Description
[0001] Guying devices are used in the current state of the art to provide the necessary tension to contact wires and / or overhead wire suspension cables. Such devices are used, for example, in rail transport, particularly on railways.
[0002] Known guying systems comprise a guy weight that is movably guided along guide rods. For assembly, the structural elements are provided separately and assembled into a guying system at the location of intended use. The guide rods are attached to a tunnel wall, for example, and the guy weight is then arranged on the guide rods. Finally, the connection to the catenary cable or contact wire is established.
[0003] This procedure is necessary because such an arrangement is not sufficiently stable without additional fastening. Therefore, a guying device cannot usually be transported to its destination in an assembled state. This means that longer assembly times are required on site because, in addition to fastening the components, the assembly of the actual guying device can only be carried out immediately at the destination. However, this is disadvantageous for several reasons. In particular, on construction sites for rail transport facilities, only precisely defined time intervals are available for certain work steps. The same applies to the maintenance of existing railway lines, where only limited maintenance intervals are usually available. In addition, assembly in difficult-to-access areas, for example in tunnel sections, can be particularly complex and / or time-consuming.
[0004] It is therefore an object of the present disclosure to provide a guying device that can be installed at its intended location in the shortest possible time. This is intended to make more efficient use of the available working and maintenance time.
[0005] This non-inventive object is achieved by providing a mounting structure that is connected to the guide rods of the guying device. This allows for pre-assembly of the guying device. This means that the guying device can be delivered to the installation site already in its intended configuration, i.e., in particular, the guide rods and the guying weight are already in the desired position relative to each other.
[0006] The present disclosure thus relates, in the aspect not according to the invention, to a guying device for contact wires and / or supporting cables of contact wires, in particular for rail-bound traffic, comprising a guying weight that is connectable or connected to the contact wire and / or the supporting cable via a connecting cable, wherein the guying weight comprises at least two guide devices via which the guying weight is movably guided along two guide rods that run essentially parallel to one another.
[0007] If necessary, the guide rods are connected to each other at their lower end and / or below the guy weight via a cross member. Such a guying device is designed especially for use in tunnel areas or for mounting on tunnel walls or other walls.
[0008] It may be provided that the guide rods are connected to one another via a removable mounting structure in the region of an upper end opposite the lower end and / or above the guy weight.
[0009] In particular, the guide rods, the cross element and the mounting structure form a temporary frame that supports and guides the guy weight.
[0010] The removable mounting structure can be connected to the rest of the guying device in a particularly detachable manner, for example via screw, plug or other connections.
[0011] Relative terms such as "above" or "below" in the context of the present invention refer in particular to the orientation in the intended use.
[0012] If necessary, the guide rods may be provided with fastening openings near the upper end and / or above the guy weight, with a fastening element of the mounting structure being guided through each of the fastening openings. The fastening openings may be fastening holes that extend transversely through the guide rods.
[0013] Optionally, the mounting structure may comprise a mounting frame with two profiles, particularly angle profiles, resting against the guide rods, wherein the profiles are connected to each other via at least one frame cross brace. This enables a particularly stable construction.
[0014] If necessary, the profiles can each have an opening, with the fastening means passing through each opening. The opening can be a hole, for example, a bore.
[0015] Optionally, it can be provided that the mounting structure comprises at least two securing elements, wherein the fastening means are guided through openings of the securing elements, and wherein the securing elements are each arranged on the side of the guide rods opposite the profiles.
[0016] The securing elements can be designed as angle profiles and at least partially enclose the guide rods.
[0017] In one embodiment, the guide rods have a rectangular, in particular square, cross-section and the securing elements and the profiles are designed as angle profiles, which each rest on at least two sides of the guide rods.
[0018] Optionally, the mounting structure may include an anchoring element configured to connect the guying device to a lifting device, such as a crane. The anchoring means may, for example, be a lug with an opening, but other designs are also possible. The anchoring element may also be configured to accommodate another connecting element, such as a shackle, which can be connected to a crane via a traction cable.
[0019] This allows the guying system to be lifted. With state-of-the-art guying systems, lifting by crane is not necessary, as the individual components can be lifted manually. An anchoring element is not required in this case, and this only becomes necessary when the guying system is prefabricated. The fully assembled system weighs approximately 1.5 t, for example, and therefore cannot be lifted manually.
