Description
[0001] The invention relates to a fastening device for a building locking device for fastening a fitting assembly to a frame of the building locking device having a frame groove, comprising a fastening element that can be fixed to the frame and inserted into the frame groove, and an adjustment element that is connected to the fastening element for adjusting the fitting assembly relative to the frame. The invention further relates to a method for producing a fastening device and a building locking device.
[0002] From the prior art, for example, the document DE 87 01 261 U1 is known. This describes a fitting for an at least tiltable sash of a window, door or the like, which is held at its upper end to a fixed frame by means of at least one upper projection arm, wherein the projection arm is mounted at least rotatably at both ends and locked at least in the tilted position by means of a holding device. Provision is made for an auxiliary arm to be rotatably mounted on the projection arm to form the holding device, the sash-side end of which is rotatably mounted in a sliding piece which is displaceable in the longitudinal direction of its associated sash spar on the latter against the resistance of a spring force, wherein the geometric axes of the pivot bearings of the projection arm and auxiliary arm form a triangle with those of the connecting bearings of the two arms when the sash is tilted.DE 195 22 222 C2, EP 3 274 535 B1, EP 0 977 930 B1 and EP 0 538 586 A1 disclose fastening devices according to the preamble of claim 1.
[0003] The object of the invention is to propose a fastening device for a building locking device that offers advantages over known fastening devices, in particular, that can be manufactured simply and with a reliably reproducible arrangement of the adjustment element and fastening element relative to one another. Furthermore, the fastening device, at least in some embodiments, enables a reliable and adjustable fastening of the fitting assembly to the frame and a high level of user-friendliness of the building locking device.
[0004] This is achieved according to the invention with a fastening device for a building locking device having the features of claim 1. It is provided that the adjusting element is arranged in a guide recess of the fastening element and is held in the guide recess by means of a connecting element fastened to the fastening element.
[0005] Advantageous embodiments with expedient further developments of the invention are specified in the dependent claims.
[0006] The fastening device is preferably part of the building locking device and fastens the fitting arrangement to the frame or to a frame member of the frame. Of course, the fastening device can also be separate from the building locking device. The building locking device is designed, for example, as a window, door or the like. It preferably has a frame and a sash, wherein the sash is rotatably mounted relative to the frame about at least one axis of rotation, preferably about several axes of rotation. For this purpose, the sash is rotatably mounted on the frame, namely by means of a pivot bearing. The sash preferably has or supports glazing, for example single glazing or multiple glazing, in particular double glazing or triple glazing.
[0007] The window frame is preferably intended and designed for stationary arrangement relative to a building, in particular for stationary arrangement in a recess of a building envelope. The sash frame, on the other hand, is displaceable or rotatably mounted in such a way that it can be arranged in relation to the window frame both in a closed position and in at least one open position. In the closed position, the sash frame at least partially, preferably completely, closes a recess delimited by the window frame. In the open position, however, the sash frame exposes the recess at least in part. For example, in the closed position, a sash frame plane defined by the sash frame lies in a window frame plane defined by the window frame or parallel to this.
[0008] If the building locking device is intended and designed solely for turn-opening or tilt-opening, there is only a single axis of rotation about which the sash is rotatably mounted relative to the outer frame by means of the pivot bearing. If the building locking device is designed such that both turn-opening and tilt-opening are possible, the sash is preferably rotatably mounted relative to the outer frame about several different axes of rotation, namely about at least two or exactly two axes of rotation, by means of the pivot bearing. The axes of rotation are preferably angled relative to one another or are skewed relative to one another. Particularly preferably, the several axes of rotation enclose an angle with one another that is approximately or exactly 90°. A building locking device designed for turn-opening and tilt-opening can be referred to as a turn-tilt building locking device. If the building locking device is in the form of a window, it can be referred to as a tilt and turn window.
[0009] Both the frame and the sash consist of several frame members that are attached to one another. Preferably, there are four frame members each, with two of the frame members being arranged parallel to each other, so that the frame members together form a rectangle. However, other arrangements of the frame members are also possible in principle. The frame members of the frame are also called frame members, and the frame members of the sash are also called sash frame members.
[0010] The building locking device comprises a fitting. The fitting has at least the fitting arrangement, which is fastened to the frame, in particular the sash frame, by means of the fastening device. Of course, the fitting arrangement can also be fastened to the outer frame using the fastening device. The only important thing here is that the frame has the frame groove into which the fastening device engages in order to fix the fitting arrangement to the respective frame. The fitting arrangement is preferably a component of the pivot bearing or a pivot bearing of the pivot bearing. The fitting arrangement is preferably fastened on the one hand to the outer frame and on the other hand to the sash frame. For example, this fastening is carried out on one of the frames, in particular the sash frame, by means of the fastening device and on another of the frames, in particular the frame, by means of a further fastening device, which can be identical to the fastening device or different from it.
[0011] The pivot bearing can be designed as a corner pivot bearing or as a stay pivot bearing. In the former case, it directly serves to pivotally support the sash frame and the outer frame. For this purpose, it is preferably hinged or rigidly attached to the outer frame on one side and directly to the sash frame on the other. In the case of a stay pivot bearing, the pivot bearing serves to pivotally support a stay arm, particularly on the outer frame. The stay arm is pivotally attached to the outer frame via the pivot bearing.
[0012] On the other hand, it is connected to the sash frame in a rotatable manner, namely via a further pivot bearing that is different from the pivot bearing.
[0013] The frame to which the fitting assembly is attached or at least is to be attached has the frame groove. The frame groove is designed as a T-slot in one of the frame members of the frame. Accordingly, the frame groove has a cavity that merges into an opening of the frame groove delimited by spaced-apart groove edges and, via this opening, opens into the outside environment in particular. The frame groove extends in the direction of a longitudinal axis of the frame member of the frame in which it is formed. The longitudinal axis corresponds to a longitudinal center axis of the frame member. The frame groove preferably extends in this direction over a large part of the longitudinal extent of the frame member in this direction, in particular over at least 80%, at least 90% or over the entire longitudinal extent of the frame member. The frame groove has a consistently uniform cross-section in the longitudinal direction.
[0014] The mouth opening of the frame groove lies entirely in a mouth opening plane which runs parallel to the longitudinal center axis of the frame member and incorporates the groove edges, particularly in the center. A vertical axis of the frame member is perpendicular to the mouth opening plane and the longitudinal center axis. A transverse axis of the frame member is also perpendicular to the longitudinal center axis and perpendicular to the vertical axis, so that the longitudinal center axis, the vertical axis, and the transverse axis span a Cartesian coordinate system. There is an axial direction along the longitudinal center axis, a lateral direction along the transverse axis, and a vertical direction along the vertical axis. The axial direction can also be referred to as the longitudinal direction, the lateral direction as the transverse direction, and the vertical direction as the vertical direction.
[0015] In the direction of the transverse axis, the cavity of the frame groove has certain dimensions, which can also be referred to as the groove width. The mouth opening of the frame groove, on the other hand, has dimensions in the direction of the transverse axis, which are referred to as the mouth width of the frame groove. The mouth width corresponds to the distance between the groove edges that border the mouth opening on both sides in the direction of the transverse axis. The mouth width is smaller than the groove width, so that the frame groove is tapered in the area of the mouth opening, forming the groove edges. The frame groove is bordered on its side facing away from the mouth opening by a groove base, which in this respect represents the floor of the frame groove. The groove base preferably runs parallel to the groove edges. However, an inclined or angled arrangement of the groove base with respect to the groove edges is also possible.
[0016] This design of the frame fundamentally enables a positive fastening of the fitting arrangement to the frame by means of the fastening device engaging in the frame groove. The fastening device has the fastening element and the adjustment element. The fastening element is intended and designed to be inserted into the frame groove and fastened to the frame. When the fastening device is arranged on the frame as intended, the fastening element is arranged in the frame groove and fixed relative to the frame, in particular fastened to the frame. Since, when the fastening element is arranged as intended, a straight arrangement is present in the frame groove and thus a longitudinal center axis of the fastening element is arranged parallel or at least approximately to the longitudinal center axis of the frame member, the directions defined above for the frame member also apply to the fastening element.
[0017] The adjustment element is arranged so that it can be moved relative to the fastening element or is mounted on it. Consequently, the adjustment element is adjustable relative to the frame, meaning it can be arranged in different positions. The fitting assembly is connected to the fastening element and consequently to the frame via the adjustment element. By adjusting the adjustment element relative to the fastening element or the frame, the fitting assembly can also be adjusted or moved relative to the frame. This allows the building locking device to be adjusted.
[0018] For example, the adjustment element is held to the fastening element solely by means of a setscrew. However, this necessitates complex assembly of the fastening device, as the adjustment element must be arranged on the fastening element and subsequently secured relative to it using the setscrew. Until the adjustment element is secured using the setscrew, there is a risk of unintentional displacement of the adjustment element, meaning that the adjustment element must be realigned before it is secured using the setscrew. For this reason, the fastening element has a guide recess in which the adjustment element is arranged. In addition, the fastening device has a connecting element, which is attached to the fastening element in such a way that the adjustment element is held in the guide recess by the connecting element.
