Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a connecting profile for components adjoining plaster, in particular for window or door blocks and roller shutter elements, having a plaster leg and a sealing leg which has fastening means on the component side, wherein the sealing leg is connected to the plaster leg at least during the mounting of the connecting profile on the component, and wherein the plaster leg has a plastering web aligned substantially perpendicular to the sealing leg, and a plaster strip having a plaster extraction edge and / or plaster extraction surface, wherein the sealing leg and the plaster leg form a substantially closed receiving space, in which a first sealing means is arranged, which connects the sealing leg to the plaster leg.An essential task of such connecting profiles is to protect the masonry located behind it or the insulation arranged between masonry and connecting profile from penetrating moisture from the environment. Due to relative movements in the structure, the distances between the cleaning leg and the sealing leg can increase, so that in particular water can penetrate into the cavities formed therein. In EP 4 446 551 A1, a connection profile of the type mentioned at the beginning is therefore disclosed, in which a connection profile is provided, in which a substantially closed receiving space is formed between the sealing leg and the cleaning leg at least during the mounting of the connection profile, in which receiving space a flange-shaped or loop-shaped sealing means made of a material having a higher elasticity than the sealing leg or cleaning leg is arranged. It is now the object of the invention to further improve the connecting profile described in EP 4 446 551 A1 to the effect that more protection is provided against the penetration of moisture into the connecting profile and subsequently into the masonry. This object is achieved according to the invention by a connection profile of the type mentioned at the beginning in that a second sealing means is provided in the receiving space, which sealing means seals the receiving space from the environment if, in the installed position, the cleaning limb at least partially detaches from the sealing limb and / or from the structure on account of relative movements. This second sealing means thus forms a first sealing plane with respect to the environment and seals the receiving space. As soon as the structure movement has the effect that this first sealing plane no longer reliably seals, the first sealing means arranged in the receiving space performs this task as a second, further sealing plane which connects the sealing leg to the cleaning leg. This second sealing plane is arranged between the masonry and the first sealing plane. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the second sealing means is designed as a sealing lip, wherein this second sealing means is preferably manufactured from a material with higher elasticity, which is designed softer than the cleaning limb, such as TPE or plasticized PVC. It is particularly preferably formed on the sealing leg, for example by means of coextrusion, and is thus non-detachably fastened. In this case, it can be provided that the sealing lip is made of a flexible material, wherein one end of this sealing lip is fastened to the sealing leg, while a second, free end abuts an inner surface of the cleaning leg. As soon as the distance between the cleaning leg and the sealing leg increases due to relative movements in the masonry, the free end slides along the inner surface of the cleaning leg and continues to close the receiving space. If this distance is so large that the length of the second sealant according to the invention is not sufficient to reliably seal this distance from the environment, the first sealant, which is preferably designed as a sealing loop fastened to the sealing leg on the one hand and to the cleaning leg on the other hand, which is arranged in the receiving space in a folded manner at least during assembly, functions as a seal with respect to the environment. This first sealing means is particularly preferably made of a material with higher elasticity than the sealing leg or cleaning leg, for example TPE or plasticized PVC, which facilitates folding apart this sealing loop and thus the formation of a reliable sealing plane with respect to the environment. In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, it is provided that a connecting element is arranged between the sealing leg and the cleaning leg, which connecting element connects the sealing leg and the cleaning leg to one another at least during the assembly of the connection profile. This connecting element preferably functions as an additional sealing means, wherein in a particularly simple and cost-effective embodiment of the invention to be produced, it is designed as a sealing tape, for example as a polyethylene sealing tape.Alternatively, the connecting element has a connecting web which is fastened to the sealing leg or to the cleaning leg, preferably by coextrusion, and is connected to the respective other