Description

[0001] The present invention relates to a guide fitting for guiding a body part that is mounted to be movable both translationally and rotationally according to the preamble of claim 1.

[0002] The invention further relates to a furniture or household appliance element according to the preamble of claim 12.

[0003] Such furniture or household appliance elements, such as shelves or racks, in which a body part is mounted in a support body that is simultaneously rotatably and translationally movable, are known, for example, from DE 10 2019 109 866 A1, EP 2 229 845 A1, WO 2016 / 173894 A1 or WO 2021 / 104832 A1.

[0004] A translational-rotational bearing is used to perform the translational-rotational movement of the body part.

[0005] Especially with larger and / or taller furniture or household appliance elements, such as refrigerators and freezers or wine coolers, it is necessary for stability reasons to additionally support the movement of the translationally-rotatorically movable body part.

[0006] For example, it is known from DE 10 2019 132 207 A1 to arrange a guide bearing between the cover plates of the support body and the body part, with which the translational-rotational movement is additionally guided.

[0007] Such a furniture or household appliance element has proven its worth in practice.

[0008] Especially when the shelf is heavily loaded, an abrupt stop of the translation-rotation movement upon reaching an end position can cause objects placed on the shelf to fall over and be damaged.

[0009] Depending on the intensity of the impulse, impacts on components of the linear guide or the guide element guided in the guide cam track can also lead to damage to these components.

[0010] The object of the present invention is to provide a guide fitting and a furniture or household appliance element with which the insertion of the body part into a predetermined end position can be carried out as smoothly as possible.

[0011] This problem is solved by a guide fitting with the features of claim 1.

[0012] The problem is further solved by a furniture or household appliance element with the features of claim 12.

[0013] The guide fitting according to the invention for guiding the movement of a body part that is simultaneously mounted to be movable translationally and rotationally relative to a stationary base has a guide cam track and a guide element guided in the guide cam track.

[0014] The guide fitting further comprises a linear guide with at least one first connecting part and a second connecting part movable relative to it, one of which is fixed to the guide element and the other is coupled to the guide cam track by means of a rotary bearing.

[0015] The guide cam track or guide element can be permanently attached to the body part.

[0016] The guide cam track can be moved relative to the first connecting part from a starting position to an intermediate position, then to an open position, and back again. In an intermediate position, the guide cam track is rotated relative to the first connecting part in one direction and shifted in a predetermined direction. In this case, the starting position and the open position each represent an end position.

[0017] The guide fitting is characterized by at least one self-closing device coupled at least partially to the linear guide or to the guide cam track.

[0018] With such a designed guide fitting, a smooth reaching of the respective end position of the body part is made possible.

[0019] Furthermore, the self-closing device ensures that the cabinet part is moved into a defined end position and does not come to a standstill shortly before reaching the end position.

[0020] Advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.

[0021] According to an advantageous embodiment, the guide cam track has a guide groove that receives the guide element.

[0022] This ensures reliable guidance of the body part, especially the rotary component of the movement, in a simple manner.

[0023] According to a further advantageous embodiment, the guide fitting has a carrier plate on which the first connecting part of the linear guide and the guide element are fixed.

[0024] The provision of such a support plate allows for easy mounting of the guide fitting to the base or the body part.

[0025] According to a first preferred embodiment of the guide fitting, the at least one self-closing device is arranged in a fixed position relative to the guide cam track or one of the connecting parts of the linear guide.

[0026] Since the guide cam track and the linear guide provide for the intended translational-rotational movement of the body part, the arrangement of the at least one self-closing device on the component responsible for the rotational or translational part of the movement at a suitable location on the component represents a preferred mounting point on the guide fitting.

[0027] A first embodiment of such a self-retracting device has a housing with a guide track and a catch element which is spring-loaded and / or damped in the guide track and captures the guide element in a predetermined position.

