Abstract
Description
[0001] The present invention relates to a support device for a construction crane.
[0002] Construction cranes are heavy and bulky pieces of equipment that are usually transported to construction sites in a folded state on a special trailer. To facilitate unloading of the construction crane from the trailer, construction cranes have been provided with vertically extendable outriggers, as shown, for example, in EP1403134A2. The trailer with the loaded construction crane is positioned at the desired location on the construction site, and the outriggers are extended to the ground. The construction crane is either lifted directly from the trailer using the extendable outriggers, or the trailer can be pneumatically lowered to place the construction crane on the outriggers. After the construction crane is placed on the outriggers, the trailer positioned underneath can be removed.
[0003] The present invention now has the object of providing a support device for a construction crane which enables the transport of the construction crane on a trailer as well as the loading and unloading of the construction crane easily and quickly.
[0004] This object is achieved by the support device according to claim 1. Further features and embodiments emerge from the dependent claims and their advantages are explained in the following description.
[0005] The figures show: Fig. 1 One leg of the support device according to design variant 1 Fig. 2 Version 2 of the support device in the load-bearing state Fig. 3 Version 2 of the support device in transport condition Fig. 4 Version 2 of the support device in an intermediate state between the carrying and transport state Fig. 5 Version 2 of the support device in transport condition and construction crane on a trailer Fig. 6 Version 2 of the support device with the construction crane placed on it in the supporting state Fig. 7 Design variant 3 of the support device in the load-bearing state Fig. 8 Version 3 of the support device in transport condition
[0006] The support device according to the invention comprises at least four legs 2, on each of which a crane foot 41 of a construction crane 4 is placed when the construction crane is unloaded from a trailer 5 at a construction site. Each leg 2 comprises a head plate 24 and a base part 25. When unloading a construction crane from a trailer, the legs 2 are placed on the ground with the base part 25, and each crane foot 41 is placed on the head plate 24 of a leg 1.
[0007] In the following description, three particularly advantageous embodiments of the support device according to the invention are described. Version 1
[0008] Each leg 2 comprises at least three, preferably four feet 21, which are connected at one end to the head plate 24 and at another end to the base part 25.
[0009] To ensure good stability of a leg 2, the base part 25 is preferably frame-shaped and larger than the head plate 24, and the leg 2 essentially forms a pyramid whose edges are formed by the feet 21 and whose tip is formed by the head plate 24. The base part 25 preferably comprises struts 251 that connect the lower ends of the feet 21 to one another. For example, there may be as many struts 251 as there are feet 21, with each foot 21 being connected to the nearest foot 21 by a strut 251. Additionally or instead, struts 251 may also cross to connect opposite feet 21 to one another. In addition to the struts 251, the base part 25 may also comprise a base plate that connects the struts 251 and / or the lower ends of the feet 21 to one another. The base plate gives the base part 25 a larger contact area with the ground and improves the distribution of the forces acting on it.The base plate may have one or more openings to reduce its weight. In an alternative embodiment, the base part 25 does not comprise struts 251, but rather a base plate that connects the lower ends of the feet 21 and may have one or more openings.
[0010] For good stability of the legs 2, the feet 21 and / or the struts 251 preferably consist of a metal profile, preferably a square profile.
[0011] For better stability of the legs 2, it is advantageous if the feet 21 are connected to one another at at least one point between the head plate 24 and the base part 25, for example by intermediate struts or by an intermediate plate 26, which may have one or more openings 261. In the preferred embodiment, all feet 21 are connected to one another approximately halfway between the base part 25 and the head plate 24 by an intermediate plate 26, which is arranged parallel to the base part 25. It is advantageous if at least one eyelet 262 is connected to the intermediate struts or to the intermediate plate 26. The eyelet 262 is used for attachment to a crane so that the legs 2 can be lifted and moved.