leg by means of a groove / tongue connection-preferably movable in the longitudinal direction of the profile. Such a connecting element has the advantage that it reliably connects the sealing leg and the cleaning leg at least during the mounting and the mounting of the connection profile according to the invention and thus facilitates the mounting in particular. The groove / tongue connection can be designed in such a way that the connecting web is H-shaped in cross section and has a recess for a tongue arranged on the sealing leg or on the cleaning leg. Alternatively, in another embodiment of the invention, the connecting web is T-shaped in cross section, which engages in a groove receptacle arranged on the cleaning leg or on the sealing leg at least during the assembly of the connection profile. It can likewise be provided that this connecting web is substantially F-shaped or L-shaped and engages in corresponding groove receptacles either on the cleaning leg or on the sealing leg.Particularly preferably, the connection profile according to the invention has a separable protective leg arranged in the region of the plaster withdrawal edge of the plaster strip, after the separation of which an independent 3D mobility between the sealing leg and the plaster leg is ensured. To separate the protective leg, a tear-off device is particularly preferably provided, which connects the protective leg at least to the cleaning leg.A variant of the invention is particularly preferred in which the tear-off device is designed as a double tear-off which connects the protective limb both to the cleaning limb and to the sealing limb, wherein the double tear-off can have a V-shaped or T-shaped cross section, for example. Such a double tear protects in particular the accommodating space lying behind it and in particular the second sealing means according to the invention from damage during the storage and / or assembly of the connection profile according to the invention. The connection profile according to the invention preferably has a reinforcing fabric arranged on the plastering web, preferably with the aid of a coextruded retaining strip. The connection profile according to the invention has proven particularly suitable for use as a window or door connection profile (FAP), wherein in this embodiment the sealing leg has an adhesive tape on the component side for fastening to the component.Alternatively, the connection profile according to the invention is suitable as a roller shutter connection profile (RAP), in particular when the sealing leg has a sealing web with an adhesive tape, which web protrudes perpendicularly to the sealing leg on the component side. The invention is explained below with reference to non-limiting exemplary embodiments with associated figures. In each of these, there are shown in a sectional illustration: FIG. 1A shows a first embodiment of the connection profile according to the invention during assembly; FIG. 1B shows the connection profile from FIG. 1A after the protective limb has been separated off; FIG. 2A shows a second embodiment of the connection profile according to the invention during assembly; FIG. 2B shows the connection profile from FIG. 2A after the protective limb has been separated off; FIG. 3 shows a third embodiment of the connection profile according to the invention; FIG. 4 shows a fourth embodiment of the connection profile according to the invention; FIG. 5 shows a fifth embodiment of the connection profile according to the invention; FIG. 6 shows a sixth embodiment of the connection profile according to the invention; FIG. 7 shows a seventh embodiment of the connection profile according to the invention; FIG. 8 shows an eighth embodiment of the connection profile according to the invention; FIG. 9A shows a ninth embodiment of the connection profile according to the invention during assembly; and FIG. 9B shows the connection profile according to the invention from FIG. 9A when the cleaning leg is detached from the component. The connection profile 100 illustrated in FIG. 1A is provided in particular for the connection of windows or doors and has for this purpose a sealing leg 110 for components adjoining plaster 10, which is fixed in position on the component, for example, by means of a double-stick adhesive tape 20. Opposite the sealing leg 110, a cleaning leg 120 is provided, the cleaning web 121 of which, protruding substantially perpendicular to the sealing leg 110, is welded, for example, to a reinforcing fabric 130 or is fastened to the cleaning web 121 in another manner known per se.Furthermore, the cleaning leg 120 has a cleaning strip 122 with a cleaning withdrawal edge 123, wherein the sealing leg 110 is connected to the cleaning withdrawal edge 123 via a substantially V-shaped double tear 140. Such a V-shaped double tear 140 ensures a particularly simple detachment of the protective leg 150 after the mounting and cleaning of the connection profile 100 according to the invention.A separable protective leg 150 is arranged on this double tear 140 and connects the sealing leg 110 to the cleaning leg 120 at