[0028] The guide track can, for example, be designed as a so-called crutch curve, with which the catch element can be moved into a position in which the guide element is released from the catch element and, by subsequent impact at a suitable point on the catch element, the catch element picks up the guide element and guides it into the end position in a spring-loaded and / or damped manner.

[0029] In a preferred embodiment of the guide fitting, each such self-closing device is arranged at spaced-apart ends of the guide cam track.

[0030] In an alternative design variant of the guide fitting, the carrier plate has a central area to which two parallel first connection parts of the linear guide are attached and two edge areas to which a self-closing device is attached.

[0031] The guide cam track has an arm extending outside the guide groove, on which two activators interacting with the self-retracting device are arranged, in particular integrally formed.

[0032] According to a further alternative embodiment of a guide fitting according to the invention, the self-closing device is coupled to the second connecting part of the at least one linear guide.

[0033] According to a preferred embodiment, the self-closing device is designed such that it has a toggle lever pivotably mounted on the carrier plate, a first lever pivotably attached to the second connecting part, and a second lever pivotably coupled to the first lever and pivotably attached to the carrier plate.

[0034] In an alternative design variant, the second lever is pivotably attached to the second connecting part of the linear guide and pivotably coupled to the first lever, which is pivotably attached to the carrier plate.

[0035] The guide fitting also has at least one energy storage device coupled to the first lever or the second lever.

[0036] The energy storage device is preferably held directly or indirectly on the carrier plate or on the second connection part of the at least one linear guide.

[0037] Even with such a self-closing mechanism, the cabinet section can easily retract into its respective end position. In this design variant, only one such self-closing mechanism is necessary, since the second connecting part assumes the same position in every end position of the cabinet section.

[0038] According to a preferred embodiment, at least one damping element is arranged between the support plate and the first lever or the second lever.

[0039] This allows for a simple damping of the deceleration of the body part before it reaches its final position.

[0040] In a further variant, the guide fitting also features an ejection device.

[0041] The furniture or household appliance element according to the invention, in particular a shelf or rack with at least one storage level, has a stationary body and a body part that is mounted to be movable translationally and rotationally relative to the body and has at least one storage surface.

[0042] The furniture or household appliance element further comprises at least one guide fitting to enable a translational-rotational movement of the body part relative to a support plate of the body from a starting position to an intermediate position and further to an open position and back.

[0043] In an intermediate position, the body part is rotated relative to the support plate in one direction of rotation and shifted in a predetermined translational direction.

[0044] The guide fitting has at least one guide cam track and a guide element guided in the guide cam track, which are arranged on mutually facing surfaces of the body part and the support plate.

[0045] The guide fitting further comprises at least one linear guide, with a first connecting part and a second connecting part which is movable relative to this, one of which is fixed to the guide element and the other is coupled to the guide cam track by means of a rotary bearing.

[0046] The furniture or household appliance element is characterized by at least one self-closing device, at least partially coupled to the linear guide or the guide cam track, and arranged between the body part and the support plate.

[0047] In a preferred embodiment, the guide cam track is fixed to the base plate or the top plate of the body part, and the guide element is fixed to the base support plate or the top support plate of the support body.

[0048] According to another preferred embodiment, a first guide fitting is arranged between the base support plate and the base plate, and a second guide fitting is arranged between the cover support plate and the cover plate of the body part.

[0049] In a further preferred embodiment, the body part is movable relative to the support body from a first functional position to a second functional position rotated by a predetermined angle to the starting position, wherein in both functional positions the bottom (support) plates and the top (support) plates of the body part and the support body are aligned in matching geometries to each other.

