It comprises a seat body 1 and a metal support base 2, wherein the seat body 1 comprises a seat back 3 and a foldable seat plate 4. During use, the seat plate is folded down; when not in use, it can be folded back onto the seat back 3. When the seat plate 4 is folded up, the seat plate 4 pushes the positioning piece 72, and by the action of the guide head 73, the positioning piece 72 moves toward the return spring 71, so that the return spring 71 is compressed. Once the positioning piece 72 enters the second positioning hole 43, the return spring 71 relaxes and brings the guide head 73 into the second positioning hole 43 to fix the seat plate 4.
