Description
[0001] The invention relates to a mobile phone with a connection device for detachably connecting the mobile phone to a further assembly.
[0002] Such a connecting device has a locking module that can be attached to a first of the assemblies and has a vacuum element that can be connected in an insertion direction to an insertion component for connecting the mobile phone to the further assembly and interacts with the insertion component in a connected position in such a way that, when the locking module and the insertion component are subjected to load against the insertion direction relative to each other, the vacuum element and the insertion component are held together by a vacuum effect between the vacuum element and the insertion component.
[0003] In this case, a connecting device is intended to serve as a means of attaching a mobile phone to an associated assembly. For example, the connecting device can enable the mobile phone to be mounted in a vehicle, e.g., on the windshield or the dashboard.
[0004] When a mobile phone is attached to a vehicle's dashboard or a bicycle's handlebars, sudden, impact forces can occur during use. These forces must be absorbed and dissipated, and in particular, should not cause the mobile phone to detach. A mounting device for a mobile phone should therefore be capable of absorbing these short-term, impulsive impact forces.
[0005] For attaching very different assemblies to one another, for example, for attaching an electronic device such as a mobile phone or navigation device in a vehicle, connecting devices are known that provide a hold using a vacuum. For example, US 8,925,881 discloses a connecting device that uses a vacuum element in the form of a suction cup to secure a mobile phone to the windshield of a vehicle. The suction cup is placed against the windshield, and a magnetic element is arranged on the suction cup that can interact with a magnetic element on the windshield side to improve the hold.
[0006] In a connection device known from US 5,192,043 for attaching an alarm device to a metal surface, a magnetic rubber surface is placed against a metal surface, a vacuum is created upon placement, so that the alarm device is held against the metal surface by magnetic action between the rubber surface and the metal surface as well as by negative pressure forces.
[0007] A connecting device known from EP 0 689 966 B1 has a magnetic contact plate on which a suction cup is arranged. A ski carrier can be attached to the roof of a vehicle by means of this connecting device.
[0008] Such connecting devices should, firstly, be easy to close in order to establish a connection between the associated assemblies. Secondly, it is also desirable that such connecting devices be easy to open, in order to prevent, in particular, a sudden tearing off by overcoming a vacuum and, if applicable, an additional magnetic connection.
[0009] EP 3 141 355 A1 describes an electrical connector which has a controllable electromagnet.
[0010] The object of the present invention is to provide a mobile phone with a connection device that is easy to use, in particular easy to close, but also easy to open again, advantageously also in the event of a shock load when connecting the mobile phone with an associated assembly.
[0011] The problem is solved by a system according to independent claim 1.
[0012] A connecting device includes, for example, an adjusting element that is arranged on the closure module and is adjustable relative to the vacuum element. The adjusting element allows the vacuum element to be detached from the attachment component by operatively connecting the first assembly associated with the closure module to the adjusting element in such a way that a movement of the first assembly relative to the second assembly results in a movement of the adjusting element.
[0013] The connecting device establishes a connection between the assemblies to be fastened together by attaching the locking module connected to one of the assemblies to a mounting component of the other, second assemblies (or vice versa). Upon attachment, a sealed space is created between the vacuum element and the mounting component, so that the assemblies are held together by a vacuum effect. Such a connection can be particularly resistant to impact, allowing the connecting device to absorb and dissipate impact forces.
[0014] The connecting device allows a mobile phone to be attached inside a vehicle, for example to a windshield or dashboard.
[0015] In the connected position of the connecting device, the vacuum element and the attachment component can, for example, lie flat against each other, so that there is effectively no space between the vacuum element and the attachment component. However, when the assemblies are loaded relative to each other, a force can act on the closure module relative to the attachment component. This force acts in the direction of enlarging or creating a space between the vacuum element and the attachment component, resulting in a vacuum between the vacuum element and the attachment component. This creates holding forces that hold the vacuum element to the attachment component and tend to increase the more the closure module is loaded relative to the attachment component. Thus, the closure module is held to the attachment component by the vacuum effect when it is attached to the attachment component.
[0016] The closure module can have a flow opening that can be opened by moving the adjusting element relative to the vacuum element, allowing air to flow into a space between the vacuum element and the attachment component. For example, in the connected position of the connecting device, the adjusting element can assume a first position relative to the vacuum element in which the flow opening (viewed from the perspective of a space between the vacuum element and the attachment component) is closed, thus preventing air from flowing into the space. From this first position, the adjusting element can be moved to a second position to open the flow opening and allow air to flow into the space formed between the vacuum element and the attachment component.Due to the inflow through the flow opening, a negative pressure effect between the negative pressure element and the attachment component no longer exists, so that the closure module can be removed from the attachment component without a negative pressure effect.
[0017] In an advantageous embodiment, the adjusting element is spring-loaded towards its first position. Thus, the adjusting element automatically assumes its first position when not otherwise actuated and closes the flow opening, particularly in the connected position of the connecting device, allowing a vacuum effect to occur between the vacuum element and the attachment component.
[0018] The locking module preferably includes an elastic preloading element that serves to preload the adjusting element in the direction of the first position. During adjustment, the adjusting element is moved against the preloading effect of the preloading element, so that after the actuation is complete, the adjusting element automatically returns to its first position.
[0019] The vacuum element on the closure module and the attachment component on the other, second assembly can be designed very differently and interact in very different ways.
