AI Technical Summary
Conventional cap units for containers can obstruct the drinker's nose when the container is tilted for drinking due to the hinge or lid getting in the way of the liquid passage port.
The cap unit design includes a hinge placement that positions the hinge part away from the drinker's nose, allowing for unhindered drinking and impact absorption, with a lid locking mechanism to maintain the lid's position and prevent unintended opening.
The design enhances usability by preventing the hinge or lid from obstructing the drinker's nose and reduces the risk of damage from impacts, ensuring smooth and convenient beverage consumption.
Description
Field of the Invention
[0001] The present invention relates to a cap unit and a container with a cap.Description of the Prior Art
[0002] Conventionally, there is a container with a cap that includes a cap unit, the cap unit being detachably attached to a container main body whose upper portion is open (see, for example, Patent document 1 below).
[0003] The cap unit includes: a cap main body, which blocks an upper opening of the container main body and in which a liquid passage port communicated with the inner side of the container main body is arranged in the upper portion; and a lid body, which opens / closes the liquid passage port in a state of being pivotably attached to the cap main body via a hinge part.
[0004] In addition, the cap unit includes a lid locking mechanism that fixes the lid body, which is urged in a direction of opening the liquid passage port by an urging member arranged in the hinge part, to the cap main body in a position where the liquid passage port is blocked.
[0005] In the container with a cap that includes this kind of cap unit, by releasing the fixation of the lid body performed by the lid locking mechanism, the lid body pivots due to the urging of the urging member, and the liquid passage port comes into an open state. Accordingly, it becomes possible to drink the beverage in the container main body that flows out from the liquid passage port while tilting the container main body.
[0006] Japanese Patent Publication No. 2023-22743 discloses a cap unit that is rotatably connected to a cap body via a hinge, and has a liquid passage port that closes the upper opening of the container body and communicates between the inside and the outside of the container body, and the liquid passage port. Locking means for fixing (locking) the lid in the closed position with respect to the cap body are provided. The hinge connects the rear end of the cap body and the rear end of the lid, and the lock means fixes the front end of the cap body and the front end of the lid.
[0007] JP3197386U provides a portable beverage container for direct drinking, the lid body of which does not obstruct the view or hit the face, comprising a container body and a lid body, the lid body being attached to one side of the container body via a hinge shaft. A peripheral wall has high opposing portions on both sides parallel to the hinge shaft and low opposing portions on both sides perpendicular to the hinge shaft 15, and these are formed as smooth undulations. The opposing portions on both sides parallel to the hinge shaft serve as drinking spout guides. JP 3197386U discloses a cap unit according to the preamble of claim 1.Summary of the Invention
[0008] In the container with a cap that includes the conventional cap unit described above, when the beverage in the container main body that flows out from the liquid passage port is drunk while the container main body is tilted, the hinge part or the lid body may get in the way because it may come into contact with the nose.
[0009] The present invention is proposed in view of these conventional circumstances, and aims to provide a cap unit that prevents a hinge part or a lid body from getting in the way in a state where a liquid passage port is open, and a container with a cap that makes it possible to further improve the usability by including that kind of cap unit.
[0010] In order to achieve the above aim, the present invention provides a cap unit according to the features of claim 1.
[0011] Preferred embodiments are defined in the dependent claims.Brief description of the drawings

Description of the examples and embodiments
[0013] First, an example not according to the present invention, for example, a container with a cap 100 that includes a cap unit 1A shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 will be described.
[0014] Note that FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing the configuration of the container with a cap 100 that includes the cap unit 1A and showing a state where a lid body 9 is in a blocking position. FIG. 2 is a side view showing the configuration of the container with a cap 100 that includes the cap unit 1A and showing a state where the lid body 9 is in an opening position. FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing the configuration of the container with a cap 100 that includes the cap unit 1A and showing the state where the lid body 9 is in the opening position. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along a plane different from that of FIG. 1, showing the configuration of the cap unit 1A and showing the state where the lid body 9 is in the blocking position.
[0015] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the container with a cap 100 of the example includes the cap unit 1A of the example and a container main body 2 to which the cap unit 1A is detachably attached.
[0016] The container with a cap 100 is a container for beverages that can keep the beverage (liquid) accommodated in the container main body 2 hot or cold by the container main body 2 having a vacuum heat insulation structure.
[0017] Specifically, the container main body 2 is configured by a container having a double structure, which has a bottomed tubular outer container 3 and an inner container 4 made of, for example, stainless steel or the like, and in which mouth portions of the outer container 3 and the inner container 4 are joined in a state where the inner container 4 is accommodated on the inner side of the outer container 3.
[0018] In addition, a vacuum heat insulation layer 5 is arranged between the outer container 3 and the inner container 4. The vacuum heat insulation layer 5 can be formed by, for example, blocking a degassing hole arranged on the bottom surface of the outer container 3 in a chamber decompressed (evacuated) to a high vacuum.