[0050] Preferred embodiments of the invention are explained in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. These show: Figure 1 shows an embodiment of a furniture element according to the invention with a support element and a body part, with a body part positioned in a starting position corresponding to a closing position; Figure 2 shows one of the Figure 1 corresponding isometric view of the furniture element in an intermediate position of the body part relative to the supporting body, Figure 3, one of the Figure 1 corresponding isometric view of the furniture element in an end position of the cabinet part with access to shelves of the cabinet part, Figure 4, one of the Figure 2 corresponding isometric view of the furniture element with the cover support plate hidden to illustrate a guide fitting arranged between the cover support plate and the cover plate, Figure 5 another isometric view of the in Figure 1Figures 6 to 8 show an isometric close-up view of a first embodiment of a guide fitting with self-closing devices attached to the ends of the guide cam track. [0051] In the following figure descriptions, terms such as top, bottom, left, right, front, back, etc., refer exclusively to the exemplary representation and position of the guide fitting, furniture or household appliance element, self-closing device, activator, guide fitting, guide cam track, linear guide, and the like as chosen in the respective figures. These terms are not to be understood as restrictive; that is, these references may change due to different working positions, mirror-symmetrical design, or similar factors.

[0052] In Figures 1-5, reference numeral 1 denotes a total embodiment of a furniture element according to the invention.

[0053] The furniture element 1 shown here essentially consists of a support body 2 with a base support plate 21 and a top support plate 22 and side walls 23 connecting the base support plate 21 with the top support plate 22, as well as a body part 3 that is movable relative to the support body 2 simultaneously translationally in a translational direction A and rotationally in one of two possible rotational directions R1, R2.

[0054] Instead of the side wall 23 connecting the base support plate 21 with the cover support plate 22, a design variant of the support element 2 without side wall 23 is also conceivable, for example when the base support plate 21 and the cover support plate 22 are attached to a building wall.

[0055] The body part 3 also has a base plate 31, a top plate 32 and a connecting element connecting the base plate 31 to the top plate 32, in the illustrated embodiment in the form of at least one side wall 33.

[0056] In the embodiment shown in these figures, the shelf-like body part 3 has a square base, with two side walls 33 that form an interior space in a Figure 1 Close in the shown closed position and two open vertical sides, as shown in the Figures 2 and 3 , which allow access to the interior.

[0057] Instead of side walls, it is also conceivable to connect the base plate 31 to the cover plate 32 via corner posts 36, as shown by way of example in Figure 3 , or to connect a central post in the center of the surface of the base plate 31 or cover plate 32.

[0058] In the version shown here, the interior of the cabinet section 3 has several shelves 35. However, other configurations or subdivisions of the interior of the cabinet section 3 are also conceivable in principle.

[0059] What next in the Figures 2 , 4 and 5 is shown, is between the cover support plate 22 and the cover plate 32, shown in the Figures 2 and 4, and / or between the base support plate 21 and the base plate 31, shown in Figure 5, a guide fitting 4 is arranged, which enables the simultaneous translational and rotational movement of the body part 3 relative to the support element 2.

[0060] Preferably, the body part 3, which here has a square base, is movable relative to the support body 2 from a first functional position to a second functional position rotated by a predetermined angle to the initial position, wherein in both functional positions the bottom (support) plates 21, 31 and the top (support) plates 22, 32 of the body part 3 and the support body 2 are aligned in matching geometries to each other.

[0061] It is also conceivable, for example in the case of a rectangular cabinet section 3 with unequal side lengths, that the second rotated functional position is not identical to the first functional position. For example, after rotating such a cabinet section, a different depth must be reached in order to also align with a building wall or a wall of the supporting cabinet.

[0062] Preferred embodiments of such a guide fitting 4 are described in the Figures 6 to 16A more detailed explanation.

[0063] A first design variant of such a guide fitting 4 is in the Figures 6 to 9 shown.

[0064] The guide fitting 4 further comprises a linear guide 6 with at least one first connecting part, here designed as a guide rail 61, and a second connecting part, here designed as a running rail 62, which is displaceable relative to this first connecting part. One of these connecting parts is fixedly coupled to the guide element 11, and the other is coupled to the guide cam track 5 by means of a rotary bearing 9. Other variants of a linear guide, for example a guide rail with a roller carriage movable on it, can also be used.

