AI Technical Summary
Existing shoe manufacturing methods face challenges such as poor resistance to delamination between the sole and upper, especially in athletic shoes, and require multiple steps that are time-consuming and material-intensive, leading to environmental impact and suboptimal aesthetic and comfort outcomes.
A shoe manufacturing process involving the use of textile booties, at least partially heat-fusible, that are molded to cover the junction between the outsole and main bootie, enhancing adhesion and reducing material usage while allowing for aesthetic and functional customization.
The process results in a shoe with improved resistance to delamination, reduced material consumption, enhanced comfort, and a unique aesthetic, while being easier to produce and more environmentally friendly.
Description
[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of manufacturing processes for a shoe component or a shoe.
[0002] The present invention also relates to shoes obtained by implementing said manufacturing processes. Background of the invention
[0003] EP 2 815 668 A1 relates to a method for manufacturing a shoe comprising a first step of manufacturing the molded upper, during which a rigid, foot-shaped core is covered by an upper element and then placed in a mold. A resin is then injected into the mold according to a mask covering all or part of the upper. The upper thus prepared is then placed in a mold for manufacturing the outsole by injecting a resin directly onto the underside of the upper. This method allows for the simplified, seamless manufacturing and assembly of the upper and sole of a shoe.
[0004] WO 2014 / 130598 A2 relates to a method for manufacturing a shoe upper comprising placing the upper on a rigid, perforated core arranged on a platform. A deformable, waterproof membrane is placed on the upper positioned on the core, and then the membrane is pressed against the upper and thus the core by the suction of air through the perforations in the core. During this step, the core is heated so that the upper may adhere, at least partially, to another element that is heat-fusible. This method makes it possible to manufacture an upper without seams, but it is not suitable for simultaneously attaching a sole to the upper.
[0005] FR 3 007 317 A1 relates to a method for manufacturing a shoe upper comprising placing the upper on a rigid core, then a waterproof membrane on the upper, the assembly being placed in a chamber where a vacuum is applied to press the membrane onto the core and thus the upper. The preceding methods aim to reduce the number of steps required in shoe construction, in particular by eliminating the sewing steps involved in attaching the upper to the sole. Indeed, soles are traditionally, in the prior art, bonded to the uppers using a method known as the Strobel method, in which the various sole components (insole, midsole, and outsole, in particular) are glued together. However, in previous processes where the sole is bonded to the upper during the construction of the upper and / or sole, the sole-upper assembly exhibits poor resistance to delamination, as the sole tends to separate from the upper. This drawback is exacerbated when the sole is subjected to forces that pull it away from the upper. This phenomenon is particularly noticeable when the sole has protrusions on its underside that come into contact with the ground, for example, in shoes designed for playing football or hiking.
[0006] US 2016 / 0206039 A1 relates to a footwear article comprising a sole system, including an upper and a sole system. The sole system includes a knitted component incorporating a one-piece knitted outsole. WO2016156676A1 relates to the method of manufacturing a shoe comprising a first main sockliner and a first auxiliary sockliner in a single piece of textile, at least part or all of which is heat-fusible.
[0007] The present invention proposes a shoe whose manufacturing process allows for a very significant saving of time and labor.
[0008] The present invention proposes a shoe with a different aesthetic appearance than shoes obtained by a strobel construction, lighter, consuming less material for its manufacture, thus reducing its environmental impact, in particular by avoiding the use of upper patterns, and having an abrasion-resistant outsole and ensuring cushioning performance.
[0009] The present invention proposes a shoe that is easier to put on, has an improved, comfortable feel, and improved resistance to delamination of the outsole. Object and summary of the invention
[0010] The invention is as defined in the attached claims.
[0011] Advantageously, the first auxiliary bootie is molded, at least in part or entirely, and thus improves resistance to delamination between the outsole and the first main bootie since it covers their junction.
[0012] Furthermore, since the first auxiliary slipper is in a textile piece, it is possible to select the arrangement of the heat-fusible threads, its shape in relation to the areas of the first main slipper to be covered, in particular according to the technical effects of reinforcement / flexibility and aesthetics sought.
[0013] The use of a textile piece in the form of a slipper, at least partially or entirely heat-fusible, facilitates its correct placement on the first main slipper, which is placed on a pre-form.
[0014] Preferably, the first main slipper and / or the first auxiliary slipper and / or the second main slipper (described below) and / or the second auxiliary slipper (described below) and / or the additional sock, is / are each, an envelope comprising a sole part (intended to come under the wearer's foot), a lateral part (intended to come into contact with the lateral side of the wearer's foot), a medial part (intended to come into contact with the medial side of the wearer's foot), a front part in line with the medial, lateral and sole parts (intended to cover the front of the foot), and a rear part in line with the medial, lateral and sole parts (intended to cover the back of the foot).
[0015] The envelope preferably delimits an internal volume intended to receive the wearer's foot.
[0016] In one embodiment, said envelope is in a single piece of textile.