[0020] If necessary, the anchoring element can be arranged centrally between the guide rods. If necessary, the anchoring element is arranged centrally on a cross member of the mounting frame.
[0021] Optionally, the anchoring element can be loaded with a tensile force of at least 20 kN, preferably at least 30 kN, with the loading direction running in particular in the longitudinal direction of the guide rods. This allows the entire guying device to be lifted at the anchoring element.
[0022] Optionally, the guying device comprises fastening elements for attachment to a wall, in particular to a tunnel wall. Fastening elements can be arranged in particular in the region of the upper and lower ends of the guying device.
[0023] The present disclosure also relates to a method for assembling a guying device, comprising the following steps: Providing a guying device according to the aspect not according to the invention, fastening the guying device to a surface, for example to a tunnel wall, or to another suitable mounting location, removing the mounting structure from the guying device, guying a support cable and / or a contact wire with the guying weight.
[0024] The present disclosure relates, in one aspect of the invention, to a guying device for contact wires and / or supporting cables of contact wires according to independent patent claim 1.
[0025] Guying devices are used in the state of the art to provide the necessary tension to contact wires and / or contact wire suspension cables. Such devices are used, for example, in rail transport, particularly on railways. Corresponding guying devices are known, for example, from EP 1 281 563 A1 or CN 203528324 U.
[0026] Known guying systems comprise a guy weight that is movably guided along guide rods. The guy weight is typically composed of a multitude of weight elements, designed, for example, as flat steel plates. Depending on the desired tensioning force, the number of weight elements and thus the total mass of the guy weight can be increased or decreased. A change in the total mass of the guy weight may be necessary, for example, due to worn contact wires or changes in operating requirements. A greater guy force may also be required at higher operating speeds.
[0027] Further guying devices with weight elements are shown in GB 2207403 A and EP 0 695 666 A1.
[0028] In prior art guying systems, the weight elements are usually mounted in a support frame, and adding or removing individual weight elements is only possible after removing the guy weight. In particular, it is not possible to add additional weight elements while maintaining the train's movement. Changing the guy force therefore requires considerable labor, which is to be avoided in rail transport, especially during maintenance work, since the relevant line must be closed during the work.
[0029] It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a guying device that allows the total mass of the guying weight to be changed as easily as possible. In particular, the device or the guying weight should be avoided if a change in the guying force is required.
[0030] This problem is solved by providing at least one weight element that is designed in at least two parts. This allows the weight elements to be removed from the support frame without having to disassemble it.
[0031] In the inventive aspect, the present invention thus relates to a guying device for contact wires and / or suspension cables of contact wires, in particular for rail-bound traffic, comprising a guying weight that is connectable or connected to the contact wire and / or suspension cable via a connecting cable. The guying weight comprises at least two guide devices via which the guying weight is movably guided along two guide rods extending substantially parallel to one another. The guying weight comprises a plurality of individual weight elements held in a holding frame. The weight elements extend substantially parallel to one another.
[0032] According to the invention, it can be provided that a weight element, preferably each weight element, comprises or is formed from at least two weight element parts, wherein the two weight element parts of a weight element are positively connected to one another.
[0033] The positive connection of the weight element parts can be easily released, allowing removal from the support frame without having to disassemble the guy weight. The addition of additional weight elements is also possible.
[0034] Several weight elements can be designed as two-part weights, but this does not necessarily apply to all weight elements of the guy weight. For example, an existing guying system with known one-piece weight elements can be retrofitted with the two-part weight elements according to the invention.
[0035] The weight elements may be flat iron, for example, made of unalloyed steel, and can have a mass between approximately 10 kg and 50 kg. A guy weight can, for example, comprise 20 to 50 weight elements, depending on requirements.
[0036] In connection with the description of the features of the weight element, it should be noted that the singular is used for simplicity. However, the features can refer to any number of weight elements of the guying device, preferably to all weight elements.
[0037] Optionally, the weight element can be provided with a first weight element part and a second weight element part, wherein the first weight element part has a form-fitting extension, and wherein the second weight element part has a form-fitting recess designed to receive the form-fitting extension of the first weight element part. The form-fitting recess preferably has a shape that is complementary to the shape of the form-fitting extension, so that the form-fitting recess can accommodate the form-fitting extension flush.
