Abstract
Description
1. Technical FieldThe invention relates to a holding device for ergonomic and secure fixing of a rigid endoscope, in particular in gynecology and urology and for office use.2. Prior ArtPrevious systems for fixing rigid endoscopes require either permanent manual guidance by medical professionals or complicated holding systems. These are expensive, complicated and often unsuitable for ambulatory use.3. Reference to Earlier ApplicationThe present utility model application is based on the German patent application with application number 10 2022 103 916.1, in which a fully automated system for electrically controlling and positioning a spectroscope by means of Cobot technology has been disclosed. The invention described now represents a simplified, mechanically implementable variant which manages without electrical actuators and is suitable in particular for use in resource-saving, ambulatory or office-based clinical environments. The basic principles, such as the central guidance of the endoscope via a slide bearing system and hands-free operability, have been adopted from the aforementioned application and developed further for manual application.4. Object of the InventionThe aim is to provide a cost-effective, tool-free and ergonomic mounting which holds the endoscope in a stable manner and releases the hands of the user.5. SolutionThe invention comprises a two-part holding system consisting of an inner slide bearing with an optional collar for receiving the endoscope with an exact fit and an outer holder with a ring eye. This is locked by a clip or latching mechanism and can be operated suspended from a cable pull.6. Exemplary EmbodimentsThe system can be closed by means of a wing screw, clip mechanism or toothing. The endoscope is received via an inner bearing which is pressed against the endoscope by closing the outer holder. The ring eye serves for connection to a retaining boom or mobile swivel arm.In a preferred embodiment, the outer holder (8) is constructed from two opposing, elastic legs (14, 15) which lock by positive and frictional engagement when the eyepiece (1) is pressed in. This construction forms a so-called Clic closure (16), which enables a tool-free and self-aligning locking of the endoscope (5).7. Advantages of the InventionToolless operation- Cost-effectivecompatible with existing endoscopesErgonomic and versatile use- Modular adjustable9. Claims
Holding device for fixing a rigid endoscope (5), comprising an inner slide bearing (6) and an outer holder (8) with a locking device (17, 18, 19, 20), characterized in that the inner slide bearing (6) has a material tapering (7) for form locking with the eyepiece (1) of the endoscope (5).Holding device according to claim 1, characterised in that the outer holder (8) has an annular eyelet (9) for connection to a cable pull (4).Holding device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the locking device (17, 18) is designed as a clip mechanism or grid toothing (19).Holding device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the system is connected to a mobile boom (2), on the jib of which a deflecting roller (3) is guided.Holding device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the inner sliding guide (6) is centered with the eyepiece (1) and fixed by means of elastic clamping action.Holding device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the outer holder (8) is formed in one piece and is connected to a closing mechanism (17, 18, 19, 20) via pivot arms (14, 15).Holding device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that, when loaded by the dead weight of the endoscope (5), the holder (8) automatically closes and locks it via a latching device (19).Holding device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the outer holder (8) has two spring-elastic limbs (14, 15) which are pressed against one another when the endoscope (5) is inserted through the eyepiece (1) and thereby form an automatic Clic closure (16).
