Abstract

The processing line for preparing a quasi-stable medicinal product, comprising at least one base container with a base medium to be mixed and also at least two auxiliary containers with different admixed media, the pumps that convey the base medium and the admixed media into the hydrodynamic cavitation homogenizer, as well as the reservoir of the mixed medium, the distinction being that the outlet of the base container is hydraulically connected to the inlet nozzle for the inlet of the base medium of the first hydrodynamic cavitation homogenizer, the outlets of the auxiliary containers (with smaller volume) are hydraulically connected to the inlet nozzle for admixed media of said first homogenizer, the outlet of which is hydraulically connected to the inlet nozzle of the base or admixed medium of the second hydrodynamic cavitation homogenizer, the outlets of the auxiliary containers (of larger volume) are hydraulically connected to the inlet nozzle of the base or admixed medium of the second homogenizer by means of first and second controlled dispensers, the main container and at least some of the auxiliary containers are provided with tank mixers arranged therein, at least some of the containers are hydraulically connected to one another by means of controlled dispensers, and the inlet of the mixed medium reservoir is hydraulically connected to the outlet of the second homogenizer.

Claims

[1] The processing line for the preparation of a quasi-stable medicinal product, comprising at least one basic container with a base medium to be mixed and also at least two auxiliary containers with different admixed media, the pumps that convey the base medium and the admixed media into the hydrodynamic cavitation homogenizer, as well as the reservoir of the mixed medium, the distinction being that the outlet of the basic container is hydraulically connected to the inlet nozzle for the inlet of the base medium of the first hydrodynamic cavitation homogenizer, the outlets of the auxiliary containers (with smaller volume) are hydraulically connected to the inlet nozzle for admixed media of said first homogenizer, the outlet of which is hydraulically connected to the inlet nozzle of the base or admixed medium of the second hydrodynamic cavitation homogenizer, the outlets of the auxiliary containers (of larger volume) are hydraulically connected to the inlet nozzle of the base or admixed medium of the second homogenizer by means of first and second controlled dispensers, the main container and at least some of the auxiliary containers are provided with tank mixers arranged therein, at least some of the containers are hydraulically connected to one another by means of controlled dispensers, and the inlet of the mixed medium reservoir is hydraulically connected to the outlet of the second homogenizer. [2] A hydrodynamic cavitation homogenizer for a multicomponent liquid medium, comprising blocks for treating the liquid medium, which are connected one after the other along the flow of the mixed medium, in which the first premixing block contains the inlet nozzle of the base medium, the inlet nozzle of the mixed medium and the outlet channel of the mixed medium, through which the latter flows into the homogenization block and then into the block of controlled discharge of the homogenized product, in which the homogenization block has a cavitation mixing chamber with a reflector of the flow mixture at the outlet of the chamber, which reflector is made in the form of a constriction along the walls of the flow chamber, in which an insert with a central channel is installed in the chamber, on the outer surface of the insert a spiral groove is formed,The insert contacts the inner wall of the chamber, allowing the formation of a spiral channel with an open end along the spiral groove and the mixing of the flows of the spiral and central channels in the cavitation chamber in front of the reflector, which organizes the homogenization of the treated medium by pulsation waves. The central channel is provided with narrowing and widening sections. The controlled outlet block is provided with a control rod of the flow medium reflector, the projection of which is located in the connecting channel with the outlet of the homogenization block, and the control rod is connected to the means for changing the position of its projection in the connecting channel.