[0038] In one possible embodiment, the form-fitting extension is dovetail-shaped.
[0039] Optionally, it can be provided that the holding frame comprises two weight element guides running essentially parallel to one another, each with a guide extension, and that a weight element, preferably each weight element, has a guide slot on each of two opposite sides, wherein the guide extension is inserted into the guide slot.
[0040] This holds the weight elements firmly in the guy weight or the support frame. Removal is only possible by disassembling the support frame or by loosening the positive connection between the weight element parts.
[0041] Optionally, the form-fitting extension and the guide slot can be arranged on opposite sides of a weight element part. Optionally, the form-fitting recess and the guide slot can be arranged on opposite sides of a weight element part.
[0042] Optionally, the connecting area, which comprises the form-fitting extension and the form-fitting recess, is located horizontally between the weight element guides. In particular, the weight element parts of a weight element are arranged horizontally next to one another. The connecting area separates the weight element, particularly along the main extension direction, i.e., along the longest dimension, into two or possibly more than two weight element parts.
[0043] If necessary, it is provided that the weight element parts of a weight element are arranged horizontally next to one another.
[0044] In the aspect of the invention, the present disclosure also relates to a weight element as such, comprising two weight element parts, wherein the weight element parts are positively connected to one another. Thus, the invention also relates to the use of a weight element with two positively connected weight element parts as part of the guy weight of a guying device for contact wires and / or support cables of contact wires.
[0045] The non-inventive and the inventive aspects are independent of one another. However, any combination of features of both aspects is also part of the subject matter of the present disclosure. For example, a guying device according to the non-inventive aspect with the weight elements from the inventive aspect is part of the present disclosure.
[0046] The invention is defined by the claims.
[0047] The aspects of the present disclosure are explained in detail below using exemplary embodiments. Further technical features emerge from the description, the patent claims, and the figures of the exemplary embodiments.
[0048] They show: Fig. 1 : A state-of-the-art guying system on a tunnel wall; Fig. 2 : A guying device according to an embodiment of the aspect not according to the invention; Fig. 3 : A detailed view of the guying device from Fig. 2 ; Fig. 4 : A guying device according to an embodiment of the inventive aspect; Fig. 5 : A detailed view of a single weight element from Fig. 4 ; Fig. 6 : A detailed view of the second weight element part from Fig. 5 ; Fig. 7 : A detailed view of the first weight element part from Fig. 5
[0049] Fig. 1 shows a guying device according to the prior art on a tunnel wall 27, wherein the guying device is used for tensioning two supporting cables 1 for overhead lines of a railway line.
[0050] The guying device comprises a guy weight 3, which is guided vertically on guide rods 5. The guide rods 5 are attached to the tunnel wall 27 via fastening elements 29.
[0051] The guy weight 3 has a weight of approximately 1500 kg and tensions the supporting cables 1. The connection between the supporting cable 1 and the guy weight 3 is established via a connecting cable 2, which is guided over pulleys 28 attached to the tunnel wall 27. The guy weight 3 comprises a plurality of weight elements held in a holding frame.
[0052] Such a guying system must be assembled on-site, which requires a significant amount of labor. If the guying force needs to be adjusted, the guying weight support frame must be disassembled to add or remove weight elements, which also requires a significant amount of labor.
[0053] Fig. 2 shows a guying device according to an embodiment of the aspect not according to the invention. In comparison to the guying device from Fig. 1 is that facility from Fig. 2 not yet secured to a tunnel wall or other suitable location. The guying system made of Fig. 2 can be delivered prefabricated to the destination and installed there. The destination could be, for example, a tunnel construction site.
[0054] Similar to the furnishings from Fig. 1 The device comprises a guy weight 3 and two guide rods 5, on which the guy weight 3 is movably mounted via guide devices 4.
[0055] The guy weight 3 comprises a plurality of weight elements 16, which are designed as flat irons and are fastened in a holding frame 25. The holding frame 25 comprises two weight element guides 20, each with a guide extension 21. The weight element guides 20 are designed as T-profiles, and a free, inward-facing leg of the profile forms the guide extension 21. The guide extensions 21 are inserted on both sides into guide recesses (not shown) of the weight elements 16, so that the weight elements 16 are held in a form-fitting manner in the holding frame 25. In order to remove the weight elements 16 from the holding frame 25 or to add further weight elements 16 to the holding frame, the frame must be disassembled or opened.
