[0004] The knee mat according to the invention comprises: • a recessed knee support zone, • a flat shin support, • an inclined heel support to avoid pressure on the ankle, • an anti-slip underside, • and optionally an integrated carrying handle or tool trays.

[0005] The mat is preferably made of a closed-cell PU foam with shock-absorbing properties and can be made in one piece or in several layers. Claims

[1] Knee mat, comprising a recessed knee support zone and an adjoining, flat shin support, for ergonomic support when working in a kneeling position. [2] Knee mat according to claim 1, wherein an inclined heel support is additionally provided for supporting the ankle joint. [3] Knee mat according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the mat is available in several sizes for individual adaptation to different body sizes or applications. [4] Knee mat according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the mat is made of a shock-absorbing material such as closed-cell polyurethane, EVA or TPE. [5] Knee mat according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the underside of the mat is designed to be slip-resistant. [6] Kneeling mat according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the mat is provided with a carrying handle or additional functional elements such as tool recesses.