[0020] In a first embodiment, the vacuum element can, for example, be cylindrical and inserted into an attachment component designed as a cylinder receptacle. The vacuum element and the attachment component can be designed as rigid, non-elastic components and are shaped to fit each other so that the vacuum element can be inserted precisely into an opening of the attachment component. When the vacuum element is attached to the attachment component, if air escapes from a space formed between the vacuum element and the attachment component, for example through a valve provided for this purpose, a vacuum is created between the vacuum element and the attachment component. Consequently, if the vacuum element is subjected to a force that would cause it to detach from the attachment component, a negative pressure is created, thus holding the vacuum element in place against the attachment component.
[0021] In this case, the vacuum element and the opening of the attachment component provided for the vacuum element can have a circular cross-section.
[0022] In principle, any cross-sectional shape is conceivable and possible, for example, a polygonal cross-section, or any other shape whatsoever. Therefore, in this context, the term "cylinder" should be understood as a general cylinder with any cross-sectional shape.
[0023] In the variant just described, the vacuum element and the attachment component can each be designed as rigid components that are inserted into one another. However, it is also conceivable and possible to provide one or more elastic seals on one or both components to seal them against each other.
[0024] In this first embodiment, adjusting the adjusting element can, for example, release a flow opening in the form of a valve, so that the negative pressure between the vacuum element and the attachment component can be eliminated.
[0025] In another, second embodiment, the vacuum element is formed by a cup element that is at least partially elastic, and the attachment component by an attachment surface formed on the second assembly, with which the vacuum element can be brought into contact to connect the assemblies and provide a vacuum effect. In this case, the vacuum element thus implements a component in the form of an elastic suction cup, which can be arranged on a surface of the associated, second assembly in order to create a vacuum between the vacuum element and the surface under elastic deformation and thereby provide holding forces to hold the assemblies together.
[0026] In this case, the adjusting element can, for example, be moved to open a flow opening in the form of a valve, thus allowing airflow into a space between the vacuum element and the attachment component. Alternatively, it is also conceivable and possible that moving the adjusting element lifts the vacuum element, in the form of the cup element, from the surface, for example, by pulling it off in a perpendicular direction to the surface, whereby force-redirecting elements can, for example, create a separating force between the closure module and the attachment component.
[0027] In one embodiment, the adjusting element is guided on the vacuum element or on an element rigidly connected to the vacuum element. The movement of the adjusting element relative to the vacuum element can occur along a straight or curved guide path, for example, a circular arc. This guided movement can, for example, open a flow opening to allow airflow between the vacuum element and the attachment component, thus eliminating the vacuum effect between them.
[0028] In principle, the adjusting element can be rotatable, displaceable, and / or tiltable relative to the vacuum element. For example, the adjusting element can be pivotable as a flap element or lever element on the vacuum element or on a component connected to the vacuum element and can be pivoted relative to the vacuum element to open a flow opening and thus eliminate a vacuum effect between the vacuum element and the attachment component.
[0029] The first assembly is directly or indirectly connected to the adjusting element, such that a movement of the first assembly also leads to a movement of the adjusting element, in particular to the release of the locking module from the mounting component. If the first assembly is arranged directly on the adjusting element, it is rigidly connected to the adjusting element, for example by a screw connection. If the first assembly is indirectly connected to the adjusting element, it can, for example, be arranged on an actuating element that is operatively connected to the adjusting element in such a way that actuation of the actuating element also moves the adjusting element. The actuating element can, for example, be designed as a lever which, when pivoted, acts on the adjusting element and moves it, so that, for example, a flow opening is released to eliminate a negative pressure effect between the vacuum element and the attachment component.
[0030] In one specific embodiment, the closure module comprises a cylinder section that is rigidly connected to the vacuum element and guides the adjusting element. For example, the adjusting element, with its head section (having a circular cross-section), can be located within a cylindrical cavity (also with a circular cross-section) of the cylinder section and be adjustable by sliding along an inner surface of the cylinder section that surrounds the cylindrical cavity. The adjusting element thus acts like a piston within the cylindrical cavity of the cylinder section, so that by adjusting the element within this cavity, the volume of the space between the vacuum element and the attachment component can be increased. During adjustment, the adjusting element is moved within the cylinder section and therefore slides within the cavity of the cylinder section.
[0031] In one embodiment, the adjusting element is guided along a guide track extending along a section of a helix relative to the cylinder part. The guide track can, for example, be formed on a guide element that has a circumferential surface extending around the cylinder part and is thus arranged radially outside the cylinder part. The guide track can be formed into the circumferential surface in the manner of a cam profile, with, for example, a guide element of a housing part connected to the adjusting element being guided in the guide track.
[0032] In this context, it is conceivable and possible to provide a single guide track along which the adjusting element is guided. However, it is also conceivable and possible to provide several guide tracks offset from one another, into each of which a guide element of a housing part connected to the adjusting element engages, thus providing smooth, defined guidance of the adjusting element relative to the cylinder part, preventing any tilting between the adjusting element and the cylinder part.
[0033] The guide track extends along a section of a helix. By being guided by this track, the adjusting element can be moved axially in a gradual manner along a helical path provided by the helix. A rotational movement of the adjusting element is thus translated into an axial movement along the cylinder axis of the cylinder part, allowing the adjusting element to be easily adjusted by twisting.
[0034] The adjusting element can preferably be sealed fluid-tight against the inner surface of the cylinder part via the head section located in the cavity of the cylinder part. For this purpose, the head section fits so precisely into the cavity of the cylinder part that air cannot flow past it. Thus, no air can flow past the head section into the space formed between the vacuum element and the attachment component, so that – without adjusting the adjusting element – the vacuum in this space is maintained to reliably hold the assemblies together.
[0035] The cylinder head section can fit precisely into the cavity of the cylinder part. However, it is also conceivable and possible, for example, to provide a circumferential seal on the cylinder head section to seal the transition between the cylinder head section and the inner surface of the cylinder part.