[0019] With such a design of the fastening device, it is not necessary, in particular, for the adjustment element to be held relative to the fastening element solely by means of the adjusting screw. Rather, it can be provided that the adjusting screw connects the adjustment element to the fastening element in a way that is adjustably connected to it in only one direction, in particular in the longitudinal direction, or holds it relative to it. In other directions, the adjustment element is fixed by its arrangement in the guide recess and by means of the connecting element. For example, the adjustment element is fixed relative to the fastening element in the transverse direction by its arrangement in the guide recess and in the vertical direction by means of the connecting element. This makes it possible to attach the adjusting screw to the fastening element before the adjusting element is attached to the fastening element and to position it together with the adjusting screw on the fastening element. It is also possible to insert the adjusting element into the guide recess without the adjusting screw, hold it there using the connecting element, and only then connect the fastening element and the adjusting element using the adjusting screw. In either case, assembly or manufacture of the fastening device is significantly simplified.
[0020] According to the invention, the connecting element has a retaining projection that holds the adjustment element in the guide recess. The connecting element is thus arranged on the fastening element in such a way that it secures the adjustment element to the fastening element in at least one direction, in particular in the direction of the vertical axis. For this purpose, the connecting element has the retaining projection. According to the invention, this projection rests against a base of the adjustment element facing the groove base in order to hold the adjustment element in the guide recess, regardless of the longitudinal position of the adjustment element relative to the fastening element. When assembling the fastening device, the adjustment element is first inserted into the guide recess, and then the connecting element is attached to the fastening element in such a way that the retaining projection engages over the adjustment element and holds it in the guide recess or pushes it into the guide recess. This ensures easy assembly of the fastening device.
[0021] A further development of the invention provides that the adjusting element is mounted on the fastening element by means of an adjusting screw so as to be adjustable in a longitudinal direction of the guide recess, wherein a screw head of the adjusting screw is fixed to the fastening element in the longitudinal direction and a screw thread of the adjusting screw engages a mating thread of the adjusting element, so that a rotational movement of the adjusting screw causes a displacement of the adjusting element in the longitudinal direction. In other words, the adjusting screw is suspended from the fastening element by its screw head, namely in such a way that it is fixed or at least substantially fixed in the longitudinal direction, i.e., in the direction of the longitudinal axis and / or in the direction of a longitudinal center axis of the adjusting screw, with respect to the fastening element.
[0022] Preferably, the screw head of the adjusting screw is seated in a screw head receptacle of the fastening element, which, viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis, has several contact shoulders on which the screw head is or can be supported in the longitudinal direction. The contact shoulders are spaced apart, for example, by a distance corresponding to the dimensions of the screw head in the direction of the longitudinal axis. However, the distance can also be somewhat greater, for example by at least 5%, at least 7.5%, or at least 10%, and by at most 30%, at most 20%, or at most 10%.
[0023] The adjusting screw has a screw thread that is screwed into the mating thread of the adjusting element. The thread and the mating thread together form a helical gear. In principle, the screw thread can be an external thread and the mating thread an internal thread. However, the reverse design is also possible. Consequently, a rotary movement of the adjusting screw is converted into a displacement of the adjusting element in the longitudinal direction. The helical gear, consisting of the screw thread and the mating thread, is preferably designed to be self-locking. A force acting on the adjusting element in the longitudinal direction does not cause any displacement of the adjusting element and, accordingly, also no rotary movement of the adjusting screw. The screw thread and the mating thread are dimensioned such that they engage with each other over the entire adjustment range of the adjusting element. As long as the adjustment element is only moved between the end stops or the end stop surfaces, the adjusting screw and the adjustment element cannot become disengaged. This design of the fastening device ensures precise adjustability.
[0024] A further development of the invention provides that a connecting element of the fitting assembly is mounted on the adjustment element. The connecting element is a component of the fitting assembly and serves to connect the fitting assembly to the adjustment element. In other words, the fitting assembly engages the adjustment element via the connecting element. Preferably, the connecting element is fixed in a form-fitting manner with respect to the adjustment element, in particular, is rigidly connected to it. This enables simple connection of the fitting assembly to the fastening device or the adjustment element.
[0025] A further development of the invention provides that the connecting element, spaced from the adjusting element, engages with a guide pin in a guide pin receptacle of the connecting element fastened to the fastening element. The connecting element has the guide pin, which engages in the guide pin receptacle of the connecting element. The connecting element is - as already explained - fastened to the fastening element. The guide pin is preferably round in section; in this respect, it is in the form of a circular cylinder. The guide pin and the guide pin receptacle are preferably designed such that a longitudinal guide of the guide pin is realized in the guide pin receptacle. Accordingly, the guide pin preferably rests on opposite sides of the connecting element, in particular on walls delimiting the guide pin receptacle.Overall, the connecting element is mounted on both the adjustment element and the connection element.
[0026] While the bearing on the adjustment element is preferably rigid, the connecting element provides linear guidance for the guide pin and therefore for the connecting element. The guide pin is not supported laterally directly on the frame, in particular on the groove edges, but only indirectly via the connecting element. This results in improved force introduction into the frame, as the connecting element introduces the force transmitted to it by the guide pin across a surface of the frame. Without the connecting element, the guide pin would lie directly against the frame and transmit the force via a line contact, so that surface pressure on the frame would be significantly greater than if the force were introduced indirectly via the connecting element, which lies flat against the frame. Damage to the frame caused by the force exerted on the frame by the guide pin is thus reliably prevented.
[0027] A further development of the invention provides that the connecting element has a positive-locking receptacle in which a positive-locking projection of the adjustment element is held in a positive-locking manner, such that the connecting element is fixed in at least one direction with respect to the adjustment element, and / or that the connecting element has a further positive-locking receptacle in which a further positive-locking projection of the adjustment element is held in a positive-locking manner, such that the connecting element is fixed in at least one further direction different from the direction with respect to the adjustment element. The mounting of the connecting element on the adjustment element takes place via the positive-locking projection and the positive-locking receptacle, additionally or alternatively with the aid of the further positive-locking receptacle and the further positive-locking projection.
[0028] Due to the positive engagement of the positive engagement projection and the positive engagement receptacle, the connecting element is positively secured relative to the adjustment element in at least one direction. The positive engagement of the further positive engagement projection with the further positive engagement receptacle secures the connecting element relative to the adjustment element in at least the further direction. This further direction differs from the direction mentioned above.
[0029] For example, by engaging the positive-locking projection in the positive-locking receptacle, the connecting element is fixed at least in the direction of the vertical axis relative to the adjustment element. By engaging the further positive-locking projection in the further positive-locking receptacle, the connecting element is preferably fixed both in the direction of the longitudinal axis and in the direction of the transverse axis relative to the adjustment element. By the interaction of both the positive-locking projection with the positive-locking receptacle and the further positive-locking projection with the further positive-locking receptacle, the connecting element is preferably fixed in the direction of the longitudinal central axis, the vertical axis, and the transverse axis relative to the adjustment element.
[0030] A further development of the invention provides that the positive-locking projection has a positive-locking pin arranged on the adjustment element, in particular an adjustment element base body of the adjustment element, and a retaining projection extending from the positive-locking pin. The positive-locking projection is composed of the positive-locking pin and the retaining projection. The positive-locking pin is preferably rotatably mounted on the adjustment element or its adjustment element base body. The connecting element is now designed such that, in a first rotational angle position of the positive-locking projection, it is displaceable in at least one direction relative to the adjustment element and, in a second rotational angle position, is held on it in a form-fitting manner in at least one direction. For this purpose, the connecting element preferably has a through-hole which, in the first rotational angle position, overlaps with the retaining projection and, in the second rotational angle position, is spaced from the retaining projection, so that the retaining projection engages the connecting element and secures it. This enables simple assembly.
[0031] A further development of the invention provides that the form-locking receptacle and the form-locking projection, on the one hand, and / or the further form-locking receptacle and the further form-locking projection, on the other hand, are non-circular. The non-circular design prevents a rotational movement of the connecting element relative to the adjustment element around the form-locking projection or the further form-locking projection. A non-circular design is understood, for example, to be an oval or stadium-shaped design. In the latter case, the respective form-locking projection has two parallel sides, viewed in section, which are connected to one another via partial circles.
[0032] A further development of the invention provides that the guide pin is mounted eccentrically and / or adjustably on the connecting element. Preferably, the guide pin is arranged eccentrically and adjustably on the connecting element. This allows for the adjustment of the contact pressure of the guide pin against the frame, which pressure depends on the opening angle of the building closure device. By arranging or adjusting the guide pin accordingly, an extremely tight building closure device is achieved.
[0033] A further development of the invention provides that the guide pin receptacle is delimited on opposite sides by parallel walls of the connecting element, which are spaced apart in a direction perpendicular to the walls by a distance corresponding to the dimensions of the guide pin in the same direction, so that the guide pin rests against both walls in different positions of the adjustment element relative to the fastening element, in particular all positions that occur during normal operation of the fastening device. The guide pin receptacle thus ensures reliable longitudinal guidance of the guide pin relative to the fastening device.
[0034] For this purpose, the guide pin receptacle is defined by parallel walls that rest against the guide pin in different positions, namely on opposite sides. This reliably prevents lateral displacement of the guide pin, preventing rattling of the guide pin in the guide pin receptacle even when the guide pin is subjected to alternating forces in different lateral directions. This prevents annoying noise and ensures extremely smooth operation, making the building locking device extremely pleasant to operate, particularly from a tactile perspective.