least until the completion of the assembly or cleaning operations. For this purpose, the protective leg 150 has a double-sided adhesive tape 151, with the aid of which, for example, cover films can be fixed in order to protect the component, for example the window or the door, from contaminants or damage during the assembly and cleaning operations.Between the sealing leg 110 and the cleaning leg 120, on the side of the sealing leg 110 opposite the double tear 140, a connecting element 160 is provided, which in the present example is formed as a connecting web 161, which is preferably fastened to the sealing leg 110 by means of coextrusion, and has a substantially H-shaped cross section. This connecting element 160 has the task of connecting the sealing leg 110 to the cleaning leg 120 at least during the assembly of the connection profile 100 according to the invention. A spring 111 arranged on the sealing leg 110 projects for this purpose into a recess 162 of the connecting web 161 facing the sealing leg 110 and thus ensures a positive connection between the sealing leg 110 and the cleaning leg 120. The connecting web 161 is made of a plasticized extrudate, for example plasticized PVC / PTE. In this embodiment of the invention, the connecting web 161 thus functions as an additional seal with respect to the masonry located behind it or its insulation. Alternatively, the spring 111 can also be arranged on the cleaning leg 120, while the connecting web 161 of the connecting element 160 is fastened to the sealing leg 110.Between the connecting element 160, the sealing leg 110 and the cleaning strip 122, there is a receiving space 170 which is closed on one side by the connecting element 160 and on the other side by the double tear 140 at least during the assembly of the connection profile 100 according to the invention. In this receiving space 170, a first sealing means 180 is arranged, which is designed as a sealing loop made of an elastic material. This sealing loop is non-detachably connected to the cleaning strip 120 and to the sealing leg 110.Furthermore, a second sealing means 190 is provided within the receiving space 170, which is designed as an elastic, flexible sealing lip, which is fastened in the end region of the sealing leg 110 facing the protective leg 150 and abuts slidingly on the inner side 122A of the cleaning strip 122. In this case, the flexible V-shaped double tear 140 protects the second sealing means 190 during the assembly of the connection profile 100 according to the invention. After mounting the connection profile 100 according to the invention and the final cleaning operations, the receiving space 170 is opened by separating the protective limb 150, as a result of which an independent 3D mobility between the sealing limb 110 and the cleaning limb 120 is ensured. Smaller relative movements are compensated by the flexible connecting element 160, while in the case of larger relative movements the spring 111 of the sealing limb 110 protrudes from the connecting web 161 (FIG. 1B ). In this case, the receiving space 170 is sealed off from the environment by the sealing lip, namely the second sealing element 190, which is still in contact with the inner side 122A of the cleaning strip 122. This also prevents water in particular from entering the receiving space 170. If the distance between the sealing leg 110 and the cleaning leg 120 increases further, so that the second sealing means 190 is no longer sufficient to reliably seal the distance between the surface of the sealing leg 110 and the cleaning withdrawal edge 123, a reliable seal with respect to the masonry and any insulation located thereon is furthermore ensured by the sealing loop, the first sealing element 180.The connecting profile 100 illustrated in FIGS. 2A and 2B has essentially the same structure and mode of operation as the connecting profile 100 from FIGS. 1A and 1B. It is especially intended for use in connection with roller shutter guide rails. For this purpose, it has a sealing web 112 which projects from the sealing leg 110 on the component side perpendicularly to the sealing leg 110 and on which a fastening means, for example a double-sided adhesive tape 20, is provided for fixing the position on the component. A further difference from the connection profile 100 from FIGS. 1A and 1B is that the double tear 140 is formed as a T-shaped thickening, which connects the cleaning strip 122 to the sealing limb 110 at least during assembly. The connection profile 100 shown in FIG. 3 differs from the roller shutter connection profile 100 shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B only in the V-shaped double tear-off 140.A further variant of the window connection or door frame profile 100 according to the invention can be seen from FIG. 4. This connection profile 100 has a connecting element 160 which, in this embodiment of the invention, is designed as a sealing tape, for example a polyethylene sealing tape. On the cleaning strip 122, there is a simple tear 141 for the protective leg 150, which is fastened to the cleaning withdrawal edge 123 of the cleaning