[0008] Other characteristics and advantages of the invention will appear more clearly and concretely on reading the following description of embodiments, which is given with reference to the appended drawings in which: the figure [ Fig.1 ] is a schematic representation of a boxing training device according to various embodiments; FIG. [ Fig.2 ] is a schematic representation of an electrical energy generation module equipping the boxing training device according to various embodiments.
[0009] Referring to the [ Fig.1 ], a device is displayed 10 boxing training. This device 10 is suitable for training in any form of boxing (such as English boxing, full-body boxing, or kickboxing), martial arts (such as Karate, Kung-fu or Taekwondo) or, more generally, any combat sport based on the practice of blows. The reference below to boxing is therefore only for reasons of simplicity and is in no way limiting.
[0010] The device 10 boxing training allows the exercise of repeated striking movements on a body 1 strike mounted on a stand 2 (or a support element), which is fixed to a base 3(or base).
[0011] The base 3 can rest on the floor or form a means of connection to a ceiling. The device 10 boxing training can, in fact, be carried by the base 3 placed on the ground or suspended via the base 3 to a ceiling. Mounting plates integrated into the base 3 allow it to be fixed to a ceiling or to improve its support on the ground. The base 3 is sized to hold the support stable 2 and the body 1 striking. The base 3 is, in one embodiment, a substantially circular or cylindrical base / body. When intended to be placed on the ground, the base 3 is, in one embodiment, a hollow cylindrical body arranged to receive a counterweight. This counterweight is, for example, sand or, more generally, a mass. In another embodiment, the base 3comprises at least three support arms extending radially from its center allowing its stabilization on the ground or its attachment to a ceiling.
[0012] The support 2 extends along an axis 21 longitudinal (or a longitudinal direction) between a first end 22 and a second end 23 opposite the first end 22. The support 2 is a cylindrical or tubular body such as a pole, mast, or bar. The support 2 is, in one embodiment, a hollow tubular body. The support 2 can be made of metal, composite materials, or any other rigid material capable of supporting the body 1 typing. To allow height adjustment, the support 2 is, in one embodiment, telescopic.
[0013] The body 1 striking is mounted on the first end 22 of the support 2.The second end 23 of the support 2 is fixed to the base 3. When the device 10 boxing training is in use, the axis 21 longitudinal of the support 2 is substantially vertical.
[0014] In one embodiment, the support 2 is mounted mobile in oscillation on the base 3 around an axis 31 central of this base 3. The axis 31 central base 3 is substantially perpendicular to the support plane (i.e. the floor or a ceiling) of the base 3.
[0015] In one embodiment, the support 2 is connected to the base 3 by means of a ball joint (spherical) or pendulum connection (a pendulum joint, in particular when the device 10 drive is suspended) allowing three degrees of freedom in rotation. Thanks to such a connection, the support2 can oscillate / rock around the axis 31 central base 3 in a plurality of directions of a spherical sector of a sphere centered on the connection between the base 3 and support 2.
[0016] A plurality of means 32 elastic recall connects the support 2 at the base 3 so that the support 2 can oscillate around the axis 31 central base 3. These means 32 elastic recall are intended to recall the support 2 in a rest position relative to the base 3 when he deviates from it. These means 32 elastic return devices are, in one embodiment, springs. When the device 10 boxing training is in use, the axis 21 longitudinal of the support 2in the rest position is substantially vertical. In other words, when the device 10 boxing training is in use, the means 32 elastic return forces exert a restoring force on the support 2 in order to keep it in a substantially vertical position in the center of the base 3. The means 32 elastic return provides a support centering function 2 in the base 3 along its axis 31 central. In another embodiment, the means 32 elastic return also provides a support fixing function 2 at the base 3.
[0017] The means 32 elastic return allows an oscillating or pendulum movement of the support 2 around the axis 31 central base 3. More generally, the support 2 is connected to the base 3by an elastic connection so that it can oscillate relative to the base 3 around its axis 31 central. When a blow is struck to the body 1 typing, support 2 is likely to oscillate under the effect of this blow until it returns to its substantially vertical rest position.
[0018] In one embodiment, the means 32 elastic return are uniformly distributed around the support 2. For example, the means 32 elastic return are distributed at 120°, 90°, 72° or 60° two by two around the support 2. In one embodiment, the means 32 elastic return springs include three springs uniformly distributed around the support 2, i.e. extending between the support 2 and the base 3 so as to form two by two substantially the same angle around the support 2. For example, the support 2includes a post forming the axis of the body 1 striking post, this post being held in a substantially vertical position by three springs uniformly arranged around it and connecting it to the base 3.
