Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to a device for suspending a textile web according to the preamble of claim 1.
[0002] For presentation purposes at trade fairs, it is common practice to hang printed textiles in a profile or to stretch them onto stud walls made up of profile elements that are connected to one another using special connectors. For this purpose, the profile is designed as a keder profile, and a cylindrical keder is attached to the textile, which is inserted into the slotted hole arranged in the keder profile. Keder profiles that are designed as C-profiles are also known. For such a keder profile, keders with a rectangular cross-section are used, which are inserted into the keder profile. On the back side opposite the keder holder, the profiles usually have a C-profile section for receiving fastening devices, in particular T-nuts for connecting to a frame profile or for receiving load-bearing elements.
[0003] A disadvantage of the existing display devices is that attaching a textile panel by pulling in the piping attached to it is very laborious. Furthermore, with repeated use, the piping is subject to increasing wear and tear due to the abrasion caused by being pulled in and out of the piping profile.
[0004] The invention aims to remedy this situation. The invention is based on the object of providing a device for suspending a textile web that enables simple and wear-resistant fastening of a textile web provided with a piping. According to the invention, this object is achieved by a device having the features of the characterizing part of claim 1.
[0005] The invention provides a device for suspending a textile web that enables simple, low-wear fastening of a textile web provided with a piping. The fact that the first receptacle is formed by a U-profile section extending in the longitudinal direction enables easy insertion of the piping. A second receptacle, spaced from the first receptacle in the direction of the C-profile section, in which a folding profile is pivotably mounted, resting against the first receptacle in an end-pivot position, enables easy fixing of the piping in the first receptacle.
[0006] In a further development of the invention, the second receptacle is designed as a channel with a substantially circular cross-section, wherein the folding profile has a longitudinally extending, substantially cylindrical projection that is inserted into the second receptacle and by means of which the folding profile is pivotally mounted in the second receptacle. This creates a hinge-like pivot connection between the folding profile and the retaining profile.
[0007] In an embodiment of the invention, the formed portion is provided with a cutout extending in the longitudinal direction, which is preferably formed by two flat surfaces set at an angle to one another, wherein the second receptacle has a stop edge against which the cutout rests with a surface in the end pivot position of the folding profile. This enables simple assembly of the folding profile in the second receptacle. After inserting the formed portion into the second receptacle, it is secured after pivoting the folding profile in the second receptacle. For this purpose, the opening of the second receptacle is dimensioned such that it approximately corresponds to the diameter of the formed portion reduced by the cutout, which can be pushed through the opening into the second receptacle.
[0008] In a further embodiment of the invention, the folding profile has, at a distance from its transverse side opposite the molded portion, a stop bar, preferably extending across the entire width, with which the folding profile rests against the first receptacle in its final pivoting position. This enables a textile web to be clamped between the retaining profile and the stop bar.
[0009] In a further development of the invention, at least one bore is arranged in the end section of the folding profile defined by the stop web. This bore, when the stop web rests against the first receptacle, is aligned with a threaded bore in the first receptacle. This allows the insertion of at least one fastening screw, which can be screwed through the bore into the threaded bore, penetrating the textile web, thereby reliably connecting the textile web to the retaining profile. Tightening the screw also increases the contact pressure of the stop web against the retaining profile, allowing the textile web to be clamped between the folding profile and the retaining plate.
[0010] In an embodiment of the invention, the folding profile has a first locking rib on its side facing the retaining profile, which is locked to a second locking rib arranged on the retaining profile in the end pivot position of the folding profile. This prevents the folding profile from pivoting open automatically.
[0011] In a further embodiment of the invention, the first locking web extends over the entire length of the folding profile and / or the second locking web extends over the entire length of the retaining profile. This improves the holding force of the locking connection between the folding profile and the retaining profile.
[0012] In a further development of the invention, the holding device and / or the folding profile are made of aluminum, preferably as a cast aluminum part, in particular as an extruded aluminum part. This results in a weight-reduced device.
[0013] In an embodiment of the invention, the retaining profile has a flat rear wall, via which the first receptacle is connected to the C-profile section. The second receptacle is arranged on the C-profile section and is connected to the rear wall via a connecting web above the first receptacle. The connecting web forms an acute angle with the rear wall. This results in a material-reduced design, enabling a further reduction in the weight of the device.
[0014] The invention further relates to a presentation device with such a device according to claim 10.
[0015] In a further development of the invention, a screw is guided through at least one hole in the folding profile, which penetrates the textile web and is screwed into a threaded hole in the first receptacle. This ensures reliable securing of the textile web with maximum clamping pressure between the holding profile and the folding profile.
[0016] Further developments and refinements of the invention are specified in the remaining subclaims. Embodiments of the invention are illustrated in the drawings and described in detail below. They show: Fig. 1 the schematic representation of a device for suspending a textile web in cross section a) with folding profile in end position swivel position; b) with folding profile in opening pivot position; c) with folding profile in removal position (forming raised); d) with dismantled folding profile (moulding led out from second holder); Fig. 2 the spatial representation of individual successive steps for fastening a textile web with the device according to Fig. 1: a) retaining profile; b) Inserting the piping of a textile strip into the first receptacle; c) holding device with inserted piping; d) Inserting the folding profile into the second receptacle of the holding device; e) Folding profile inserted into the second receptacle of the holding device; f) Folding profile in end-swivel position; g) Folding profile connected to the retaining profile via a screw guided through the textile web; Fig. 3 shows the representation of individual successive steps for the production of a presentation device with devices according to Fig. 1: a) two devices positioned at an angle to each other with profile connectors and vertical profile; b) the detailed representation of the connection from Fig. 3 a); c) two interconnected devices with inserted textile webs; d) textile webs inserted between two spaced-apart frames each formed by four connected devices; e) Fixing the textile panels inserted into the two frames by pivoting the folding profiles into the end position.
