Abstract
Description
Technical FieldThe present invention relates to an insole with anti-slip for the outsole and elastic support for the arch of the foot, and more particularly to an insole with a forefoot cushioning pad, an arch cushioning pad and a heel cushioning pad, which increases the comfort of the foot and the anti-slip effect.Prior ArtGenerally, a shoe consists of outsole, midsole and shoe upper. The outsole is located on the underside of the shoe and is the part which has direct ground contact. It mainly has the function of wear resistance and slip resistance. The upper is on the upper side of the shoe, covers the tension of the human foot and serves primarily for air permeability, covering and wearing stability. The midsole is located between the outsole and the upper, is attached to the top of the outsole, and provides elastic cushioning between the human foot and the outsole. When the user walks, the midsole and outsole of the shoe may absorb, buffer, and distribute the impact force generated when the user's foot steps on the ground, thus protecting the foot.Among other things, an insole is arranged on the midsole to provide comfort to the user. However, the insole is usually flat, which is different from the natural curvature of the human foot by the arch of the foot. Therefore, there are many arch insoles on the market that mimic the shape of the sole of the foot. It is made of a single piece and has a full-sole shape with a corrugated and arched surface. It lies on top of the midsole of the shoe to reduce the pressure on the arch of the foot during wear. The conventional full-sole-shaped arch type insole has a forefoot part, an arch part and a heel part. The support force of the arch part is enhanced, whereby the forefoot, arch and heel of the user can lie close to the arch insole during walking, so that the arch of the user is kept at a normal height and the foot pressure is distributed. Therefore, an impact absorbing effect is obtained, the load of joints of lower limbs and spine is reduced, and the function of foot care is achieved.Another commercially available arch insole has a midsole shape. Since the front side does not extend to the toe region, it can easily slip and slide on the upper side of the midsole in the shoe. In particular, when walking, the insole having a half-sole shape not only slides easily on the midsole of the shoe, but also slide easily with respect to the sole of the foot, so that no corresponding support is provided any longer. The inventor has overcome the above-mentioned deficiencies and developed the arch insole having the publication number M651432, which is characterized in that a plurality of anti-slip buffer pads are formed on the insole by secondary injection molding to achieve an anti-slip and supporting effect. After actual use, it is found that the deficiencies of conventional arch insoles are actually overcome and wearing comfort for the user is improved. The inventor has now further improved the publication number M651432 to further optimize the elastic support function of the arch insole.Object of the InventionThe object of the invention is to provide an insole with slip protection for the outsole and elastic support for the arch of the foot, which insole comprises a forefoot buffer pad, an arch buffer pad and a heel buffer pad in the positions of the forefoot, arch and heel of the human body, wherein the arch buffer pad generates an elastic support effect and has an anti-slip, buffer and support function for the human arch of the foot, whereby the wearing comfort of the user is increased and the foot pressure is reduced. This object is achieved by the insole with slip protection for the foot sole and elastic support for the arch of the foot of the invention, comprising a main body having generally the shape of a plate, wherein the main body has a forefoot region, an arch support region and a heel region corresponding to the shape of the human foot sole, and wherein the top of the arch support region has an upwardly curved arch shape, characterized in that the main body is provided with a first positioning opening in the position of the forefoot region, with a second positioning opening in the position of the arch support region and with a third positioning opening in the position of the heel region; and a forefoot buffer pad fixedly disposed in the first positioning opening, a arch buffer pad fixedly disposed in the second positioning opening, and a heel buffer pad fixedly disposed in the third positioning opening, whereby when the main body is on top of the midsole of the shoe, the tops of the forefoot buffer pad and the heel buffer pad contact the human outsole to produce an anti-slip effect, wherein the bottoms of the forefoot buffer pad and the heel buffer pad contact the midsole of the shoe to produce an anti-slip and buffer effect, and wherein the arch buffer pad produces an elastic support for the arch of the user.In the above structure, the insole includes a forefoot buffer pad, a arch buffer pad, and a heel buffer pad at the positions of the forefoot, arch, and heel of the human body, the arch buffer pad generating an elastic support function and having an anti-slip, buffer, and support function for the human arch, thereby reducing foot pressure when the user is standing and walking and increasing wearing comfort of the user. The implementations of the components are described in more detail below:In the implementation, the forefoot buffer pad, arch buffer pad, and heel buffer pad are respectively filled and fixed into the first, second, and third positioning openings by secondary injection molding. In the implementation, the main body, the forefoot buffer pad, the arch buffer pad, and the heel buffer pad are made of materials such as silicone, rubber, or latex having different hardness, and the tops of the forefoot buffer pad, the arch buffer pad, and the heel buffer pad protrude from the top of the main body.In the implementation, the tops of the forefoot