[0035] A further development of the invention provides that the walls extend from an opening formed at the end of the connecting element in the direction of the fastening element, and the guide pin receptacle only partially penetrates the connecting element in this direction, starting from the opening. The guide pin receptacle opens into an external environment, or a rebate space, or rebate air gap area of the building closure device, via the opening. Starting from the opening, the guide pin receptacle and, accordingly, the walls bordering it extend in the direction of the fastening element.
[0036] However, the guide pin receptacle only partially extends through the connecting element in this direction, so that the parallel walls are connected to one another at the ends via a transverse wall, which is also formed by the connecting element. The transverse wall has, for example, a round, in particular a partially circular profile. For example, the transverse wall has the shape of a semicircle. Preferably, the transverse wall forms an end stop for the guide pin, so that it rests against it in at least one position of the adjustment element. This also serves to prevent the guide pin from rattling in the guide pin receptacle and accordingly creates a building locking device with a high-quality appearance.
[0037] A further development of the invention provides that the guide recess for longitudinally guiding the adjusting element is delimited by two guide walls running parallel to one another at a distance from one another, and that the adjusting element is supported at least temporarily on both guide walls. The adjusting element is displaceable in an adjusting direction with respect to the fastening element, wherein the adjusting direction preferably runs parallel to the longitudinal axis or coincides with it. To mount the adjusting element on the fastening element, the fastening element has the guide recess into which the adjusting element engages. The guide recess is delimited by its edge, of which the guide walls form a part. The guide walls are arranged parallel to one another at a distance from one another, in particular they are each aligned parallel to the longitudinal axis.
[0038] The guide walls or the longitudinal guide implemented by them are designed in such a way that, when the fastening device is arranged as intended, displacement of the adjusting element is permitted essentially exclusively in the direction of adjustment. In at least one direction perpendicular to the adjustment direction, the adjusting element is fixed by the guide walls, preferably without play or at most with minimal play. For this purpose, the adjusting element is supported at least temporarily on both guide walls. Preferably, the adjusting element is permanently supported on the two guide walls, i.e., it lies slidingly against both a first of the guide walls and a second of the guide walls. This ensures reliable mounting of the adjusting element with respect to the fastening element.
[0039] A further development of the invention provides that a through-hole extending from the guide recess is formed in at least one of the guide walls, wherein the through-hole, the guide recess, and a locking projection arranged on the adjustment element are arranged and configured such that the adjustment element can only be inserted into the guide recess in a specific position relative to the fastening element. Particularly preferably, the form-fitting projection or its retaining projection serves as a locking projection. For this purpose, the form-fitting projection or the retaining projection is aligned such that it projects beyond the adjustment element base body in the lateral direction. In any case, the adjustment element or the adjustment element base body can only be inserted into the guide recess if the locking projection, for example, the form-fitting projection, in particular its retaining projection, overlaps with the through-hole. This is only the case in the specific position of the adjustment element relative to the fastening element. Outside of this position, the locking projection comes into contact with the edge bordering the guide recess, thus preventing the insertion of the adjustment element into the guide recess.
[0040] The position of the adjusting element relative to the fastening element depends in particular on the setting of the adjusting screw, which on the one hand engages the fastening element, in particular is fixed longitudinally relative to it, and on the other hand interacts with the adjusting element. Since the adjusting screw assumes a defined position longitudinally relative to the fastening element, the position of the adjusting element essentially depends on the angle of rotation of the adjusting screw relative to the adjusting element, i.e. the extent to which the adjusting screw is screwed into the adjusting element or how far the adjusting screw protrudes beyond the adjusting element. In other words, the position of the adjusting element depends on the distance between the screw head of the adjusting screw and the adjusting element.
[0041] In other words, the adjustment element can only be inserted into the guide recess if the adjusting screw is at a specific angle of rotation relative to the adjustment element or if the screw head is at a specific distance from the adjustment element. This ensures that after assembly or manufacture of the fastening device, the adjustment element is in a defined position relative to the fastening element, so that the fastening device has a defined state after manufacture or in its delivery state.
[0042] A further development of the invention provides that an adjusting element base body of the adjusting element engages in the guide recess for longitudinal guidance of the adjusting element, and the locking projection, for example the form-fitting projection, in particular its retaining projection, projects beyond the adjusting element base body in a transverse direction angled relative to the longitudinal direction, so that the locking projection projects into the passage recess when the adjusting element is inserted into the guide recess. Such a configuration of the fastening device has already been mentioned. The adjusting element has the adjusting element base body, which is arranged at least partially or even completely in the guide recess.Preferably, the adjusting element base body has the same or at least approximately the same dimensions as the guide recess in the transverse direction or lateral direction, wherein the adjusting element base body is designed with an undersize with respect to the guide recess with regard to a manufacturing tolerance in order to ensure smooth displacement of the adjusting element with respect to the fastening element.
[0043] The locking projection can be arranged stationary and rigidly with respect to the adjustment element or the adjustment element base body. However, it can also be adjustable, particularly in the case of the form-fitting projection; in particular, it is mounted on the adjustment element base body so that it can rotate about a rotation axis. The locking projection projects beyond the adjustment element base body in the transverse direction. In any case, the locking projection is arranged such that this is the case before the adjustment element is arranged in the guide recess. It is also dimensioned such that it protrudes into the passage recess when the adjustment element is inserted into the guide recess or immediately before the adjustment element is arranged in the guide recess and / or during insertion. This means that the locking projection extends from the guide recess into the passage recess.
[0044] Since the dimensions of the adjustment element base body and the dimensions of the guide recess essentially correspond to each other in the transverse direction to ensure the longitudinal guidance of the adjustment element in the guide recess, the locking projection only allows the adjustment element to be inserted into the guide recess when it is arranged in overlap with the through-hole. This requires a defined position of the adjustment element relative to the fastening element. The described design of the fastening device also ensures its defined state upon delivery.
[0045] A further development of the invention provides that the passage recess has dimensions in the longitudinal direction that at least correspond to the dimensions of the locking projection in the same direction and amount to at most 125%, at most 150%, at most 175%, or at most 200% of the dimensions of the locking projection. The passage recess is designed in such a way that, on the one hand, it ensures the defined position of the adjusting element with respect to the fastening element when the adjusting element is inserted into the guide recess, but, on the other hand, does not unnecessarily complicate the assembly of the fastening device. At least the passage recess has dimensions in the longitudinal direction that at least correspond to the dimensions of the locking projection in this direction.
[0046] Preferably, the dimensions of the passage recess in the longitudinal direction are at least 105%, at least 110%, at least 115%, or at least 120% of the dimensions of the locking projection. Particularly preferably, in particular in the case of the form-fitting projection, only that part of the locking projection which actually overlaps with the passage recess is taken into account, i.e., the part which extends beyond the adjustment element base body in the transverse direction. In the case of the form-fitting projection, this is in particular the retaining projection. Instead of the dimensions of the entire form-fitting projection, it is advantageous to consider only the dimensions of the retaining projection in the longitudinal direction when determining the dimensions of the passage recess.
[0047] To achieve the defined position of the adjustment element, the through-hole is smaller in the longitudinal direction than the guide recess, in particular significantly smaller. In particular, its longitudinal dimensions are at most 200%, at most 175%, at most 150%, or at most 125% of the dimensions of the locking projection. This ensures both the easy insertion of the adjustment element into the guide recess without jamming and, on the other hand, the defined position of the adjustment element.
[0048] A further development of the invention provides that the connecting element is fastened to the fastening element in a form-fitting manner, in particular is locked to the fastening element.
[0049] For example, the fastening element has a locking device that interacts in a form-fitting or locking manner with a locking counter-device of the fastening element to hold the connecting element to the fastening element. The locking device is, for example, in the form of a locking projection, and the counter-locking device is in the form of a locking receptacle, or has one. A reverse configuration can also be implemented. The described design of the fastening device enables extremely rapid assembly and also securely holds the adjustment element to the fastening element.
[0050] A further development of the invention provides that the adjusting element is displaceably arranged in the guide recess of the fastening element between opposing end stop surfaces formed by the fastening element. In known fastening devices, the adjusting element is connected to the fastening element so that it can be displaced within a certain adjustment range. When the adjusting element is adjusted beyond the adjustment range, the adjusting element is released from the fastening element so that the adjusting element can move freely relative to the fastening element. This causes the fitting arrangement to detach from the frame, which can lead to uncontrolled movement of the frame, in particular to the sash falling down. For this reason, the invention is intended to prevent the adjusting element from leaving the adjustment range. For this purpose, the guide recess is arranged in the adjustment element, which has the end stops on opposite sides. The end stops each have an end stop surface, so that the guide recess is ultimately delimited by opposing end stop surfaces formed by the fastening element itself. For example, the end stop surfaces form an edge that delimits the guide recess in some areas, with the edge being part of the fastening element.
[0051] The fastening element is designed such that the adjustment element rests against a first of the end stop surfaces in a first position and against a second of the end stop surfaces in a second position. The end stops or the end stop surfaces limit any displacement of the adjustment element within the adjustment range and prevent any displacement of the adjustment element outside the adjustment range. As a result, the adjustment element is held captively in the guide recess of the fastening element, reliably preventing the adjustment element and thus the fitting assembly from becoming detached from the fastening element and the frame.
