Description
[0001] The invention relates to a formwork device for forming a floor joint to be filled using joint filling material between a prefabricated wall element and an adjacent floor slab, wherein the formwork device has at least two formwork rails which are positioned on the floor joint in the formwork position and are fixed by means of a fastening device, wherein the fastening device has a holding device on at least one of the two rail ends of each formwork rail and the holding device is an active holding device or a passive holding device, wherein in each case two formwork rails arranged adjacent to one another in their formwork positions are coupled to one another at their two rail ends.
[0002] DE 10 2014 013 559 A1 discloses a generic formwork device with a formwork rail, which is provided for forming a floor joint between a prefabricated wall element and a floor slab and can be secured by means of a fastening device, wherein at least one fastening element of the fastening device can be secured in a holding engagement in the region of the outer side of the prefabricated wall element facing the formwork rail or the upper side of the floor slab. Document DE 10 2014 013 559 A1 discloses a formwork device according to the preamble of claim 1.
[0003] The object of the invention is to provide a shuttering device as mentioned above which is improved with regard to the fastening of the shuttering rail in its shuttering position to the floor joint, and to provide a shuttering arrangement with a shuttering device which is improved with regard to the fastening of the shuttering rail in its shuttering position to the floor joint.
[0004] The object is achieved according to the invention by a formwork device having the features of claim 1.
[0005] The problem is also solved by a formwork arrangement having the features of claim 13.
[0006] Advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in the dependent claims.
[0007] In the formwork device according to the invention, the fastening device on at least one of the two rail ends of each formwork rail is optionally designed as an active holding device or a passive holding device. An active holding device is a holding device that can exert a holding force or holding tension force, whereas a passive holding device is a holding device that can absorb a holding force or holding tension force. If two formwork rails arranged adjacent to one another in their formwork positions are coupled to one another at their two rail ends, one formwork rail with its active holding device holds the other formwork rail in engagement with its passive holding device at the floor joint in the correct position. The formwork rail which has the passive holding device at its rail end therefore usually does not require any further fastening in the area of this rail end, such as, for example,a fastening with a bracket.
[0008] Conveniently, the fastening device includes at least one bracket, which, in its functional position, is connected to the stop-end rail on the one hand and secured to the floor slab or the prefabricated wall element by means of a floor fixing unit or a wall fixing unit on the other. The bracket can be mounted and connected to the stop-end rail in various selectable positions, allowing the use of different floor fixing units or wall fixing units to secure the bracket to the floor slab or the prefabricated wall element.
[0009] A formwork device according to the invention can therefore be provided with a fastening device that requires a smaller number of fastenings or holding angles and can still provide the required holding force.
[0010] A prefabricated wall element is understood to mean any wall part or wall surface element which, for example, as part of a double wall element, is arranged during assembly in such a way that a joint remains between the wall part or wall surface element and a floor or a floor slab, which must be formed to prevent the escape of fresh concrete filling the double wall element.
[0011] The bracket preferably contains a base leg and a support leg. The base fixing unit secures the base leg to the base plate, and the support leg, which can also be referred to as the contact leg, is detachably connected to the stop rail when in contact with the stop rail. The bracket can be designed as an angle component with only these two legs, preferably at 90° to each other. Alternatively, the bracket can also have other profile shapes, for example, the shape of a rectangular tube, as long as the profile shape includes two parts such as the base leg and the support leg.
[0012] According to a preferred embodiment, the floor fixing unit comprises a dowel with a dowel pin. The dowel is inserted into a hole created in the floor plate. When the dowel pin, which penetrates a fixing opening in the floor leg, is received in the dowel in an anchoring position that spreads the dowel, the dowel or the dowel pin holds or fastens the floor leg to the floor plate.
[0013] The anchor preferably has a collar that axially secures the base leg. Alternatively or additionally, the anchor pin contained in the anchor can axially secure the base leg directly or indirectly via the collar using its head.
[0014] According to a further preferred embodiment, the dowel is preconfigured with the dowel pin as a one-piece assembly unit, and the dowel holds the dowel pin in a driven configuration. The dowel inserted into the bore is spread into a holding position by the dowel pin driven into the dowel.
[0015] Furthermore, it may be advantageous for the dowel and the dowel pin to be formed integrally as a one-piece assembly unit and connected to each other via a predetermined breaking point that can be separated when the dowel pin is driven in. The dowel and the dowel pin can be formed integrally as a one-piece assembly unit, for example, by plastic injection molding.
[0016] In both cases, a one-piece assembly unit facilitates handling of the dowel and the dowel pin.
[0017] The dowel pin advantageously contains a dowel pin head designed as an extraction aid. After use, the dowel pin can be extracted again using a tool that is applied to the extraction aid or the dowel pin head. The dowel pin head is designed, in particular, with an extraction collar as an extraction aid.
[0018] According to a further preferred embodiment, the floor fixing unit comprises a nail. The nail can be driven into the floor plate through a fixing opening in the floor plate to secure the floor leg. A nail as a fastening means has the advantage that no hole for a dowel or the like needs to be drilled in the floor plate at a precisely predetermined position.