buffer pad and arch buffer pad are convex arcuate surfaces. In the implementation, the first positioning hole has a substantially transverse elongated arc shape, whereby the forefoot buffer pad attached to the first positioning hole is correspondingly positioned in the human forefoot position, so that an anti-slip and buffer effect is generated between the human forefoot and the midsole of the shoe.In the implementation, the lower surface of the arch support portion of the main body forms a concave arc portion relative to the forefoot portion and the heel portion, whereby when the arch support portion is pressed downward, the main body generates an upward elastic counterforce. In the implementation, the second positioning hole has a front arch side near the forefoot region and a rear arch side near the heel region, the curvature of the front arch side is larger than that of the rear arch side, the two ends of the front arch side and the rear arch side are connected to each other, whereby the arch buffer pad attached to the second positioning hole is positioned at the arch position of the human body, respectively, so that an upward elastic support and a shock absorbing effect are generated for the human arch.In the implementation, the third positioning hole has a straight side near the arch support portion and a U-shaped side near the rear side of the main body, and the two ends of the U-shaped side and the straight side are connected to each other, whereby the heel buffer pad attached to the third positioning hole is positioned at the heel position of the human body, so that an anti-slip and buffer effect is generated between the human heel and the midsole of the shoe.In the implementation, a magnet is provided on the upper surface of the main body between the arch cushion pad and the heel cushion pad, and the user's foot sole may contact the magnet. In the implementation, a gradually raised boundary edge extends outwardly from both sides of the body and the periphery of the heel region, with a plurality of reinforcing ribs being provided on the underside of the boundary edge to increase its structural strength. As compared with the prior art, the insole of the invention comprises a forefoot buffer pad, a arch buffer pad and a heel buffer pad in the positions of the forefoot, arch and heel of the human body, wherein the arch buffer pad generates an elastic support effect and has an anti-slip, buffer and support function for the human arch, thereby reducing foot pressure when standing and walking the user and increasing wearing comfort of the user.Based on the technical means of the present invention, the following lists the implementation methods suitable for the present invention and describes them with reference to the drawings as follows:Brief Description of the DrawingsFIG. 1 is a view showing the state of use of the present invention, FIG. 2 is an exploded view of the invention, FIG. 3 is a side view of the invention, FIG. 4 is a bottom view of the state of use of the invention.WAYS OF CARRYING OUT THE INVENTIONFIGS. 1 to 4 show an insole with anti-slip for the sole of the foot and elastic support for the arch of the foot. The insole comprises a main body 100 generally in the form of a plate. The shape of the main body 100 in the figures is roughly similar to the part of the human foot sole without toes, i.e., an insole having a half-sole shape. The main body 100 has a forefoot region 10, a arch support region 20, and a heel region 30 that conform to the shape of the human plantar. The upper surface of the arch support portion 20 has an arc shape curved upward. The lower surface of the arch support portion 20 of the main body 100 forms a concave arc portion 201 relative to the forefoot portion 10 and the heel portion 30. During implementation, the shape of the main body 100 does not exclude specification of a full-sole shape arch insole. In this case, only the front side of the forefoot region 10 needs to extend as far as the toe region. The main body 100 is provided with a first positioning hole 11 at the position of the forefoot region 10, a second positioning hole 21 at the position of the arch support region 20, and a third positioning hole 31 at the position of the heel region 30. A forefoot buffer pad 12 is fixedly disposed in the first positioning opening 11, a arch buffer pad 22 is fixedly disposed in the second positioning opening 21, and a heel buffer pad 32 is fixedly disposed in the third positioning opening 31.When the insole lies on top of the midsole of the shoe and the user steps on the main body 100, the arch of the user is pressed against the arch support portion 20. By the concave arc portion 201 and the arch buffer pad 22, the arch support portion 20 generates shock absorption and elastic support for the arch of the user.At the same time, the user's forefoot presses against the forefoot buffer pad 12 and the heel presses against the heel buffer pad 32 so that the human foot sole contacts the top of the forefoot buffer pad 12 and the heel buffer pad 32 to provide an anti-slip function. The forefoot buffer pad 12 and the heel buffer pad 32 are simultaneously pressed down by the weight of the human body, whereby the undersides of the forefoot buffer pad 12 and the heel buffer pad 32 firmly rest on the upper side of the midsole of the shoe, so that slipping of the forefoot and the heel of the human outsole relative to the midsole of the shoe is prevented by the forefoot buffer pad 12 and the heel buffer pad 32. The human foot sole and the shoe are joined as a whole, which effectively improves the wearing comfort of the shoe and prevents the human foot sole from slipping relative to the midsole of the shoe during walking.During implementation, the bottom surface of the main body 100 that comes into contact with the midsole of the shoe may be additionally provided with anti-slip patterns (not shown). On the undersides of the forefoot buffer pad 12 and / or the heel buffer pad 32, transversely