[0052] A further development of the invention provides that at least a first of the end stop surfaces is formed by an end face of a fastening element web extending from a fastening element base body of the fastening element, which is provided and configured to engage behind groove edges delimiting the frame groove. The fastening element has the fastening element base body, in which the guide recess is formed. Preferably, the fastening element base body encompasses the guide recess continuously and uninterruptedly, thus forming an edge delimiting the guide recess, which encompasses the guide recess continuously and uninterruptedly.
[0053] The fastening element web extends from the fastening element base body. The fastening element web is understood to be a web-like element which preferably has its greatest extent in the direction of the longitudinal axis. In particular, the dimensions of the fastening element web in the direction of the longitudinal axis are larger than its dimensions in the direction of the transverse axis. The dimensions in the direction of the transverse axis are, in turn, larger than the dimensions in the direction of the vertical axis. The dimensions in the direction of the transverse axis are understood to mean, in particular, any projection of the fastening element web beyond the fastening element base body in the direction of the transverse axis.
[0054] The fastening element web is designed such that, when the fastening device is arranged on the frame as intended, it is arranged in the frame groove and engages behind the groove edges delimiting the frame groove in a form-fitting manner. The fastening element web thus prevents removal of the fastening element through the opening of the frame groove. The fastening element web forms a first of the end stops. For this purpose, the end face of the fastening element which faces the adjustment element arranged in the guide recess represents the first end stop surface. In at least one position of the adjustment element with respect to the fastening element, the adjustment element bears against the fastening element web or its end face, such that the fastening element web prevents displacement of the adjustment element out of the adjustment range in this direction.
[0055] It can be provided that the fastening element web also delimits the guide recess, i.e., represents at least a portion of the edge delimiting the guide recess. However, the fastening element web is preferably arranged at a distance from the guide recess, in particular in the direction of the longitudinal center axis. The use of the fastening element web as an end stop enables, on the one hand, a reliable retention of the fastening element in the frame groove and, on the other hand, reliably prevents the adjustment element from leaving the adjustment range.
[0056] A further development of the invention provides that the adjusting element has counter-stop surfaces on opposite sides, wherein each of the counter-stop surfaces rests in a position of the adjusting element with respect to the fastening element on one of the end stop surfaces to limit a displacement of the adjusting element in one direction, wherein at least a first of the counter-stop surfaces is formed by an end face of an adjusting element web extending from an adjusting element base body of the adjusting element, which is provided and designed to engage behind the groove edges.
[0057] The adjustment element has counter-stop surfaces which interact with the end stop surfaces in different positions of the adjustment element relative to the fastening element in order to prevent further displacement of the adjustment element in a specific direction. For example, when the adjustment element is displaced in a first direction, a first of the counter-stop surfaces comes into contact with a first of the end stop surfaces, so that further displacement of the adjustment element in the first direction is prevented. Conversely, when the adjustment element is displaced in a second direction opposite to the first direction, a second of the counter-stop surfaces comes into contact with a second of the end stop surfaces, so that further displacement of the adjustment element in the second direction is prevented. In other words, in a first position of the adjusting element, the first counter-stop surface rests on the first end stop surface and in a second position of the adjusting element, the second counter-stop surface rests on the second end stop surface in order to limit or define the adjustment range.
[0058] The adjusting element web extends from the adjusting element base body, with which the adjusting element engages at least partially in the guide recess of the fastening element. The adjusting element web is designed like a web, in particular analogous to the fastening element web. For example, the adjusting element web has the same dimensions in the direction of the vertical axis as the fastening element web. When the fastening device is arranged as intended in the frame groove, the adjusting element web is received in the frame groove and engages behind the groove edges. Analogous to the fastening element web, the adjusting element web also serves to hold the fastening device in the frame groove and prevents the fastening device from being removed through the opening of the frame groove. The adjusting element web preferably lies in an imaginary plane which also extends through the fastening element web.In particular, a longitudinal center plane of the adjustment element web lies in a longitudinal center plane of the fastening element web or is—preferably—arranged parallel to it at a distance. In the latter case, the adjustment element web is more preferably flush with the fastening element web on its side facing a groove base of the frame groove. This ensures reliable retention of the fastening device of the frame groove.
[0059] A further development of the invention provides that the first end stop surface is composed of two spaced-apart end stop partial surfaces, wherein a first of the end stop partial surfaces is located on the fastening element web present as the first fastening element web, and a second of the end stop partial surfaces is located on a second fastening element web extending from the fastening element base body, which is provided and designed to engage behind the groove edges. This means that not only the fastening element web extends from the base body, but that two fastening element webs are present, wherein the aforementioned fastening element web represents a first of the fastening element webs.
[0060] A second of the fastening element webs extends from the fastening element base body in a manner analogous to the first fastening element web and is also arranged to engage behind the groove edges. Preferably, the fastening element webs are arranged on opposite sides of the fastening element base body or extend from opposite sides thereof and extend in opposite directions. They are arranged to engage behind opposite groove edges, so that the first fastening element web engages behind a first of the groove edges and the second fastening element web engages behind a second of the groove edges.
[0061] One of several end stop surfaces is formed on each fastening element web, which make up the first end stop surface. The first end stop surface is located on the first fastening element web, and the second end stop surface is located on the second fastening element web. Both end stop surfaces are located on the side of the respective fastening element web facing the adjustment element, so that in at least one position of the adjustment element, the adjustment element rests against both end stop surfaces. Such a design of the fastening device enables, on the one hand, reliable securing of the fastening device in the frame groove and, on the other hand, tilt-proof limitation of the displacement of the adjustment element to the adjustment range.
[0062] A further development of the invention provides that the first counter-stop surface is composed of two counter-stop partial surfaces arranged at a distance from one another, wherein a first of the counter-stop partial surfaces is present on the adjustment element web present as the first adjustment element web, and a second of the counter-stop partial surfaces is present on a second adjustment element web extending from the adjustment element base body, which is provided and designed to engage behind the groove edges. Two adjustment element webs extend from the adjustment element base body, wherein a first of the adjustment element webs corresponds to the adjustment element web already described. A second of the adjustment element webs is designed analogously to the first adjustment element web.
[0063] Preferably, the second adjustment element web extends from the adjustment element base body in the direction facing away from the first adjustment element web and vice versa, so that the adjustment element webs extend from the base body in different directions. More preferably, the adjustment element webs are located on opposite sides of the adjustment element base body. Particularly preferably, the adjustment element webs and the fastening element webs lie in a common imaginary plane. For example, a common longitudinal center plane of the adjustment element webs corresponds to a common longitudinal center plane of the fastening element webs. Alternatively—preferably—the longitudinal center planes are arranged parallel and spaced from one another. However, the fastening element webs and the adjustment element webs are preferably aligned on their underside, i.e. their side facing the groove base of the frame groove.
[0064] The counter-stop surfaces, which comprise the first counter-stop surface, are located on the adjustment element webs. The counter-stop surfaces are spaced apart from one another, particularly in the direction of the transverse axis. The two counter-stop surfaces interact with the end-stop surfaces to limit the displacement of the adjustment element. In at least one position of the adjustment element, the first counter-stop surface rests against the first end-stop surface, and the second counter-stop surface rests against the second end-stop surface. This again ensures reliable holding of the fastening device of the frame groove and tilt-proof limitation of the displacement of the adjustment element.
[0065] A further development of the invention provides that at least one fastening screw receptacle is configured on the fastening element, with a fastening screw arranged therein, by means of which the fastening element can be fixed relative to the frame, in particular by interacting with the groove edges. The fastening screw has a thread that interacts with a mating thread of the fastening screw receptacle. Preferably, the fastening screw receptacle and the fastening screw are arranged outside the frame groove and thus on the side of the groove edges opposite the adjustment element web and / or the fastening element web in the direction of the vertical axis. When the fastening screw is screwed into the fastening screw receptacle, the fastening screw engages the groove edges or one of the groove edges, so that the adjustment element web and / or the fastening element web on the opposite side are pushed against the groove edges or one of the groove edges. This ensures reliable fixation of the fastening element with respect to the frame.
[0066] A further development of the invention provides that a stop element of a connecting element fastened to the fastening element is arranged at least partially between the adjusting element and at least one of the end stop surfaces, so that the stop element forms an upstream end stop with a upstream end stop surface for the adjusting element. In addition to the fastening element and the adjusting element, the connecting element is a component of the fastening device. The connecting element is fastened to the fastening element, in particular in a form-fitting manner. For example, the connecting element is fastened to the fastening element after the adjusting element has been inserted into the guide recess. In this case, the connecting element particularly preferably also serves to hold the adjusting element in the guide recess.
[0067] The connecting element has a stop element. This engages between the adjustment element and one of the end stop surfaces or one of the end stops, so that it is located between them. Consequently, the stop element also forms an end stop, which is positioned in front of the respective end stop. This means that the stop element has an upstream end stop surface, which interacts with the adjustment element or one of its counter-stop surfaces in at least one position of the adjustment element relative to the fastening element to prevent further displacement of the adjustment element toward the end stop surface.
[0068] The upstream end stop or the upstream end stop surface consequently reduces the adjustment range of the adjustment element. The stop element is preferably designed such that, on its side facing away from the adjustment element, it rests against the end stop or the end stop surface, in particular the multiple end stop partial surfaces of the end stop surface, in particular at least temporarily. For example, the stop element is temporarily urged by the adjustment element toward the end stop, so that it rests against the end stop or its end stop surfaces or is supported on them.