[0019] The support 2 and / or the base 3 include a module for generating electrical energy from the mechanical pressures exerted during an oscillating movement of the support 2 around the axis 31 central base 3, by any means 32 elastic return on the support 2 and / or on the base 3. This electrical power generation module includes elements 33 piezoelectrics arranged between the base 3 or the support 2 and a bearing end of any of the means 32 elastic return. The support end of a means 32elastic return designates its point or surface of support, contact or anchoring to the support 2 or at the base 3. The elements 33 piezoelectrics are intended to be excited by variations in mechanical pressure induced by the means 32 elastic return on the support 2 and / or on the base 3. This electrical energy generation module produces an electric current by deformation of the elements 33 piezoelectric under the effect of deformations of the medium 32 elastic return. This electrical energy generation module converts, by piezoelectric effect, the variations in the pressure force produced by the means 32 elastic return on the support 2 and / or on the base 3 into electrical energy.
[0020] To make the most of the support's oscillations 2,the electrical energy generation module comprises, in one embodiment, elements 33 piezoelectrics arranged on either side of the support end of the means 32 elastic return on the base 3 and / or on the support 2. More generally, at least one element 33 additional piezoelectric is arranged between the base 3 or the support 2 and the supporting end of the means 32 elastic return so that this support end is sandwiched between two elements 33 piezoelectrics of the electrical energy generation module. In other words, one and / or the other of the support ends of the means 32 reminder is / are sandwiched by elements 33 piezoelectric.
[0021] At least one of the supporting ends of each of the means 32 elastic return is maintained in support on elements 33piezoelectric on both sides (i.e. sandwiched by the elements 33 piezoelectric). When compressing a medium 32 elastic return, first piezoelectric elements are compressed while the second opposite piezoelectric elements are released. On the other hand, during the elongation of this means 32 elastic return, it is the second piezoelectric elements which are compressed while the first opposite piezoelectric elements are released. During an oscillating movement of the support 2, the means 32 elastic recall allows the elements to be excited 33 piezoelectric both in their compression and in their elongation on the support side 2 and / or the base 3.
[0022] The elements 33piezoelectric elements are, in one embodiment, in the form of bars, discs or films of piezoelectric ceramics (commonly called PZT ceramic) or any other equivalent piezoelectric material capable of generating electrical charges when subjected to mechanical stress. In one embodiment, two metal plates provide electrical contact (or electrical connection) of the electrodes of the elements 33 piezoelectric. In another embodiment, these metal plates also distribute the supporting force of the means 32 reminder on the elements 33 piezoelectric.
[0023] To maintain the amplitude of the deformations applied to the elements 33 piezoelectrics below a predefined threshold value that they can withstand, stop elements can be considered to prevent excessive deformation of the elements 33 piezoelectric.
[0024] Blows to the body 1 strikes shake the support 2 which, in turn, stretches / compresses the means 32 elastic recall which excite the elements 33 piezoelectric so as to produce electrical energy. The vibrations / oscillations of the support 2 are reflected in the form of pressure variations on the elements 33 piezoelectric via means 32 elastic return so as to generate recoverable electrical discharges in an electrical circuit.
[0025] The body 1 punching bag is a punching bag, a punching ball, a ball or, more generally, a punching shape having an axis 11 central. The body 1 striking body is roughly cylindrical in shape. The body 1 striking has, in one embodiment, the shape of a human bust. The axis 21 longitudinal of the support 2is substantially aligned with the axis 11 central body 1 typing. When the device 10 boxing training is at rest, the support 2 or its axis 21 longitudinal forms the axis 11 central body 1 typing.
[0026] The body 1 striker includes a sheath 12 outer (i.e. an outer covering, cover or skin). This sheath 12 may be made of any natural or synthetic material (e.g., leather, textile, rubber or plastic) suitable for providing protection to the user when using the device 10 boxing training. In one embodiment, the sheath 12 exterior includes padding (e.g. foam rubber).
[0027] The device 10boxing training incorporates a module for generating electrical energy from the striking energy integrated into the body 1 of strike. This module converts the strike energy received by the body 1 of striking into electrical energy. This electrical energy generation module comprises at least one part 13 piezoelectric arranged between two plates 14 concentric rings with the axis 11 central body 1 of striking. These plates 14 annular plates are, in one embodiment, made of a compact material such as metal (e.g., steel) or rubber. Advantageously, the plates 14 annular on either side of the pieces 13 piezoelectrics allow uniform stress on parts 13 piezoelectrics and ensure their protection against crushing or excessive deformation.
