Description

This application claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 202421801121.1 filed on Jul. 26, 2024 in the Chinese Patent Office, all of the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.TECHNICAL FIELDThe present application relates to the technical field of battery energy storage systems, for example a liquid-cooled high-voltage box and an energy storage battery system.PRIOR ARTA high voltage box is an apparatus for accommodating a battery management system, and high voltage devices for controlling a battery high voltage system are mounted therein. Such high voltage devices emit a large amount of heat during use. In order to avoid damage to the high-voltage components due to an overtemperature, the high-voltage box should have an excellent capability of heat dissipation, while on the other hand a good tightness is necessary for the high-voltage box.DISCLOSURE OF UTILITY MODELTechnical ProblemIn a high-voltage box in related technology, only natural heat dissipation is generally possible, which leads to poor heat dissipation. In order to improve the heat dissipation, a heat dissipation opening is often provided or a fan or another heat dissipation component is mounted on the box body, so that good tightness of the high-voltage box is difficult to expect.Technical SolutionThe present application provides a high voltage liquid cooled box. It comprises a base plate, a cover plate and a frame, wherein the base plate is arranged on a first side of the frame and the cover plate is arranged on a second side of the frame, wherein the base plate, the cover plate and the frame enclose a cavity for receiving a high-voltage component, wherein a chamber for circulating a cooling liquid is formed in at least a part of the base plate, wherein the high-voltage component is arranged on the base plate and a part of the high-voltage component is located directly above the chamber for circulating the cooling liquid, wherein an inlet for introducing the cooling liquid and an outlet for discharging the cooling liquid are provided on the base plate, and wherein the inlet, the chamber and the outlet are connected to one another in order. The present application further provides an energy storage battery system. It includes a battery pack, a high voltage device, and a high voltage liquid cooled box, wherein the battery pack is disposed on a side of the high voltage liquid cooled box, and the high voltage device is disposed in the high voltage liquid cooled box, and wherein the battery pack is electrically connected to the high voltage device.Advantageous Effects:The present application achieves the following advantageous effects:By forming the chamber in the base plate, introducing the cooling liquid into the chamber, and exchanging heat with the high-voltage component in the liquid-cooled high-voltage box by means of the cooling liquid, heat dissipation for the high-voltage component is achieved. Further, the cooling liquid having a lower temperature is continuously filled into the chamber via the inlet, and the cooling liquid that has received heat from the high-voltage device and has a higher temperature flows out of the chamber via the outlet, thus always maintaining a low temperature of the cooling liquid within the chamber without forming a heat dissipation hole or mounting a blower or other heat dissipation component on the bottom plate, the top plate, or the frame. Thus, the tightness of the cavity surrounded by the bottom plate, the top plate or the frame is ensured.ILLUSTRATION OF UTILITY MODELFIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing the overall structure of a high voltage liquid cooled box according to some implementations of the present application; FIG. 2 is a schematic structural view of the high voltage liquid cooled box according to some implementations of the present application after removing the cover plate; FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram showing the internal structure of the high voltage liquid cooled box according to some implementations of the present application; FIG. 4 shows the location A according to FIG. 3 in an enlarged illustration; FIG. 5 is a schematic structural view of the bottom plate of the high voltage liquid cooled box according to some implementations of the present application; FIG. 6 is a schematic diagram showing the internal structure of the bottom plate of the high voltage liquid cooled box according to some realizations of the present application; FIG. 7 is a schematic diagram showing the overall structure of an energy storage battery system according to some embodiments of the present application; FIG. 8 is a schematic structural view of the energy storage battery system according to some implementations of the present application after removing the cover plate; FIG. 9 is a schematic structural view of a battery pack and the high voltage liquid cooled box according to some implementations of the present application.Reference Sign List:1. The present application provides a high voltage liquid cooled box. It comprises a base plate 1, a cover plate 2 and a frame. The bottom plate 1 is arranged on a first side of the frame and the top plate 2 is arranged on a second side of the frame. The bottom plate 1, the top plate 2 and the frame enclose a cavity 5 for receiving a high voltage component 18. On the bottom plate 1 there are provided an inlet 6 for introducing the cooling liquid and an outlet 7 for discharging the cooling liquid. Both the inlet 6 and the outlet 7 are in communication with the chamber 4.The frame comprises a plurality of side plates 3 surrounding it and connected together. the bottom plate 1, the top plate 2 and the side plates 3 are all rectangular plates. The bottom plate 1, the top plate 2 and the side plates 3 form a hollow cuboid. The side plates 3 may be joined to the bottom plate 1 by welding or integral molding. In the present embodiment, the one-piece molding is used. After the side plates 3 are integrally formed with the