[0069] Such a design of the fastening device has the advantage that the adjusting element, at least initially, does not come into contact with the end stop, but initially rests against the upstream end stop. Only when the adjusting element is displaced further in the direction of the end stop can the distance between the adjusting element and the end stop be further reduced, namely by compression of the stop element. This compression can be reversible or irreversible. In the former case, the stop element consists, for example, of an elastic material which is compressed by the adjusting element when the adjusting element is displaced towards the end stop. In the latter case, for example, an at least partially irreversible deformation, in particular destruction, of the stop element occurs.
[0070] Regardless of the design of the stop element, compression can cause the stop element to be forced out of the space between the adjustment element and the end stop. By engaging the adjustment element against the upstream end stop, the force required to further adjust the adjustment element is increased, signaling the end of the adjustment travel to the user of the fastening device. The positioning of the stop element between the adjustment element and the end stop reliably prevents deformation of the fastening element.
[0071] A further development of the invention provides that the connecting element has a connecting element web that is designed and configured to engage behind the groove edges. When the fastening device is arranged as intended in the frame groove, the connecting element web is arranged in the frame groove and engages behind the groove edges or at least one of the groove edges. Preferably, the connecting element has several connecting element webs that are arranged on opposite sides of the connecting element and each engage behind one of the groove edges. The connecting element web lies, for example, in the aforementioned imaginary plane in which the adjusting element web and / or the fastening element web also lie.Particularly preferably, a longitudinal center plane of the connecting element web corresponds to the longitudinal center plane of the fastening element web and / or the longitudinal center plane of the adjusting element web, or is at least parallel to one of these imaginary planes. Preferably, an underside of the connecting element web lies above the underside of the adjusting element web. The design of the connecting element with the connecting element web, in turn, enables reliable guidance and secure fastening of the fastening device in the frame groove.
[0072] A further development of the invention provides that the connecting element at least partially, in particular completely, engages with a base plate over an underside of the fastening element web facing a groove base of the frame groove when the fastening device is arranged as intended, wherein an underside of the base plate facing the groove base lies in an imaginary plane with an underside of the adjusting element web facing the groove base. The underside of the fastening element web is thus arranged on the side of the guide recess facing the groove base or delimits the fastening element in the direction of the groove base. This underside is at least partially engaged over by the connecting element, namely with the base plate. The connecting element therefore has a base plate, which, when the fastening device is properly positioned, is located between the fastening element web or its underside and the groove base. For example, the underside of the fastening element web rests continuously against the base plate.
[0073] Preferably, the underside of the base plate lies in the same imaginary plane as the underside of the adjustment element web. This ultimately means that the adjustment element web is arranged flush with the connecting element or its base plate on its side facing the groove base. At the same time, the adjustment element web preferably has the same dimensions in the direction of the vertical axis as the fastening element web and / or the connecting element web, the latter projecting beyond the base plate or extending from it. Overall, the adjustment element web therefore has smaller dimensions in this direction than an arrangement comprising the base plate and connecting element web, so that when the fastening device is arranged as intended in the frame groove, the adjustment element web allows for slight play in the direction of the vertical axis. This allows the adjustment element bar or the entire adjustment element to be tilted slightly, making it easier to move.
[0074] A further development of the invention provides that the connecting element web and the stop element are arranged on opposite sides of the fastening element web and are connected to each other via the base plate. Preferably, both the connecting element web and the stop element extend from the base plate in the direction away from the groove base of the frame groove. The connection of the connecting element web and the stop element via the base plate ensures high rigidity of the connecting element and, accordingly, high stability of the fastening device as a whole.
[0075] A further development of the invention provides that the connecting element has an insertion lock that limits insertion into the frame groove, and / or that the connecting element has a closure piece that, when arranged as intended in the frame groove, engages in the frame groove at the end and closes it at least partially. The frame groove is open in the direction of the longitudinal axis, in particular on one side, preferably on both sides. For this purpose, the frame groove completely penetrates the frame member in the direction of the longitudinal axis, at least on one side, preferably on both sides. The fastening device can be introduced into the frame groove through the opening thus formed, namely in the direction of the longitudinal center axis.
[0076] To prevent the fastening device from being pushed too far into the frame groove, an insertion lock is arranged on the connecting element. The insertion lock is designed such that it cannot be inserted into the frame groove. In particular, it has a larger cross-section than the frame groove, so that after being pushed in sufficiently far, it rests against an edge of the frame member that defines the opening and prevents further insertion. When installing the fastening device, it is therefore preferably provided that it is pushed into the frame groove in the direction of the longitudinal axis until the insertion lock rests against the frame or the frame member and the frame groove prevents further insertion of the fastening device.
[0077] Additionally or alternatively, the connecting element has a closure piece, which is designed to partially or even completely close the frame groove. For example, the closure piece borders the insertion lock in the longitudinal direction, so that when the connecting element is fixed relative to the frame by means of the insertion lock, the closure piece engages in the frame groove and closes it in cross-section. Preferably, the closure piece has the same cross-section, i.e., the same cross-sectional shape and the same cross-sectional dimensions, as the frame groove, so that the closure piece completely closes the frame groove and thereby bears continuously against the frame, in particular against the groove base. Such a design of the fastening device enables quick and easy installation.
[0078] A further development of the invention provides that, in a direction perpendicular to the groove base, dimensions of the adjusting element web are smaller than a distance between the underside of the base plate and an upper side of the stop element extending from the base plate, in particular so that, when the fastening device is arranged as intended, an upper side of the adjusting element web facing away from the groove base of the frame groove lies in an imaginary plane which is present between a first imaginary plane receiving the underside of the base plate on the one hand and a second imaginary plane receiving an upper side of the stop element and / or an upper side of the connecting element web on the other hand.
[0079] Such a design of the fastening device has already been mentioned. It allows for slight tilting of the adjustment element during adjustment, thus enabling smooth adjustment. In particular, by tilting the adjustment element, the aforementioned adjusting screw can be raised in the direction of the vertical axis, i.e., in the direction away from the groove base. This significantly simplifies access to the adjusting screw with an adjustment tool.
[0080] A further development of the invention provides that the fastening element has a further fastening element web, which extends from the fastening element base body and is arranged parallel to the fastening element web and / or to the adjustment element web and / or to the connecting element web to form a groove edge receptacle designed to receive the groove edges defining the frame groove. When the fastening device is arranged as intended, the further fastening element web is arranged outside the frame groove, in particular, it rests on the groove edges or one of the groove edges.
[0081] In the direction of the vertical axis, between the fastening element on the one hand and the fastening element web and / or the adjustment element web and / or the connecting element web on the other hand, there is the groove edge receptacle, into which the groove edges or one of the groove edges engage. By engaging the groove edge in the groove edge receptacle, the fastening device is held in the frame groove in a form-fitting manner in the direction of the vertical axis. To achieve a reliable holding effect and ensure both simple installation and smooth adjustability, the additional fastening element web runs parallel to the fastening element web, the adjustment element web and / or the connecting element web.
[0082] The additional fastening element web, like the fastening element web, extends from the fastening element base body. Particularly preferably, the fastening element has a plurality of additional fastening element webs arranged on opposite sides of the fastening element. Further preferably, a plurality of groove edge receptacles are provided, namely also on opposite sides, with the groove edges engaging in the groove edge receptacles. In this case, one of the groove edges engages in one of the groove edge receptacles in order to hold the fastening device in a form-fitting manner in the frame groove.
[0083] A further development of the invention provides that the connecting element consists of a material that is different from a material of the fastening element and / or a material of the adjustment element, in particular having a lower strength. The connecting element and in particular the stop element are intended to prevent damage to the fastening element and the adjustment element due to excessive displacement of the adjustment element. To this end, the user of the fastening device performing the adjustment is provided with a haptic signal that the end of the adjustment travel has been reached. This is achieved by the adjustment element striking the connecting element or its stop element.
[0084] To reliably prevent damage to the fastening element and the adjustment element, the connecting element is made of a different material than the fastening element or the adjustment element. The material of the connecting element preferably has lower strength or lower rigidity. For example, plastic is used as the material of the connecting element, whereas the material of the fastening element and / or the adjustment element is metal. The fastening element and the adjustment element are preferably made of the same material. They are preferably made of zinc or a zinc alloy. It can be provided that the connecting element is produced by injection molding. The fastening element and the adjustment element, on the other hand, are preferably formed by die casting.Overall, the described design of the fastening device ensures both reliable adjustment of the adjustment element and reliably prevents damage caused by adjustment.
[0085] A further development of the invention provides that the connecting element is pivotally connected via a scissor mechanism of the fitting assembly to a further fastening device that can be fastened to a further frame of the building locking device. The connecting element is fastened to the frame by means of the fastening device and is connected to the further fastening device via the scissor mechanism. The further fastening device serves to fasten the fitting assembly to the further frame, for example, the outer frame of the building locking device. In particular, the scissor mechanism is connected to the further fastening device via a further connecting element. The scissor mechanism implements the aforementioned pivot bearing. For example, it has two scissor elements, a first of which is pivotally mounted on the connecting element and mounted for longitudinal displacement on the other connecting element, while a second of the scissor elements is pivotally mounted on the connecting element and pivotally mounted on the other connecting element. Preferably, the two scissor elements are also pivotally mounted directly on one another. Such a design allows the pivot bearing to be arranged in the air gap between the two frames, so that it is not visible from the outside when the building locking device is closed. This creates a high-quality visual impression for the building locking device.
