The optimization method includes determining the influencing factors related to screw anti-loosening, collecting the position of the optical reference, collecting the position of each group of optical lenses, applying an environmental load, collecting the position of the optical reference and each group of optical lenses after unloading, calculating the optical lens offset, and optimizing the process parameters. This invention measures the positional change of the optical lenses before and after the load to reflect the loosening of the screw, achieving high detection accuracy; it optimizes the screw tightening process parameters by directly measuring the offset of the fixed optical lenses, meaning the process parameters directly reflect the offset of the optical lenses.