[0017] A single piece of textile is defined as the sole, lateral, medial, front, and rear sections being a single piece of textile produced on a knitting machine. The shaping of the textile piece can be achieved on the knitting machine, for example, by knitting on a knitting machine, or by sewing. In the latter case, the loose edges of the piece are joined, but no additional panels are added to finish the piece other than to reinforce the joining edges.
[0018] The textile piece may include a first background pattern (for example linked to the mesh pattern or the weave structure) and at least one second pattern (also linked to the mesh pattern or the weave structure) different from the first pattern (distinguishable visually and / or by touch and / or according to the flexibility and / or according to the thickness).
[0019] The textile piece includes, at the opening of the (first / second) bootie (main / auxiliary), or at the opening of the additional sock (defined below), for the insertion of the foot, a closed or open collar-shaped area, in a ribbing pattern of the type n X p, n and p being integers other than 0 and less than or equal to 5, for example 1x1 ribbing, or 1x2 ribbing. This area thus forms a flexible border facilitating the insertion of the foot.
[0020] In one embodiment, the first main slipper and / or the first auxiliary slipper and / or the second main slipper (described below) and / or the second auxiliary slipper (described below), is / are each, in a single knitted or woven textile piece.
[0021] Preferably, the first main sock and / or the first auxiliary sock and / or the second main sock (described below) and / or the second auxiliary sock (described below) and / or the additional sock, is / are each, in a single piece of fabric obtained by the mechanical manipulation of a set of yarns, particularly on a knitting or weaving machine. The knitting machine may be a circular knitting machine, preferably of small diameter, or a flat knitting machine, preferably with reduced bed lengths. The piece of fabric may be a knitted piece with either hand-knitted or yarn-knitted stitches, particularly run-resistant stitches, but is preferably in a knitted piece with hand-knitted stitches (the stitches are formed in the weft direction, and not in the column direction as is the case for a knitted piece with yarn-knitted stitches).
[0022] The textile piece(s) in which one or more slippers according to the invention are formed may each comprise, indifferently in one or more parts chosen from the sole part, the medial part, the lateral part, the forefoot part, and the rear part, a textile layer or at least two superimposed textile layers, in particular substantially coextensive.
[0023] When the textile piece is of unitary textile construction, the at least two textile layers is / are of unitary textile construction with the textile piece comprising them.
[0024] Preferably, the said textile piece comprises yarns selected from multifilament yarns, monofilament yarns, and yarns spun from fibers, more particularly the yarns may be of the same color or be in different colors.
[0025] Monofilamentary wires preferably have a diameter greater than 0.01 mm and less than or equal to 5 mm, more preferably greater than or equal to 0.1 mm and less than or equal to 2 mm.
[0026] Multifilament yarns and / or spun fiber yarns preferably have a count greater than or equal to 10 dtex and less than or equal to 1000 dtex, more preferably greater than or equal to 30 dtex and less than or equal to 500 dtex.
[0027] Multifilament yarns can be textured yarns such as FDY (Full Drawn Yarn), DTY (Draw Textured Yarn) or POY (Partially Oriented Yarn), or a mixture of these.
[0028] The wires may be hot-melt, at least in part or entirely, or may not be hot-melt.
[0029] Hot melt wires can be wires comprising at least two components, including two-component wires, a first component having a melting temperature less than or equal to the heating temperature Tc, and a second component having a given melting or degradation temperature greater than the heating temperature Tc.
[0030] Hot melt wires can be single-component wires whose melting temperature is less than or equal to the heating temperature Tc.
[0031] The first and / or second auxiliary shoe(s) may include (or be made up of) one or more single-component and / or two-component hot-melt wires, possibly with non-hot-melt wires (defined below).
[0032] Preferably, the first and / or second auxiliary boot(s) is / are made up of (at least) several single-component hot-melt wires, in particular with a count between 300 dtex and 900 dtex (inclusive terminals), more particularly between 400 dtex and 800 dtex (inclusive terminals), especially in the order of 600 dtex.
[0033] The first and / or second main boot(s) and / or the additional boot may include one or more non-heat-fusible threads, possibly mixed with one or more single-component and / or two-component heat-fusible threads.
[0034] The first component can be chosen from polyurethanes, including thermoplastic polyurethanes, polyamides, such as polyamide 6 or 66, polyolefins, such as polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE), preferably from polyurethanes.
[0035] The first component can be colored or colorless and / or opaque or transparent.
[0036] The second component can be chosen from polyolefins, such as high-density polyethylene, polyamides, such as polyamide 4-6, polyesters, such as polyethylene terephthalate.
[0037] Two-component wires can be of the core-cladding type, with the core being formed from the second component and the cladding being formed from the first component.
[0038] Multifilament yarns and / or monofilament yarns and / or spun yarns, in particular non-heat-fusible or whose overall melting or degradation temperature is higher than the heating temperature Tc, are selected from a first list of synthetic compounds: polyesters, in particular polyethylene terephthalate; polyamides, such as PA 6, PA 66, PA 4-6, PA 12; polyolefins, such as polypropylene, polyethylene, PEEK, PEUHMW (very high molecular weight polyethylene); aramids, in particular meta-aramid or para-aramid or a mixture thereof; vinyl acetates; polyacrylics, such as polyacrylonitrile; elastomers; elastanes, or a mixture thereof;and / or a second list of compounds, in particular natural compounds or compounds derived from regenerated natural materials: cotton, viscose, linen, sisal, wool, jute, silk, hemp, and / or a third list of inorganic compounds: carbon, mineral fibers, such as rock fiber, glass.
