Abstract

Description

[0001] The invention relates to the technical field of fastening and connecting means for animal collars with a decorative character.

[0002] In particular, it is a lockable collar with an interchangeable decorative chain component (1) that allows both functional safety and design variability.

[0003] The applicant is aware that conventional animal collars are usually designed either purely functionally or purely decoratively.

[0004] Existing designs rarely combine a sturdy closure mechanism with an attractive, interchangeable decorative element. Furthermore, familiar solutions with decorative designs are often unsuitable for everyday use, as they are either difficult to close, not sturdy enough, or not adjustable.

[0005] The invention therefore addresses the technical problem of providing an animal collar that allows a decorative design in the form of a chain, but at the same time offers a secure and easy-to-handle attachment that is also suitable for regular use.

[0006] The solution consists of a collar consisting of a piece of leather or a similar flexible material such as compost bin, imitation leather, or fabric (2) fastened on both sides with book screws or rivets (4), forming two loops each.