[0019] The container main body 2 has a substantially circular bottom portion 2a, a body portion 2b that rises into a substantially cylindrical shape from the outer periphery of the bottom portion 2a, and a substantially cylindrical mouth-neck portion 2c whose diameter is reduced on the upper side of the body portion 2b.
[0020] The upper end portion of the mouth-neck portion 2c is open in a circular shape as an upper opening 2d of the container main body 2. In addition, the inner peripheral surface of the mouth-neck portion 2c has a smaller diameter than the inner peripheral surface of the body portion 2b. In addition, a male screw part 6 is arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the mouth-neck portion 2c.
[0021] Note that although the container with a cap 100 of the example has a substantially cylindrical appearance shape as a whole, the appearance shape of the container with a cap 100 is not particularly limited, and it is possible to make appropriate changes according to the size, design, or the like. In addition, painting, printing, or the like may be performed on the outer peripheral surface of the container main body 2.
[0022] The cap unit 1A of the example includes: a cap main body 7, which blocks the upper opening 2d of the container main body 2 described above; and the lid body 9, which is pivotably attached to the cap main body 7 via a first hinge part 8.
[0023] Note that in the following description, the side on which the lid body 9 is attached to the cap main body 7 via the first hinge part 8 is described as the "rear side (back surface side)" of the cap unit 1A (the container with a cap 100), and the side opposite to the above-described side is described as the "front side (front surface side)" of the cap unit 1A (the container with a cap 100).
[0024] The cap main body 7 is made of, for example, a heat-resistant resin, and has: a peripheral wall portion 7a, which is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape in a manner of being continuous with the body portion 2b of the container main body 2 and covers the outer periphery side over the entire circumference; an upper wall portion 7b, which covers the upper portion of the peripheral wall portion 7a and in which a liquid passage port 10 and a gas passage port 11 communicated with the inner side of the container main body 2 are arranged; and an inner wall portion 7c, which protrudes in a substantially cylindrical shape from the lower surface of the upper wall portion 7b in a manner of being fitted into the inner side of the container main body 2 from the upper opening 2d.
[0025] A female screw part 12, which is screwed to the male screw part 6 of the container main body 2, is arranged on the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall portion 7a. Accordingly, the cap main body 7 is detachably attached to the outer side of the mouth-neck portion 2c by screwing in a state of covering the upper opening 2d of the container main body 2.
[0026] The liquid passage port 10 is configured by a nozzle part, which is located in a position in the upper wall portion 7b closer to the front side than the first hinge part 8 and protrudes upward in a substantially cylindrical shape in a state of penetrating the upper wall portion 7b in a vertical direction.
[0027] The gas passage port 11 is configured by a circular hole portion, which is located between the liquid passage port 10 of the upper wall portion 7b and the first hinge part 8 and penetrates the upper wall portion 7b in the vertical direction. The gas passage port 11 has a smaller opening area than the liquid passage port 10.
[0028] A water-stopping packing 13 is detachably attached to the lower surface on the inner side of the cap main body 7. The water-stopping packing 13 is a sealing member for making a seal (stopping water) between the container main body 2 and the cap main body 7, and consists of an elastic member such as heat-resistant rubber (such as silicone rubber) or elastomer, for example.
[0029] The water-stopping packing 13 has a stepped shape along the lower surface of the upper wall portion 7b, the outer peripheral surface and the lower end surface of the inner wall portion 7c, and is formed in a circular ring shape as a whole. The water-stopping packing 13 is fitted to the lower surface on the inner side of the cap main body 7 in a state of covering the cap main body 7 from below, while the water-stopping packing 13 is in contact with the lower surface of the upper wall portion 7b and the outer peripheral surface of the inner wall portion 7c and is slightly spaced from the lower end surface of the inner wall portion 7c.
[0030] On the other hand, the water-stopping packing 13 can be removed from the lower surface on the inner side of the cap main body 7 by elastically deforming (stretching) itself. Accordingly, the water-stopping packing 13 and the cap main body 7 can be washed separately, and it is possible to keep the space between the water-stopping packing 13 and the cap main body 7 sanitary.
[0031] In addition, an elastic flange portion 13a protruding over the entire circumference in a diameter-increasing direction is arranged at the upper end portion of the water-stopping packing 13. When the cap main body 7 is attached to the container main body 2, the water stopping packing 13 comes into a state where the upper surface side is in close contact with the lower surface of the upper wall portion 7b over the entire circumference and the lower surface side is in close contact with the upper end portion of the mouth-neck portion 2c over the entire circumference, while the elastic flange portion 13a elastically deforms. Accordingly, it is possible to make a seal (stop water) between the cap main body 7 and the container main body 2 in a liquid-tight manner.
