Abstract

An integrated testing device for detecting cavities behind the tunnel lining and measuring their thickness, characterized in that it comprises: a driving platform, on the underside of which a wheelset group and a drive motor are arranged, wherein the drive motor supplies motive power to the wheelset group; wherein a lifting mast is provided in the center of the top of the driving platform; a 3D laser scan module, which is fixedly mounted at the top of the lifting mast and serves to acquire 3D point cloud data of the surface of the tunnel lining; a ground-penetrating radar module, which is attached to the driving platform via a mounting bracket, wherein its antenna radiation surface is directed towards the tunnel lining and the module serves to detect conditions within the lining as well as behind it;and a control box integrated into the driving platform comprising a control processing unit and a power supply unit, wherein the control processing unit is electrically connected to the 3D laser scan module, the ground-penetrating radar module and the drive motor, wherein the control processing unit serves for the synchronous control of the scanning process of the 3D laser scan module and the detection process of the ground-penetrating radar module and for the fusion processing of the 3D point cloud data obtained by the 3D laser scan module with the radar echo data acquired by the ground-penetrating radar module, and wherein the power supply unit provides electrical energy to the control processing unit, the 3D laser scan module, the ground-penetrating radar module and the drive motor.