[0039] In one embodiment, the first main sock and / or the second main sock each includes a C- or O-shaped area (of unitary textile construction with the textile cover) surrounding all or part of the foot entry opening and / or an instep area extending from the foot entry opening towards the front of the foot comprising at least one elastic thread, in particular of elastane.
[0040] This design gives the upper flexibility and makes it easier to insert the foot and then to hold it in place.
[0041] For the purposes of this document, elastic yarn is defined as any yarn with an elongation at break of 200% or more, particularly 300% or more, and especially 400% or more. Elastic yarn preferably comprises an elastic core, particularly of elastane, and optionally one or more cover yarns, particularly those listed above. Elongation may be measured using ASTM D 1578-93(2016).
[0042] In one embodiment, the first main boot and / or the second main boot comprise multifilament yarns with a count between 300 dtex and 600 dtex, in particular polyethylene terephthalate, in particular 468 dtex for 204 filaments.
[0043] In one embodiment, the first main slipper and / or the second main slipper each comprises a first set of knitted loop stitches, each of which is formed by at least two yarns, in particular two or three yarns, and a second set of knitted loop stitches ( loop knit stitch ) each of which is formed by a single yarn, preferably the yarns of the first and second sets have similar counts (dtex). The first set of stitches and / or the second set of stitches can be arranged interchangeably in any of the following parts of the textile cover: the medial part, the lateral part, the rear part, the front part and possibly the sole part.
[0044] This arrangement is advantageously achieved by placing at least several yarns on the same needle when knitting the textile piece forming the slipper. Advantageously, the first set of stitches forms a first region whose thickness (mm) is greater than the thickness of the second region formed by the second set of stitches.
[0045] Preferably, the outsole comprises opposing inner and outer faces, the inner face being oriented towards the sole part of the first main shoe, and the outer face being oriented outside the shoe so as to come into direct contact, at least in part, with the ground.
[0046] Advantageously, the sole part of the first main slipper comprises opposing inner and outer faces, the inner face opening into the inner volume of the first main slipper intended to receive the foot, and the outer face is arranged against the inner face of the outsole.
[0047] In a sub-variant, the sole part of the first main sock comprises at least 30% by mass, in particular at least 40% by mass, more particularly at least 50% by mass, relative to the total mass of the sole part of the first main sock, of hot-melt wires, in particular whose highest melting temperature is less than or equal to the heating temperature Tc.
[0048] Preferably, the sole portion of the first main shoe is made entirely of hot-melt wires, in particular those whose highest melting point is less than or equal to the heating temperature Tc, so that following step vi), the first main shoe no longer includes a sole portion
[0049] The molten material from the sole part of the first main sock adheres to the outsole, and reinforces the bond of the first main sock, particularly around the medial, lateral, front and rear parts to the inner face of the outsole.
[0050] The outsole can be glued and / or sewn to the sole part of the first main boot or, preferably, extruded and (over)molded, or injected ((over)molded), or obtained by additive manufacturing, onto the sole part of the first main boot.
[0051] When the outsole is glued and / or stitched, it is preferably a molded piece or a three-dimensional textile piece, for example comprising internal and external textile layers connected together by bonding threads.
[0052] The outsole preferably includes a set of projections projecting from its outer face (and therefore intended to come into contact with the ground), for example cleats.
[0053] The outsole may include at least one projection, or possibly several projections, extending from its inner surface (and therefore into the internal volume that receives the foot), for example, at the heel and / or forefoot area. This projection(s) has a cushioning function and / or acts as a stabilizing element, configured to work in conjunction with any other stabilizing elements included in the shoe.
[0054] The outsole can be made of one or more materials chosen from among: polyurethanes, particularly thermoplastics, thermoplastic elastomers, silicones, natural or synthetic rubbers, such as ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), for example styrene-butadiene rubber, EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene monomer) rubbers, polyamides, or blends thereof. Obviously, when the outsole is injection-molded or extruded, the material(s) composing it are chosen to be suitable for this technique, and in particular are thermoplastic.
[0055] Preferably, the projection(s) projecting from the inner and / or outer face of the outsole is / are also in the material(s) chosen from those mentioned above which are part of the composition of the outsole.
[0056] In this text, additive manufacturing refers to any three-dimensional manufacturing technique for a part, particularly an outsole, consisting of depositing a composition comprising at least one material (notably chosen from those mentioned above, particularly in a molten state) onto a substrate (specifically the sole portion of the first main shoe) in successive layers. Additive manufacturing preferably includes 3D printing and / or any sintering technique that can be implemented for manufacturing an outsole and / or any vacuum casting technique.