[0032] The lid body 9 is made of, for example, a heat-resistant resin, and has: a peripheral wall portion 9a, which is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape in a manner of being continuous with the peripheral wall portion 7a of the cap main body 7 (the outer peripheral surface of the cap main body 7); and a top wall portion 9b, which covers the top surface of the peripheral wall portion 9a.
[0033] The first hinge part 8 is located at the rear end portion between the peripheral wall portion 7a and the upper wall portion 7b of the cap main body 7. The lid body 9 is attached via the first hinge part 8 in a manner of pivoting freely between a position of blocking the liquid passage port 10 and the gas passage port 11 (hereinafter referred to as "blocking position") and a position of opening the liquid passage port 10 and the gas passage port 11 (hereinafter referred to as "opening position").
[0034] A lid packing 14 is located at and detachably attached to the lower surface on the inner side of the lid body 9. The lid packing 14 is a sealing member for making a seal between the cap main body 7 and the lid body 9 and consists of an elastic member made of the same material as the water-stopping packing 13 described above.
[0035] The lid packing 14 has a liquid passage plug part 14a that blocks the liquid passage port 10, and a gas passage plug part 14b that blocks the gas passage port 11.
[0036] As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 3, the liquid passage plug part 14a is arranged in a manner of protruding downward from the lower surface on the front side of the lid packing 14 in a dome shape. The gas passage plug part 14b is arranged in a manner of protruding downward from the lower surface on the rear side of the lid packing 14 in a bottomed long cylindrical shape.
[0037] In addition, the lid packing 14 has a fitting protrusion 14c which is fitted into a hole portion 9c arranged in the lid body 9, and a gas passage fitting part 14d into which a tubular wall portion 9d arranged in the lid body 9 is fitted.
[0038] The hole portion 9c is arranged in a manner of penetrating the front side of the top wall portion 9b in the vertical direction in a substantially cylindrical shape. The fitting protrusion 14c is arranged in a manner of protruding upward from the upper surface on the side opposite to the liquid passage plug part 14a on the front side of the lid packing 14 in a substantially cylindrical shape. The tubular wall portion 9d is arranged in a manner of protruding downward from the lower surface on the rear side of the top wall portion 9b in a long cylindrical shape. The gas passage fitting part 14d is arranged in a manner of protruding upward from the upper surface on the side opposite to the gas passage plug part 14b on the rear side of the lid packing 14 so as to recess the inner side of the gas passage plug part 14b.
[0039] The lid packing 14 is attached to the lower surface on the inner side of the lid body 9 in a state where the fitting protrusion 14c is fitted into the hole portion 9c and the tubular wall portion 9d is fitted into the gas passage fitting part 14d. Note that although the above-described configuration in which the tubular wall portion 9d is fitted into the inner side of the gas passage fitting part 14d is used in the embodiment, a configuration in which the gas passage fitting part 14d is fitted into the inner side of the tubular wall portion 9d may alternatively be used. That is, it is sufficient if the lid body 9 and the lid packing 14 are integrated by fitting.
[0040] Here, the fitting protrusion 14c can be visually observed from the upper surface side of the lid body 9 even when the lid body 9 is in the blocking position. Accordingly, it is possible to visually confirm that the lid packing 14 is attached to the lid body 9, not only when the lid body 9 is in the opening position, so that the lid packing 14 will not be forgotten to be attached.
[0041] On the other hand, by removing the lid packing 14 from the lower surface on the inner side of the lid body 9, the lid packing 14 and the lid body 9 can be washed separately, and it is possible to keep the space between the lid packing 14 and the lid body 9 sanitary.
[0042] Note that although the above-described configuration in which the lid packing 14 is detachably attached to the lid body 9 is used, it is not limited to this configuration, and a configuration in which the lid packing 14 is integrally attached to the lid body 9 may alternatively be used, for example. In this case, by integrating the lid body 9 and the lid packing 14 with no gap therebetween, no water or the like will enter the space between the lid packing 14 and the lid body 9, and it is possible to keep the space sanitary.
[0043] In the cap unit 1A of the example, when the lid body 9 blocks the upper portion of the cap main body 7, the liquid passage plug part 14a blocks the liquid passage port 10 in a state of being in close contact with the surrounding region in the upper portion of the liquid passage port 10 while elastically deforming, and the gas passage plug part 14b blocks the gas passage port 11 in a state of being in close contact with the surrounding region of the gas passage port 11 while elastically deforming. Accordingly, it is possible to make a seal between the cap main body 7 and the lid body 9 via the lid packing 14.
[0044] The cap main body 7 has: a sealing surface 7d, which is in close contact with the gas passage plug part 14b in a state where the gas passage plug part 14b blocks the gas passage port 11; and a gas passage protrusion 7e, which protrudes upward from the upper surface of the upper wall portion 7b (the cap main body 7) with the diameter being reduced. The sealing surface 7d is configured as a flat surface on the upper surface of the gas passage protrusion 7e.