[0019] It is particularly preferred if the floor fixing unit has an auxiliary driving part that is attached or inserted into the fixing opening of the floor leg and, in particular, positions a nailing device for shooting the nail through the fixing opening. This can significantly facilitate the driving of a nail to fix the floor leg. The auxiliary driving part can also be preconfigured with a nail in the correct position.
[0020] The auxiliary driving part expediently includes a base with a positioning or centering projection arranged on its underside and insertable into the fixing opening of the base leg. Furthermore, the auxiliary driving part expediently includes a guide part on its upper side, which positions the nailing device in its nailing position. The guide part is preferably formed as a guide or wall section. This guide or wall section can be curved or concave relative to a base center of the auxiliary driving part intended for the passage of the nail. However, the auxiliary driving part can also have other guide parts such as ribs or webs or the like, which do not necessarily have to form a closed guide wall.
[0021] The auxiliary impact part is formed, for example, as a plastic injection-molded part.
[0022] The auxiliary driving part preferably includes a positioning device on its base or on its base underside. Such a positioning device can ensure the arrangement of the auxiliary driving part with correct alignment of the guide part for the nailing device or nailing tool to be applied. Such a positioning device is, for example, a positioning projection arranged on the auxiliary driving part, which engages in an associated positioning opening in the base leg, or a profiling, in particular on the centering projection, which interacts with a corresponding profiling of the fixing opening of the base leg. Accordingly, the fixing opening can be a round hole or an opening with a different cross-section, which is produced, for example, by punching out the base leg.
[0023] Preferably, the centering projection of the driving aid is detachably connected to the base of the driving aid via a weakened material section or predetermined breaking point. After use, the driving aid, together with its base, can be separated from the centering projection by impact, e.g., using a hammer. The base leg can then be pulled off the centering projection, and the nail can then be removed together with the centering projection using pliers. Depending on the shape of the centering projection, the weakened material section and the predetermined breaking point can be round, square, or other shapes, including ring-shaped.
[0024] The driving aid is conveniently assembled as an assembly unit with a nail mounted on it in the driving position. This facilitates handling during installation.
[0025] The invention thus fundamentally also relates to a floor fixing unit for securing a stop rail, which, in the stop position, is positioned at a floor joint to be filled with joint filler material between a prefabricated wall element and an adjacent floor slab and is secured by means of the floor fixing unit. The floor fixing unit has an auxiliary driving part that is inserted into a fixing opening of a floor leg of a bracket holding the stop rail and, in particular, positions a nailing device for shooting a nail through the fixing opening by means of a guide part of the floor fixing unit or the auxiliary driving part. The floor fixing unit expediently has the aforementioned preferred embodiments.
[0026] The base leg of the bracket can preferably have two or more fixing openings for the selective insertion of a ground fixing unit, a respective driving-in aid, or a respective dowel. The at least two fixing openings are expediently arranged at different distances from the support leg. By selecting from several of these differently spaced fixing openings, it is ensured that a suitable position for a drill hole can be found even when drilling resistances such as steel reinforcements or the like are present in the base plate. Preferably, an above-mentioned positioning device or a part of the positioning device, such as the positioning opening, is arranged at each fixing opening.
[0027] The support leg of the bracket can be conveniently secured to the stop rail in the support position using a fastening element that can be moved and secured, for example, along a longitudinal guide or longitudinal groove of the stop rail. The fastening element preferably contains a screw, allowing for easy removal and adjustment. However, other fastening elements are also suitable.
[0028] According to the invention, it is provided that the active holding device has an engagement part with a bevel or with a wedge at the rail end of one shuttering rail and that the engagement part interacts with an associated contact part of the passive holding device having a bevel or a wedge at the rail end of the other shuttering rail.
[0029] Furthermore, it can be provided that the engagement part or the bevel is formed at an acute angle, in particular approximately 45°, to the front or outer side of the stop rail, and the contact part or the bevel is formed at a corresponding acute angle, in particular approximately 45°, to the rear rail wall of the stop rail. With the same angles, the production of the stop rail is simplified, since a separating cut for separating the rail end is made with the cutting tool at the same angular position to the stop rail.
[0030] The stop rail is expediently attached to the base plate by means of a retaining bracket in the area of its rail end with the active retaining device, and secured at its opposite rail end via the passive retaining device. Furthermore, the stop rail can only be attached to the base plate by means of a retaining bracket in the area of its rail end with the active retaining device if it is secured at its opposite rail end via the passive retaining device. This reduces the number of fastenings with retaining brackets.
[0031] In order to be able to use the formwork devices flexibly, it may be expedient if at least one of the formwork rails has a telescopic rail end part that is slidably received in the formwork rail and can be fixed thereto.
[0032] Preferably, the rail end section forms the active holding device or the passive holding device. Alternatively, the rail end section can form the active holding device or the passive holding device in a selectable installation position. This increases flexibility in use.
[0033] The stop rail preferably includes a longitudinal guide, longitudinal groove, or the like on at least one of its outer surfaces, outer sides, or outer wall, on or in which a fastening element for securing the bracket can be secured. The fastening means can be continuously displaced thereon and secured in any desired position to secure the bracket. Furthermore, instead of a longitudinal guide or a longitudinal groove, holes or a hole pattern for fastening elements can be provided in the wall of the stop rail intended for fastening the bracket. The bracket can be secured optionally in the positions specified by the positions of the holes.