[0057] The material(s) that can be used in the manufacture of the outsole is / are chosen from the list mentioned above but also from polyesters, such as polylactic acid and its derivatives, ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene), thermoplastic polyurethanes, polyamides, and photo-crosslinkable resins.
[0058] In this text, "junction" refers to the area where the outsole and the first main sock are joined.
[0059] The preform preferably has a foot shape.
[0060] In a first embodiment, the heating at step (vi) employs a heating system, in particular by infrared or by induction or using electric heating resistance(s), arranged inside and / or outside the preform.
[0061] During step (vi), the assembly placed on the preform may also be subjected, alternatively or in addition, to an applied heating source, in particular greater than or equal to Tc, external to the assembly placed on the preform. This heating source may be arranged in an enclosure, at least partially enclosed, heated, in particular to a temperature greater than or equal to Tc, or arranged in a counter-mold configured to be complementary to the preform, and in particular to receive the entire process of step (vi).
[0062] In step (vi), in combination with the first embodiment, the assembly placed on the preform is positioned, at least partially, within a counter-mold. The counter-mold, cooperating with the preform, may be in two or three parts.
[0063] The counter-mold may include one or more heating sources (infrared or other), in particular whose heating temperature is greater than or equal to Tc.
[0064] The inner face of the counter-mold in contact with the assembly may include one or more smooth region(s) and / or include one or more engraved region(s) allowing relief patterns to be assigned following the total or partial fusion of the first auxiliary slipper and / or the second auxiliary slipper.
[0065] Advantageously, a smooth area of the counter-mold forms a shiny area on the surface of the thermoformed assembly and therefore of the stem, as opposed to an engraved area which allows for a raised and / or matte surface.
[0066] The preform can be a rigid part or a flexible envelope, especially a sealed one, configured to be inflated.
[0067] When the preform is in a flexible casing, the process includes inflation means for inflating the flexible casing and pressing it against the inner walls of the first main liner. Preferably, the assembly is then sandwiched between the inflatable casing and the counter-mold.
[0068] It is possible to place a rigid or semi-rigid element inside the inflatable preform in order to keep it in position and in the shape of the foot during inflation.
[0069] Determining inflation pressure and heating temperature(s) is part of the general knowledge of a person in the trade and is determined by routine testing.
[0070] In a sub-variant, the counter-mold cooperating with the preform includes a base surface defining a base volume corresponding to a determined foot shape and one or more regions projecting from the base surface into said volume and / or recessed from the base surface, including outside said volume.
[0071] Advantageously, the assembly is thermoformed according to a basic volume corresponding to the determined shape of a foot for a given cutting edge. The recessed areas of the basic volume allow the formed assembly to have a greater thickness than in the areas projecting into the basic volume.
[0072] In one embodiment, the preform, when contained within a flexible casing, may include projections with pointed free ends so that, during step (vi), these projections penetrate at least partially into the thickness of the assembly, particularly the inner face of the assembly, notably formed by the inner face of the first main bootie, and possibly the outer face of the assembly, notably formed by the outer face of the first or second auxiliary bootie. Advantageously, these projections bear against the inner face of the assembly subjected to heat, thus generating micro-perforations and producing an assembly that allows air to pass through and is therefore breathable. The size of the projection ends can be determined so that the assembly is permeable to air but impermeable to water.
[0073] The use of a rigid preform allows the heating means to be placed inside the preform, while the use of a flexible and therefore inflatable preform requires that the heating means be supported by the complementary counter-mold.
[0074] The technique for shaping the stem resulting from the implementation of the assembly according to the process of the invention is a function of the desired heating precision, the composition of the assembly and therefore the desired (aesthetic) result.
[0075] The assembly obtained in step (vii) preferably forms the upper of the shoe.
[0076] One or more additional elements, in particular reinforcement, for example a buttress or a hard end, may be added to the assembly.
[0077] In one embodiment variant, the first auxiliary slipper is in a single piece of textile, in particular knitted.
[0078] This arrangement improves the productivity of the process since it is not necessary to join different components together to manufacture a rod.
[0079] Furthermore, the resulting aesthetic outcome is different.
[0080] In one embodiment, the thermofusible part of the first auxiliary boot represents at least 50%, and preferably at least 80%, by mass of the total mass of said first auxiliary boot, preferably at least 90%, in particular at least 95%, more particularly at least 99% or about 100% by mass of the total mass of the first auxiliary boot (in this case the entire boot is thermofusible).
[0081] Preferably, the first auxiliary boot is completely fused to the first main boot.
[0082] When the first auxiliary boot is not totally heat-fusible, the heat-fusible part may correspond to one or more zone(s) distributed on the first auxiliary boot, in particular distributed in one or more parts chosen from the sole parts, front, rear, lateral and medial.
[0083] The heat-fusible part or the entirety of the first fused auxiliary boot flows into the thickness of the first main boot and forms a film on all or part of the latter.
[0084] In one embodiment, the outsole comprises, according to its outer face, at least one projection projecting from the latter, and the part of the sole of the first auxiliary sock comprises at least one area adapted to receive, at least in part, said projection.