[0036] In one embodiment, the flow opening is formed on the cylinder part. When the adjusting element is moved from its first position, the flow opening is released, allowing an airflow between the vacuum element and the attachment component, thus eliminating the vacuum between them. The flow opening functions as a valve that is closed when the vacuum element is attached to the attachment component, maintaining a vacuum between the two. To open the connection device, the flow opening can be opened by adjusting the element, allowing an external airflow to enter between the vacuum element and the attachment component. This eliminates the holding forces of the connecting device, allowing the assemblies connected via the connecting device to be easily separated from each other.
[0037] The flow opening can be formed on the cylinder wall of the cylinder part at an axially recessed position, i.e., at a position arranged such that, when the vacuum element is attached to the attachment component, the head section of the adjusting element lies between the flow opening and the attachment component, thus closing a flow path between the flow opening and a space between the attachment component and the vacuum element. During adjustment, the adjusting element slides within the cavity of the cylinder part and sweeps across the flow opening, thereby opening a flow path between the vacuum element and the attachment component, allowing air to flow in.
[0038] In one embodiment, the locking module features an elastic preload element that preloads the adjusting element towards its first position. The adjusting element is thus held in its first position by spring action, for example, by means of a compression spring acting between the adjusting element and the cylinder part. During adjustment, the adjusting element moves against the preloading effect of the preload element, so that after the actuation is complete, the adjusting element automatically returns to its first position.
[0039] In one embodiment, an attachment assembly can be affixed to the mounting component of the second assembly, for example, in the form of a flat mounting surface. This attachment assembly has a mounting part with which the locking module can interact to connect the assemblies. The attachment assembly can improve the stability of the connection device and, in particular, ensure a defined position between the locking module and the attachment component, especially for supporting lateral forces acting between the locking module and the attachment component.
[0040] For example, the adjusting element can have a first positive locking section and the attachment part a second positive locking section. When the locking module and the attachment part are brought into contact, the positive locking sections engage with each other in such a way that transverse movement between the locking module and the attachment component is blocked. By means of the positive locking sections, movement transverse to an attachment direction, along which the locking module and the attachment component are to be attached to each other, can thus be blocked, so that forces acting in the transverse direction (i.e., forces acting in the plane of the attachment surface) can be absorbed and supported.
[0041] Additionally or alternatively, this mounting assembly can also secure the locking module in its rotational position, thus absorbing and supporting torsional forces. For this purpose, the vacuum element or an element connected to the vacuum element, such as the cylinder part, can have a first engagement section, while the mounting part (on the other, second assembly) has a second engagement section. When the locking module and the mounting part are attached to each other, the engagement sections lock together, thereby preventing any rotational movement of the vacuum element relative to the mounting part.
[0042] The engagement sections can be formed, for example, by a toothing (preferably circumferential on a circular edge section) on the vacuum element or the element connected to the vacuum element on the one hand and the attachment part on the other.
[0043] In one embodiment, the locking module has a first magnetic element for magnetically assisting the connection of the assemblies to one another. This first magnetic element can, for example, be arranged on the adjusting element and is thus moved together with the adjusting element. Alternatively or additionally, a magnetic element can also be provided on the vacuum element or on an element connected to the vacuum element, for example, the cylinder part.
[0044] A second magnetic element can be attached to the attachment component. This second magnetic element can, for example, be located on the attachment component and, together with the attachment component, be mounted on the attachment component. The magnetic elements of the closure module on the one hand and the attachment component on the other serve to provide a magnetic attraction when the closure module and the attachment component are attached to each other, so that the creation of the vacuum is magnetically assisted (preferably automatically). Upon attachment, the closure module and the attachment component are magnetically attracted to each other due to the magnetic interaction, creating a (near) vacuum between the vacuum element and the attachment component, for example, by pressing the vacuum element, designed as an elastic cup element, against the attachment component, which serves as the attachment surface.
[0045] If the first magnetic element is positioned on the adjusting element, it moves along with the adjusting element when the latter is adjusted. This allows it to move away from the second magnetic element on the mounting component, thus weakening the magnetic attraction forces. Adjusting the adjusting element therefore also weakens the magnetic holding forces, which can contribute to easy, smooth, and pleasant opening.
[0046] The first and second magnetic elements can each be formed by a permanent magnet or an arrangement of several permanent magnets and interact magnetically to close the connection device by pointing opposite magnetic poles towards each other. Alternatively, one magnetic element could be formed by a permanent magnet or an arrangement of several permanent magnets, while the other magnetic element could be formed by a magnetic armature made of a ferromagnetic material.
[0047] In one embodiment, the locking module has one or more electrical contact elements that serve to electrically connect to one or more mating contact elements associated with the mounting component when the locking module is attached to the mounting component with the connection device closed. Thus, an electrical connection can also be established via the connection device – in addition to a mechanical connection for holding assemblies together. For example, currents for an electrical supply, such as for charging a mobile phone, can be transmitted via one or more electrical contact elements, or a data connection for exchanging data signals can be provided.
[0048] The connection device according to the invention serves, for example, to attach a mobile phone in a vehicle, for example to a windshield or to a dashboard.
[0049] The problem is solved by a system comprising a mobile phone and a connecting device for detachably connecting the mobile phone to another assembly. The connecting device includes a locking module with a vacuum element that can be connected to an attachment component for connecting the mobile phone to the other assembly in an insertion direction. In a connected position, the locking module and the attachment component interact such that, when the locking module and the attachment component are subjected to a load opposite to the insertion direction relative to each other, the vacuum element and the attachment component are held together by a vacuum effect between them. The locking module includes a first magnetic element for magnetically supporting the connection of the mobile phone to the other assembly. The vacuum element is formed by a cup element that is at least partially elastic. The mounting component is formed by a housing surface of the mobile phone that serves as a mounting surface. A mounting assembly with a mounting part and a second magnetic element received in a receiving opening of the mounting part is arranged on the mounting surface to interact magnetically with the first magnetic element of the locking module.
