Description

[0001] In the forestry and agricultural sectors, so-called horde gates are well known. They consist of a wooden frame with a number of vertical and horizontal bars at different distances from each other in order to prevent game from reaching a cultivated area and causing considerable and costly damage to young plants by grazing or sweeping.

[0002] These frame constructions mostly consist of a combination of wooden bars of any size which are joined together to form a coherent frame, in dimensions of, for example, 1.6 metres high and 3.0 metres long, or 2.0 metres high and up to 4.0 metres long.

[0003] With these dimensions and a height of 1.6 metres and 2.0 metres respectively, it is impossible for roe deer, fallow deer and red deer to overcome them.

[0004] The cross-bar spacing in the lower floor area is chosen so that predators such as foxes, martens, wild cats and lynx, as well as even wolves, can pass through these herd gates and satisfy their hunting instincts.

[0005] The wooden construction of these horde fences is lightweight, quick to install in the forest and on the ground, and, thanks to the use of wooden material, does not pose any environmental impact like fence constructions made of metal, wire, or plastic.

[0006] The only problem with these horde gates, however, is that their dimensions of at least 1.6 m high and 3.0 m long, as well as 2.0 m high and 4.0 m long, lead to significant transport and handling problems both on and off-road. This is particularly problematic during transport, as a single element measuring 4 meters high and 4 meters long can only be transported at an angle, which in turn leads to limited loading capacity, which significantly increases transport costs.

[0007] The inventive idea of the device is to simply divide a tray gate element 1 with the current dimensions of up to 4.0 meters in length X and 2.0 meters in height Y in the middle, so that only individual elements 5-6 with a size of max. 1.2 meters in width Z1-Z2 remain, which can then be transported lying down on EURO pallets with the dimensions of 120 cm x 80 cm.

[0008] A further advantage of the inventive idea is that handling during loading and unloading, as well as in forestry areas, is made considerably easier, since only small construction elements 5-6 have to be transported, carried and assembled and this can then be carried out by just one person.

[0009] The invention also includes a connection variant for the two individual elements 5-6 in such a way that it is a simple plug connection 8,9,10,12 which consists of a few individual components 8,9,10,12 and which, after plugging into one another, connects the two individual elements 5,6 with one another in a flexurally rigid manner. Description and structure of divided horde gate

[0010] A Hordengatter element 1 currently consists as a rule of any number of horizontal and vertical bars 4,5 made of wooden profiles in any dimension and quality, which are joined together to form an overall frame, the Hordengatter 1.

[0011] The spacing between the vertical bars 4, 7 is determined by the required stability of the entire structural element 1, and the number and spacing of the horizontal bars 5 is determined by considering which small game species can or should pass through such a herd gate element 1, or which larger animal species are excluded by the herd gate 1. The spacing of the horizontal bars 5 tends to be between 5 and 50 cm, and the vertical bars 4, 5 are spaced at intervals of 100 to 150 cm.

[0012] The intended separation of a 2.0 meter high rack gate element 1 is therefore carried out in the middle area in such a way that, including the protruding connecting bars 8, both remaining components 6-A, 6-B do not exceed the dimension 1.2 meters Z in width in order to ensure transport on a pallet with EURO dimensions of 1.2 meters x 0.8 meters.

[0013] For this purpose, a receiving pocket 9 is attached to each of the two vertical, outer bars 7 in the lower construction element 6-A, as well as to at least one of the middle vertical bars 4.

[0014] For this purpose, a mortise bar 8 is attached as a counterpart to the receiving pockets 9 on the lower element 6-A on the upper construction element 6-B, which can then be easily pushed together when the two individual elements 6-A, 6-B are joined together.

[0015] The joining of the upper 6-B and lower 6-A Horde gate part elements, which is then carried out vertically from top to bottom, only requires the vertical insertion 14 of the existing connecting bars 8 into the holding pockets 9 located opposite.

[0016] In order to prevent the two components 6-A, 6-B from being pulled apart, this can be prevented by shooting in a nail 12 or screwing in a screw 12 through the holding pocket 9 into the mortise latch 8.

[0017] The solution to the problem according to the invention results from the features of claim 1 in conjunction with the features of the preamble.

[0018] Further advantageous embodiments and uses of the invention result from subclaims 2 to 3

[0019] In addition to the description, sketches 1 to 4 illustrate the design and installation of a horde gate consisting of two interconnected horde gate elements. Sketch 1 The design and arrangement of a horde gate as a single element 1, erected and fixed to the ground 3 with ground stakes driven in on both sides 2 Sketch 2 A single Horde gate element 1 in the current design variant as a single part 1 with the dimensions 1.6 m or 2.0 m height Y and up to 4.0 m length X Sketch 3 Represents a separate Horde gate element 1 divided into an upper 6-B and lower 6-A partial element 6-A, 6-B, provided with the connecting elements 8,9,10,12 the insertion bar 8 on the upper individual element 6-B and the holding pocket 9 on the lower individual element 6-A Sketch 4 shows the upper and lower individual elements 6-B, 6-A of a horde gate 1 which is pushed together to form a unit of horde gate element 1, 6-A, 6-B and is held together by inserting the insertion bars 8 into the corresponding opposite holding pockets 9, provided against loosening by a nail or screw element 12 and all together fastened to the ground 3 by holding posts 2