[0012] It is advantageous if at least one anchoring point 252 for attaching wheels and a push rod is provided on the base part 25. The anchoring point 252 can, for example, be designed as a sleeve 252. Version 2
[0013] In this variant, the support device according to the invention comprises a frame 1 and at least four legs 2, wherein the frame 1 has a bottom side 11 and a top side 12 (see Fig. 1 and Fig. 6). Each leg 2 comprises a foot 21 and at least one first limb 221 suitable for connecting the foot 21 to the frame 1. Each leg 2 can assume a folded-up state and a folded-down state relative to the frame 1, wherein the foot 21 in the folded-down state protrudes further downwards (i.e., in the direction of gravity) from the underside 11 of the frame 1 than in the folded-up state. Preferably, the foot 21 does not protrude downwards from the underside 11 of the frame 1 in the folded-up carrying state. It is particularly advantageous if the legs 2, in the folded-up state, do not protrude downwards from the underside 11 of the frame 1 or laterally from the frame 1.
[0014] The support device according to the invention can therefore assume two special states: • a transport state in which all legs 2 are folded up (see Fig. 2 and Fig. 7); and • a carrying state in which all legs 2 are folded down (see Fig. 1 and Fig. 6).
[0015] The Fig. 3 shows a variant of the support device in an intermediate state between the carrying and transport state.
[0016] In the transport state, the underside 11 of the frame 1 can be placed on a trailer 5 and the support device can thus be transported (see Fig. 4). In the carrying state, the support device can be placed on the ground with the feet 21, and a construction crane 4 can be positioned on the support device (see Fig. 5).
[0017] Each leg 2 includes a parallelogram guide with: • the first leg 221, which is connected on the one hand to the frame 1 about a first axis A1 and on the other hand to the foot 21 about a second axis A2, the first and second axes A1, A2 lying in a common first leg plane; and • at least one second leg 222 which is connected on the one hand to the frame 1 about a third axis A3 and on the other hand to the foot 21 about a fourth axis A4, the third and fourth axes A3, A4 lying in a common second leg plane.
[0018] The first and second leg planes are parallel to each other and the distance between the first and second axes A1, A2 corresponds to the distance between the third and fourth axes A3, A4.
[0019] The first, second, third and fourth axes A1, A2, A3, A4 are all parallel to the bottom 11 and / or the top 12 of the frame 1, so that a foot 21 is attached to the frame 1 by the parallelogram guide so that it can be folded up and down, and this folding up and down is a combination: • a vertical movement perpendicular to the bottom 11 and / or the top 12 of the frame 1 with • a horizontal movement parallel to the bottom 11 and / or the top 12 of the frame 1.
[0020] The four legs 2 are positioned on the frame 1 such that the support device can be stably placed on the ground with its feet 21 in the carrying position. For example, in a rectangular frame 1, a leg 2 can be attached to each of the four corners of the frame 1.
[0021] Preferably, at least two legs 2 are arranged on one side of a longitudinal axis L of the frame 1 and at least two other legs 2 are arranged on the other side of the longitudinal axis L of the frame 1. The legs 2 are preferably oriented such that when folding up and down, the horizontal component of their movement is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis L of the frame 1 and the legs 2 are moved away from the longitudinal axis L of the frame 1 when folding down, so that the feet 21 are not located vertically below the frame 1 in the folded-down state. This ensures that the feet 21 of the opposite sides of the frame 1 are sufficiently far apart in the folded-down state that a trailer 5 can be moved in and out between the feet 21 under the frame 1.
[0022] It is advantageous if two legs 2 on the same side of the frame 1 can be folded up and down in parallel planes. In this case, these two legs 2 can be connected to each other, which increases the stability of the support device. Two legs 2 can be connected to each other, for example, with one or more struts 23 that connect their opposite feet 21 and / or legs 221, 222.
[0023] Preferably, the legs 2 are completely folded up when folded up, i.e. the base 21 is parallel to the arms 221, 222. The legs 2 are therefore more compact and less intrusive when folded up. Completely folding up the legs 2 can also help to raise the legs 2 above the underside 11 of the frame 1, so that the legs 2 do not protrude from the frame 1 either downwards or sideways. It is advantageous if the base 21 essentially has a U-profile in which the first arm 221 is rotatably mounted and into which it can be rotated. Thanks to this design, both the first arm 221 and the base 21 can have thick diameters to ensure good stability of the leg 2 and yet can still be folded up compactly. The second leg 222 can be rotatably connected to the outside of the U-profile of the foot 21 and does not interfere with the rotation of the foot 21 and the first leg 221.In the preferred embodiment, each leg 2 has two second legs 222, 222' which are rotatably connected on both sides of the U-profile of the foot 21.