[0050] In an advantageous embodiment, the first magnetic element is arranged on the vacuum element or on a component of the closure module connected to the vacuum element. A second magnetic element is attached to the attachment component and interacts with the first magnetic element in such a way that the attachment of the closure module to the attachment component is facilitated by magnetic attraction.
[0051] The mobile phone thus features a connection device that enables a simple yet robust connection of the mobile phone to another component (for example, a helmet, especially a sports helmet such as a ski helmet, or a vehicle, such as a bicycle or motor vehicle, for example, a dashboard in the interior of a motor vehicle). The connection of the mobile phone to the other component is achieved via the connection device, whose locking module interacts with the attachment component through both a vacuum effect and a magnetic interaction, and is thus held in a connected position on the attachment component.
[0052] Due to the vacuum effect, impact loads can be effectively absorbed and dissipated, preventing the mobile phone from detaching from the other assembly. The magnetic interaction allows for easy closure of the connection device, automatically creating a vacuum between the vacuum element and the attachment component.
[0053] The vacuum element preferably has a cup element that is at least partially elastic or is formed by such a cup element. The vacuum element can thus be elastically deformed when the closure module is attached to the attachment component, which promotes a vacuum effect between the vacuum element and the attachment component for a secure hold.
[0054] In one embodiment, the locking module has one or more electrical contact elements that serve to electrically connect to one or more mating contact elements associated with the mounting component when the locking module is attached to the mounting component with the connection device closed. Thus, an electrical connection can also be established via the connection device – in addition to a mechanical connection for holding the mobile phone to an associated assembly. For example, currents for an electrical supply, such as for charging the mobile phone, can be transmitted via one or more electrical contact elements, or a data connection for exchanging data signals can be provided.

[0056] Fig. 1A , 1B bis 6A-6C Figure 1 shows a first embodiment of a connecting device 1, which – in the illustrated embodiment – serves to attach an electronic device in the form of a camera 4 to a helmet 5 (e.g., a ski or bicycle helmet). The camera 4 can be detachably connected to a mounting surface 50 of the helmet 5 via the connecting device 1, so that, for example, video recordings can be made while the helmet 5 is in use.
[0057] The connecting device 1 has a locking module 2 that can be attached to a mounting assembly 3 on the side of the helmet 5. The locking module 2 consists of a plurality of interacting parts and is fixed to the camera 4, whereby the connection of the locking module 2 to the camera 4 can (also) be detachable in order to allow the connecting device 1 to be used, for example, on different electronic devices.
[0058] The locking module 2 has a housing part 20 which is cylindrically shaped and is firmly connected via fastening points 201 to an adjusting element 23 which is centrally located in the housing part 20.
[0059] The adjusting element 23 has a shaft 230 and a fastening point 231 arranged thereon, by means of which the adjusting element 23 is fixed to the housing part 20. At an end facing away from the bottom of the housing part 20, the adjusting element 23 has a head section 232 that projects radially outwards beyond the shaft 230.
[0060] The housing part 20 and the adjustment element 23, which is rotatably connected to the housing part 20, are firmly connected to the camera 4.
[0061] As for example the section view according to Fig. 2C The adjusting element 23 is located in a cylindrical cavity 253 of a cylinder part 25 such that the head section 232 is guided slidably on an inner surface 250 of the cylinder part 25. The cylinder part 25, which is cylindrical with a circular cross-section, is fixedly connected to a guide part 21, which has an opening 212 through which the adjusting element 23 engages with its shaft 230. A collar 213 projects axially from a base of the guide part 21 facing the bottom of the housing part 20. The cylinder part 25 engages in this collar and is fixedly connected to the guide part 21 via this collar (for example, by welding or bonding).
[0062] The guide element 21 also has a cylindrical basic shape, with a cylindrical outer surface 210 that extends circumferentially around the cylinder part 25 accommodated within the guide element 21 and is thus arranged radially outside the cylinder part 25. A plurality of circumferentially offset, parallel, helical guide tracks 211 are formed on the outer surface 210. These guide tracks are formed as cams in the outer surface 210 and engage with guide elements 202 in the form of pins on the housing part 20 (projecting radially inwards from a outer surface 200 of the housing part 20).By means of the engagement of the guide elements 202 of the housing part 20 in the guide tracks 211 of the guide part 21, the housing part 20 (and also the adjusting element 23) is positively guided on the guide part 21 about an axis of rotation R, so that when the housing part 20 is rotated about the axis of rotation R, the assembly formed from the housing part 20 and the adjusting element 23 follows the helical guide tracks 211 and thereby moves the adjusting element 23 axially within the cylinder part 25.
[0063] The cylinder part 25 is rigidly connected to a vacuum element 27 in the form of an elastic cup element 27, by the cylinder part 25 engaging in a collar 270 of the vacuum element 27 and being clamped to the vacuum element 27 by means of a circumferential tension spring 26. The vacuum element 27 is thus rigidly, and in particular also fluid-tightly, connected to the cylinder part 20.
[0064] The adjusting element 23 is pre-tensioned relative to the guide part 21 and thus relative to the cylinder part 25 by means of a pre-tensioning element in the form of a compression spring 22 encompassing the shaft 230, in the direction of the Fig. 2C The starting position is shown. In the starting position, the head section 232 of the adjusting element 23 thus lies at an end of the cylinder part 25 that faces away from the guide part 21. In this position, the guide part 21 is retracted maximally into the housing part 20.