extending anti-slip ribs 321 can be provided. The anti-slip ribs 321 have a function of enhancing the anti-slip effect between the insole and the midsole of the shoe.In the implementation of the positioning holes, the first positioning hole 11 is adjusted to the shape of the human forefoot and is disposed at a position corresponding to the human forefoot. Its outline has a substantially transverse elongated arc shape, so that the forefoot buffer pad 12 attached to the first positioning opening 11 is positioned accordingly in the human forefoot position. The forefoot cushioning pad 12 creates an anti-slip and cushioning effect between the human forefoot and the midsole of the shoe. The second positioning opening 21 has a front arch side 211 near the forefoot region 10 and a rear arch side 212 near the heel region 30. The curvature of the front arc side 211 is greater than that of the rear arc side 212. The two ends of the front arch side 211 and the rear arch side 212 are connected to each other to form an egg-shaped outline so that the arch buffer pad 22 attached to the second positioning hole 21 is positioned at the arch position of the human body, respectively. In conjunction with the concave arc portion 201 on the lower side of the arch support portion 20 of the main body 100, the arch buffer pad 22 can provide upward elastic support and shock absorbing action for the human arch. The third positioning hole 31 is adjusted to the shape of the human heel and is disposed at the heel position of the human body. It has a straight side 311 near the arch support portion 20 and a U-shaped side 312 near the rear side of the main body 100. The two ends of the U-shaped side 312 and the straight side 311 are connected to each other so that the heel cushion pad 32 attached to the third positioning hole 31 is positioned at the heel position of the human body. The heel buffer pad 32 provides an anti-slip and cushioning effect between the human heel and the midsole of the shoe.In manufacturing, the forefoot buffer pad 12, arch buffer pad 22, and heel buffer pad 32 may be respectively filled and fixed in the first, second, and third positioning openings 11, 21, 31 by secondary injection molding. In order to increase the stability between the buffer pads and the positioning holes, they may be provided with ring grooves and rings which are engaged with each other to prevent the buffer pads from falling out of the corresponding positioning holes. It is of course also possible for the forefoot buffer cushion 12, the arch buffer cushion 22 and the heel buffer cushion 32 to be produced separately and then to be enclosed in the first, second and third positioning openings 11, 21, 31.Moreover, the upper surfaces of the forefoot buffer pad 12, arch buffer pad 22, and heel buffer pad 32 protrude from the upper surface of the main body 100. The upper surfaces of the forefoot cushion pad 12 and arch cushion pad 22 are convex arc surfaces, so that the thickness of the forefoot cushion pad 12 and arch cushion pad 22 is slightly larger than the thickness of the main body 100, which may increase the cushioning effect upon user pedaling. On the upper surface of the main body 100, a magnet 40 is provided between the arch buffer pad 22 and the heel buffer pad 32. The user's sole of the foot may contact the magnet 40 to promote circulation of the sole of the foot.Note that, in order that the hardness of the material of the main body 100 can support the body weight without the concave arc portion 201 collapsing, and that the elasticity of the materials of the forefoot buffer pad 12, the arch buffer pad 22, and the heel buffer pad 32 has the buffer and anti-slip function, the main body 100, the forefoot buffer pad 12, the arch buffer pad 22, and the heel buffer pad 32 may be made of materials having different hardness, for example, the material of the main body 100 is resin having a certain hardness and elasticity. Moreover, a gradually raised boundary edge 101 extends outwards from both sides of the body 100 and the periphery of the heel region 30 to adapt to the relative positions of the user's sole of the foot. In order to increase the strength of the boundary edge 101, a plurality of reinforcing ribs 60 may be provided on the lower surface of the boundary edge 101 to increase its structural strength so that the boundary edge 101 is not easily deformed. As mentioned above, the forefoot buffer pad 12, arch buffer pad 22, and heel buffer pad 32 are softer and are made of materials such as silicone, rubber, or latex having the anti-slip and cushioning effect. With respect to the air permeability of the insole, the main body 100 is provided with a plurality of ventilation holes 50 in addition to the first, second and third positioning holes 11, 21, 31 to increase the air permeability when worn through the ventilation holes 50.The above description and drawings of the embodiments are only for illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. All that is similar or identical to the purpose, structure, device, features, etc. of the present invention should fall within the scope of the present invention. The invention relates to an insole with anti-slip for the outsole and elastic support for the arch of the foot, comprising a main body (100) generally in the form of a plate, said main body (100) having a forefoot region (10), an arch support region (20) and a heel region (30) corresponding to the shape of the human outsole, characterized in that the forefoot region (10), the arch support region (20) and the heel region (30) are each provided with a positioning opening in which a forefoot buffer pad (12), an arch buffer pad (22) and a heel buffer pad (32) are formed or assembled by secondary injection molding. By contacting the upper sides of the buffer pads with the different parts of the human foot sole, an anti-slip and buffer effect and an elastic support are achieved, so that the wearing comfort of the user is increased and the foot pressure is reduced.