[0034] In the same way, the rail end part for attaching a holding element can be formed with a longitudinal guide or a longitudinal groove as well as with holes or a hole pattern.
[0035] A sealing device can be provided on the stop rail, which, when the stop rail is in the stop position, can compensate for unevenness in the floor slab and / or the prefabricated wall element in the area of the stop rail or the rail end sections of the stop rail. A sealing strip or sealing film is expediently arranged on a lower floor-side rail wall and / or on a rear wall-side rail wall of the stop rail. The sealing strip or sealing film is expediently bonded with an adhesive that can be removed without leaving any residue, so that the stop rail does not require extensive cleaning for reuse.
[0036] A leveling element or leveling strip is advantageously arranged on a stop-form or rear wall surface of the rail end section facing the floor joint. This can compensate for a level difference between the two adjacent sealing surfaces of the rail end section and the stop-form rail, and can close a gap between the stop-form surface of the rail end section and the precast wall element adjacent to the floor joint. This prevents fresh concrete filling the joint from escaping.
[0037] Furthermore, a compensation device can be provided, by means of which the distance between the support leg of the bracket fixed to the floor slab and the stop rail can be adjusted. This compensation device can be used to press the stop rail into its sealing position against the prefabricated wall element, particularly if a sufficiently tight connection is not initially established via the already installed bracket.
[0038] A coupling unit can be provided that detachably connects two adjacent stop rails. This allows longer stop rail units to be formed as assembly units, reducing assembly time compared to installing individual stop rails.
[0039] The stop rail is expediently a hollow profile and, in particular, comprises a tube into which at least one rail end section is inserted and which can be adjusted and releasably secured in the longitudinal direction of the stop rail. Such a tube, in particular a rectangular, square, or even triangular one, provides the necessary joint stop surface.
[0040] According to a preferred embodiment, two stop rails can be connected to each other at an angle by means of a corner connection. The angle typically comprises a right angle between the two stop rails at an outside or inside corner of a wall, but can also deviate from this.
[0041] The stop rail and the rail end section are made of a sufficiently rigid and hard material such as metal, in particular steel or aluminum or a suitable alloy, or plastic or, for example, a composite material, so that the stop rail and the rail end section can be reused many times due to their material properties.
[0042] The shuttering device according to the invention therefore enables a joint or floor joint in a shuttering arrangement to be easily filled with a joint filler material formed by the pouring material, fresh concrete, or concrete slurry, so that the floor joint is filled and thus closed without the need for a separate joint filler or joint filler. The shuttering rails are reusable, and the adjustable rail end sections prevent the laborious shortening, cutting, or sawing of shuttering strips or shuttering rails during each installation.

[0044] A hollow or double wall element 1 (see Fig. 1 ) is manufactured in a known manner as a precast concrete element in a concrete plant and erected at its place of use for constructing a wall or wall on a base slab 2, such as a concrete base slab. The double wall element 1 has two spaced-apart flat concrete wall elements or prefabricated wall parts 3, which are held in their mutual distance by means of reinforcement 4 with a cavity 5 in between. The double wall element 1 is erected at a distance from the base slab 2 in such a way that a floor joint 6 is formed between a joint end face 7 at the lower edge 8 of each of the two prefabricated wall parts 3 and a surface 9 of the base slab 2.
[0045] Before the cavity 5 is filled with fresh concrete, the two floor joints 6 are sealed on the outside to prevent the fresh concrete to be poured into the cavity 5 of the double wall element 1 from escaping. A shuttering device 10 according to the invention in a shuttering arrangement 11 for the external shuttering of each floor joint 6 contains at least two shuttering rails 12 (see Fig. 2 to 4 ), which are applied to the prefabricated wall element 3 and the floor slab 2 in such a way that they formwork and cover the floor joint 6 and close or seal it against the escape of fresh concrete, which also forms a joint filling material.
[0046] The shuttering rail 12 is formed, for example, in the shape of a tube with, for example, a generally rectangular or square cross-section ( Fig. 6). A lower rail wall 13 of the stopform rail 12 forms a support surface for the stopform rail 12 resting on the floor slab 2. A rear rail wall 14 of the stopform rail 12 forms a joint stopform surface 15. The rear rail wall 14 covers the floor joint 6 and rests with its upper section against the prefabricated wall element 3. The height of the rear rail wall 14 of the stopform rail 12 is therefore greater than the height of the floor joint 6, so that a sufficient contact and sealing surface 16 remains in an upper section or strip of the stopform rail 12 or the rear rail wall 14 for contact with the prefabricated wall element 3.
[0047] The shuttering rail 12 has a holding device 19 at each of its two rail ends 17 and 18 ( Fig. 5), which is provided for establishing a holding engagement and in particular a form-fitting engagement. According to one embodiment, such a holding device 19 is an active holding device 20, which is designed such that it can transmit a holding clamping force from the stopform rail 12 to an associated component. According to a further embodiment, such a holding device 19 is a passive holding device 21, which is designed such that it can absorb a holding clamping force or can be acted upon by a holding clamping force. The holding clamping force is applied in particular from the stopform rail 12 via the active holding device 20 to the passive holding device 21 of the adjacent stopform rail 12.
