Description

[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of a vacuum suction disc with variable arc degree, specifically a vacuum suction disc with variable arc degree.

[0002] With accelerated urbanization and the growing demand for buildings, particularly commercial, residential, and public buildings, the market for building curtain walls continues to expand. The demand for curtain wall glass is diversifying, with a growing demand for glass curtain walls with unusual curvatures. However, when dismantling glass curtain walls, conventional suction cups with fixed heads (flat heads or heads with a fixed curvature) are not suitable for glass curtain walls with certain degrees of curvature. This necessitates frequent disc replacements during operation, resulting in reduced efficiency and increased safety risks.

[0003] Therefore, it is urgently necessary to provide a suction disc with a variable arc angle that can be adapted to different arc surfaces.

[0004] The present invention aims to provide a suction disc with a variable arc angle in order to solve the problem posed in the above prior art.

[0005] To solve the above problem, the present invention provides the following technical solution: Inventive suction disc with variable arc degree, comprising a suction disc, a series of parallel frame rods is provided on a head part of the suction disc, in which a circular arc-shaped support block is provided, a circular arc-shaped concave surface of the circular arc-shaped support block faces the suction disc, a gas line pipe is provided on the suction disc; At the bottom of the suction disc, a series of parallel elastic steel plates are provided, on which some screws I are provided, which pass through the suction disc and are in threaded connection with the circular arc-shaped support block.

[0006] As an improvement, the frame rod is firmly connected to the suction cup.

[0007] As an improvement, several mounting blocks are provided at the bottom of the suction disc.

[0008] As an improvement, the arc-shaped support block is firmly connected to the frame rod by a screw II.

[0009] As an improvement, the elastic steel sheet is located in a slot in the steel sheet.

[0010] The advantage of the present invention compared to existing technology is as follows: when the head of the suction disc needs to be adjusted to form a circular arc surface, the screws I are tightened, some screws I push the elastic steel plates upwards, so that the head of the suction disc is lifted upwards by the elastic steel plates to form a circular arc surface. This can be adjusted to a suitable arc wheel according to actual requirements. A circular arc surface with maximum arc degree is formed when the head of the suction disc rests against a circular arc concave surface of the circular arc support block. The arc degree of the suction disc head is adjustable according to the different requirements of the arc surfaces. The suction disc does not need to be frequently replaced during operation, thus increasing operational efficiency and reducing safety risks. Explanation of the illustrations

[0011] In order to illustrate the technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention or in the prior art more clearly, the figures required in the description of the embodiments or the prior art are shown in simplified form below; it is obvious that the figures listed below are only some, not all, of the structural diagrams of the present invention. Fig. shows a structural diagram I of a vacuum suction disc with variable arc degree of the present invention. Fig. shows a structural diagram II of a vacuum suction disc with variable arc degree of the present invention. Fig. shows a sectional view of a vacuum suction disc with variable arc degree of the present invention. Reference symbol:

[0012] Suction disc (1); frame rod (2); arc-shaped support block (3); elastic steel sheet (4); screw I (5); fastening block (6); gas line pipe (7); screw II (8); steel sheet slot (9). Designs

[0013] The technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention is clearly and completely described below in conjunction with the illustrations in those embodiments. Obviously, the described embodiments are only part of the embodiments of the present invention and not the entirety of them. All other embodiments that could have been obtained by a person skilled in the art without inventive effort based on the embodiments specified in the present invention fall within the scope of protection of the present invention.

[0014] In the description of the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, it must be explained that the directional and positional relationships indicated by the terms "center," "top," "bottom," "left," "right," "vertical," "horizontal," "inside," and "outside" refer to the directional and positional relationships shown in the figures or to the usual directional and positional relationships when using the product of the invention. This serves only to facilitate the presentation of the present invention and to simplify the description; rather than indicating or suggesting that the referred-to devices or components have a specific orientation, must be designed and operated in a specific direction, and therefore cannot be understood as a limitation of the present invention.

[0015] Furthermore, the terms "first", "second", "third", etc. are used only to differentiate the presentation and cannot be understood as an indication or suggestion of relative importance.

[0016] Furthermore, the use of terms like "horizontal," "vertical," or "hanging" does not mean that the component is absolutely horizontal or hanging, but may be slightly inclined. For example, "horizontal" simply means that the direction is more horizontal relative to "vertical"; this does not mean that the structure must be completely horizontal, but may be somewhat inclined.

[0017] In the description of the present invention, “some” represents at least two.

[0018] In the description of the embodiments of the present invention, it should further be explained that the terms "provided," "arranged," "connected," or "connection" are to be understood in a general sense; for example, it may be a fixed connection, a detachable connection, or a connection as a whole; it may be a mechanical connection or an electrical connection; it may be a direct connection or an indirect connection through an intermediate medium or an internal connection between two components, unless explicitly prescribed and limited otherwise. For the person skilled in the art, the specific meaning of the aforementioned terms in the present invention can be understood depending on the circumstances.

[0019] Combined with Fig. until Fig. The vacuum suction disc with variable arc degree of the present embodiment is explained in detail.

[0020] Vacuum suction disc with variable arc degree of the present embodiment, comprising a suction disc (1) at the head of which a series of parallel frame rods (2) are provided, in which a circular arc-shaped support block (3) is provided, a circular arc-shaped concave surface of the circular arc-shaped support block (3) faces the suction disc (1), a gas line pipe (7) is provided on the suction disc (1); At the bottom of the suction disc (1) a series of parallel elastic steel plates (4) are provided, on which some screws I (5) are provided, which pass through the suction disc (1) and are threaded in connection with the arc-shaped support block (3).

[0021] The frame rod (2) is firmly connected to the suction disc (1).

[0022] Several fastening blocks (6) are provided on the base of the suction disc (1). The fastening blocks (6) consist of several rows, each row of the fastening blocks (6) being perpendicular to the elastic steel sheet (4) and evenly spaced, which increases the strength of the suction disc (1).

[0023] The arc-shaped support block (3) is firmly connected to the frame rod (2) by a screw II (8).

[0024] The elastic steel sheet (4) is located in a steel sheet slot (9).

[0025] In the specific embodiment, the head of the suction disc (1) in the illustrations is a flat surface head. If the head of the suction disc (1) needs to be adjusted to a circular arc surface head, the screws I (5) are screwed on. Some screws I (5) push the elastic steel plates (4) upwards, so that the head of the suction disc (1) is lifted upwards by the elastic steel plates (4) to form a circular arc surface head. According to actual needs, it can be adjusted to a suitable arc wheel. A circular arc surface head with maximum arc degree is formed when the head of the suction disc (1) rests against a circular arc-shaped concave surface of the circular arc-shaped support block (3).

[0026] During operation of the suction disc (1), the gas line pipe (7) serves to connect a gas pump.

[0027] The present invention and its embodiments are described above. This description is not limiting, and the actual scope of protection is not restricted thereto. Any modification or substitution that would be readily apparent to a person skilled in the art in the field of technical disclosure of the present invention shall fall within the scope of protection of the present invention. Therefore, the scope of protection of the present invention is governed by the scope of protection of the claims.