[0065] The mounting surface 50 on the helmet 5 serves to attach the vacuum element 27 in the form of the cup element. The mounting assembly 3, comprising a mounting part 30 and a magnetic element 31 received in a receiving opening 302 of the mounting part 30, is arranged on the mounting surface 50 of the helmet 5. The locking module 2 for connecting the camera 4 to the helmet 5 is attached to this mounting assembly 3.
[0066] The locking module 2 has a magnetic element 24 which is received in a receiving opening 234 of the adjusting element 23 and which, when the locking module 2 is attached to the mounting surface 50, magnetically attracts the magnetic element 31 of the mounting assembly 3, so that the locking module 2 (with the camera 4 attached to it) is magnetically attracted to the mounting assembly 3 of the helmet 5. On the side of the head section 232 facing away from the housing part 20, the adjusting element 23 has a positive-locking section 233 in the form of a conical recess, which, when the locking module 2 is attached, engages with an associated positive-locking section 300 in the form of a conical protrusion on the mounting part 30, so that the locking module 2 is attached to the mounting assembly 3 of the helmet 5 in a defined manner.
[0067] The positive locking mechanism between the positive locking sections 233 and 300 serves to advantageously absorb transverse forces in the plane of the mounting surface 50 when the connecting device 1 is closed. Furthermore, the positive locking mechanism engages the locking module 2 with the mounting assembly 3 in a centered manner.
[0068] When the locking module 2 is attached to the mounting surface 50, as can be seen from the transition of Fig. 2A-2C towards Fig. 3A-3C As can be seen, the vacuum element 27 is elastically deformed at a cup-shaped edge section 272 projecting radially beyond the cylinder part 25, causing air to escape from a space B formed between the vacuum element 27 and the contact surface 50. Thus, when the closure module 2 is loaded, a suction vacuum is created between the vacuum element 27 and the contact surface 50. In this way, impulse-like impact forces can be absorbed and dissipated at the connecting device 1 when the helmet 5 is in use, ensuring that the camera 4 is held securely and reliably on the helmet 5 even under impact.
[0069] On a circumferential edge of the cylinder part 25 facing the attachment part 30, an engagement section 252 in the form of a toothing is formed, which, when the locking module 2 is attached to the attachment assembly 3, engages positively with a circumferential engagement section 301 in the form of a toothing on the attachment part 30, as can be seen from a combination of Fig. 2C and 3C and Fig. 1A and 1B This is evident. In this way, the cylinder part 25 and, via this, also the guide part 21 and the vacuum element 27 are fixed in a rotationally fixed manner to the attachment assembly 3 and thus to the helmet 5, so that torsional forces acting on the vacuum element 27 can be effectively absorbed and dissipated.
[0070] In the connected position, the camera 4 is thus securely fixed to the helmet 5 via the connecting device 1.
[0071] To open the connecting device 1, as shown in Fig. 4A bis 4C As shown, the camera 4, and above it also the housing part 20 and the associated adjusting element 23, are rotated in a direction D about the axis of rotation R relative to the cylinder part 25. Due to the engagement of the engagement sections 252, 301 on the side of the cylinder part 25 and the attachment part 30, it is ensured that the cylinder part 23 cannot rotate during this rotational movement and thus the adjusting element 23 moves within the cylindrical cavity 253 of the cylinder part 25.
[0072] By rotating the housing part 20 and by guiding the housing part 20 on the guide part 21, the adjusting element 23 within the cylinder part 25 is adjusted axially along the axis of rotation R and thus, as shown in the figure Fig. 4C evidently, from the attachment part 30. This causes, firstly, the magnetic elements 24, 31 to move further apart, thus weakening the magnetic attraction between them. Secondly, this causes the head section 232 to slide within the cavity 253 and sweep across a flow opening 251 in the wall of the cylinder part 25, allowing an airflow F to enter chamber B through the flow opening 251 and thus equalizing any negative pressure in chamber B. The holding force caused by the negative pressure element 27 is thereby eliminated, so that – as in Fig. 5A bis 5C shown - the edge section 272 of the vacuum element 27 lifted from the contact surface 50 and - as shown in Fig. 6A bis 6C shown - the shutter module 2 together with the camera 4 can be removed from the mounting surface 50.
[0073] The helical guide of the housing part 20 on the guide part 21 allows for easy adjustment of the adjusting element 23. This makes releasing the connecting device 1 tactilely pleasant and convenient for the user, while maintaining high load-bearing capacity of the connecting device 1 in the connected position.
[0074] If the locking module 2 has been separated from the mounting assembly 3, the adjusting element 23 returns to its initial position due to the preloading effect of the preloading element 22 in the form of the compression spring, rotating the cylinder part 25 and the adjusting element 23 relative to each other. The locking module 2 can then be reattached to the mounting assembly 3 if desired.
[0075] Via the head section 232, which is (largely) fluid-tight within the cavity 253 of the cylinder part 25, a fluid-tight separation is created between the flow opening 251 and the space B formed between the vacuum element 27 and the contact surface 50 when the connecting device 1 is connected. By adjusting the adjusting element 23 within the cavity 253, this flow opening 251 comes into flow contact with space B, allowing air to flow into space B and thus disconnecting the connecting device 1.
[0076] A vacuum between the vacuum element 27 and the contact surface 50 is particularly effective under sudden, short-term loads. When a load (for example, tensile force) is applied to the closure module 2, a force acts in the direction of an enlargement of space B, resulting in a vacuum within this space B. The vacuum element 27, which forms a continuous seal against the contact surface 50, thus effectively absorbs particularly sudden loads.