strip 122. By means of this simple tear 141, the protective leg 150 is removed from the connection profile 100 after the completion of the assembly and / or trimming operations. In this embodiment of the invention, the receiving space 170 is formed by the connecting element 160 and the second sealing means 190. This second sealing means 190 is again designed as a sealing lip and is fastened to the sealing limb 110. The upper end 190A of the sealing lip abuts the underside 122A of the cleaning strip 122 facing away from the plaster 10 and thus prevents moisture from entering the receiving space 170. Again, a first sealing means 180 in the form of a sealing loop, which is fastened to the sealing leg 110 and to the cleaning strip 120, is also provided as an additional seal between the connecting element 160 and the second sealing element 190.FIG. 5 shows a further embodiment according to the invention, in which the connecting element 160 is formed on the sealing limb 110 as a profiled strip 161 with a T-shaped cross section made of soft extruded material. This profile strip 161 engages in a groove receptacle 124 of the cleaning leg 120 and thus closes the receiving space 170 on the side facing away from the protective leg 150. On the side of the receiving space 170 facing the protective leg 150, a second sealing means 190 is provided as a sealing lip, the end 190A of which rests slidingly on the inner side 122A of the cleaning strip 122. A first sealing means 180 in the form of a sealing loop is arranged between connecting element 160 and second sealing means 190 in receiving space 170.The embodiment of the connecting profile 100 according to the invention shown in FIG. 6 has a connecting element 160 which is realized here as a soft extruded connecting web 161 with a head part 163 made of rigid PVC, wherein the head part 163 engages in a groove receptacle 124 of the cleaning limb 120. On the underside 122A of the cleaning strip 122, a second groove receptacle 124A is provided, into which the second sealing means 190 extends with a head part 190A. The second sealing means 190B thereof closes the receiving space 170. The first sealing means 180 is fastened here with a first end in the region of this second groove receptacle 124A and its second end to the sealing limb 110, preferably by means of coextrusion. The connection profile 100 illustrated in FIG. 7 differs from the connection profile discussed in FIG. 6 in that the second sealing element 190 designed as sealing lips has an end region 190C facing away from the head part 190A, which end region acts as an additional sealing lip with respect to the component. The first sealing means 180, which is arranged within the receiving space 170 between the connecting element 160 and the second sealing means 190, connects the sealing leg 110 to the cleaning leg 120, wherein it is fastened to the cleaning strip 122 in the region of the second groove receptacle 124A.In FIG. 8, a connecting profile 100 is of substantially the same structure as the connecting profile shown in FIG. 7. It differs from the connecting element 160 in which a substantially T-shaped connecting web 161, which is arranged on the cleaning leg 120, engages in a groove receptacle 113 arranged on the sealing leg 110.FIGS. 9A and 9B show a further embodiment of the connection profile 100 according to the invention, in which the cleaning leg 120 forms a substantially rectangular receiving space 170. For this purpose, the cleaning leg 120 has a cleaning strip 122, which runs substantially horizontally and thus normally to the cleaning-in web 121 and which is vertically adjoined by a cleaning extraction surface 125. This plaster extraction surface 125 opens into a horizontally extending connection region 126 which, in the installed position of the connection profile 100, rests on the component and is fastened by means of double-stick adhesive tape.A sealing leg 110 is arranged within the receiving space 170 such that it is completely received in the receiving space 170 when the cleaning leg 120 is arranged on the component. In this case, the sealing limb 110 is likewise fixed in position on the component by means of double-stick adhesive tape 20.The first sealing means 180 in the form of a sealing loop connects the sealing leg 110 to the cleaning leg 120, wherein the sealing loop is formed on the cleaning leg 120 in its connection region 126, for example by means of extrusion. Furthermore, a second sealing means 190 in the form of a sealing lip is provided, which is likewise arranged on the sealing limb 110.As soon as the cleaning leg 120 comes off the structure due to relative movements after the mounting of the connection profile 100 according to the invention, a double seal against environmental influences from the outside is ensured by the first sealing means 180 in the form of a sealing loop and by the second sealing means 190 in the form of a sealing lip.References included in the specificationThis list of documents cited by the applicant has been produced in an automated manner and is only included for the better information of the reader.