bottom plate 1, the side plates 3 are bent upward so as to be perpendicular to the bottom plate 1. The uppermost portion of the single side plate 3 is bent toward the cavity 5 to form a connecting edge 8 abutting against the top plate 2. The top plate 2 covers the uppermost portion of the single side plate 3 and abuts against the respective connecting edge 8, and by a bolt, the top plate 2 and the respective connecting edge 8 are fastened together, and thereby further opening of the top plate 2 for maintenance of the high voltage device 18 in the high voltage liquid cooled box is facilitated. The bottom plate 1 includes an upper plate 101 and a lower plate 102. Between the upper plate 101 and the lower plate 102, there is a space, namely the chamber 4. The high voltage device 18 is mounted on the top plate 101, thus allowing heat exchange via the top plate 101 directly with the cooling liquid in the chamber 4. The cooling liquid may be a glycol cooling liquid, a glycerol cooling liquid, water or another liquid having a high specific heat capacity. In the present embodiment, water is used. In use, by continuously filling the cooling liquid having a lower temperature into the chamber 4 and flowing out the cooling liquid having received heat from the high voltage device 18 and a higher temperature from the chamber 4 via the outlet 7, a low temperature of the cooling liquid is always maintained within the chamber 4.Reference is made to FIGS. 5 and 6. In the present embodiment, the chamber 4 includes an intense cooling area 401 and a weak cooling area 402. The cooling liquid circulates in the intensive cooling region 401.Some of the high voltage devices 18, for example, a circuit breaker, in the high voltage liquid cooled box generate a small amount of heat during use. Therefore, such high voltage devices 18 with a small amount of generated heat may be disposed above the weak cooling region 402, while high voltage devices 18 with a large amount of generated heat, for example, a fuse guard, a precharge resistor, etc., may be disposed above the intensive cooling region 401. This allows targeted cooling to be carried out in order to reduce the consumption of the cooling liquid as far as possible and thus to save costs. Reference is made to FIG. 2. In the present exemplary embodiment, the region of intensive cooling 401 and the region of weak cooling 402 each occupy one half of the chamber 4. That is, the ratio of the area of the intensive cooling portion 401 to the area of the weak cooling portion 402 is 1:1. In order to prevent the inflow of the cooling liquid from the weak cooling portion 402 to the intensive cooling portion 401, an insulation strip 9 is further provided in the chamber 4 that is located between the intensive cooling portion 401 and the weak cooling portion 402 and is disposed along the length direction of the floor panel 1. The insulation strip 9 can be an additional strip-shaped object and can be welded into the chamber 4. Alternatively, it may be formed by punching the lower plate 102 of the bottom plate 1 inside the chamber 4. In the present embodiment, the insulation bar 9 is formed by punching the lower plate 102. The upper side of the insulation strip 9 is welded to the upper plate 101, as a result of which the region of intensive cooling 401 and the region of weak cooling 402 are separated from one another. In the present embodiment, the intensive cooling portion 401 is provided with a flow channel 10 for circulating the cooling liquid. The inlet 6 communicates with the outlet 7 via the flow channel 10. The flow channel 10 is distributed over the entire area over the area of intensive cooling 401.Reference is made to FIGS. 5 and 6. The flow channel 10 is wound along the length direction of the intensive cooling portion 401 to cross the intensive cooling portion 401. By providing the flow channel 10, the cooling liquid within the chamber 4 can flow cleanly from the inlet 6 in the direction of the outlet 7, thus ensuring that the cooling liquid flowing in via the inlet 6 and having a lower temperature can completely cross the intensive cooling region 401 and can remove heat of the high-voltage component 18 of the intensive cooling region 401, in order to avoid the cooling liquid having a lower temperature flowing directly out of the outlet 7 after flowing into the chamber 4 via the inlet 6 and, on the other hand, the cooling liquid having a higher temperature within the chamber 4 not flowing out in time.In the present exemplary embodiment, a plurality of separating strips 11 are provided in the chamber 4, and two opposite side surfaces of the separating strips 11 are connected in each case to the underside or the upper side of the chamber 4. Two adjacent separating strips 11 are spaced apart from one another in order to form the flow channel 10.Reference is made to FIGS. 3 to 6. The partition bars 11 are arranged along the length direction of the bottom plate 1 in the chamber 4, and the partition bars 11 extend parallel to the length direction of the bottom plate 1. two ends of the partition bars 11 are not in contact with the inner wall of the chamber 4, so that two adjacent flow channels 10 are communicated with each other. The single separator strip 11 may be a strip-shaped article welded to the underside of the chamber 4 or alternatively formed by punching the lower plate 102 of the bottom plate 1. In the present embodiment, the partition bars 11 are formed by punching the lower plate 102 of the bottom plate 1. The top side of the separating strips 11 is welded to the upper plate 101 in order to ensure that the cooling liquid can flow into the next flow channel 10 only from two ends of the respective separating strip 11 and thus to prevent the cooling liquid from circulating between two adjacent flow channels 10 while overcoming the respective separating strip 11.In another embodiment, the single flow channel 10 may also be a copper pipe, a stainless steel pipe, or another material pipe with high heat transfer