[0077] Additionally, magnetic elements 24 and 31 provide a hold, ensuring that the closure module 2 is held magnetically against the attachment assembly 3. The magnetic elements 24 and 31 further assist in the attachment of the closure module 2 and the attachment assembly 3 to one another, pressing the vacuum element 27 against the attachment surface 50.
[0078] Because a vacuum created between the vacuum element 27 and the mounting surface 50 is particularly effective under sudden impact loads, the connecting device 1 also ensures emergency detachment under larger, prolonged loads. For example, if a (predetermined) limit force is exceeded, the camera 4 can be detached from the helmet 5 by releasing the vacuum element 27 from the mounting surface 50. The vacuum element 27 and the vacuum force applied to it can be dimensioned accordingly for this purpose.
[0079] In another embodiment, shown in Fig. 7A bis 7C The connecting device 1 serves to attach a mobile phone 5 or another electronic device (for example, a navigation device) in a vehicle, for example, on the dashboard or windshield of the vehicle. In this case, the mounting assembly 3 is arranged according to the invention on a housing surface of the mobile phone 5 which serves as a mounting surface 50, while the locking module 2 can be arranged on the vehicle, for example, by the locking module 2 being at least partially integrated into a dashboard and thus recessed.
[0080] Otherwise, the exemplary embodiment is according to Fig. 7A bis 7C identical to the above description, so full reference should be made to the above explanations.
[0081] At a Fig. 8A , 8B bis 10A-10C In the illustrated embodiment of a connecting device 1, a locking module 2 is to be attached to an attachment component 50 in the form of an attachment surface on an electronic device 5 or another assembly.
[0082] The closure module 2 has a vacuum element 27, which has a flexible edge section 272 and is connected to the attachment component 50 in the form of the attachment surface on the assembly 5 by elastic deformation to provide a vacuum effect. The flexible edge section 272 extends circumferentially as a cup element around a body 273, on which a flow opening 274 is formed and on which an adjusting element 23 in the form of a flap element is pivotally mounted via bearing elements 275 and an axle element 276.
[0083] An actuating element 28 is also arranged on the axle element 276, which interacts with the adjusting element 23 in the form of the flap element in order to actuate the adjusting element 23 to release the locking module 2 from the attachment component 50.
[0084] For example, from Fig. 9A und Fig. 9C As can be seen, the actuating element 28 is guided by a spring element 280 in the form of a tension spring in the direction of a Fig. 9A-9C The initial position shown is spring-loaded. Furthermore, the adjusting element 23 is held in place by a preload element 22 in the form of a compression spring. Fig. 9A-9C The closing position shown is spring-loaded, in which the adjusting element 23 closes the flow opening 274 in the body 273 of the vacuum element 27 fluid-tight with a closing element 235 in the form of a pin engaging in the flow opening 274, so that in particular no air can flow through the flow opening 274 between the vacuum element 27 and the attachment component 50.
[0085] In the Fig. 9A-9C In the position shown, in which the closure module 2 is attached to the mounting component 50 of the assembly 5, a vacuum effect exists between the vacuum element 27 and the mounting component 50. Due to this vacuum effect, the closure module 2 is held on the mounting component 50, so that the closure module 2 cannot be easily removed from the mounting component 50, at least not without releasing the vacuum effect.
[0086] The actuating element 28 has fastening points 283, for example in the form of screw holes, through which the actuating element 28 can be connected to an associated, further assembly. For example, the actuating element 28 can be fixed to a vehicle, for example on the dashboard of a motor vehicle, in order to (removably) fix an assembly 5, for example an electronic device in the form of a mobile phone or the like, to the vehicle.
[0087] To release the locking module 2 from the attachment component 50, the adjusting element 23 is moved by actuating the actuating element 28, so that the flow opening 274 is released and an airflow can flow through the flow opening 274 between the vacuum element 27 and the attachment component 50, as shown in Fig. 10A-10C This is shown. A negative pressure effect between the negative pressure element 27 and the attachment component 50 is thus eliminated, so that no holding forces act (anymore) between the closure module 2 and the attachment component 50.
[0088] To actuate, the actuating element 28 is tilted about the axis element 276 relative to the vacuum element 27, as shown from Fig. 10A-10C This is evident. As a result, the actuating element 28, with a section 281 extending from the head end 282, acts on the adjusting element 23 and also pivots it about the axis element 276. The adjusting element 23 is thus moved – indirectly via the actuating element 28 – out of its closed position and releases the flow opening 274, so that the closure module 2 can be detached from the attachment component 50.
[0089] When the actuating element 28 is actuated, the spring element 280 is tensioned, as can be seen from Fig. 10A-10C This is evident. Furthermore, the preload element 22 is subjected to pressure. After the actuation is complete, the actuating element 28 and the adjusting element 23 return to their respective starting positions due to the spring action, as shown in Fig. 9A-9C , so that when the actuating element 28 is not actuated, the flow opening 274 is closed and the vacuum element 27 can thus be attached to a connecting component 50 for the reconnection of the closure module 2.
[0090] In the embodiment according to Fig. 8A , 8B bis 10A-10C Magnetic elements can be arranged on the one hand on the locking module 2 and on the other hand on the attachment component 50 to magnetically assist the attachment of the locking module 2 to the attachment component 50. However, this is not mandatory. The connecting device 1 can also be non-magnetic and hold the locking module 2 to the attachment component 50 solely due to the effect of negative pressure.