[0086] A further development of the invention provides for the use of the fastening device for a building locking device designed as a rotating building locking device or a tilting building locking device. The fastening device can therefore be used completely independently of the design of the building locking device. In particular, a first fastening device, which is designed according to the embodiments within the scope of this description, is used for a rotating building locking device, for example a casement window. A second fastening device, which also corresponds to the embodiments within the scope of this description and is particularly preferably designed identically to the first fastening device, is used for a building locking device designed as a tilting building locking device, in particular as a casement window. The difference between the building locking devices lies solely in the different arrangement of the fastening devices. The described fastening device is therefore extremely versatile.
[0087] The invention further relates to a method for producing a fastening device according to claim 12.
[0088] The advantages of such a design of the fastening device or such a procedure have already been pointed out. Both the fastening device and the method for its manufacture can be further developed according to the explanations in this description, so reference is made to these in this regard.
[0089] A further development of the invention provides that, before the connecting element is fastened to the fastening element, an adjusting screw is fastened to the adjusting element. A screw head of the adjusting screw is introduced into the guide recess from a first side of the fastening element and, on a second side of the fastening element opposite the first side, is hooked into a screw head receptacle formed in the fastening element, in which the screw head is subsequently held in a form-fitting manner in the longitudinal direction. During the manufacture of the fastening device, the adjusting screw is therefore first connected to the adjusting element, in particular screwed into the adjusting element or screwed onto it.This is done in such a way that the adjusting screw projects beyond the adjusting element, in particular the screw head of the adjusting screw is arranged at a distance from the adjusting element and accordingly has a certain distance from it.
[0090] The adjusting screw is then inserted into the guide recess, starting from the first side of the fastening element, in particular with the screw head first. The first side of the fastening element refers in particular to the side of the fastening element facing the groove base when the fastening device is arranged as intended. The adjusting screw, with the adjustment element arranged thereon, is inserted into the guide recess until the screw head is on the second side of the fastening element opposite the first side. In particular, the adjusting screw extends completely through the guide recess in the vertical direction.
[0091] The screw head receptacle is located on the second side of the fastening element, i.e. the side of the fastening element facing away from the groove base when the fastening device is arranged as intended. This is closed towards the first side and open towards the second side, so that once the screw head has been hooked into the screw head receptacle, displacement of the screw head towards the first side is not permitted. Removal of the screw head from the screw head receptacle is therefore only possible in the direction away from the first side. The screw head and the screw head receptacle are designed in such a way that, once the screw head has been arranged in the screw head receptacle, it is held in a form-fitting manner in the longitudinal direction and is accordingly held stationary in this direction with respect to the fastening element.Such a design enables particularly simple assembly or particularly simple manufacture of the fastening device.
[0092] A further development of the invention provides that the screw head is hooked into the screw head receptacle by rotating the adjusting element about a mounting axis of rotation, and that the adjusting element is arranged in the guide recess by further rotating it about the mounting axis of rotation when the screw head is hooked into the screw head receptacle. Firstly, the adjusting screw or its screw head is arranged such that it is on the second side of the fastening element. The adjusting element is then rotated about the mounting axis of rotation so that the screw head is displaced towards the screw head receptacle or into the screw head receptacle. When arranged as intended, the mounting axis of rotation corresponds to the transverse axis or runs parallel to it.
[0093] It can be provided that the mounting axis of rotation remains stationary while the adjustment element is being rotated. However, the mounting axis of rotation can also be shifted, particularly parallel. After the screw head is hooked into the screw head receptacle, the adjustment element is rotated further about the mounting axis of rotation. The screw head remains hooked in the screw head receptacle. The adjustment element is rotated about the mounting axis of rotation until the adjustment element has reached its final position in the guide recess. This procedure enables simple, quick, and reliable installation of the fastening device.
[0094] A further development of the invention provides that after the adjustment element has been arranged in the guide recess, the connecting element is fastened to the fastening element.
[0095] As a result, as already explained, the adjustment element is held in the guide recess, meaning it can no longer be displaced toward the first side of the fastening element and thus escape from the guide recess. Preferably, the manufacture of the fastening device is completed after the connecting element has been attached to the fastening element, and the fastening device can subsequently be delivered or attached to the frame.
[0096] The invention also relates to a building locking device with a frame having a frame groove and a fitting arrangement which is fastened to the frame by means of a fastening device according to one of claims 1 to 12.
[0097] With regard to the advantages of such a design of the building locking device and possible advantageous further developments, reference is again made to the explanations in this description.
[0098] The invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to the exemplary embodiments shown in the drawings, without limiting the invention. In the drawings: Figure 1 shows a schematic representation of a building locking device in a first embodiment, Figure 2 shows a schematic representation of the building locking device in a second embodiment, Figure 3 shows a schematic representation of a fastening device for fastening a fitting arrangement to a frame of the building locking device, Figure 4 shows a schematic representation of the fitting arrangement and a further fastening device, Figure 5 shows a further schematic representation of the fitting arrangement and the further fastening device, Figure 6 shows an additional schematic representation of the fitting arrangement and the further fastening device, Figure 7 shows a schematic representation of the fastening device, Figure 8 shows a further schematic representation of the fastening device, Figure 9 shows a schematic side view of the fastening device, Figure 10 shows a schematic longitudinal section of the fastening device,Figure 11 shows a schematic representation of the fastening device, the fitting arrangement and the further fastening device, and Figure 12 shows a schematic representation of assembly steps in the manufacture of the fastening device.
[0099] The Figure 1shows a schematic representation of a building locking device 1 in a first embodiment. In this embodiment, the building locking device 1 is a rotating building locking device, in particular a casement window. The building locking device 1 has a frame 2 and a frame 3, each of which is composed of several frame members 4 and 5, respectively. The frame 2 is in the form of a fixed frame, and the frame 3 is in the form of a sash frame. The frame 2 is provided and designed for stationary arrangement on or in a building, while the frame 3 is displaceably mounted on the frame 2. In a first position of the frame 3 with respect to the frame 2, the frame 3, together with a glazing unit (not shown) arranged on it, closes a recess 6 delimited by the frame 2.In a second position of the frame 3 relative to the frame 2, however, the frame 3 releases the recess 6 at least in part, as shown here.
[0100] In the illustrated embodiment, the frame 3 is mounted so as to be rotatable relative to the frame 2 about a merely indicated axis of rotation 7. When the building locking device 1 is arranged as intended, the axis of rotation 7 is aligned essentially vertically. This is achieved by a pivot bearing 8 having a fitting arrangement 9. The fitting arrangement 9 is fastened to the frame 3 by means of a fastening device 10, on the one hand, and to the frame 2 by means of a further fastening device 11, on the other hand. The fastening device 10 engages in a frame groove 12 formed on the frame 2; in the illustrated initial example, in a frame groove 12 formed on an upper frame member 5.
[0101] The frame groove 12 is in particular T-shaped and has a cavity 13 which merges into an opening 14 of the frame groove 12 and via this opens into a rebate air gap located between the frames 2 and 3 when the building locking device 1 is closed. In the area of the opening 14, the frame groove 12 is tapered, so that the opening 14 has smaller dimensions in a transverse direction than the cavity 13. Viewed in the transverse direction, the opening 14 is delimited on both sides by groove edges 15 which accommodate the opening 14 between them. The frame groove 12 extends completely through the frame member 5 in its longitudinal direction. On both sides, it opens into a frame groove of another frame member 5 adjacent to the frame member 5.
[0102] The fastening device 10 is arranged in the frame groove 12, namely in such a way that it is partially present in the cavity 13 and engages behind both groove edges 15, so that it is arranged stationary in the longitudinal direction and in the transverse direction in the frame groove 12. Therefore, the fastening device preferably bears not only vertically against the groove edges 15, but also transversely, so that it is supported by them in both directions in order to secure the fastening device 10. In the longitudinal direction, the fastening device 10 is secured by means of fastening screws 16, which are located outside the frame groove 12 and engage the groove edges 15 from this side to secure the fastening device 10 in the longitudinal direction.
[0103] The Figure 2shows a schematic representation of the building locking device 1 in a second embodiment. This differs from the first embodiment only in that the building locking device 1 is designed as a tilting building locking device or as a tilt window. Accordingly, the axis of rotation 7 is aligned differently and, when the building locking device 1 is arranged as intended, runs essentially horizontally. The fitting arrangement 9 and the fastening devices 10 and 11 in the second embodiment are configured identically to the first embodiment and are arranged differently on the building locking device 1 only to achieve the differently aligned axis of rotation 7.In addition to the building locking device 1 in the first embodiment, the building locking device 1 in the second embodiment has a scissor device 17 which limits an opening angle of the building locking device 1.
[0104] The Figure 3 shows a schematic representation of the fastening device 10, by means of which the fitting arrangement 9 for forming the pivot bearing 8 is fastened to the frame 3 or the frame member 5. This is an exploded view of the fastening device 10. The fastening device 10 has a fastening element 18, which partially engages in the frame groove 12 and is fixed relative to the frame 3, namely in the longitudinal direction, transverse direction, and vertical direction. The fastening screws 16, which are arranged in fastening screw receptacles 19 of the fastening element 18, serve for fastening in the longitudinal direction.