[0028] In one embodiment, parts 13piezoelectrics connected in series are distributed between the two plates 14 annular. These parts 13 Piezoelectric elements include piezoelectric plates, rods, or sheets such as ceramic piezoelectric sheets or rods. The elements 13 Piezoelectrics generate electrical energy under the action of mechanical stresses / deformations caused by blows inflicted by the user on the body 1 typing.
[0029] To improve the body's resistance 1 from hitting to blows and limiting the amplitude of its oscillations, this body 1 striking device comprises, in one embodiment, a housing 15 annular around its axis 11 central. This accommodation 15 annular is intended to receive a load, such as sand.
[0030] Furthermore, the body 1 striking chamber includes a 16cylindrical with a substantially circular section extending along the axis 11 central body 1 of striking. In other words, the longitudinal axis of the chamber 16 is substantially the same as the axis 11 central body 1 of striking. The body 1 striking chamber is therefore hollow in its center. The radius of the chamber 16 is less than the radii of the two plates 14 annular. The room 16 receives the first end 22 of the support 2. The room 16 includes an opening allowing the first end to be received inside it 22 of the support 2 . The body 1 striking is, in fact, mounted on the support 2 via the room 16.
[0031] The body 1 striking is mounted mobile in oscillation on the support 2. The body 1 striking is able to oscillate around the axis21 longitudinal of the support 2. The body 1 striking device is, in one embodiment, capable of oscillating (i.e., vibrating or rocking) in a plurality of radial directions perpendicular to the axis 21 longitudinal of the support 2
[0032] The body 1 striker is fixed to the support 2 by means of an elastic connection. For this, a plurality of means 17 elastic recall connects the support 2 to the inner wall of the room 16 so that the body 1 strike can oscillate around the axis 21 longitudinal of the support 2. The means 17 elastic return extend radially from the support 2 to fix it to the inner wall of the room 16 of the body 1 typing.
[0033] The means 17elastic return means comprise, in one embodiment, a plurality of substantially identical springs. In one embodiment, the means 17 elastic return springs include at least three springs uniformly distributed around the support 2. Means 17 elastic return uniformly distributed around the support 2 are substantially at the same height as it. For example, one or more triplets of springs distributed at 120° two by two around the support 2 can be considered to connect the support 2 to the inner wall of the room 16 so that the body 1 strike can oscillate around the axis 21 longitudinal of the support 2.
[0034] A pendulum connection (for example, by means of a pendulum joint, in particular when the device 10boxing training is suspended) or ball joint (spherical) allowing three degrees of freedom in rotation between the support 2 and the body 1 typing can also be considered. For example, the support 2 ends at its first end 22 by a pendulum or ball joint connection with the body 1 of striking. With such a connection, the body 1 striking is free to have an oscillating movement around the axis 21 longitudinal of the support 2 with the help of means 17 elastic recall.
[0035] The device 10 boxing training includes a module for generating electrical energy from an oscillating movement (swinging, rocking or vibrating) of the body 1 striking around the axis 21 longitudinal of the support 2.This electrical power generation module produces an electric current from an oscillating movement of the body 1 striking in a direction substantially radial to the axis 21 longitudinal of the support 2.
[0036] This electrical energy generation module includes at least one magnet 18 annular (a permanent ring-shaped magnet). This magnet 18 annular is fixed to the inner wall (or face) of the chamber 16 around the axis 11 central body 1 of striking. The magnet 18 annular includes a north pole (e.g., the upper end on the [ Fig.1 ] of this magnet 18 annular) and a south pole (e.g., the lower end on the [ Fig.1 ] of this magnet 18 annular) opposite each other (i.e. opposite or opposite each other) in the direction of the axis 11 central body1 of striking. The magnet 18 ring may be formed from a single piece or from a plurality of magnets arranged in a generally annular or circular shape (whether or not angularly spaced from each other). In one embodiment, the magnet 18 annular is of the Neodymium type.
[0037] This latter electrical energy generation module further comprises at least one coil 19 magnetic induction arranged on the support 2 so that it is at least partially inside the magnet 18 annular. The coil 19 magnetic induction is mounted on the bracket 2 so that it is, when the body 1 striker is mounted on the stand 2, at the magnet level 18 annular or, in other words, at least partially inside the magnet 18 annular. In other words, the magnet 18annular is fixed to the inner wall of the chamber 16 annularly around the coil 19 magnetic induction. The coil 19 magnetic induction is, in one embodiment, wrapped around the support 2.
[0038] The magnet 18 annular is attached or integral with the body 1 of striking and therefore moves with it. Thus, when the body 1 strike oscillates, so does the magnet 18 annular. As for the coil 19 magnetic induction, it is attached to the support 2 but not attached to the body 1 typing.
