug parts which are spaced apart from one another and are arranged parallel to one another and are connected to one another by a transverse web. The support element then has a U-shaped cross section. In the first embodiment, it is advantageously provided that the transverse web is connected to at least one rod-shaped carrier, which serves, for example, as a product carrier. The transverse web has at least one bore through which the rod-shaped carrier is inserted with one fastening end and projects into the region between the two plate-shaped plug-in parts, wherein the fastening end is connected, in particular welded, to the transverse web on the rear side. As a result, for example, welding of the components in the region not visible to the observer is possible, so that the weld seam does not have to be remachined and weakening of the weld seam is avoided. In this case, a pitch of 1-1.5° is preferably provided structurally in the plug part, such that the welding of the rod-shaped carrier in the plug part can take place at an angle of 90°, but in the suspended and unloaded state in the grid field an pitch of the axis of the carrier to the suspension surface has an angle of 91-91.5°. When the supporting element is loaded, an optically appealing angle of at least 90° is then ensured. It is preferably provided that the distance between the fastening end of the rod-shaped carrier and the two plug-in parts is in each case greater than the wall thickness of the plug-in parts. The free spaces thus created serve to enable the plug-in parts to be suspended relative to one another in a cell when the grid array is used on both sides. The distance between the two outer edges of the plate-shaped plug-in parts is preferably less than the distance between the two inner edges of two vertical webs of a cell. This distance is dimensioned such that the plug-in part fills a cell of the grid array up to approximately 1 mm per side in order to ensure a fixed position in the grid array. In a second embodiment, it is provided that the transverse web is connected to two parallel rod-shaped supports, the free ends of which, facing away from the transverse web, are connected to one another via a U-shaped end piece.Preferably, the two rod-shaped carriers and the end piece are formed in one piece and form a blister carrier. In a third embodiment, it is provided that the support element has two plate-shaped plug-in parts which are spaced apart from one another and are arranged parallel to one another and are connected to one another by a tray arranged horizontally in the installation position or by a cross member arranged vertically in the installation position. The configuration of the cross member is variable and can be designed according to the respective requirements of the products to be presented. In this case, it is advantageously provided that the distance between the two outer edges of the plate-shaped plug-in parts is substantially greater than the distance between the two inner edges of two vertical webs of a cell. Wider support elements to be suspended, such as shelves or product-specific goods carriers, then overlap a multiple of the width of a cell. The invention is explained in more detail below by way of example with reference to the drawings. This shows in FIG. 1 shows a perspective illustration of a device with a grid array and supporting elements, FIG. 2 is a side view of a support element, FIG. 3 is a plan view of the support element according to FIG. 2, FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the support element according to FIG. 2, FIGS. 5 to 7 each show, in partial section, a sequence of the suspension of the support element into the grid field, FIG. 8 is a partial section of the two support elements hanging on both sides into the grid field, FIG. 9 is a plan view of FIG. 8, FIG. 10 is a modified top view of FIG. 8, FIG. 11 shows a perspective illustration of a support element according to a second embodiment, FIG. 12 is a plan view of FIG. 11, FIG. 13 shows a perspective illustration of a supporting element according to a third embodiment, and FIGS. 14 and 15 each show, in partial section, a sequence of the suspension of the support element according to FIG. 13 into the grid field and in FIG. 16 shows a perspective illustration of a supporting element according to a fourth embodiment. An apparatus for presenting objects, generally designated 1 in FIG. 1, has a grid panel 2 and at least one support element 3.The grid array 2 shown only in regions has a multiplicity of cells 4, which are surrounded in each case by two horizontal webs 5, 6 and two vertical webs 7, 8. The cells 4 are open to a front side and to a rear side, so that support elements 3 can be hooked on both sides. In the exemplary embodiment, the grid array 2 is designed as a full grid grid with square cells 4, the width and height of the cells 4 being, for example, 44.44 mm. The rectangular horizontal webs 5, 6 and the rectangular vertical webs 7, 8 have, for example, an identical cross section of 25.times.2 mm. The grid array 2 is surrounded by a circumferential rectangular edge bar 9 with a cross section of, for example, 25 x 3 mm. This edge bar 9, which forms a circumferential frame, is connected in a suitable manner, not shown, to a supporting frame and is enclosed therein in a vertically upright manner as a supporting decorative rear wall or middle wall. The respective support element 3 has at least one plate-shaped plug part 10 which is intended for releasable suspension into a selected cell 4. The plug part 10 has a hook-shaped region 11 which is directed downwards and, in the suspended state of the plug part 10, engages from above behind the upper horizontal web 5 which delimits the selected cell 4 upwards, the free end of the hook-shaped region 11 ending in a nose-shaped projection 12 which engages under the upper horizontal web 5. Adjacent to the hook-shaped region 11, the plug part 10 has a bearing region 13 which, in the suspended state of the plug part 10, bears from above on the horizontal web 5 delimiting the selected cell 4 upwards. The support region 13 of the plug-in part 10 merges into a latching nose 14 which, in the suspended state of the plug-in part 10, bears laterally against the horizontal web 5 which delimits the selected