[0024] Preferably, each foot 21 is oriented substantially vertically, i.e., perpendicular to the underside 11 and / or top side 12 of the frame 1. The parallelogram guide ensures that the foot 21 is always oriented vertically, regardless of its raised or lowered state. When the legs 2 are completely folded in the raised state, the foot 21 and the legs 221, 222 are also located vertically above the underside 11 of the frame 1. The legs 221, 222 must be long enough that the foot 21 does not protrude downward from the underside 11 of the frame 1.
[0025] To secure the legs 2 in the raised and / or folded down state, a bolt 3 can be provided, which is pushed into a corresponding opening 13 in the frame and secures the foot 21 or the first or second leg 221, 222 against rotation. Preferably, a single opening 13 is provided in the frame 1 for each leg 2, which, together with the bolt 3, is suitable for securing the leg 2 both in the raised state and in the folded down state. In the preferred embodiment, in the folded up state, the second leg 222 is secured against rotation by pushing the bolt 3 into the opening 13, and in the folded down state, the first leg 221 is secured against rotation by pushing the bolt 3 into the opening 13.The first and second legs 221, 222 are secured against rotation by the bolt 3 by either abutting against the bolt 3 fastened to the frame 1 or by themselves having an opening into which the bolt 3 fastened to the frame projects.
[0026] It is advantageous if the frame 1 has 11 transport feet on its underside, with which it can be placed on a trailer 5.
[0027] A construction crane 4 can advantageously be placed on the support device according to the invention and thus unloaded from a trailer 5: • To unload the construction crane 4, the legs 2 are first brought from the transport state into the carrying state; • the trailer 5 is lowered until the support device rests with its feet 21 on the ground and no longer contacts the trailer 5; and • the trailer 5 is extended from under the support device between the feet 21.
[0028] To load the construction crane 4 onto a trailer 5, these steps are carried out in reverse order.
[0029] For better stability of the construction crane 4 on the support device, it is advantageous if the frame 1 has anchoring points for anchoring the construction crane 4. For better stability of the construction crane 4 on the support device in the carrying state, it is advantageous if the construction crane 4 has crane feet 41 that can assume a transport position and a carrying position, wherein the crane feet 41 protrude further laterally in the carrying position of the construction crane 4 than in the transport position. The crane feet 41 can, for example, be extendable or pivotable from the construction crane 4. When the support device is in the carrying state, the crane feet 41 can be brought into the carrying position and placed on the legs 2, and the greater width of the support device in the carrying state compared to the transport state is utilized to improve the stability of the construction crane 4 located thereon.Preferably, the legs 2 and the crane feet 41 are dimensioned such that the crane feet 41 lie above the feet 21 in the supporting position when the support device is in the supporting state. This ensures direct transmission of forces from the crane feet 41 to the feet 21 of the support device and to the ground. Version 3
[0030] Design variant 3 is a variant of design variant 2, in which the first leg 221 is immovably connected to the foot 21, and each foot 21 and each first leg 221 is suitable for connection to a bracket 13 of the frame 1. In the transport state, each foot 21 of each leg 2 is connected to a bracket 13, and the first legs 221 protrude beyond the upper side 12 of the frame 1 (see Fig. 7). In the carrying state, each first leg 221 of each leg 2 is connected to a bracket 13 and the feet 21 protrude below the underside 11 of the frame 1 (see Fig. 6).
[0031] In the transport state, the underside 11 of the frame 1 can be placed on a trailer 5 and the support device can thus be transported, just as in Fig. 4 for the first embodiment. In the supporting state, the support device can be placed on the ground with the feet 21, and a construction crane 4 can be positioned on the support device, exactly as shown in Fig. 5 is shown for the first embodiment variant.
[0032] The legs 2 are preferably identical and are connected to the frame 1 symmetrically on opposite sides of the frame 1 in the transport and carrying states.