efficiency, and the flow channel 10 closely abuts the top plate 101 to reduce the distance between the flow channel 10 and the high voltage device 18 and increase the heat transfer efficiency. In the present embodiment, a protrusion 12 is provided in the weak cooling portion 402, and two opposite side surfaces thereof are connected to the lower surface and the upper surface of the chamber 4, respectively.Reference is made to FIGS. 3 to 6. The protrusion 12 may be an object having the shape of a square prism and welded to the bottom of the chamber 4, or alternatively may be formed by punching the lower plate 102 of the bottom plate 1. In the present embodiment, the protrusion 12 is formed by punching the lower plate 102 of the bottom plate 1. The direction of extension of the projection 12 runs parallel to the direction of extension of the separating strips 11. the projection 12 is arranged along the length direction of the base plate 1 on the underside of the chamber 4. The top surface of the protrusion 12 abuts against the top surface of the chamber 4, whereby the top plate 101 of the bottom plate 1 is supported at the weak cooling portion 402, and thus sagging of the top plate 101 of the weak cooling portion 402 under excessive load can be prevented. At the same time, the upper plate 101 of the intensive cooling region 401 is supported by the partition bars 11.In the present embodiment, a liquid outflow pipe 13 and a liquid inflow pipe 14 are provided on a side plate 3. The liquid discharge pipe 13 communicates with the outlet 7. The liquid inlet pipe 14 communicates with the inlet 6. Optionally, the liquid outflow pipe 13 and the liquid inflow pipe 14 are disposed on one and the same side plate 3, and the liquid outflow pipe 13 and the liquid inflow pipe 14 are disposed at two ends of the side plate 3 in the extending direction thereof. Both the liquid inlet pipe 14 and the liquid outlet pipe 13 penetrate through the side plate 3, pass through the upper plate 101 of the bottom plate 1 and communicate with the intensive cooling portion 401 of the chamber 4. In order to avoid deterioration of wiring or use of the operation buttons by the user, the liquid inflow pipe 14 and the liquid outflow pipe 13 may be disposed at two ends of the side plate 3 in the length direction thereof. For example, the liquid inlet pipe 14 is arranged at an end facing the region of weak cooling 402, while the liquid outlet pipe 13 is arranged at an end facing the region of intensive cooling 401. Thus, the cooling liquid in the flow channel 10 facing the weak cooling portion 402 may have a lower temperature, thereby assisting in lowering the temperature of the weak cooling portion 402, on the one hand, and since the temperature in the center of the entire high voltage liquid cooled box is higher than the temperature at the edge, on the other hand, heat dissipation for the center portion of the high voltage liquid cooled box may be improved. In the present embodiment, the side surface of the floor panel 1 opposite to the top panel 2 is provided with a plurality of support protrusions 15 and a plurality of support plates 16 for enhancing the strength of the floor panel 1.The support plates 16 are arranged perpendicular to the direction of the separating strips 11. The support plates 16 closely abut on the lower surface of the floor panel 1 and are fixed to the floor panel 1 by welding. The number of support plates 16 can be any desired number. In the present embodiment, the number of the support plates 16 is three. The three support plates 16 are arranged perpendicular to the direction of extension of the separating strips 11 and the distance between each two adjacent support plates 16 is the same. The support plates 16 can increase the structural strength of the floor panel 1 and prevent deformation of the floor panel 1. The support protrusions 15 can be formed in any desired manner, as long as the entire liquid-cooled high-voltage box can be supported and the base plate 1 is thus spaced apart from the planar surface on which the liquid-cooled high-voltage box is placed. For example, the support protrusions 15 may be formed cylindrically, strip-like, etc. In the present embodiment, the support protrusions 15 are formed in a strip shape and each have a rectangular cross section. The support protrusions 15 are formed on two sides of the floor panel 1 along the extending direction of the support plates 16. that is, the extending direction of the support protrusions 15 is perpendicular to the extending direction of the support plates 16.In the present embodiment, the space between the top plate 2 and the single side plate 3 is filled with a sealing strip 17. The sealing strip 17 is arranged by adhesive bonding on the connecting edge 8 of the respective side plate 3. When the cover plate 2 covers the individual connecting edge 8, the sealing strip 17 fills the gap between the cover plate 2 and the respective connecting edge 8, thus fulfilling the task of sealing. By providing the sealing strip 17, the water protection class of the entire liquid-cooled high-voltage box can be increased.Reference is made to FIGS. 7, 8 and 9. The present embodiment further provides an energy storage battery system. It includes a battery pack 19, a high-voltage device 18, and a high-voltage liquid-cooled box 20. The battery pack 19 is electrically connected to the high voltage device 18. By incorporating the high-voltage device 18 using the high-voltage liquid-cooled box according to the embodiment of the application, the operating temperature of the high-voltage device 18 can be more controlled and overtemperature of the high-voltage device 18 can be avoided, thus prolonging the life of the high-voltage device 18 and reducing the possibility of an operation failure. At the same time, the good tightness of the liquid-cooled high-voltage box makes it possible to avoid contact of the high-voltage component 18 with water and to increase the operational reliability of the high-voltage component 18.