[0085] This projection may be a stud or all or part of the heel. At least one projection originating from the outer surface of the outsole naturally comes into direct contact with the ground.
[0086] In one embodiment, said adapted area is a unitary textile construction pocket with the first auxiliary bootie or, preferably, a through opening (i.e. extends from its inner face to its outer face), in particular of unitary textile construction with the first auxiliary bootie.
[0087] In one embodiment, the sole part of the first auxiliary sock includes an opening assembly, in particular greater than or equal to 2, in particular between 5 and 12.
[0088] In one embodiment, the outsole comprises, according to its outer face, a set of projections, including studs for playing football or hiking, for example, projecting from the latter.
[0089] Projections, particularly crampons, are lodged in the pockets or are projected through said through openings.
[0090] Naturally, the projection(s), in particular the said cleat(s), projecting from the outer face of the outsole is / are intended in operation to come into direct contact with the ground.
[0091] In one embodiment, the adapted area is a pocket, and the outsole, including its projections, is attached to the inner face of the sole portion of the first main sock. In this case, the outsole is not overmolded onto the sole portion of the first main sock.
[0092] In one variant, said at least one projection includes a lower face configured to come into contact with the ground.
[0093] In one embodiment, the process includes a step of supplying a second main shoe having a sole portion comprising at least one area adapted to receive, at least in part, said projection, the second main shoe being arranged: on the first auxiliary slipper at step (v) so that the first auxiliary slipper is arranged, at least in part, between the second main slipper and the first main slipper; or on the first main slipper at step (v) so that the second main slipper is arranged, at least in part, between the first main slipper and the first auxiliary slipper.
[0094] Advantageously, a second main sock is placed on top of the first main sock, which improves tear resistance and reinforces the upper. It is also possible to differentiate the first main sock from the second main sock (particularly by the yarns, the knit pattern, the thickness, and according to the different parts of the foot which may have different dimensions), thus increasing the possible upper variations.
[0095] The said at least one projection is projected from the outer face of the outsole.
[0096] In one embodiment, the rear part of the second main slipper has a height greater than the height of the rear part of the first main slipper.
[0097] This second main liner is bonded, in whole or in part, to the first main liner, and possibly to the outsole. When the second main liner covers the junction area between the outsole and the first main liner, resistance to delamination is further improved.
[0098] The second main slipper is joined to the first main slipper via the first auxiliary slipper during its at least partial fusion.
[0099] In one embodiment, the first main slipper comprises a first region, and the second main slipper comprises a second region, the first region having a thickness (e1) different from the thickness (e2) of the second region, in particular e1 is less than e2.
[0100] In one embodiment, the rear foot part, the lateral part and the medial part, of the first main boot and / or the second main boot, each comprise a first region having a thickness e3 (mm) greater than the thickness e4 (mm) of a second region adjacent to the first region, in particular the first regions improve the support of the foot.
[0101] In one embodiment, the sole part of the first main sock has a thickness e5 (mm) (in at least one region) less than the thickness (in at least one region) of at least one of the lateral, medial, forefoot or rearfoot parts of said first auxiliary sock.
[0102] Advantageously, this arrangement improves the adhesion of the sole part of the second main boot with the outsole during the at least partial fusion of the first auxiliary boot.
[0103] In one embodiment, the sole portion of the first main slipper has a thickness (in at least one region) greater than the thickness (in at least one region) of the sole portion of the second main slipper.
[0104] Advantageously, this arrangement promotes the massing of the outsole when it is overmolded onto the sole part, as well as resistance to delamination.
[0105] In one embodiment, the forefoot, lateral and medial parts of the first main sock and / or the second main sock each comprise a third region having a thickness e7 (mm) greater than the thickness e8 (mm) of a fourth region adjacent to the third region, in particular the third regions improve wear resistance and protect the foot during contact with the ball for example.
[0106] In one embodiment, said adapted area of the second main bootie is a pocket of unitary textile construction with the second main bootie or, preferably, a through opening, in particular of unitary textile construction with the second main bootie.
[0107] Projections, particularly crampons, are lodged in pockets or are projected through the openings of the second main boot, and especially through the openings of the first auxiliary boot.
[0108] In one embodiment, the process comprises: the supply of a second auxiliary sock in a textile piece, of which at least part or all is heat-fusible and has a melting temperature T2 (°C); and the arrangement in step v) of the second auxiliary sock on the second main sock and the outsole so as to cover, at least in part, the first main sock, the first auxiliary sock, the second main sock, the outsole, and in particular the junction between the second main sock and the outsole; the heating temperature Tc is greater than or equal to the temperature T2 so as to obtain the melting of the heat-fusible part or the whole of the second auxiliary sock.
[0109] The second auxiliary bootie further reinforces the upper mechanically, improves its abrasion resistance and rigidity, and does so in a localized way while preserving a certain flexibility since the fusible material is provided through two separate layers (the first and second auxiliary boots).
[0110] The second auxiliary bootie also improves resistance to delamination between the outsole and the first main bootie.
[0111] In one embodiment variant, the second auxiliary slipper is in a single piece of textile, in particular knitted.