[0017] The device chosen as an embodiment for suspending a textile web comprises a holding profile 1 and a folding profile 2 pivotably connected to it. In the embodiment, the folding profile 1 and the holding plate 2 are each manufactured as an extruded aluminum part.
[0018] The holding profile 1 is formed in one piece and comprises a C-profile section 11. One leg 111 of the C-profile section 11 merges into a flat rear wall 12, which in turn merges into a leg 121 of a first receptacle 13 for receiving a piping 31 of a textile web 3, which is formed by a U-profile section extending in the longitudinal direction. Arranged on the C-profile section 11 is a second receptacle 14, which is essentially designed in the form of a hollow cylinder slotted in the longitudinal direction by a gap 141 and whose gap 141 is delimited by insertion bevels 142. The second receptacle 14 is connected to the rear wall 12 via a connecting web 15. In the exemplary embodiment, the connecting web 15 encloses an angle of 45° with the rear wall 12.On the connecting web 15, on its side facing the rear wall 12, a locking web 16 is arranged, which extends parallel to the second receptacle 14 in the longitudinal direction over the entire length of the connecting web 15. The locking web 16 has a locking lug 161 on its side facing the first receptacle 11.
[0019] The folding profile 2 comprises a substantially rectangular base plate 21, which merges into a projection 22 on one longitudinal side. The projection 22 is substantially cylindrical in shape with a longitudinally extending cutout formed by two flat surfaces set at an angle to one another, a sliding surface 221 and a stop surface 222.
[0020] At a distance from its transverse side opposite the formation 22, a stop web 23 is arranged which extends over the entire width of the folding profile 2 and is positioned orthogonally to the base plate 21 and extends over the entire length of the folding profile 2. In a modified embodiment, the stop web can also extend only in certain areas, for example in a comb-like manner over the length of the folding profile 2. The stop web 23 delimits an end section 24 of the folding profile 2, in which bores 25 are made at a distance from one another in the longitudinal direction, which, when the stop web 23 rests against the first receptacle 13, are aligned with a threaded bore 17 made in the first receptacle 13 (bore 25 and threaded bore 17 are only in Fig. 1 a)) shown).
[0021] On its side facing the holding profile 1, a first locking web 26 is arranged between the projection 22 and the stop web 23, which is locked to the second locking web 16 arranged on the holding profile 1 in the end pivot position of the folding profile 2. For this purpose, the first locking web 26 has an angled portion 261, which is held behind the locking lug 161 of the second locking web 16.
[0022] In the Fig. 3 a) to e) show an example of the structure of a presentation device. Eight devices of the type described above are used, in which four textile webs 3 are tensioned. The presentation device comprises two rectangular frames 5, each formed from four holding profiles 1 arranged at right angles to one another and screwed together by means of corner connectors 51. The corner connectors 51 are formed from an angle piece 511, to which a connecting piece 512 is placed orthogonally thereto. The connecting piece 512 is in the form of a sliding block for insertion into a C-profile. A folding profile 2 is inserted into each of the second receptacles 14 of the holding profiles 1 and pivotably connected to them.
[0023] The two frames 5 are each arranged with their folding profiles facing outwards and spaced apart from one another, wherein the two connecting pieces 512 arranged opposite one another at the four corners are each inserted into a C-profile section 521 of a corner profile 52 and screwed thereto. The corner profiles 52 are cuboid-shaped and each have a piping holder 522 in the form of a double U-profile section on their side opposite the C-profile section 521 (cf. Fig. 3 b)).
[0024] The four rectangular textile webs 3 are each provided on their four sides with a piping 31, which is designed as a cuboid-shaped flat piping. The piping 31 arranged on the transverse sides of each textile web 3 is each inserted into a U-shaped receptacle of the piping receptacle 522 of two adjacent corner profiles, so that two piping 31, namely one piping 31 from each of two adjacent textile webs 3, are each received in one piping receptacle 522. The piping 31 arranged on the longitudinal sides of each textile web 3 is each inserted into a first receptacle 13 of two holding profiles 1 of the two frames 5, which are arranged parallel to one another (cf. Fig. 3 d)) after which the folding profiles 2 are pivoted into their end position and subsequently screwed into the threaded holes 17 of the holding profile via screws 4, which penetrate the respective textile web 3 through the holes 25 of the folding profiles 23 (cf. Fig.3 e)). In the exemplary embodiment, the length of the screws 4 is selected such that they extend through the threaded holes 16, whereby the piping 31 inserted in the first receptacles 13 are pressed against the rear wall 12 delimiting the first receptacle.
[0025] In the exemplary embodiment, the holding profiles 1 of the upper frame 5 are suspended from cables 6, which are fastened to the holding profiles via coupling pieces 61, which can be inserted into the C-profile sections 11 of the holding profiles 1 and braced against them.