[0091] At a Fig. 11A , 11B bis 13A-13C The illustrated embodiment is, in contrast to the embodiment according to Fig. 8A , 8B bis 10A-10C , an adjusting element 23 is slidably arranged on a vacuum element 27 of a closure module 2 of a connecting device 1. The vacuum element 27 in turn has a flexible, elastically deformable edge section 272 in the form of a cup element, with which the vacuum element 27 can be attached to a planar mounting component 50 of an assembly 5 in order to be in the attached position ( Fig. 12A-12C ) to cause the closure module 2 to be held against the attachment component 50 due to a negative pressure effect.
[0092] In this embodiment, an adjusting element 23 is slidably guided on a body 273 of the vacuum element 27 along a guide direction extending transversely to an application direction A, by the adjusting element 23 engaging with a guide piece 236 in an associated guide device 277 on the body 273 of the vacuum element 27.
[0093] In a starting position, shown in Fig. 12A-12C The adjusting element 23, with a closing element 235 in the form of a pin, closes a flow opening 274 in the body 273, so that a negative pressure effect exists between the negative pressure element 27 and the attachment component 50, holding the closure module 2 in place when the closure module 2 is attached to the attachment component 50. In particular, when the flow opening 274 is closed, an inflow of air between the negative pressure element 27 and the attachment component 50 via the flow opening 274 is prevented.
[0094] To detach the locking module 2 from the attachment component 50, the adjusting element 23 can be moved transversely to the attachment direction A on the body 273 of the vacuum element 27, as shown in Fig. 13A-13C This is shown. This causes a preload element in the form of a compression spring acting between the adjusting element 23 and the vacuum element 27 to be compressed, and the flow opening 274 is released, so that an airflow can flow between the vacuum element 27 and the attachment component 50 and thus eliminates a vacuum effect between the vacuum element 27 and the attachment component 50.
[0095] After the actuation is completed, the adjusting element 23 automatically returns to its initial position due to the pressure effect of the preloading element 22. Fig. 12A-12C reset so that in the initial position with the adjusting element 23 not actuated, the flow opening 274 is closed again and the closure module 2 can thus be attached again to an associated attachment component 50 of an assembly 5.
[0096] The adjusting element 23 has attachment points 283 via which an associated assembly can be attached to the adjusting element 23. Actuation of the adjusting element 23 thus occurs during a relative movement between the assembly connected to the adjusting element 23 and the assembly 5 to which the locking module 2 is attached. For example, a user can grasp the assembly 5 to move the adjusting element 23 towards the vacuum element 27 and thus detach the assembly 5 from the locking module 2.
[0097] The assembly 5 could, for example, be an electronic device such as a mobile phone or the like. The adjusting element 23, on the other hand, could be fixed to a vehicle, for example, to the dashboard of a motor vehicle, so that the assembly 5 can be detachably attached to the vehicle via the connecting device 1.
[0098] In the embodiments described so far, the vacuum element is designed as an elastic cup element. However, this is not mandatory. In principle, rigid, non-elastic elements can also interact to create a vacuum and thus provide a holding force, although this is not within the scope of the present invention.
[0099] This is exemplified in a schematic representation of a model embodiment in Fig. 14 shown.
[0100] The connecting device 1 has a locking module 2 that can be attached to an assembly 5. The locking module 2 of the connecting device 1, which is rigid and inelastic, can, for example, be precisely fitted into an attachment component 50 in the form of an opening 500 in the assembly 5, so that the cylinder part 23 is essentially fluid-tight within the opening 500. When the locking module 2 is subjected to load, a vacuum is created between the cylinder part 25 and the walls of the opening 500, thus securing the locking module 2 to the assembly 5.An adjustable element 23 within the cylinder part 25 can be adjusted in the same manner as described above in order to release a flow path between a flow opening 251 in the cylinder part 25 and a space formed between the cylinder part 25 and the walls of the opening 500, so that air can flow into the space and the cylinder part 25 can thus be removed from the opening 500.
[0101] The cylindrical part 25 can be inserted precisely into the opening 500, thus creating a fluid-tight transition between the cylindrical part 25 and the walls of the opening 500. The outer shape of the cylindrical part 25 can be circular cylindrical, but it can also have a different outer shape, for example, a polygonal outer shape or any other cross-sectional shape.
[0102] Additionally, it is also conceivable and possible, for example, to provide one or more circumferential sealing rings in the form of sealing lips or the like on the outside of the cylinder part 25, which seal the transition between the cylinder part 25 and the walls of the opening 500 in a fluid-tight manner.
[0103] Fig. 15A , 15B bis 19A-19C Figure 1 shows an embodiment of a container in the form of a drinking bottle, in which a container body 51 of an assembly 5 can be connected to a lid 29 to close the container body 51. The lid 29 is part of a closure module 2 of a connection device 1, by means of which the lid 29 can be firmly but detachably connected to the container body 51.
[0104] The connecting device 1 is formed by the closure module 2, of which the lid 29 is a component, and an attachment assembly 3 with an attachment part 30, which is to be connected to the container body 51 via a thread 501. The attachment part 30 has a positive-locking section 300 in the form of a projecting pin, which has a central opening through which a user can, for example, drink from the drinking bottle when the lid 29 has been removed.
[0105] The cover 29 of the closure module 2, together with a flexible, circumferential edge section 272, forms a vacuum element 27, which can be attached to the attachment part 30 of the attachment assembly 3 in an attachment direction A and in the attached position ( Fig. 17A-17C ) is held against the attachment part 30 under negative pressure. An engagement opening 256 is formed on the inside of the lid 29, into which the positive locking section 300 of the attachment part 30 engages when the closure module 2 is attached. A seal 254 in the form of an O-ring is arranged on the inner surface of the engagement opening 256, which seals the transition between the lid 29 and the positive locking section 300 in a fluid-tight, and in particular moisture-tight, manner, so that liquid cannot escape from the container 50 to the outside when the lid 29 is attached to the container body 51.