[0112] In one embodiment, the hot-melt part of the second auxiliary boot represents at least 50%, and preferably at least 80%, by mass of the total mass of said second auxiliary boot, preferably at least 90%, in particular at least 95%, more particularly at least 99% or about 100% by mass of the total mass of the second auxiliary boot.
[0113] In one embodiment, the second auxiliary shoe has a sole portion comprising at least one area adapted to receive said projection of the outsole.
[0114] This adapted area of the second auxiliary boot is similar to the said adapted area of the first auxiliary boot, so that the description of the latter applies to the said adapted area of the second auxiliary boot.
[0115] In one variant, the sole part of the first main sock and / or the sole part of the first auxiliary sock, and / or the sole part of the second main sock each includes a heat-fusible region whose melting temperature is less than or equal to the heating temperature Tc, said heat-fusible region(s) being oriented towards the outsole.
[0116] The heat-fusible region(s) facilitate(s) the adhesion of the sole part of the slipper with the outsole.
[0117] In a sub-variant, the sole part of the first main sock comprises opposing inner and outer layers, the outer layer being oriented towards the outsole, the outer layer includes said heat-fusible region, and the inner layer, in particular oriented towards the internal volume of the first main sock, includes at least one non-heat-fusible region, in particular said non-heat-fusible region includes one or more elastic threads, more particularly whose melting or decomposition temperature is greater than Tc.
[0118] The outer layer promotes adhesion with the outsole, while the inner layer provides flexibility and comfort as it comes into contact with the user's foot.
[0119] In a sub-variant, the sole part of the second main sock comprises opposing inner and outer layers, the inner layer being oriented towards the outsole, the inner layer includes said heat-fusible region, and the outer layer, in particular oriented towards the outside of the shoe, in particular towards the first auxiliary sock, includes at least one non-heat-fusible region, in particular said non-heat-fusible region includes one or more elastic threads, more particularly whose melting or decomposition temperature is greater than Tc.
[0120] In one embodiment, the heat-fusible region forms at least 30%, preferably at least 40%, and even more preferably at least 50%, by mass of the total mass of the inner or outer layer of the sole part of the slipper comprising it.

Detailed description of the invention
[0175] The first main slipper 5 represented on the Figures 1 and 2 includes a sole part 10, a forefoot section 15, a side part 20, a medial part 25 and a rear section 30. The first main slipper 5 is in particular contained within a single knitted textile envelope 35, particularly with gathered meshes, having an internal volume 40 configured to accommodate the user's foot. The rear sections30, lateral 20, medial 25 and forefoot 15 project vertically from plane P, which includes the base part 10. The side parts 20 and medial 25 are arranged between and in connection with the rear parts 30 and forefoot 15.
[0176] The forefoot part 15 includes the instep area 18 of the first and second sets of through lacing openings 45, 50. Each first and second set of through lacing openings 45 , 50 includes five sets of two openings 55 , 60 the two openings 57 , 58 ; 67 , 68 of each game 55 , 60 being separated by a knitted portion forming first and second bridges 70 , 75. The first bridges 70 and the second set of bridges75 are roughly aligned by opening sequences 55 , 60 along a transverse direction T substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis L of the first main shoe 15 .
[0177] The forefoot part 15 also includes the instep area 18 a series of through ventilation openings 80 , in particular positioned between the two sets of through-opening lacing 45 , 50. The set of ventilation openings 80 is arranged according to a zone of the first main slipper 15 roughly centered between the medial parts 25 and lateral 20. All ventilation openings 80 includes, for example, ten through openings.
[0178] The first main slipper 5 represented at the figure 1 includes at the regional level for the introduction of the foot 16, a closed collar-shaped area 90, in a mesh pattern of the type rib n X p, where n and p are integers other than 0 and less than or equal to 5, for example ribs 1x1, or 1x2. This area 90 This forms a flexible and elastic border, facilitating the insertion of the foot.
[0179] The first main slipper 5 is attached to a wear sole 100 including a set of cleats 105 , specifically designed for playing football, projecting from its outer face 101.