[0065] In the illustrated embodiment, the pivot bearing 9, which is attached to the two guide rails 62, consists of a first and second mounting plate 91, 93, wherein the second mounting plate 93 is attached to the guide rails 62 and the first mounting plate 91 can be attached to the top plate 32 or the bottom plate 31 of the body part 3.

[0066] During a Figure 11 In the exemplary embodiment shown, a rotary plate 92 is additionally attached to the first mounting plate 91. The mounting plates 91 and 93 are rotatably mounted relative to each other.

[0067] The turntable 92 and the first mounting plate 91 are preferably attached to the base plate 31 or the top plate 32 of the body part 3, as is the guide cam track 5.

[0068] In the preferred embodiment of the guide fitting 4 shown here, both the guide rails 61 of the linear guide 6 and the guide element 11 are fixed to a carrier plate 7.

[0069] Alternatively, the guide rails 61, the guide element 11 and / or the self-closing devices 8 can be arranged directly on the top support plate 22 and / or bottom support plate 21.

[0070] For fixing the guide rails 61 in position, fixing elements 73, 74 are provided on the support plate 7, with which a fixing area of the guide rails 61 can be positively locked to the support plate 7.

[0071] The guide element 11 indicates, as in the Figures 6 to 9 The figure shows a wheel 111 which can be guided in the guide groove 51 of the guide cam track 5 and which is connected via a guide neck 113 to a foot 112 which is fixed in place in a recess provided for this purpose in the support plate 7.

[0072] The guide neck 113 is received in a bore of the carrier plate 7.

[0073] Furthermore, an annular stop 114 is provided between the wheel 111 and the foot 112, as shown in Figure 7 The figure shows an additional horizontal guide for a catch element 82 of a self-retracting device 8, which is described in more detail below.

[0074] As in the Figure 6 and 7 As shown, a self-retracting device 8 is attached to each of the ends 53, 54 of the guide cam track 5 on the side facing the support plate 7 (open side of the guide groove 51 of the guide cam track 5).

[0075] The self-retracting device 8 has a housing 81 with a guide track 83 and a catch element 82 which is spring-loaded and / or damped in the guide track 83 and which captures the guide element 11 in a predetermined position.

[0076] Different relative positions of the guide element 11 relative to the self-retracting device 8 are shown in the Figures 10a to 10d depicted.

[0077] The guide track 83 of the self-retracting device 8 is preferably designed here as a so-called crutch curve, with a straight linear section 831 and an angled section 832 adjoining one end of the linear section 831.

[0078] Accordingly, the catch element 82 of the self-retracting device 8 is essentially U-shaped with two legs 821, 822 projecting from the guide track 83 and two guide pins 823, 824 which are guided in the guide track 83.

[0079] Figure 10a shows a position of the guide element 11 before entering a final position, where the guide element 11 and the catch element 82 are still decoupled.

[0080] In Figure 10bThe guide element 11 is engaged with the catch element 82, which is still held in the angled area 832 of the guide track 83 by the second guide pin 824.

[0081] As the guide element 11 moves further, the second guide pin 824 is pushed into the linear section 831 of the guide track 83 and then, by means of a spring element (not shown) acting on the catch element 82, is moved across the in Figure 10c The position shown was carried out until it reached the final position shown in Figure 10d.

[0082] The in Figure 10d The end position shown corresponds to the position of the guide element in Figure 7 .

[0083] The self-closing device 8 is activated in a corresponding manner at the other end 54 of the guide cam track 5, which, in relation to the body part 3 moved by the guide fitting 4, is in Figure 3 The position shown corresponds to this.

[0084] Figure 11shows an alternative design variant of a guide fitting 4.

[0085] Unlike the one based on the Figures 6-10 In the embodiment shown, an arm 52 extending outside the guide groove 51 is arranged on the guide cam track 5, from which two activators 10 extend, which engage in self-retracting devices 8 that are attached to respective edge areas 72 of the carrier plate 7.