[0048] The active holding device 20 contains an active engagement part for a particularly form-fitting transmission engagement. The active engagement part preferably has the shape of a wedge 22, which is formed by a bevel 23 on the rail end 17 of the stop rail 12. The bevel 23 is formed at an angle α of, for example, 45° to the longitudinal axis of the stop rail 12. In its stop position, the stop rail 12 is arranged on the floor joint 6 such that the bevel 23 is directed towards the prefabricated wall element 3 and the wedge tip 24 runs parallel to the prefabricated wall element 3 and on the outer side 25 of the stop rail 12 facing away from the prefabricated wall element 3.
[0049] The passive holding device 21 is formed in association with the active holding device 20 and has a passive engagement part for a positive transmission engagement. The passive engagement part also has the shape of a wedge 22', which is formed by a bevel 23' on the other rail end 18 of the stop rail 12, which is opposite the rail end 17 having the active holding device 20. The wedge 22' is formed complementarily to the wedge 22 of the active holding device 20, with its bevel 23' also being formed at an angle α of 45° to the longitudinal axis of the stop rail 12. When the stop shuttering rail 12 is arranged in its stop shuttering position at the floor joint 6, the bevel 23' of the wedge 23' of the passive engagement part is directed away from the prefabricated wall element 3 and the wedge tip 24' runs parallel to the inner joint stop shuttering surface 15 of the stop shuttering rail 12 which is adjacent to the prefabricated wall element 3. The two bevels 23 and 23' of the wedges 22 and22' at the two rail ends 17 and 18 are therefore arranged in planes parallel to each other.
[0050] Two shuttering rails 12 are arranged in their shuttering positions in such a way ( Fig. 4 and 5 ) that they are in contact with each other via their respective rail ends 17 and 18. The rail end 17 of one or the first stop-end rail 12, with its active holding device 20, exerts a holding force on the passive holding device 21 of the rail end 18 of the other or second stop-end rail 12. This other stop-end rail 12 is thus pressed against the prefabricated wall element 3 via its wedge 22'.
[0051] A fastening device for securing the stop-end rail 12 in its stop-end position comprises a retaining bracket 26. The retaining bracket 26 comprises a base leg 27 and a support leg 28, which extend at right angles to each other. At least one base fixing unit 29 secures the base leg 27 to the base plate 2 such that the support leg 28, which rests against the stop-end rail 12 in the support and contact position and is, in particular, detachably connected thereto, holds the stop-end rail 12 to the prefabricated wall element 3 and to the base plate 2.
[0052] Such a retaining bracket 26 is arranged on the above-mentioned first stop rail 12 near its rail end 17, which has the active retaining device 20, and secures it. The associated second stop rail 12 is secured to its rail end 18 via its passive retaining device 21, so that a retaining bracket 26 for the second stop rail 12 is usually not required in this area.
[0053] The second stop rail 12 is fixed in the region of its other rail end 18, which has the active holding device 20, with such a holding bracket 26. A further or third stop rail 12 can be arranged adjacent to the second stop rail 12 such that its rail end 18, which has the passive holding device 21, is in holding contact with the active holding device 20 at the rail end 17 of the adjacent second stop rail 12, so that a holding bracket 26 for securing the third stop rail 12 in the region of its rail end 18 is not required.
[0054] In this way, the formwork device 10 can form a longer floor joint 6 by arranging several formwork rails 12 in a row, whereby the respective combination of the active holding device 20 with the passive holding device 21 eliminates the need for a retaining bracket 26. This results in material savings as well as reduced assembly effort by eliminating the need to attach retaining brackets 26.
[0055] The shuttering rail 12 can have a rail end part 30 ( Figs. 7 and 8), which is formed, for example, as a tubular part with a cross-section adapted to the inner cross-section of the stop rail 12 in such a way that it can be displaced longitudinally and rotationally fixed in the stop rail 12 with largely no play. The rail end part 30 forms a telescopic extension of the stop rail 12. The rail end part 30 has, at least at one of its two ends, a holding device 19' which is similar to the holding device 19 of the stop rail 12 and is formed, for example, in the form of a wedge 31 with a wedge angle α of, for example, 45° to the longitudinal axis of the rail end part 30 and is cut or sawn off, for example, by a separating or sawing cut at 45°. The wedge 31 thus basically has the shape of the wedge 22 or 22' at the rail end 17 or 18 of the stop rail 12.The rail end part 30 can be inserted into the stop-end rail 12 in two positions pivoted by 180° about its longitudinal axis relative to one another such that its wedge 31 in one position replaces the active holding device 20 or the passive holding device 21 at the rail end of the stop-end rail 12 and itself forms a corresponding effective active holding device 20 or passive holding device 21 and in the other position replaces the active holding device 20 with a passive holding device 21 or the passive holding device 21 with an active holding device 20.