[0180] As illustrated on the figures 7 And 8 , the first main slipper 5 is arranged on a rigid preform 110 shaped like a foot. It is possible to place a lace in the first and second sets of through-lace openings. 45 , 50to facilitate the positioning and tackling of the first main boot 5 on the preform 110. Then, the sole part 10 The first main bootie 5 is placed in a counter-mold 130 (in one or two parts) so that the outer face of the sole part 10 is projected into the internal volume of the counter-mold into which a polymer composition is injected for the manufacture of the outsole 100. The preform 110 is removed from the mold, the first main slipper 5 and the outsole 100 including cleats 105 are thus united in solidarity (see figure 4 ). Then, a first auxiliary slipper 200 in a textile piece, at least part or all of which is heat-fusible and has a melting temperature T1 (°C), is placed on the first main slipper 5 and the outsole 100so as to cover, at least partially, the first main slipper 5 the outsole 100, and the junction 150 between the first main slipper 5 and the outsole 100. The first auxiliary slipper 200 includes sole parts 210, forefoot 220, medial 230, lateral 240 and back 250, including the forefoot parts 220, medial 230, lateral 240 and back 250 are found in whole or in part respectively against the forefoot, medial, lateral and rear parts of the first main bootie 5 The sole section 210 of the first auxiliary slipper 200 includes a set of suitable areas 260 to receive the cleats 105 said areas 260 These are, in particular, through-openings from which crampons are projected 105.In this specific example, the first auxiliary slipper 200 is in a completely fusible textile piece having a melting point T1. Then, the assembly forms the rod 280 including the first main slipper 5 and the first auxiliary slipper 200 is subjected to a heating temperature Tc greater than or equal to temperature T1 in order to obtain the complete melting of the first auxiliary boot 200. Preferably, a heating system is arranged inside the preform. 110. The shoe 300 obtained, shown in part in cross-section to the figure 3 features improved delamination resistance between the outsole 100 and the first main slipper 5 since the junction 150 is covered with a polymer film 400 revealing in relief the textile aspect of the first main slipper 5It is also possible, as a complementary measure, to arrange the assembly forming a rod 280 in a mold whose inner face is engraved so as to impart one or more specific pattern(s) to the polymer film 400 according to the regions of the whole forming the stem 280 of the shoe 300.
[0181] The first main slipper 5 is in a knitted textile envelope with stitches picked in three dimensions from a circular or flat knitting machine, particularly a flat one. In this specific example, the first main slipper 5 is knitted with 500 dtex polyethylene terephthalate multifilament yarns with approximately 204 filaments. The mass of the first main bootie 5 is between 100 g / m² and 250 g / m², in particular around 170 g / m².
[0182] The first auxiliary slipper 200is a piece of textile knitted with picked stitches (in three dimensions) on a circular knitting machine from single-component monofilament yarns, particularly polyurethane, with a diameter between 0.10 mm and 2 mm, specifically around 1 mm. The first auxiliary slipper 200 can include areas where the density of threads varies, creating areas with a thickness greater than other areas, and therefore ultimately a film 400 having areas of greater thickness.
[0183] The mass of the first auxiliary slipper 200 is between 30g / m 2< and 200 g / m 2<, in particular in the order of 50g / m 2<.
[0184] The outsole 100, including the cleats 105, has a mass between 100 g / m² and 400 g / m². The final mass of the shoe 300Finally, it depends on the size of the shoe; in particular, it is between 200 and 250 g / m² (including the laces), especially for a European size 43.
[0185] The outsole 100 In this example, it is made of an elastomeric material, specifically TPU.
[0186] There figure 5 represents in cross-section another example of a shoe 500 according to the invention. The shoe 500 includes a first main slipper 600 preferably whose melting or decomposition temperature is higher than the temperature Tc, a first auxiliary shoe 700 preferably fully heat-fusible (T1 lower than Tc), a second main bootie 800 preferably whose melting or decomposition temperature is higher than the temperature Tc, a second auxiliary shoe 900 preferably fully heat-fusible (T2 lower than Tc) and a wear sole 550including cleats 560. The first and second main slippers 600, 800 and the first and second auxiliary slippers 700 , 900 include each of the rear, sole, forefoot, medial and lateral parts.
[0187] The outsole 550 is preferably overmolded, particularly by injection as described in reference to figures 7 And 8 , on the outer face 615 of the sole section 610 of the first main slipper 600.
[0188] The first main slipper 600 attached to the outsole 550 and placed on a rigid pre-form (as described above with reference to the shoe) 300 ), and possibly heated, is covered with a first auxiliary slipper 700 , a second main slipper 800 then a second auxiliary slipper 900determining a set forming a rod 950. The sole sections of the first and second auxiliary slippers 700 , 900 and the second main bootie each include a set of zones adapted to accommodate crampons 560, in particular through-openings through which the crampons are projected. The junction 580 between the outsole 550 and the first main slipper 600 is thus entirely covered by two layers of polymer film from the first and second auxiliary booties 700, 900 and the textile casing of the second main slipper 800 thus further improving resistance to delamination.
[0189] The first main slipper 600 This specific example includes first and second sets of through openings to form lacing loops similar to those 45,50supported by the first main boot 5 (due to their structure and placement) but does not include ventilation openings 80. The second main slipper 800 includes ventilation openings similar to those 80 of the first main slipper 5 (due to their structures and investments).
[0190] It is also possible (not shown) that the second main slipper 800 also includes said first and second sets of through openings to form lacing loops, which first and second sets are then not present on the first main slipper 600.
[0191] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the second main slipper 800, the second auxiliary slipper 900,and the first auxiliary bootie each include in their forefoot area at least one lacing opening, in particular two sets of lacing openings arranged on either side of the instep area and positioned to cooperate with the lacing loops of the first main bootie so as to project through the lacing openings. A lace 990 passed through the lacing openings, as can be seen on the figure 6 . The junction 580 between the outsole 550 and the first main slipper 600 is invisible. Preferably, except for the crampons. 560, the outsole 550 is not visible.