[0086] The carrier plate 7, as with the first one, shows, based on the Figures 6 to 10 The described embodiment comprises a central area 71, to which the two parallel guide rails 61 are attached, and two edge areas 72 with self-closing devices 8.

[0087] The self-closing devices 8 are of the same design as the self-closing devices 8 as described in the first embodiment. Figures 6 to 10 were described.

[0088] The Figures 12 to 18 Figure 4 shows another alternative design variant of such a guide fitting.

[0089] In contrast to the two design variants according to Figures 6 to 11 In this version, only one self-closing device 12 is provided, which, as in the Figures 12 to 16 shown, is arranged at an edge area 72 of the carrier plate 7.

[0090] Alternatively, the self-closing device 12 can also be arranged in a central area 71 of the carrier plate 7, for example between the linear guides 6, as shown by way of example in the Figure 17 and 18 is shown.

[0091] In this embodiment, the self-closing device 12 is coupled to the guide rail 62 of the at least one linear guide 6. In another embodiment of the linear guide 6, the self-closing device 8, 12 could, for example, be coupled to a roller carriage.

[0092] The self-closing device 12, as shown in the Figures 12 to 16 The figure shows a toggle lever pivotally mounted on the support plate 7, with a first lever 121 pivotally attached to the guide rail 62, preferably designed as a pendulum lever, and a second lever 122 pivotally coupled to the first lever 121 and pivotally attached to the support plate 7 via a pivot bearing 125, preferably designed as a force lever. The self-closing device 12 is coupled to the guide rail 62, the movable connecting part of the linear guide 6, via a connecting piece 127 throughout the entire movement. The levers 121 and 122 are arranged such that closing support is provided at least in the area of the end positions.

[0093] During the Figure 17 and 18 The embodiment shown, in which the self-retracting device 12 is arranged between the linear guides 6, differs from the one described in the Figures 12 to 16In the illustrated embodiment, the second lever 122 is pivotably attached to the guide rail 62, and the first lever 121 is pivotably coupled to the second lever 122 at one end and pivotably attached to the support plate 7 at its other end via a pivot bearing 125.

[0094] It is also conceivable to arrange the levers 121, 122 such that closing forces act from a position of the linear guide 6 corresponding to a rotation angle of preferably 45°. The closing forces exerted by the self-closing device 12 increase during further movement into the end position. It is also conceivable that the self-closing device 12 engages at even smaller rotation angles.

[0095] Furthermore, an energy storage device 123 is held on the carrier plate 7, which is arranged on the second lever 122 or the first lever 121.

[0096] The coupling of the self-closing device 12 via the linear guide 6 and thus via the translational movement of the body part 3 also enables, analogous to the one described in the Figures 6 to 11 In the illustrated embodiment, in which the coupling of the self-closing device 8 is achieved via the guide cam track 5 and thus via the rotational movement of the body part 3, a secure retraction into a respective end position of the body part 3 is ensured.

[0097] As further explained in the Figures 12 to 18 As shown, a damping element 124 is additionally arranged between the support plate 7 and the first lever 121 or the second lever 122, with which the movement into the end position can be dampened. In this embodiment, the energy storage device 123 and the damping element 124 are fixed to the support plate 7 by means of a mounting bearing 126.

[0098] It is also conceivable to supplement the self-retracting device 8, 12 with at least one ejection device.

[0099] During the Figure 12 and 13 The positioning of the self-retracting device 12 in an end position is shown by the Figure 15 , 17 and 18 the guide fitting in an intermediate position, corresponding approximately to the one in Figure 2 Position of the body part 3 shown relative to the support body 2.

[0100] Figure 16 shows the end position of the self-closing device 12, which has moved into the second position, corresponding to that of the one in Figure 3 Position of the body part 3 shown relative to the support body 2. Reference symbol list