[0056] The rail end part 30 thus forms an adjustable extension of the rear rail wall 14 or the rear joint stop surface 15 of the stop rail 12 by the length by which the rail end part 30 protrudes from the stop rail 12 up to its wedge tip 32 when the rail end part 30 forms a passive holding device 21. When the rail end part 30 is inserted in the other position in the stop rail 12, in which its wedge 31 forms an active holding device 20, the rail end part 30 extends the rear rail wall 14 or the rear joint stop surface 15 of the stop rail 12 by the length by which the rail end part 30 protrudes from the stop rail 12 up to the base 33 of the wedge 22 or the bevel 23.
[0057] According to the invention, the rail end part 30 has a bevel at each of its two ends to form the wedge 31. The two wedges 31 and 31' can have mutually parallel wedge surfaces. The optional adjustment of the rail end part 30 protruding from the stop-form rail 12 as an active holding device 20 or as a passive holding device 21 can then be carried out - in addition to the above-described pivoting by 180° to the longitudinal axis - also by inserting the rail end part 30 into the stop-form rail 12 in reverse or with the ends swapped.
[0058] Such a rail end part 30 can be inserted at each of the two rail ends 17 and 18 of the stop rail 12 and, depending on its position, form an extension of the stop rail 12 with an active holding device 20 or a passive holding device 21.
[0059] The rail end part 30 can be fixed in a respective extension or length position on the shuttering rail 12 by means of a fixing or clamping device 34 ( Fig. 8 and 9 ). The fixing or clamping device 34 has a clamping part 35, which is, for example, plate-shaped and in particular also curved, which is clamped against the rail end 17 or 18 of the stop-end rail 12 and against the rail end part 30 by means of a clamping screw 36 and a wing nut 37, thus clamping the rail end part 30 in its position on the stop-end rail 12. The clamping screw 36 is inserted with a screw head into a T-shaped longitudinal groove 38 of the rail end part 30 and is held therein in a rotationally fixed manner.
[0060] According to one embodiment, the floor fixing unit 29 comprises a dowel 39 with a dowel pin 40. The dowel 39 contains a substantially cylindrical dowel body having two expandable legs 42 separated from one another by a longitudinal slot 41, as well as a dowel collar 43, e.g., disc-shaped. The dowel pin 40 can be inserted or driven into a central cylindrical receiving space 45 of the dowel body via a central opening 44 in the dowel collar 43, thereby spreading the two legs 42 of the dowel 39 apart. The dowel pin 40 has a dowel pin head 46 with a lower collar 47 and an upper collar 48. The lower collar 47 limits the driving depth of the dowel pin 40 into the dowel 39 by engaging the dowel collar 43. The upper collar 48 is spaced from the lower collar 47 by a circumferential groove 49 and forms an axial support for an extraction tool 50.The extraction tool 50 can be placed on the circumferential groove 49 of the dowel pin head 46 and, in engagement with the extraction collar or upper collar 48, can pull the dowel pin 40 out of the dowel 39.
[0061] According to a preferred embodiment, the dowel 39 and the dowel pin 40 are integrally formed as a one-piece assembly unit, e.g., as a plastic injection-molded part. The dowel pin 40 is positioned with its pin tip 51 in the opening 44 of the dowel collar 43 in the impact position and is integrally formed on the dowel collar 43. The formation is formed, e.g., as an annular material transition from the dowel pin 40 to the dowel collar 43 such that the dowel pin 40 is held sufficiently stable on the dowel 39 for handling of the assembly unit and when inserting the dowel 39 into its functional position, and that the formation or the annular material transition forms a predetermined breaking point 76 that breaks open when the dowel pin 40 is driven into the dowel 39.
[0062] According to a further embodiment, the dowel pin 40 is positioned as a separate component with its pin tip 51 in the opening 44 of the dowel collar 43 in the impact position and is held therein by means of a slight press fit, so that the assembly unit comprising the dowel 39 and the dowel pin 40 is sufficiently stable when the dowel 39 is inserted into its functional position, yet the dowel pin 40 can still be driven into the dowel 39. The dowel 39 and the dowel pin 40 can each be made of plastic or metal, for example.
[0063] The base leg 27 of the holding bracket 26 has at least one fixing opening 52 through which the dowel 39 can be inserted. The holding bracket 26 is positioned on the base plate 2 with its base leg 27 in such a way that the fixing opening 52 is arranged concentrically to a bore 53 in the base plate 2. In this position, the support leg 28 is in contact with the stop shuttering rail 15. The dowel 39 of the assembly unit is inserted through the fixing opening 52 of the base leg 27 into the bore 53 in the base plate 2 so that the dowel collar 43 rests on the top side of the base plate 2. The dowel pin 40 is e.g. B. by striking the pin head 46 with a hammer into the dowel 39, so that the dowel pin 40 is received in the dowel 39 in an anchoring position spreading the two legs 42 and the dowel 39 holds the floor leg 27 fastened to the floor plate 2.The two legs 42 can each have a hook-like profile 54, which can improve the anchoring of the dowel 39 in the bore 53.