cell 4 at the top.Furthermore, the plug-in part 10 has a recess 15 adjacent to the latching nose 14, which recess, in the suspended state of the plug-in part 10, forms a free space with respect to the associated vertical edge of the grid panel 2. Adjacent to the recess 15, the plug-in part 10 has a contact edge 16 which, in the suspended state of the plug-in part 10, is oriented vertically and forms with its lower end a lower stop 17 for support on a lower horizontal web 6 of the grid panel 2.Finally, the plug-in part 10 has, adjacent to the lower stop 17, an inwardly directed region 18 which, in the suspended state of the plug-in part 10, engages under the lower horizontal web 6. The inwardly directed region 18 is provided with a bore 19. When the plug-in part 10 is suspended, this bore 19 is not visible to the observer and serves during or at the end of the production for suspending the plug-in part 10 for a surface coating or the like.In the first embodiment of the support element 3 shown in FIGS. 1 to 9, the support element 3 has two plate-shaped plug-in parts 10 spaced apart from one another and arranged parallel to one another, which are connected to one another by a transverse web 20. The support element 10 thus has a U-shaped cross section. The cross-piece 20 is connected to at least one rod-shaped carrier 21. For this purpose, the transverse web 20 has at least one bore 22, through which the rod-shaped carrier 21 is inserted with a fastening end 23 and projects into the region between the two plate-shaped plug-in parts 10. The fastening end 23 is welded to the transverse web 20 only on the rear side, the weld being indicated by 24. The weld seam 24 is therefore not visible to a viewer. In this case, a pitch of 1-1.5° is preferably provided structurally in the plug part 10, such that the welding of the rod-shaped carrier 21 in the plug part 10 can take place at an angle of 90°, but in the suspended and unloaded state in the grid field 2 an pitch of the axis of the carrier 21 to the suspension surface has an angle of 91-91.5°. When the support element 3 is loaded by hanging an object on the rod-shaped support 21, an optically appealing angle of at least 90° is then ensured. The distance between the fastening end 23 of the rod-shaped support 21 and the two plug-in parts 10 is in each case greater than the wall thickness of the plug-in parts 10.The mounting of a support element 3 or the suspension thereof is illustrated in FIGS. 5 to 7. At the beginning (FIG. 5 ), the recess 15 on the respective plug part 10 enables the upper insertion of the support element 3 above an upper horizontal web 5 of a selected cell 4. In the end position, the nose-shaped projection 12 engages behind the upper horizontal web 5 and the latching nose 14 bears laterally against the upper horizontal web 5. Furthermore, the stop 17 bears laterally against the lower horizontal web 6. If the contact edge 16 is longer, there are two stops 17, namely additionally one which bears against a lower horizontal web 6 of a cell 4 of the grid array 2 arranged below.FIGS. 8 and 9 show a situation in which a support element 3 is suspended in a cell 4 of the grid array 2 on each side. One support element 3 is already inserted, while the other is suspended (FIG. 8 ), the final state is shown in FIG. 9 ; due to the free space indicated by an arrow 25 between the respective fastening end 23 of the rod-shaped support 21 and the associated plug part 10, it is possible to plug in the plug part 10 of the other support element 3.FIG. 10 shows a situation corresponding to FIG. 9, in which a support element 3 is suspended on each side in a cell 4 of the grid array 2 in a different arrangement.FIGS. 11 and 12 show a support element 3 according to a second embodiment. In contrast to the first embodiment, the transverse web 20 is connected to two parallel rod-shaped supports 21, the free ends of which, facing away from the transverse web 20, are connected to one another via a U-shaped end piece 26. As shown, the two rod-shaped carriers 21 and the end piece 26 are preferably formed in one piece and form a blister carrier.FIGS. 13 to 15 show a support element 3 according to a third embodiment. In contrast to the first and second embodiments, the two plate-shaped plug-in parts 10 are not connected to one another by a transverse web, but by a tray 27 which is arranged horizontally in the installation position. The distance between the two outer edges of the plate-shaped plug-in parts 10 is substantially greater than the distance between the two inner edges of two vertical webs 7, 8 of a cell 4, depending on the desired width of the tray 27.FIG. 16 shows a support element 3 according to a fourth embodiment. In contrast to the third embodiment, the two plate-shaped plug-in parts 10 are not connected to one another by a tray, but by a cross member 28 which is arranged vertically in the installation position. In this case, the distance between the two outer edges of the plate-shaped plug-in parts 10 is, for example, greater than the distance between the two inner edges of two vertical webs 7, 8 of a cell 4, with the result that the plug-in parts can be suspended, for example, in two adjacent cells 4. In this embodiment, the cross member 28 is, for example, a component of a rim carrier 29.Of course, the invention is not limited to the exemplary embodiments shown. Further embodiments are possible without departing from the basic idea. Thus, instead of the cross member 28, a substantially wider cross member with several individual rod-shaped supports 21 arranged horizontally next to one another can also be provided.List of reference numbers:1 Device 2 grid panel 3 support element 4 cell 5 upper horizontal web 6 lower horizontal web 7 vertical web 8 vertical web 9 edge rod 10 plug part 11 hook-shaped region 12 nose-shaped projection 13 bearing region 14 latching nose 15 recess 16 bearing edge 17 stop 18 inwardly directed region 19 bore 20 transverse web 21 rod-shaped carrier 22 bore 23 fastening end 24 weld seam 25 free space 26 U-shaped end piece 27 tray 28 transverse carrier 29 rim carrierReferences included in the specificationThis list of documents cited by the applicant has been produced in an automated manner and is only included for the better information of the reader.