[0105] Furthermore, the fastening device 10 has an adjusting element 20, which is adjustably connected to the fastening element 18 with respect to the fastening element 18 and thus to the frame 3. For this purpose, the adjusting element 20 is preferably connected to the fastening element 18 by means of an adjusting screw 21. In particular, a screw head 22 of the adjusting screw 21 engages in a form-fitting manner in a screw head receptacle 23 of the fastening element 18, so that the adjusting screw 21 is fixed in the longitudinal direction with respect to the fastening element 18. The adjusting screw 21 has a screw thread 24, which engages with a mating thread 25 of the adjusting element 20. Accordingly, a rotary movement of the adjusting screw 21 is converted into a displacement of the adjusting element 20 in the longitudinal direction with respect to the fastening element 18. The adjusting element 20 is guided in a guide recess 26 of the fastening element 18 so that it can be linearly displaced in the longitudinal direction. For this purpose, an adjusting element base body 27 engages in the guide recess 26 and rests there, at least temporarily, preferably permanently, on an edge 28 delimiting the guide recess 26. In particular, the adjusting element base body 27 rests against opposing and parallel guide walls 29, which partially form the edge 28.
[0106] A marking 30 is provided on the adjustment element 20, which, in different positions of the adjustment element 20 relative to the fastening element 18, overlaps with different markings 31 present on the fastening element 18. This allows a user of the fastening device 10 to quickly identify the current setting of the fastening device 10 and in which direction they should move the adjustment element 20, or how they should actuate the adjusting screw 21 to achieve the desired displacement of the adjustment element 20.
[0107] A positive-locking projection 32 and a further positive-locking projection 33 are arranged on the adjustment element 20. The positive-locking projection 32 consists of a positive-locking pin 34 and a retaining projection 35 extending from the positive-locking pin 34. The positive-locking pin 34 is mounted on the adjustment element base body 27 so as to be rotatable about its longitudinal central axis and is seated in a corresponding pin receptacle 36 formed in the adjustment element base body 27. The retaining projection 35 extends radially outward relative to the rotational axis of the positive-locking pin 34, but only partially encompasses the positive-locking pin 34 in the circumferential direction.
[0108] In the illustrated orientation of the form-locking projection 32, the retaining projection 35 projects laterally beyond the adjustment element base body 27. Consequently, with the illustrated orientation of the form-locking projection 32, the adjustment element 20 can only be inserted into the guide recess 26 if the retaining projection 35 overlaps with a through-hole 37 that extends laterally from the guide recess 26 and completely extends vertically through the guide walls 29. The form-locking projection 32 or its retaining projection 35 thus represents a locking projection. This enables reliable and reproducible assembly of the fastening device 10. Above all, it is necessary to arrange the adjusting screw 21 in a specific position relative to the adjustment element 20. Only in this specific position does the retaining projection 35 overlap with the through-hole 37.Such a configuration has the further advantage that, after adjustment of the adjustment element 20, removal of the adjustment element 20 from the guide recess 26 by the retaining projection 35 or interaction of the retaining projection 35 with the fastening element 18 is prevented.
[0109] The form-locking projection 33 is designed in one piece and made of the same material as the adjustment element base body 27. In particular, it is manufactured together with the adjustment element base body 27, in particular by die casting. It has a non-circular cross-section, stadium-shaped in the exemplary embodiment shown here. Both the form-locking projection 32 and the further form-locking projection 33 serve to secure a connecting element 38 (not shown here) to the adjustment element 20. Preferably, the form-locking projection 32 serves in particular for securing at least or exclusively in the vertical direction, and the form-locking projection 33 serves for securing at least or exclusively in the transverse and longitudinal directions.
[0110] In addition, the fastening device 10 has a connecting element 39 that is fastened to the fastening element 18. In the exemplary embodiment shown here, the connecting element 39 has a locking device 40, and the fastening element 18 has a locking counter-device 41. The locking device 40 has, for example, a locking projection, and the locking counter-device 41 has a locking receptacle. With the aid of the locking device 40 and the locking counter-device 41, the connecting element 39 is or can be fastened reversibly to the fastening element 18 without damage.
[0111] The connecting element 39 has a retaining projection 42 that holds the adjustment element 20 in the guide recess 26 of the fastening element 18. For this purpose, the retaining projection 42 preferably abuts a guide region 43 of the adjustment element base body 27, which has a guide surface 44 (not visible here) on its side facing the retaining projection 42 and a further guide surface 45 on its side facing away from the retaining projection 42. The guide surface 45 abuts, at least temporarily, in a sliding manner, against a guide counter surface 46 formed by a transverse web 47 that partially overlaps the guide recess 26.
[0112] Preferably, the connecting element 39 is arranged on the fastening element 18 such that the retaining projection 42 permanently rests against the guide region 43 or the guide surface 44 and urges the guide region 43 or its guide surface 45 toward, preferably against, the guide counter surface 46. Consequently, even when the fastening device 10 is not mounted on the frame 3, the adjusting element 20 is reliably held on the fastening element 18, namely in the guide recess 26. The connecting element 39 further comprises a guide pin receptacle 48, in which a guide pin 49 (not shown here) of the connecting element 38 engages to implement longitudinal guidance, i.e., guidance in the longitudinal direction.
[0113] The fastening element 18 has a first fastening element web 50 and a second fastening element web 51 (not visible here), which extend on opposite sides from a fastening element base body 52 in which the guide recess 26 is formed. Parallel and offset to the fastening element webs 50 and 51, further fastening element webs 53 and 54 extend from the fastening element base body 52. In the exemplary embodiment shown here, there are also additional fastening element webs 55 and 56, which in the exemplary embodiment shown here are multi-part and composed of spaced-apart partial webs 57 and 58, or 59 and 60. The additional fastening element webs 55 and 56 are aligned with the fastening element webs 50 and 51, and are therefore also arranged parallel and offset to the further fastening element webs 53 and 54.
[0114] The adjustment element 20 also has such webs, namely adjustment element webs 61 and 62. The adjustment element webs 61 and 62 originate from the adjustment element base body 27 and extend in opposite directions. They are generally arranged parallel to the fastening element webs 50, 51, 53, 54, 55, and 56. They lie approximately in an imaginary plane with the fastening element webs 50, 51, 55, and 56, but spaced parallel to the other fastening element webs 53 and 54. Groove edge receptacles 63 and 64 are formed between the fastening element webs 50, 51, 55, and 56 on the one hand and the fastening element webs 53 and 54 on the other. In addition, the groove edge receptacles 63 and 64 are delimited by the adjustment element webs 61 and 62.When the fastening device 10 is arranged as intended, the groove edges 15 of the frame 3 are arranged in the groove edge receptacles 63 and 64, so that the fastening device 11 is fixed at least in the vertical direction with respect to the frame 3 and is reliably held in the frame groove 12.
[0115] Preferably, the connecting element 39 also has corresponding webs, namely connecting element webs 65 and 66. These are in turn arranged approximately in the same plane as the fastening element webs 50, 51, 55 and 56. The connecting element webs 65 and 66 extend from a base plate 67 of the connecting element 39, which engages beneath the fastening element webs 50 and 51, i.e., rests against its underside facing a groove base of the frame groove 12. This prevents the connecting element 39 from tilting relative to the fastening element 18. Furthermore, the connecting element 39 has an insertion lock 68 and a closure piece 68'. The insertion lock 68 prevents the fastening device 11 from being inserted too far into the frame groove 12 in the longitudinal direction, and the closure piece 68' closes the frame groove 12 at least partially, in particular completely. In particular, the closure piece 68' completely fills the frame groove 12 when viewed in cross section.
[0116] The adjustment element 20 is displaceably arranged in the guide recess 26 between opposing end stop surfaces 69 and 70 formed by the fastening element 18. The end stop surfaces 69 and 70 thus form end stops for the adjustment element 20. The end stop surfaces 69 and 70 cooperate with counter-stop surfaces 71 and 72 provided on the adjustment element 20. The end stop surfaces 69 and 70 are formed on the fastening element webs 50 and 51 as well as the fastening element webs 55 and 56. The counter-stop surfaces 71 and 72 are provided on the adjustment element webs 61 and 62. The end stop surfaces 69 and 70 are composed of end stop partial surfaces not specifically identified here, wherein one of the end stop partial surfaces is present on the fastening element web 50 or 57 and a second of the counter stop partial surfaces is present on the fastening element web 51 or 56.Analogously, the counter-stop surfaces 71 and 72 are also composed of counter-stop partial surfaces, wherein one of the counter-stop partial surfaces is formed on the adjustment element web 61 and another of the counter-stop partial surfaces is formed on the adjustment element web 62.
[0117] In order to implement particularly safe operation of the fastening device 10, in particular particularly safe adjustment of the adjusting element 20 with respect to the fastening element 18, the connecting element 39 has a stop element 73 that is arranged between the end stop surface 69 and the counter-stop surface 71. The stop element 73 thus forms an upstream end stop with a upstream end stop surface 74. The stop element 73 is arranged such that when the adjusting element 20 is displaced towards the end stop surface 69, the adjusting element 20 or its counter-stop surface 71 first reaches the upstream end stop surface 74, so that the adjusting element 20 urges the stop element 73 in the direction of the end stop surface 69.