[0033] Preferably, the first leg 221 of each leg 2 is longer than the feet 21 so that the feet 21 in the carrying state, i.e. when the first legs 221 are connected to the brackets 13 of the frame 1, are laterally further away from the frame 1 than the first legs 221 in the transport state, i.e. when the feet 21 are connected to the brackets 13 of the frame 1. This ensures that the feet 21 of opposite legs 2 are sufficiently far apart in the carrying position that a trailer 5 can be retracted between the feet 1 under the support device, and that the legs 2 do not protrude laterally from the trailer 5 in the transport position.
[0034] In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the holders 13 are sleeves with an open end 132, which are adapted to the diameter of the feet 21 and the first legs 221 such that the feet 21 and the first legs 221 can be inserted through the open end 132 into the holders 13 and thereby connected thereto. The sleeves 13 are arranged parallel to one another on the frame 1. It is particularly advantageous if each sleeve 13 has two open ends 132 and the frame 1 has only two sleeves 13, wherein each sleeve 13 is suitable for inserting both a foot 21 and a first leg 221, and wherein two feet 21 or two first legs 221 can be inserted into each sleeve 13. In order to prevent the feet 21 and / or first legs 221 from shifting out of the supports 13, these can have holes 223 into which a bolt 3 can be inserted.
[0035] It is advantageous if the sleeves 13 have a U-profile with an open side 134, wherein the open side 134 is provided with a plate 135. This plate 135, together with a bolt 3, which is inserted through bores 223 of the feet 21, the first legs 221 and / or the holders 13, secures a foot 21 or a first leg 221 against exiting through the open side 134 of the sleeve 13. Preferably, the plate 135 is arranged at the rear end of the sleeve 13, which is opposite the open end 132. If a sleeve 13 has two open ends 132 for the simultaneous insertion of two feet 21 or two first legs 221, a plate 135 can be arranged in the central region of the sleeve 13. For easy insertion of a foot 21 or a first leg 221 into the sleeve 13, the plate 135 can be provided with a guide surface 1351 which guides a foot 21 or a first leg 221.a first leg 221 into the U-profile when it is inserted into the holder 13.
[0036] In the preferred embodiment of the invention, each foot 21 of each leg 2 is connected at right angles to a first leg 221, and two legs 2 are connected to each other by at least one strut 23.
[0037] It is advantageous if the frame 1 has transport feet 111 on its underside, with which it can be placed on a trailer 5. Preferably, the legs 2 do not protrude from below the transport feet 111 in the transport state and thus do not get in the way when the frame 1 with the transport feet 111 is placed on a trailer 5.
[0038] A construction crane 4 can advantageously be placed on the support device according to the invention and thus unloaded from a trailer 5: • To unload the construction crane 4, the legs 2 are first brought from the transport state into the carrying state; • the trailer 5 is lowered until the support device rests with its feet 21 on the ground and no longer contacts the trailer 5; and • the trailer 5 is extended from under the support device between the feet 21.
[0039] To load the construction crane 4 onto a trailer 5, these steps are carried out in reverse order.
[0040] For better stability of the construction crane 4 on the support device, it is advantageous if the frame 1 has anchoring points 14 for anchoring the construction crane 4.
[0041] For better stability of the construction crane 4 on the outrigger in the carrying state, it is advantageous if the construction crane 4 has crane feet 41 that can assume a transport position and a carrying position, wherein the crane feet 41 protrude further laterally in the carrying position of the construction crane 4 than in the transport position. The crane feet 41 can, for example, be extendable or pivotable from the construction crane 4. When the outrigger is in the carrying state, the crane feet 41 can be brought into the carrying position and placed on the legs 2, and the greater width of the outrigger in the carrying state compared to the transport state is utilized to improve the stability of the construction crane 4 located thereon. Preferably, the legs 2 and the crane feet 41 are dimensioned such that the crane feet 41 lie over the feet 21 in the carrying position when the outrigger is in the carrying state. This ensures a direct transmission of forces from the crane feet 41 to the feet 21 of the support device and to the ground.