[0039] During an oscillating, rocking or vibrating movement of the body 1 of striking under the effect of a blow struck on this body 1 striking, the magnet 18 annular moves relative to the coil 19magnetic induction around it (back and forth movement in a substantially radial direction perpendicular to the axis 21 longitudinal of the support 2) and causes a change in the magnetic field in this coil 19 magnetic induction which consequently generates electrical energy. In fact, an oscillating or vibrating movement of the body 1 typing relative to the support 2 is converted into electrical energy due to the movement of the magnet 18 annular relative to the coil 19 magnetic induction. During an oscillating movement of the body 1 typing relative to the support 2, a first segment of the magnet 18 annular alternately approaches and moves away from the air gap (the part separating the magnet 18 annular and coil 19 magnetic induction) while the second segment of the magnet 18annular diametrically opposite the first segment alternately moves away from and approaches the air gap so as to vary the magnetic flux through the coil 19 of magnetic induction.
[0040] More generally, the magnet 18 annular causes, during an oscillating movement of the body 1 striking around the axis 21 longitudinal of the support 2, a change in the magnetic field in the coil 19 of magnetic induction. Thus, during an oscillating movement of the body 1 striking around the axis 21 longitudinal of the support 2, the reel 19 magnetic induction is immersed in a time-varying magnetic field of the magnet 18 annular and consequently generates electrical energy.
[0041] The means 17 elastic return connecting the support 2 and the body 1strikers are configured to allow for a swinging motion of the body 1 striking around the axis 21 longitudinal of the support 2 without the magnet 18 annular does not physically interfere with the coil 19 of magnetic induction. The parameters of these means 17 elastic return (number, stiffness, empty length, maximum elongation, and / or compression length of the springs) are chosen so that the radial distance between the coil 19 magnetic induction and magnet 18 annular (or, equivalently, between the inner wall of the chamber 16 and support 2) is greater than a predefined threshold distance. More generally, the means 17 elastic return are configured to maintain, during an oscillating movement of the body 1 striking around the axis 21 longitudinal of the support 2,the distance between the coil 19 magnetic induction and magnet 18 annular greater than a predefined threshold distance.
[0042] Alternatively or in combination, the device 10 boxing training further comprises a second module for generating electrical energy from an oscillating (or vibrating) movement of the body 1 striking around the axis 21 longitudinal of the support 2 and / or support 2 around the axis 31 central base 3.
[0043] This second electrical energy generation module includes a second coil 41 magnetic induction arranged in a hole 44 (a bore, channel or passage as illustrated by the [ Fig.2 ]) transverse crossing of the support 2. The central axis of the second coil 41magnetic induction is substantially perpendicular to the axis 21 longitudinal of the support 2.
[0044] This second electrical energy generation module includes a magnet 42 cylindrical (of circular, square or rectangular section for example) having a first end and a second end opposite the first end. The magnet 42 cylindrical (of the Neodymium type for example) includes a north pole (for example, the right end of this magnet on the [ Fig.1 ]) and a south pole (e.g., the left end of this magnet on the [ Fig.1 ]) arranged opposite each other (i.e. opposite or opposite each other) in the axial direction of the hole 44 crossing.
[0045] In one embodiment, the magnet 42 cylindrical is connected via its first end and / or its second end to the inner wall of the chamber 16so that it extends at least partially inside the hole 44 through. In another embodiment, the magnet 42 cylindrical has one end connected to the inner wall of the chamber 16, its second end being free or also being connected to the interior wall of the chamber 16. This results in the fact that during an oscillating movement of the body 1 striking around the axis 21 longitudinal of the support 2, the magnet 42 cylindrical causes a change in the magnetic field in the second coil 41 of magnetic induction.
[0046] In one embodiment, the magnet 42 cylindrical is connected to the inner wall of the chamber 16 through at least one means 43 elastic connection allowing additional oscillating or radial back-and-forth movement of the magnet 42 cylindrical around the axis21 longitudinal of the support 2. This means 43 elastic connection comprises, in one embodiment, a spring. The dimensions of the hole 44 crossing, of the middle 43 elastic connection and / or magnet 42 cylindrical are such that the latter can oscillate (to an extent sufficient to allow efficient use of the electrical energy generation module) without physically interfering with the second coil 41 of magnetic induction.
