Device for the continuous production of graphyn layers, comprising a vacuum chamber with a roll-to-roll system for substrate widths of up to 1000 mm, characterized in that several plasma units are arranged in series within the chamber and a massive, metallic cooling block serves as the end unit of the synthesis zone, wherein a heat shield is installed between the plasma unit and the cooling block.