[0056] In this embodiment, 31 weight elements are provided, each weighing approximately 45 kg.
[0057] The two guide rods 5, which are designed as tubes with a square cross-section, are connected to a cross element 7 at the lower end 6 of the guying device, below the guy weight 3. Fastening elements 29 are provided at the upper end 8 and the lower end 6 of the guide rods 5 for attaching the guying device to walls.
[0058] In the area of the upper end 8, above the guy weight 3, a mounting structure 9 is provided that connects the two otherwise free ends of the guide rods 5. This stabilizes the guying device and allows it to be delivered to the destination in a prefabricated form.
[0059] In this exemplary embodiment, the mounting structure 9 comprises a mounting frame 11. The mounting frame 11 in turn comprises two profiles 12, which are designed as angle profiles and rest against the guide rods 5. The profiles 12 are connected to one another via two frame cross struts 13. An anchoring element 26 is arranged centrally on a frame cross strut 13, which serves to lift the guying device, for example, using a crane. Therefore, the anchoring element 26 in this exemplary embodiment is designed to withstand tensile forces of at least 25 kN.
[0060] In addition, the mounting structure 9 comprises two securing elements 23, which are designed as short angle profile pieces and lie opposite the profiles 12 on the two guide rods 5. The fastening is effected by means of fastening means 15, which in this embodiment are bolts with associated nuts. The arrangement of a profile 12 and a securing element 23 on a guide rod 5 is shown in Fig. 3 shown in detail (section AA).
[0061] Here, it can be seen that the profile 12 and the securing element 23 each have an opening 14, 24, wherein the two openings 14, 24 are designed for the passage of the fastening means 15. Furthermore, the guide rod 5 also has a fastening opening 10, which is designed for the passage of the fastening means 15. The corresponding area of the second guide rod 5 is analogous to Fig. 3 executed.
[0062] The function and use of the device according to this embodiment is as follows: The guying device is installed centrally in the factory as in Fig. 2 shown and then transported to the destination. The guying device is then attached to a tunnel wall, for example, using the fastening elements 29. After fastening, the mounting structure 9 is removed by loosening and removing the fastening means 15. The guying device can then be used to guy a contact wire or a suspension cable, as shown in Fig. 1 illustrated, can be used.
[0063] Fig. 4 shows a guying device according to an embodiment of the inventive aspect. In contrast to the guying device from Fig. 2 In this embodiment, no mounting structure is provided. The guying device is already attached to a tunnel wall, and the guy weight 3 is connected to a support cable (not shown) via a connecting cable 2, which runs over a deflection pulley 28. This arrangement is similar to that shown in Fig. 1 is shown.
[0064] In the Fig. 4 In the embodiment shown, the weight elements 16 each consist of two weight element parts 17', 17", which are positively connected to one another. The two weight element parts 17', 17" are arranged horizontally next to one another.
[0065] Except for the differences explained, the guying device from Fig. 4 the same characteristics as those from Fig. 2 . These features will therefore not be described in detail.
[0066] A weight element 16, as used in the guying device of Fig. 4 is used in Fig. 5 shown in a top view. The positive connection between the first weight element part 17' and the second weight element part 17" is achieved via the engagement of a positive-locking extension 18 in a corresponding positive-locking recess 19. In this embodiment, the positive-locking extension 18 has a dovetail shape.
[0067] In addition to the form-fitting connection, Fig. 4 also the guide slots 22, which are arranged on the sides of the weight element parts 17', 17" opposite the form-fitting extension 18 or the form-fitting recess 19. These guide slots 22 serve for the engagement of the guide extensions 21 of the weight element guide 20.
[0068] Fig. 6 und 7 show the first weight element part 17' and the second weight element part 17" individually.
[0069] The two-part design of the weight elements 16 allows them to be easily removed from the support frame 25 without the need to disassemble or remove it. This allows the tensioning force of the device to be changed in a short amount of time.
[0070] In embodiments not shown, one or more weight elements can be made of Fig. 5 can also be used in a guying device as used in Fig. 2 is shown. List of reference symbols