[0064] To release the retaining bracket 26 from its attachment to the base plate 2, the dowel pin 40 is grasped at its dowel pin head 46 with an extraction tool 50, such as a claw hammer, and pulled out. The two legs 42 of the dowel 39 are released, allowing the dowel 39 to be removed from the hole 53.
[0065] The base leg 27 of the holding bracket 26 expediently has more than one fixing opening 52. If, for example, two or three fixing openings 52 are provided, these fixing openings 52 are arranged at different distances from the support leg 28. The fixing openings 52 are provided for the optional insertion of a respective dowel 39. Depending on the distance of a bore 53 to be made or already made in the base slab 2 from the stop shuttering rail 12 or from the prefabricated wall component 3, the holding bracket 26 can be arranged on the base slab 2 in such a way that one of the fixing openings 52 can be positioned concentrically to the bore 53. If a bore 53 cannot be made at the initially intended location due to the nature of the base slab 2, e.g. due to reinforcement or other resistance, the bore 53 can be made adjacent to and at a different distance from the stop shuttering rail 12 orto the prefabricated wall element 3 and the support angle 26 can be arranged with its base leg 27 accordingly with another of the fixing openings 52 congruent with the bore 53.
[0066] According to a further embodiment, the floor fixing unit 29 has a nail 55 ( Fig. 22 ), which can be driven into the base plate 2 through a fixing opening 52 in the base leg 27 to fix the base leg 27 to the base plate 2. To facilitate driving the nail 55 into the base plate 2, the base fixing unit 29 has an auxiliary driving part 56 ( Fig. 21 to 23 ), which is inserted in the fixing opening 52 of the base leg 27 and positions a nailing device 57 for shooting a nail 55 through the fixing opening 52.
[0067] The auxiliary driving part 56 includes a base 58 with a centering projection 60 arranged on the base underside 59 and insertable into the fixing opening 52 of the base leg 27, and a guide part 62 on the base upper side 61, which positions the nailing device 57 in its nail-driving position. The guide part 62 is preferably formed as a guide or wall section 63, which is curved or concave relative to the base center 64 provided for the nail passage and is arranged concentrically to the central centering projection 60 and the base center 64. The guide or wall section 63 extends, for example, in the form of a half-shell around the base center 64.
[0068] The centering projection 60 is surrounded by an annular groove 65 in the base 58. The groove 65 weakens the base 58 and creates an adjacent annular predetermined breaking point 66 in the base 58, at which the base 58 and the centering projection 60 are preferably separable from each other.
[0069] The auxiliary driving part 56 can be attached to the base leg 27 by means of a positioning device 67 in an angular orientation defined with respect to the axis of the fixing opening 52. The auxiliary driving part 56 has a positioning projection 68 on its base underside 59, which engages in an associated positioning opening 69 in the base leg 27. Accordingly, next to each fixing opening 52 in the base leg 27, there is a positioning opening 69 in a position that is coordinated with the position of the positioning projection 68. The positioning projection 68 is formed, for example, as a pin or nose and is preferably arranged in a central angular position with respect to the guide part 62 or the guide or wall section 63 and at a distance from the base center 64 corresponding to the distance of the positioning opening 69 from the fixing opening 52.
[0070] To attach the retaining bracket 26 to the base plate 2, the driving-in aid 56 is inserted with its centering projection 60 into the fixing opening 52 and placed with its base 58 on the base leg 27 in such a position that the positioning projection 68 also engages in the associated positioning opening 69 of the base leg 27. The nailing device 57 is placed on the guide part 62 or the guide or wall section 63 and positioned in its driving-in position above the base 58 so that a nail 55 can be driven or shot through the base 58 and into the base plate 2 at the base center 64. The nail 55 rests firmly with its nail head 70 on the top side 61 of the base and, via the base 58 of the driving-in aid 56, holds the base leg 27 fixed to the base plate 2. The nail 55 is fed with the nailing device 57 or the driving-in auxiliary part 56 is preconfigured with a nail 55, which e.g.with its nail tip pressed into the base center 64 of the base 58.
[0071] To release the fixing of the retaining bracket 26, the auxiliary driving part 56, with its base 58 and the guide part 62, is separated from its centering projection 60 by cutting it at the predetermined breaking point 66. The cutting is performed, for example, by striking it with a hammer. The base leg 27 can be pulled upward from the centering projection 60, which is still fixed with the nail 55. The now exposed centering projection 60 can be removed together with the nail 55, for example, using pliers, if it cannot or should not remain attached to the base plate 2.
[0072] The auxiliary driving part 56 can - like the dowel 39 - be inserted optionally into one of the fixing openings 52.
[0073] According to a further embodiment, the positioning device 67 can, for example, have a profile on the centering projection 60 or on the base 58 that is adapted to a shape of the centering opening 52, e.g., a square or a hexagon, and enables and supports alignment of the auxiliary impact part 56 at the centering opening 52 in the circumferential direction or in a specific angular position. A centering opening 52 in the shape of a square or a hexagon can be created, for example, by punching or laser cutting in the base leg 27. The predetermined breaking point 66 can therefore also have a shape that deviates from a ring shape, for example, a square shape in the base 58, which can also deviate from a circular disk shape.