[0047] In another embodiment illustrated by the [ Fig.2 ], a plurality of means 43 elastic connection connects at least one of the ends of the magnet 42 cylindrical to the support 2 so that this magnet 42 cylindrical or at least partially inside the hole 44 crossing. These means 43elastic connection elements include, for example, springs and / or straps. In one embodiment, each end of the magnet 42 cylindrical is connected to the support 2 by at least three springs or straps which are substantially identical and uniformly distributed around this end. By means of these means 43 elastic connection, when the support 2 oscillates around the axis 31 central base 3, the same goes for the magnet 42 cylindrical relative to the second coil 41 magnetic induction arranged in the hole 44 crossing. It follows that, during an oscillating movement of the support 2 around the second axis 31 central, the magnet 42 cylindrical causes a change in the magnetic field in the second coil 41 of magnetic induction.
[0048] In one embodiment, means 43elastic connecting rods connect the first and second ends of the magnet 42 cylindrical to the support 2.
[0049] During an oscillating, rocking or vibrating movement of the body 1 striking around the axis 21 longitudinal of the support and / or the support 2 around the axis 31 central base 3, the magnet 42 cylindrical moves relative to the second coil 41 magnetic induction inside it and causes a change in the magnetic field in this second coil 41 magnetic induction which consequently generates electrical energy. In fact, an oscillating or vibrating movement of the body 1 typing and / or support 2 is converted into electrical energy due to the oscillating motion of the magnet 42 cylindrical in the hole 44 crossing arranged in the support2 and in which the second coil is arranged 41 magnetic induction. The second coil 41 magnetic induction is immersed in a time-varying magnetic field of the magnet 42 cylindrical and consequently generates electrical energy.
[0050] A plurality of holes 44 crossing having central axes distributed angularly in a regular manner around the axis 21 at different heights of the support 2 can be considered in order to make the most of any oscillating movement of the body 1 typing and / or support 2.
[0051] The means 17 elastic return connecting the support 2 to the inner wall of the room 16 allow, under the effect of a blow to the body 1 striking or oscillating movement of the support 2 around the axis 31 central base3, an oscillating movement of this body 1 striking around the axis 21 longitudinal of the support 2 and, consequently, also of the magnet 18 ring and / or magnet 42 cylindrical, without the latter physically interfering with the coils 19, 41 corresponding magnetic induction. When the body 1 typing and / or support 2 are shaken, the means 17 elastic recall and means 43 elastic connection prevent (or at least limit the risk of) a collision between the magnet 18 ring and magnet 42 cylindrical and coils 19, 41 corresponding magnetic induction. The parameters of the means 17 elastic recall and means 43elastic connection (stiffnesses, maximum / minimum lengths for example) are chosen so as to effectively influence the oscillation frequency of, respectively, the magnet 18 ring and magnet 42 cylindrical.
[0052] In one embodiment, the first and / or second coil 19, 41magnetic induction coils are, respectively, wound around a core of ferromagnetic material (such as iron, nickel or cobalt). In one embodiment, this core is at least partially laminated in order to reduce losses due to eddy currents. In order to improve the magnetic circuit and use less magnetic material, this core comprises, in one embodiment, a central portion extending in an axial direction between a first and a second end and a first and a second portion extending radially, respectively, at the first and the second end of the central portion. The first and the second radially extending portion comprise annular elements of a ferromagnetic material. The coil 19, 41 magnetic induction coil is wound around the central portion between the first and second radially extending portions.
[0053] The various electrical energy generation modules presented above can be electrically connected to electronic devices and / or to an electrical energy storage unit (such as a storage battery or a cell) embedded in the device. 10 boxing training. Electronic devices embedded in the device 10 boxing training devices may include sensors (e.g., position and / or amplitude of blows delivered by the user to the body 1 typing), electronic circuits, light indicators arranged on any of the components of the device 10boxing training (to indicate, for example, a position on the striking body, the power of a blow, or the state of an electronic module), a screen, communication modules to transmit to a mobile application installed in a user terminal information relating to the training carried out (duration, date, frequency, calories, statistical data).
[0054] In one embodiment, the electrical energy generation modules presented above are connected in series and electrically connected to an electrical energy storage unit. The electrical energy produced by any of the electrical energy generation modules presented above can be used immediately by an electronic device equipping the device 10 boxing training or to charge the electrical energy storage unit. An electrical outlet (e.g., USB port or other equivalent port) may also be considered in the device 10 boxing training for temporary or reserve power supply of a mobile user terminal by the electrical energy generation modules.
[0055] Advantageously, the embodiments described above make it possible to convert the striking energy provided by the user and the kinetic / mechanical energy of the device. 10 boxing training using electrical energy. The electrical energy generation modules presented above are adapted to the dynamics of the device 10 boxing training to make the most of any blow to the body 1 strike, no matter how powerful.
