Description

[0001] The invention relates to a holder for flowers and decorative items on window and door leaves according to the features of the preamble of claim 1.

[0002] There has long been a need for a technically simple and practical solution that is very flexible in its use and can be pre-installed on a window or door sash or can be retrofitted.

[0003] A number of such holders are known from literature and practice, but these do not meet the above-mentioned requirements.

[0004] For example, EP 0 374 447 A1 discloses a form-fitting solution in the form of a two-part window frame, particularly for caravans, mobile homes or the like, in which the outer frame (1) is provided with a profile rail (7) for receiving the upper edge of the window pane (5) or for linking a hinge rail (6) arranged on the upper edge of the window pane (5), which profile rail is provided with a receiving groove (8) running across the entire width of the upper cross member of the outer frame (1). In order to further develop a two-part window frame of this type in such a way that it can be used in a simple manner to hold and support various accessories, this solution proposes that on the lower cross member (13) of the window frame, a further profile rail (12) running across its entire width is formed, with an insertion groove (14) for attaching an accessory part (9, 10, 18, 19a, 19b, 19c, 20).

[0005] The lower part of an accessory, in particular a support frame 9, is inserted into the profile rail 12 with a positive fit.

[0006] The insertion groove 14 is thus an integral part of the window frame, whereby the connection between the profile rail 12 and the insertion groove 14 is made exclusively by positive locking after insertion.

[0007] The object of the invention is to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art and to provide such a holder for flowers and decorative items on window or door sashes. This solution should be retrofittable in a window or door sash and be based on a force-locking connection between the window or door sash and the holder.

[0008] The object of the invention is achieved by a holder for flowers and decorative items on window and door sashes with the features of claim 1 and a use according to claim 4. Essential to the invention is that the holder is or can be connected to the window or door sash in a force-locking manner. An attachment part is arranged in a form-locking manner on the base body of the holder. The form-locking is achieved in a technically simple manner by laterally inserting an insert part into an insertion opening of the base body.

[0009] A force-locking securing of this insert in the installed position or during the functional use of the holder is carried out in a technically simple manner by applying the dead load and / or the payload.

[0010] When the insert is manually inserted into a slot, the holder's dead weight is not applied. After manual manipulation, which does not involve manual holding, the payload, such as a flowerpot, acts as a securing mechanism for the insert.

[0011] This connection enables multifunctional use for the user in a surprisingly simple way, which is very easy to manipulate and handle and yet still achieves the required tipping safety with simple technical means.

[0012] The bracket according to the invention can be mounted on the window or door sash during manufacture or retrofitted without damaging the sash. It is also easily possible to mount the bracket only temporarily.

[0013] The bracket can generally be arranged inside or, in the case of outward-opening wings, outside.

[0014] The dependent claims 2 to 3 contain advantageous embodiments of the invention without limiting it.

[0015] In the following, the invention will be explained in more detail with reference to drawings, although the invention is not limited by them.

[0016] They show in schematic representation: Fig. 1 a schematic view, namely a perspective side view in section of a window sash 10 with mounted bracket 1 and a window frame 11, Fig. 2 a schematic view, namely a sectional view of a window sash 10 with mounted bracket 1 and a window frame 11, Fig. 3 a schematic view, namely a perspective partial view, of an attachment part 8 of a holder 1, Fig. 4 a schematic view, namely a perspective partial view, of an alternative attachment part 8 of a holder 1, Fig. 5schematic views of three alternative embodiments a, b, c of the inner contour of an insertion opening 2.1 of a base body 2.

[0017] Figure 1 shows a schematic view, namely a perspective partial view in section, of a window sash 10 with mounted bracket 1 and a window frame 11.

[0018] The bracket 1 is arranged on the inside of the window sash 10, whereby the window sash 10 opens inwards.

[0019] The holder 1 consists in particular of a base body 2, which has an insertion opening 2.1, several screw connections 5 and a surrounding profile 3, and at least one insertion part 8.1, in Figure 1 not shown.

[0020] The enclosing profile 3 has two legs connected to each other, one of the legs 3.1 being arranged horizontally in the installed position and the second leg 3.2 being arranged vertically, projecting upwards.

[0021] The base body 2 thus has the shape of a U-profile. An adjustable clamping bar 4 is arranged on the inside of the base body 2, which can be adjusted horizontally in the usual way using several screw connections 5, each consisting of a threaded hole and a screw.

[0022] If the lower part of the window sash 10 is arranged in the cavity of the base body 2 with play, the clamping strip 4 can be adjusted towards the window sash 10 by tightening the screws and thus a force connection between the window sash 10 and the leg 3.2 and the clamping strip 4 can be achieved.

[0023] The insertion part 8.1 of the attachment part 8 is inserted into the insertion opening 2.1 with play, in Figure 1 not shown, inserted in the usual way.

[0024] In this embodiment, an existing window sash 10 can be retrofitted with the holder 1 according to the invention.

[0025] Figure 2 shows a base body 2, arranged inside the lower part of a window sash 10 with a window seal 12, in a schematic sectional view.

[0026] The base body 2 has an insertion opening 2.1 and a surrounding profile 3.

[0027] A spacer 4 is arranged on the base body 2 via a screw connection 5.

[0028] The enclosing profile 3 has two interconnected legs, one of which is arranged horizontally (3.1) in the installed position, and the other vertically (3.2), projecting upwards. Leg 3.1 is longer than the combined width of the lower part of the window sash 10 and the clamping strip 3, so that this part of the window sash 10 can be arranged between leg 3.2 and the clamping strip 4. A spacer 6 is attached to the inside of leg 3.2 to ensure the functional effect of the window seal 12. A seal 7 is attached to the outside of leg 3.2, towards the window frame, to ensure the functional effect of the window seal 12.

[0029] The insertion part 8.1 of the attachment part 8 can be inserted into the insertion opening 2.1 with some play, Figure 2 not shown, can be inserted.

[0030] In this embodiment, an existing window sash 10, which has a window seal 12, can be retrofitted with the holder 1 according to the invention.

[0031] Figure 3 shows a schematic view, namely a perspective partial view of an attachment part 8 of a holder 1. The attachment part 8 has a partially circular receptacle 13, which serves for placing flower pots, bowls, and decorative items. The outer contour of the insert part 8.1, here a hammerhead shape, corresponds to the insertion opening 2.1 of the base body 2, so that by inserting the insert part 8.1 into the insertion opening 2.1 of the base body 2 (not shown in the figure), a positive connection is created.

[0032] Figure 4 shows a schematic view, namely a perspective partial view of another attachment 8 of a holder 1.

[0033] The attachment part 8 has, in contrast to Figure 3, a box-shaped holder 13, which serves for placing flower pots, bowls and decorative items.

[0034] The attachments 8 according to Figure 4 and 5 are therefore basically suitable for form-fitting with the base body 2, according to the Figure 1 and 2 , to act.

[0035] Fig. 5 shows, by way of example, three different embodiments a, b, c of the inner contour of an insertion opening 2.1 of a holder 1, namely a mushroom head, round head and trapezoidal head shape.

[0036] Other conventional contour shapes are fundamentally possible within the meaning of the invention and are included in it, provided that they enable and ensure a simple and secure form fit.