[0074] The centering projection 60 with the base center 64 can also be arranged off-center in the base 58 of the auxiliary impact part 56.
[0075] The support leg 28 of the bracket 26 is firmly connected to the stop rail 12 by means of a fastening element 71. The stop rail 12 has, for example, a T-shaped longitudinal groove 72 (see Fig. 8 and 29), in which the fastening element 71 is displaceable and fixable. The fastening element 71 is, for example, a screw, the head of which rests on the support leg 28 and extends through a bore 73 in the support leg 28 into the longitudinal groove 72 and can be screwed into a nut which is displaceable but non-rotatably received in the longitudinal groove 72, so that the support leg 28 can be fixed in a selectable support position on the stop shuttering rail 12. The fastening element 71 can also have a screw, the head of which is displaceable but non-rotatably received in the longitudinal groove 72, and onto whose screw section extending through the bore 73 a wing nut can be screwed, which clamps the support leg 28 against the stop shuttering rail 12.
[0076] The formwork rail 12 may also have cross-sectional shapes other than rectangular or square. Fig. 29shows a tubular stop rail 12 with a triangular cross-section, wherein the lower rail wall 13 and the rear rail wall 14 are connected via an inclined outer wall 78 in which a longitudinal groove 72 is arranged. The support leg 28 of the retaining bracket 26 rests against the outer wall 78 and is fastened to the stop rail 12 by means of the fastening element 71, which is anchored in the longitudinal groove 72. Fig. 30 shows a triangular stop rail 12, in which a triangular rail end piece 30 adapted to it is inserted. A triangular rail end piece 30 (see Fig. 31 ), which is attached to the Fig. 29 shown shuttering rail 12, has a shoulder 79 for adaptation to the inwardly projecting T-shaped longitudinal groove 72 of the shuttering rail 12. The longitudinal groove 38 is on the outer wall 78 of the rail end piece 30 compared to the illustration in Fig. 30 offset.
[0077] The shuttering rails 12 can be arranged in different shuttering arrangements 11 (see exemplary illustrations in the Fig. 4 , 9 and 28 ) by means of the retaining brackets 26. For length adjustment, at least one of the stop-end rails 12 can contain a rail end part 30 in a telescopic position at at least one rail end. Two adjacent stop-end rails 12 can be connected to one another directly via the retaining devices 19 at their rail ends, wherein one stop-end rail 12 pre-tensions the other stop-end rail 12 into its stop-end position at the floor joint 2. On at least one of the two stop-end rails 12, an inserted rail end part 30 can assume the active or passive holding function at the rail end of the respective stop-end rail 12.
[0078] A compensating element such as a compensating strip 74 (see Fig. 9) is intended to be arranged on a rear wall surface 75 of the rail end part 30 facing the floor joint 6 and representing a stripping surface. The rear wall surface 75 of the rail end part 30 facing the floor joint 6 is offset or set back from the joint stripping surface 15 by the wall thickness of the rear rail wall 14 of the stripping rail 12. The compensation strip 74 has a corresponding thickness so that it compensates for this level difference or surface offset over the telescopic extension length of the rail end part 30 and enables the stripping rail 12 to fit snugly even in the area of its extended rail end part 30. The compensation strip 74 can be inserted from above into the gap between the rail end part 30 and the prefabricated wall element 3 when the stripping rail 12 is arranged in the stripping position. On the other hand, the compensation strip 74 can be applied or attached to the rail end part 30 adjusted in its telescopic position before the stop rail 12 is positioned on the floor joint 6, e.g. by means of an easily removable adhesive.
[0079] The compensation strip 74 is made of plastic, for example, and can be easily adjusted to the required length or cut to size, e.g., with a knife or scissors. The height of the compensation strip 74 corresponds at least to the height of the rail end section 30 or the stop rail 12. A greater height facilitates handling when manually inserting the compensation strip 74 into the gap between the rail end section 30 and the prefabricated wall element 3.
[0080] A sealing device (not shown) can be attached to the stopform rail 12, which, when the stopform rail 12 is arranged in the stopform position, can compensate for unevenness on the surface 9 of the floor slab 2 and / or on the prefabricated wall element 3 in the area of the stopform rail 12. The sealing device thus improves the sealing of the stopform rail 12 with respect to the surface 9 of the floor slab 2 and / or the prefabricated wall element 3 in the area of the joint stopform surface 15. The sealing device contains, for example, a sealing tape, a sealing film or the like and is adhered, for example, as an adhesive sealing tape to the lower rail wall 13 and / or to the rear rail wall 14 of the stopform rail 12 and can be removed again essentially without leaving any residue in order to be replaced with a new sealing tape after use.
[0081] The shuttering rail 12 can be attached to the outside of the wall and in the area of outside wall corners as well as to the inside of the wall and in the area of inside wall corners for shuttering the floor joints 6.
[0082] Furthermore, a compensation device can be provided, which allows the distance between the support leg 28 of the bracket 26 fixed to the floor slab 2 and the stop rail 12 to be adjusted. Thus, the stop rail 12 can be pressed into its sealing position against the prefabricated wall element 3 using the compensation device, particularly if a sufficiently tight connection is initially not established via the already mounted bracket 26. The compensation device is expediently formed or integrated into the fastening element 71, e.g., via a screw clamp on a screw of the fastening element 71.