[0106] On a surface 304 facing the lid 21, the attachment part 30 has receiving openings 302 into which magnetic elements 31 are inserted and connected to the attachment part 30. Likewise, receiving openings 255 are formed on the inside of the lid 29, into which magnetic elements 24 are inserted and thus held on the lid 29.
[0107] The magnetic elements 31 on the attachment part 30, on the one hand, and the magnetic elements 24 on the cover 29, on the other hand, are, viewed circumferentially around the attachment direction A, equally distributed and alternately polarized. A magnetic element 31 of the attachment part 30 thus points with a north pole N towards the cover 29, while adjacent magnetic elements 31 each point with a south pole S towards the cover 29, followed by further north poles N. Similarly, a magnetic element 24 of the cover 29 points with a south pole S towards the attachment part 30, while adjacent magnetic elements 24 each point with a north pole N towards the attachment part 30, followed by further south poles S.
[0108] When the lid 29 is attached to the attachment part 30 to close the drinking bottle, the opposite poles of the magnetic elements 24, 31 attract each other, so that the lid 29 is drawn towards the attachment part 30, whereby the form-fitting section 300 engages with the engagement opening 256 and, under elastic deformation of the flexible edge section 272, a vacuum effect is created between the lid 29 and the attachment part 30 (see the transition of Fig. 16A-16C towards the assigned position according to Fig. 17A-17C ). In the established position ( Fig. 17A-17C ) the lid 29 is thus held in place firstly by the magnetic attraction between the magnetic elements 24, 31 and secondly by the negative pressure effect on the attachment part 30.
[0109] To detach the lid 29 from the attachment part 30 and thus from the container body 51, the lid 29 can be rotated along an opening direction O, along which the lid 29 is rotatable about a rotation axis R defined by the engagement of the positive locking section 300 in the engagement opening 256 relative to the attachment part 30. This causes the magnetic elements 24, 31 with like poles to approach each other, thus creating a magnetic repulsion between the magnetic elements 24, 31. This magnetic repulsion can weaken or even overcome the vacuum effect between the lid 29 and the attachment part 30, so that the lid 29 can be easily detached from the attachment part 30 in the opposite direction A, and the drinking bottle can thus be opened. This is in the transition of Fig. 18A-18C towards Fig. 19A-19C As shown. This twisting motion can also open a flow orifice.
[0110] A connection of a lid 29 with a container 5 of the described type is not only conceivable and possible for a drinking bottle, for example for use on a bicycle, but can also be used on completely other, arbitrary containers that can be closed with a lid.
[0111] Fig. 20A-20C and 21A-21C Figure 1 shows an embodiment of a connecting device 1 according to the invention, which has a locking module 2 with a vacuum element 27 that can be attached in an attachment direction A to an attachment part 30 of an attachment assembly 3 connected to an assembly 5. A further assembly can be connected to the vacuum element 27, so that the assembly 5, an electronic device in the form of a mobile phone, can be arranged on the further assembly via the connecting device 1.
[0112] The vacuum element 27 has a flexible edge section 272 in the form of a cup element. In addition, a magnetic element 24 is arranged on a body 273, which, when the closure module 2 is attached to the attachment assembly 3, interacts magnetically with a magnetic element 31 on the attachment part 30 of the attachment assembly 3, thus magnetically assisting the attachment of the closure module 2 to the attachment assembly 3.
[0113] In position ( Fig. 21A-21C ) a vacuum effect exists between the vacuum element 27 of the closure module 2 and an attachment component 50 of the assembly 5, on which the attachment assembly 3 is arranged, due to elastic deformation of the flexible edge section 272 and the creation of a (near) vacuum between the vacuum element 27 and the attachment component 50.
[0114] In this embodiment, the locking module 2 is detached from the mounting assembly 3 by pulling or tilting the locking module 2 on the vacuum element 27.
[0115] In the illustrated embodiment, electrical contact elements 6 are arranged on the locking module 2, which, when the locking module 2 is attached to the mounting assembly 3, electrically contact associated mating contact elements 7 on the mounting assembly 3, as shown in the illustration. Fig. 20C in conjunction with Fig. 21C This is evident. An electrical connection can thus be established between the assembly 5 assigned to the mounting assembly 30 and an assembly assigned to the locking module 2 via the contact elements 6 and the mating contact elements 7, for example to provide an electrical supply or a data connection.
[0116] In the illustrated embodiment, the electrical contact elements 6 have contact pins 61 which are elastically supported on the body 273 of the vacuum element 27 by means of spring elements 62 and are connected to electrical conductors 60. The mating contact elements 7, on the other hand, can be designed, for example, as contact pads or the like on a top surface of the attachment part 30 facing the vacuum element 27, so that in a position of the closure module 2 attached to the attachment assembly 3 ( Fig. 21A-21C ) electrically contact the contact elements 6 with the mating contact elements 7.
[0117] A in Fig. 22A-22C bis 24A-24C The illustrated embodiment is identical to the one based on Fig. 1A , 1B bis 6A-6C described embodiment, wherein electrical contact elements 6 are additionally arranged on the locking module 2 on one side and on the mounting assembly 3 on the other, which, when the locking module is attached to the mounting assembly 3 ( Fig. 24A-24C ) electrically contact each other and thus establish an electrical connection between the assemblies assigned to the connection device 1, for example for an electrical supply of an assembly 5, according to the invention an electronic device in the form of a mobile phone, or for providing a data connection.
[0118] Otherwise, the exemplary embodiment should be as follows Fig. 22A-22C bis 24A-24C to the exemplary embodiment according to Fig. 1A , 1B bis 6A-6C The following points are referred to. Bezugszeichenliste