[0192] The first and second main slippers 600, 800 They may be identical or different.
[0193] The first and second auxiliary slippers 700, 900may be identical or different, and in particular similar to the first auxiliary slipper 200.
[0194] There figure 9 represents a shoe 301, which is a variant of the shoe 300, in which the first main slipper 51 includes a first region 52, in particular forming a dwelling, knitted entirely with the latter 51 and projecting from the inner face 12 of the sole section 11 in the interior volume 53 of the first main slipper 51. During the manufacturing of the outsole 102 For example, by injection molding, the injected polymer composition intended to form the outsole 102 flue in the accommodation 52 knitted and fills said dwelling 52 thus forming a damping element and / or an attachment element.
[0195] The first main slipper 51may include a first knitted region 52 located in the heel area of the sole section 11 and / or a first knitted region 52 positioned in the forefoot area of the sole section 11. The said attachment element can cooperate with a complementary attachment element supported by a clean sole, for example, for their removable joining.
[0196] There Figure 10 represents a first main slipper 1000 in conjunction with an additional slipper 1100 at the level of their introductory openings 1010, 1110 of their respective feet.
[0197] The first main slipper 1000 is shown attached to the outsole 1050 equipped with cleats 1055. The additional slipper 1100 can thus be folded into the interior volume 1020 of the first main slipper 1000and thus forms a welcoming slipper. The additional slipper 1100 can also serve as a first or second auxiliary slipper, or even as a second main slipper within the meaning of the present invention. In the latter case, it is necessary to place a first auxiliary slipper between the first main slipper. 1000 and the second main slipper formed by the additional slipper 1100.
[0198] The shoe 1200 represented on the figure 11 includes a detachable temporary textile piece 1210 unitary textile construction with the first auxiliary slipper 1230, which is completely melted and thus forms a thermally fused outer coating covering at least partially a second main boot 1220. The temporary room 1210 is not a hot-melt fuse, and therefore as seen on the figure 11 after step vi). The second main slipper 1220includes an instep area 1240 having left edges 1250 and law 1260. The detachable temporary textile piece 1210, including knitted ones, includes left edges 1270 and law 1280 in connection, in particular joined together, respectively with the left edges 1250 and law 1260 of the said instep region 1240, in particular through at least a plurality of breakable link zones 1290, in particular textile connecting loops, especially knitted ones.
[0199] The detachable temporary textile piece 1210, Specifically, it is tearable, which helps in positioning the slippers relative to each other, and in particular helps to hold the left and right edges of the instep area in place. 1240 sufficiently close together during step vi). After step vi), the temporary textile piece 1210 is separate from the shoe 1200,in particular by cutting the severable bonding zones 1290.
[0200] There figure 12 represents a variant of the first main bootie, allowing for the formation of a rear reinforcement element. The first main bootie 1300, represented alone at the figure 12 and before its assembly with other slippers, thus includes a rear reinforcement element 1400 of unitary textile construction with the first main slipper 1300, and consisting partially or entirely, preferably entirely, of hot-melt yarns whose melting temperature(s) is / are lower than Tc. Thus, after step vi), the subsequent textile reinforcement element 1400 is totally or partially melted.
[0201] The rear reinforcement element 1400 is represented on the figure 12 before its folding into the internal volume 1350 receiving the foot of the first main slipper1300. When layering the first main slipper 1300 with one or more other slippers according to the invention to form an assembly undergoing a thermocompression step in step vi), the posterior reinforcement element 1400 is folded in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure 12 so that it ends up on the finished shoe as if opening directly into the internal volume that receives the foot of the shoe. Advantageously, the rear reinforcement element 1400 is made during the knitting or weaving of the first main slipper 1300.
[0202] The rear reinforcement element 1400 extends at least partially into the rear parts 1360, lateral 1370 and medial 1380 of the first main slipper 1300.
[0203] In this specific example, the main reinforcing element 1300 has a C-shape open at the front1340 of the first main slipper 1300.
[0204] The main reinforcing element 1400 is preferably a textile housing, in particular a textile pocket, especially projecting from the foot insertion area 1330 of the first main slipper 1300.
[0205] Preferably, the shoe includes an elastically deformable element 1500, including a foam, placed within the internal volume of the textile housing of the rear reinforcement element 1400.
[0206] The elastically deformable element can be deformed and / or compressed and recover its original shape substantially without residual deformation, or with a residual deformation of less than 5% compared to its initial dimensions.
[0207] Preferably, the elastically deformable element comprises rear, lateral, and medial portions.
[0208] Before step vi), the rear reinforcement element 1400 preferably includes at least one opening 1410, including at least two openings 1410,1420, allowing access to its internal volume in order to place the elastically deformable element 1500.
[0209] The rear reinforcement element 1400 undergoes step vi) in a folded state against, at least partially, the rear, lateral and medial parts of the first main boot 1300, so that it is attached by gluing to these parts of the first main slipper 1300. The openings 1410 And 1420 are then sealed by the molten hot-melt wires. The elastically deformable element is thus perfectly held in the housing of the rear reinforcing element 1400.