[0083] Instead of the two wedges 22 and 22' acting together, the holding devices 19 can also have other form-fitting designs, such as a protruding web as an active holding device, which rests on an associated shoulder of the passive holding device.
[0084] Furthermore, the holding devices 19 can also be designed such that the transmitted holding clamping force is not only directed against the prefabricated wall element 3, but also has a force component in the direction of the floor slab 2. This can be achieved, for example, by the bevel 23 of the wedge 22 being inclined relative to the longitudinal axis of the stop rail 12.
[0085] After the stop-end rails 12 are installed, the cavity 5 of the double-wall element 1 is filled with ready-mixed concrete, which flows as a joint filler material into the floor joint 6 and onto the stop-end rails 12. After the ready-mixed concrete has hardened, the floor-side stop-end rails 12 can be removed from the floor joints 6. The stop-end rails 12 are available for reuse.
[0086] For the assembly of the stop-end device 10, stop-end rails 12 with tube lengths of, for example, 100 cm, 150 cm and 200 cm can be kept ready and used as needed, whereby the rail end parts 30 allow an adjustable extension of, for example, up to approximately 30 cm.
[0087] It can be expediently provided in the formwork device 10 that two adjacent formwork rails 12 are connected to each other by means of a coupling unit 80 at their two rail ends 17 and 18, preferably detachably (see Fig. 32 ). The coupling unit 80 contains, for example, a coupling angle (see Figs. 32 and 33 ), which rests on the one hand on the upper sides of the rail ends 17 and 18 of the two stop rails 12 and on the other hand is clamped to its front wall 81 by means of, for example, two screws 82, the screw heads of which are inserted into the longitudinal grooves 72 of the two stop rails 12, with wing nuts 83. The coupling unit 80 can also be formed, for example, as a flat plate or strip 84 (see Fig. 34), which rests on the upper sides of the rail ends 17 and 18 of the two stop-end rails 12 and which is fastened by means of the two screws 82 in engagement with a respective upper longitudinal groove 85 of the stop-end rail 12. With at least one such coupling unit 80, two or more stop-end rails 12 can be connected to one another to form a longer assembly unit before being attached to the floor joint 6. Since the already connected stop-end rails 12 do not have to be attached individually to the floor joint 6, assembly is made easier and faster. Due to the fixed coupling of several stop-end rails 12, the number of retaining brackets 26 required for fastening the stop-end rails 12 can be reduced if necessary.Furthermore, the coupling unit 80 transfers the holding force from one stop-form rail 12 to the other stop-form rail 12 both in the horizontal direction against the floor joint 6 and in the vertical direction against the floor slab 2.
[0088] A stop rail 12 can already be provided with a retaining bracket 26 before its installation. The retaining bracket 26 is attached to the open rail end of the stop rail 12 and the fastening element 71, such as the screw, is inserted into the longitudinal groove 72 with the screw head or another holding part that cannot be removed upwards from the T-shaped longitudinal groove and is moved together with the retaining bracket 26 into a fastening position in which the retaining bracket 26 is then fixed to the stop rail 12 via the fastening element 71. On the other hand, the retaining bracket 26 can also be subsequently attached to a stop rail 12 already mounted on the floor joint 6, provided that the fastening element 71 is suitable for insertion into the longitudinal groove 72 at the intended fastening point of the retaining bracket 26, e.g.by means of a narrow holding part which can be pivoted from an insert position, in which it can be inserted into the longitudinal groove 72, into a holding position.
[0089] Furthermore, the retaining bracket 26 is also suitable for securing the rail end part 30. The retaining bracket 26 is placed on the front or outer side of the rail end part 30 and secured to the longitudinal groove 38 of the rail end part 30 with the fastening element 71.
[0090] The stop rail 12 can also be formed without a longitudinal groove 72 for a fastening element 71. The fixing of a retaining bracket 26 or the like to the stop rail 12 is then carried out, for example, by welding, gluing, or riveting the retaining bracket 26 or another retaining part in the intended fastening position.
[0091] For fastening the retaining bracket 26, the stop rail 12 can also have holes or a hole pattern for the fastening elements 71 in the wall of the stop rail 12 provided for fastening the at least one retaining bracket 26, instead of the longitudinal groove 72. The holes extend in particular along a longitudinal line on the stop rail 12. The adjustment and fixing of the retaining bracket 26 to the stop rail 12 therefore does not take place continuously at the longitudinal groove 72, but discontinuously at the respective position of the holes or in the hole pattern of the stop rail 12.
[0092] In the same way, the rail end part 30 can also have such holes or such a hole pattern for fastening elements for fixing at least one retaining bracket 26 instead of the longitudinal groove 38.
[0093] In principle, the bracket 26 connected to the stop rail 12 can also be attached to the prefabricated wall element 3 by means of the floor fixing unit 29 (see Fig. 3 , right stop rail 12) if the base plate 2 does not provide any fastening option for the retaining bracket 26. The base fixing unit 29 then represents a corresponding wall fixing unit.
