Description

[0001] The invention relates to an undergarment according to the preamble of claim 1.

[0002] DE 20 2006 015 234 U1 discloses a vest with insertion openings for support elements on the back. This vest has the disadvantage that the support elements do not fit snugly against the body, particularly in the lower back area, leaving a hollow space between the lumbar vertebrae and the vest or support elements. Even the wearer's movement can create a draft that causes cooling in the lower lumbar region, which can lead to tension, inflammation, or other discomfort.

[0003] WO 2002 / 089 616 A1 discloses an undergarment with a heat-storing region. US 4 302 847 A, which discloses the preamble of claim 1, discloses protective clothing.

[0004] The invention is therefore based on the object of providing an undergarment which, with a simple construction, provides good protection against draughts caused by the wearer's movements.

[0005] The object is achieved according to the invention with an undergarment according to claim 1. Advantageous developments of the invention can be found in the subclaims.

[0006] According to the invention, an undergarment is provided with a front part and a back part, in which the back part has a reinforcing device on its inside in the area covering the lumbar vertebrae.

[0007] The embodiment of the invention has the advantage that the reinforcement device can engage in the body cavity between the sciatic nerves and thus prevent air drafts and the associated cooling.

[0008] Since the reinforcement device is located within the undergarment and within the body cavity between the sciatic nerves, the undergarment can be worn without the reinforcement device being bulky or visible.

[0009] In the context of the present invention, "on the inside of the back part" means that the reinforcing device is attached to the inside of an outer fabric layer of the back part, or that the reinforcing device is attached to another inner fabric layer of the back part. The reinforcing device is preferably attached to the side of the inner fabric layer of the back part facing away from the body, so that it is not visible from either the outside or the inside. On the inside, if the reinforcing device is sewn on, the seams can be seen unless they are covered by another fabric layer, while the outside shows no indication of the reinforcing device because the reinforcing device is attached to the inner fabric layer.

[0010] According to the invention, the reinforcing device can comprise several layers of material arranged one above the other.

[0011] According to the invention, the reinforcing device comprises an inner layer, a middle layer, and an outer layer, which have an increasingly larger width from the inside to the outside. The inner layer can be formed from one or more fabric layers, which can also have different widths. Alternatively or additionally, the middle layer can be formed from one or more fabric layers, which can also have different widths. Alternatively or additionally, the outer layer can be formed from one or more fabric layers, which can also have different widths.

[0012] According to the invention, the reinforcing device can have an intermediate layer which has a smaller width than the fabric layer arranged immediately further inside.

[0013] These designs have the advantage that the fabric layers positioned further inside than the intermediate layer can flex outward, allowing the reinforcement to adapt well to the contours of the body. This has the advantage of even better preventing drafts and thus hypothermia.

[0014] According to the invention, the reinforcing device can have an intermediate layer which has a smaller width than the fabric layer arranged immediately further inside.

[0015] According to the invention, the reinforcing device can have a plurality of intermediate layers, each of which has a smaller width than the fabric layer arranged immediately further inside.

[0016] According to the invention, the reinforcing device can be attached to the inside of the back part.

[0017] According to the invention, the back part can have two layers of fabric, and the reinforcing device can be arranged between the two layers of fabric.

[0018] These designs have the advantage of greater comfort because the reinforcement device does not sit directly on the skin.

[0019] According to the invention, the reinforcement device can be attached to the inner fabric layer. Preferably, the reinforcement device is attached to the outer side of the inner fabric layer, so that the reinforcement device is arranged between the two fabric layers. If only one fabric layer is provided, the reinforcement device can be arranged on the inner side of one fabric layer of the back part.

[0020] According to the invention, the back part can have two fabric layers, wherein the fabric layer arranged further inside is wider in the circumferential direction, at least in the region of the reinforcing device, than the fabric layer arranged further outside.

[0021] This design has the advantage that the reinforcement device can adapt better to the wearer's body and engage in the recess between the sciatic nerves without the fabric layer located further inside being stretched.

[0022] According to the invention, the undergarment can be made of a nonwoven fabric. Alternatively or additionally, the undergarment can be made of a cotton fabric, for example, molleton and / or flannel. Alternatively or additionally, the outer material of the undergarment can be made of polyester or polyamide or a mixture of the aforementioned materials.

[0023] The construction of at least those parts of the undergarment that come into contact with the skin (i.e., the inside of the undergarment) from fleece or nonwoven fabric, in combination with the reinforcement device that ensures the undergarment fits snugly against the wearer's body, has the advantage of largely eliminating air holes. This is particularly advantageous in the lumbar region because there is a depression above the spine that is not normally filled by clothing. According to the invention, the air currents that would otherwise arise when the wearer moves can be largely prevented. In combination with the nonwoven fabric, the wearer experiences a pleasant, warming feeling of well-being.

[0024] According to the invention, the reinforcement device can also have a pocket into which a latent heat storage device and / or a heat storage device made of natural moor can be introduced.

[0165] According to Fig. 21The closure may have loops 61 on the left closure part and loops 62 on the right closure part. For closure, a band 63 may be alternately passed through the loops 61 and 62 and tightened to stretch the undergarment 1 around the body so that the reinforcing device 30 ensures good body contact with the wearer.

[0166] According to Fig. 22 A hook-and-loop fastener 71, 72 can be provided on the left closure part 51 and on the right closure part 52. The hook-and-loop fastener 71, 72 can have a hook-and-loop fastener with hooks or a hook-and-loop fastener with loops. For example, a mushroom-head structure or another structure known to those skilled in the art can be provided.

[0167] According to Fig. 23Eyelets 81, 82 can be provided on the left fastening part 51 and on the right fastening part 52, which can be connected to a band 83. The band 83 or bands 83 can be pulled tight to stretch the undergarment 1 around the body so that the reinforcing device 30 ensures good body contact with the wearer.

[0168] According to Fig. 24 Hooks 91, 92 can be provided on the left fastening part 51 and on the right fastening part 52, which can be connected to a band 93. The band 93 or bands 93 can be pulled tight to stretch the undergarment 1 around the body so that the reinforcing device 30 ensures good body contact with the wearer.

[0169] Other closures or tensioning devices known to those skilled in the art are conceivable. For example, a tubular fabric can be incorporated as a tensioning device into an undergarment according to the invention and arranged around it. Combinations of the tensioning devices shown and / or alternative tensioning devices known to those skilled in the art can also be used according to the invention.
