Computer system for self-validating decision data processing with a digital query twin and language model-based database query control, comprising a decision requirement acquisition unit, a decision query state object creation unit, a language model-based database query control unit, a query structure anchoring unit, a digital query twin unit, a semantic query-to-intention validation unit, a progressive execution release unit, a decision result consistency unit, a query validation feedback storage unit, an explainable decision query map unit, and an output interface, characterized in that the decision query state object creation unit generates a dynamic decision query state object from a natural or structured decision requirement.wherein each decision query state object contains at least one request intent signature, one user authorization state, one source database reference, one schema dependency map, one generated query structure, one query risk score, one semantic equivalence score, one execution cost score, one data sensitivity score, one result consistency score, one validation readiness score, one reset state, and one decision release state, and wherein a generated database query is only made available for release after technical validation of the associated decision query state object.