[0118] If the adjustment element 20 is further adjusted toward the end stop surface 69 with a significantly increased force applied, the stop element 73 is deformed or destroyed, so that the adjustment element 20 can ultimately come into contact with the end stop surface 69. By selecting the appropriate material for the connecting element 39, damage to the fastening element 18 and the adjustment element 20 is reliably prevented by alerting the user to the reaching of the upstream end stop surface 74 through the increased force required for further adjustment. The connecting element 39 is preferably made of a material that has a lower strength than a material from which the fastening element 18 and / or the adjustment element 20 are made.In particular, a plastic is used as the material for the connecting element 39, while the fastening element 18 and / or the adjusting element 20 are made of metal or a metal alloy.
[0119] The Figure 4shows a schematic representation of the fitting arrangement 9 and the additional fastening device 11. Shown in particular is the connecting element 38, via which the fitting arrangement 9 is connected to the fastening device 10. It is connected to the additional fastening device 11 via a further connecting element 75. It can be seen that the fitting arrangement 9 has a scissor mechanism 76, which has at least two scissor elements 77 and 78. The scissor elements 77 and 78 are rotatably mounted directly on one another. The scissor element 77 is also rotatably mounted on the connecting element 38 and longitudinally displaceably mounted on the connecting element 75. The scissor element 78, on the other hand, is rotatably mounted on the connecting element 75 and longitudinally displaceably mounted on the connecting element 38. Corresponding bearing pins 79 are provided for this purpose. Such a scissor mechanism 76 is generally known, so it will not be discussed further. The fastening device 11 is the subject of German patent DE 10 2020 216 351.0 or the patent application underlying it. Reference is made to the statements therein. In particular, the fastening device 11 can be designed according to one or more of the claims of the patent or the patent application.
[0120] Furthermore, form-locking receptacles 80 and 81 can be seen, which are present in the connecting element 38 and serve to receive the form-locking projections 32 and 33. The form-locking receptacle 80 is designed such that the connecting element 38 can be arranged on the adjusting element 20 in a first rotational angle position of the form-locking projection 32. In a second rotational angle position, however, the connecting element 38 is firmly connected to the adjusting element 20 in the direction of the vertical axis. The form-locking receptacle 81 is adapted to the form-locking projection 33 in terms of shape and dimensions, such that the form-locking pin 33 rests continuously against an edge delimiting the form-locking receptacle 81 in order to reliably fix the connecting element 38 with respect to the adjusting element 20.
[0121] The Figure 5 shows a further schematic representation of the fitting arrangement 9 and the further fastening device 11. This also applies to the Figure 6 .
[0122] The Figure 7 shows a schematic representation of the fastening device 10 in assembled state. This also applies to the Figure 8 . The Figure 8 It can also be seen that the retaining projection 42 engages in a recess 82 of the adjusting element 20, wherein a base of the recess 82 forms or has the guide surface 44. The recess 82 has a width which essentially corresponds to a width of the retaining projection 42. Viewed in the transverse direction, the retaining projection 42 bears on opposite sides against edges which delimit the recess 82, wherein the edges are formed by the adjusting element 20. This provides additional guidance of the adjusting element 20 in the transverse direction.
[0123] A depth of the recess 82 preferably corresponds to a height of the retaining projection 42, so that the recess 82 and the retaining projection 42 have the same or at least substantially the same dimensions in the vertical direction. Accordingly, the retaining projection 42 does not protrude from the recess 82, but completely fills it in the vertical direction. In the longitudinal direction, the recess 82 only partially extends through the adjusting element 20 or its adjusting element base body 27. In particular, the dimensions of the recess 82 in this direction are dimensioned such that they are just sufficient for displacing the adjusting element 20 within its adjustment range.
[0124] Furthermore, it can be seen that a recess 83 is formed between the additional fastening element webs 55 and 56, in particular between the partial webs 57 and 59, into which a guide projection 84 of the adjustment element 20 engages. The guide projection 84 is formed by the adjustment element base body 27. The dimensions of the recess 83 in the transverse direction correspond to the dimensions of the guide projection 84 in the same direction, thus again ensuring reliable guidance of the adjustment element 20 with respect to the fastening element 18.
[0125] The Figure 9shows a schematic side view of the fastening device 10. It can be seen that an underside of the adjusting element 20, which corresponds to an underside of the adjusting element webs 61 and 62, is aligned with an underside of the fastening element 18, as it lies in a common imaginary plane with it, in particular with an underside of the additional fastening element webs 55 and 56. The underside of the adjusting element 20 is also aligned with an underside of the connecting element 39, in particular with an underside of the base plate 67. Dimensions of the additional fastening element webs 55 and 56 in the vertical direction correspond approximately to dimensions of a common arrangement of base plate 67 and fastening element webs 50 and 51, respectively.
[0126] In this direction, however, the adjustment element webs 61 and 62 have smaller dimensions than the additional fastening element webs 55 and 56 and / or the aforementioned arrangement. As a result, the fastening element webs 50 and 51, as well as the additional fastening element webs 55 and 56 and the connecting element webs 65 and 66, rest in a clamping manner against the groove edges 15, whereas the adjustment element webs 61 and 62 are spaced apart from them in the vertical direction. This creates a slight play, allowing the adjustment element 20 to tilt within the guide recess 26 during adjustment of the adjustment element 20. This particularly facilitates the interaction of an adjustment tool with the adjusting screw 21.
[0127] The Figure 10shows a schematic longitudinal section of the fastening device 10. In particular, it is clearly visible how the guide area 43 is slidably mounted between the retaining projection 42 and the transverse web 47. The locking device 40 and the locking counter-device 41 are also now visible in detail.
[0128] The Figure 11shows a schematic representation of the fastening device 10, the fitting arrangement 9 and the further fastening device 11 in assembly. The engagement of the guide pin 49 in the guide pin receptacle 48 can now be seen. The latter is delimited on the inlet side by run-in bevels 85, which simplify the insertion of the guide pin 49 into the guide pin receptacle 48. The run-in bevels 85 are designed such that the guide pin receptacle 48 tapers with decreasing distance from the fastening element 18. Accordingly, the dimensions of the guide pin receptacle 48 in the transverse direction become smaller the smaller the distance to the fastening element 18. However, the run-in bevels 85 extend in the longitudinal direction only over a small part of the guide pin receptacle 48, for example over a maximum of 10%, a maximum of 7.5% or a maximum of 5% of a total extension of the guide pin receptacle 48 in this direction.
[0129] The guide pin 49 and the guide pin receptacle 48 are dimensioned such that, when the fitting assembly 9 and the fastening device 10 are arranged as intended, the guide pin 49 permanently rests on opposite sides against walls 86 and 87, which delimit the guide pin receptacle 48 on opposite sides. At the same time, the connecting element 39 is dimensioned such that it permanently rests on the frame 3 in the transverse direction on opposite sides, namely on the walls of the respective frame member 5 delimiting the frame groove 12 and / or on the groove edges 15. This transmits force from the guide pin 49 into the frame 3 via the connecting element 39, the force being introduced into the frame 3 over a large area. Consequently, damage to the frame 3 by the guide pin 49 is reliably prevented. At the same time, the guide pin 49 is reliably guided, which reliably prevents unwanted noises, such as rattling noises.
[0130] The Figure 12shows a schematic representation of assembly steps in the manufacture of the fastening device 10. Four representations are shown from top to bottom, with the topmost representation illustrating a first assembly step, the second representation from above a second assembly step, the third representation from above a third assembly step, and a fourth representation from above a fourth assembly step. In the first assembly step, the adjusting screw 21 is first screwed into the adjusting element 20. The positive-locking projection 32 is in a defined orientation in which its holding projection 35 projects transversely beyond the adjusting element base body 27.In the second assembly step, the assembly comprising the adjusting element 20 and adjusting screw 21 is introduced into the guide recess 26, starting from a first side of the fastening element 18, until the assembly, in particular the adjusting screw 21, is partially present on a second side of the fastening element 18 opposite the first side. In this process, the adjusting screw 21 is first displaced through the guide recess 26 and only then is the adjusting element 20 displaced into it.
[0131] In the third assembly step, the adjusting screw 21 or its screw head 22 is hooked into the screw head receptacle 23. Subsequently, the assembly comprising the adjusting element 20 and adjusting screw 21 is fully inserted into the guide recess 26 by performing a rotary movement, namely until the guide area 43 rests against the transverse web 47. Moving the adjusting element 20 into the guide recess 26 is only possible if the retaining projection 35 is arranged in overlap with the through-holes 37. This, in turn, is only the case if the adjusting screw 21 has a specific position relative to the adjusting element 20, i.e., the screw head 22 is at a defined distance from the adjusting element 20 or—in other words—the adjusting screw 21 is screwed a specific distance into the adjusting element 20.As a result, the result of the manufacture of the fastening device 10 is always defined, so that the fastening device 10 can be immediately mounted on the frame 3 without having to make any adjustments to the fastening device 10 on site beforehand.
[0132] In the fourth assembly step, the connecting element 39 is finally attached to the fastening element 18. As a result, the adjusting element 20 is held captively in the guide recess 26, namely by the retaining projection 42.
[0133] Overall, the described fastening device 10 enables a reliable and adjustable fastening of the fitting assembly 9 to the frame 3. Furthermore, a high level of comfort of the building locking device 1 is ensured, in particular because undesirable noise generation is prevented. The reproducible manufacture of the fastening device 10 also ensures rapid installation on the frame 3 without having to first adjust the position of the adjustment element 20 relative to the fastening element 18 using the adjusting screw 21.