[0045] As shown in FIG. 1, the gas passage port 11 is arranged biased to the side of the sealing surface 7d and the gas passage protrusion 7e opposite to the first hinge part 8 (the front side). The gas passage port 11 is arranged in a position that overlaps with the front side of the front end portion of the tubular wall portion 9d in a planar view in a state where the gas passage plug part 14b is in close contact with the sealing surface 7d. In addition, in a state where the gas passage plug part 14b is in close contact with the sealing surface 7d, the inner peripheral side of the front end portion of the tubular wall portion 9d is located on the inner side of the sealing surface 7d in the front-rear direction in a planar view.
[0046] Accordingly, it comes into a state where the gas passage plug part 14b is strongly pressed downward against the gas passage port 11 by the front side of the front end portion of the tubular wall portion 9d, and it is possible to reliably block the gas passage port 11.
[0047] In addition, the sealing surface 7d and the gas passage protrusion 7e have a length that is three times or more than three times the front-rear width of the gas passage port 11 in the front-rear direction. For example, in the prototype stage, it is possible to manufacture prototypes that respectively adopt positions where the gas passage port 11 is biased to the front side, located in the center, and biased to the rear side relative to the sealing surface 7d and the gas passage protrusion 7e without the repetition of the position of the gas passage port 11.
[0048] Accordingly, it is possible to manufacture prototypes in which only the position of the gas passage port 11 is changed and the state where the gas passage plug part 14b is in close contact with the entire sealing surface 7d is not changed, and confirm the blocking state of the gas passage port 11. In addition, it is easy to perform adjustment when a failure occurs in the blocking state of the gas passage port 11, and it is possible to suppress the development cost.
[0049] In the first hinge part 8, a first urging member (not shown) that urging the lid body 9 toward one side of a pivoting direction (hereinafter referred to as "opening direction") is arranged.
[0050] The first urging member consists of a spring member such as a torsion spring, and is attached to the inner side of the first hinge part 8.
[0051] Note that the first urging member is not limited to the one consisting of a spring member described above, but may alternatively be configured to urge the lid body 9 in the opening direction by retaining a ring-shaped elastic member including rubber, elastomer, or the like between the cap main body 7 and the lid body 9.
[0052] The cap unit 1A of the example includes a lid locking mechanism 15 that fixes, to the cap main body 7, the lid body 9 which has been pivoted toward the other side of the pivoting direction (hereinafter referred to as "blocking direction") against the urging of the first urging member.
[0053] The lid locking mechanism 15 has a locking member 17 and a ring stopper 18 pivotably attached to the cap main body 7 via a second hinge part 16.
[0054] The locking member 17 is pivotably supported by the second hinge part 16 arranged on the front side of the cap main body 7 (the peripheral wall portion 7a). The locking member 17 has a first arm portion 17a extending upward from the second hinge part 16 and a second arm portion 17b extending downward from the second hinge part 16.
[0055] A hook part 19 is arranged at the front end of the first arm portion 17a (the upper end of the locking member 17) in a manner of protruding toward the rear.
[0056] A second urging member 20 consisting of a spring member such as a coil spring or the like is disposed between the second arm portion 17b and the peripheral wall portion 7a. Note that for the second urging member 20, an elastic member such as rubber, elastomer, or the like may alternatively be used instead of the spring member described above.
[0057] The ring stopper 18 consists of a ring-like member which is partially open, and two ends thereof are pivotably supported on the outer side of the second hinge part 16. Accordingly, the ring stopper 18 can pivot in the vertical direction.
[0058] On the other hand, the lid locking mechanism 15 has a locking receiving part 21 with which the hook part 19 of the locking member 17 is engaged, and a stopper receiving part 22 on which the ring stopper 18 is retained.
[0059] The locking receiving part 21 consists of a claw part protruding forward from the lower end portion on the front side of the lid body 9 (the peripheral wall 9a). The stopper receiving part 22 is shaped corresponding to the inner side of the ring stopper 18, and consists of a wall portion protruding forward from a position surrounding the periphery of the locking receiving part (claw part) 21.
[0060] In the lid locking mechanism 15, the hook part 19 of the locking member 17 is engaged with the locking receiving part 21 when the lid body 9 blocks the upper portion of the cap main body 7, and thereby the state where the lid body 9 blocks the upper portion of the cap main body 7 (the blocking position) is maintained.
[0061] By pressing the second arm portion 17b side of the locking member 17 against the urging of the second urging member 20 from this state, the engaged state of the hook part 19 with the locking receiving part 21 is released. Accordingly, the lid body 9 urged by the first urging member can be pivoted in the opening direction, thereby reaching the opening position.
[0062] On the other hand, in the lid locking mechanism 15, the ring stopper 18 is retained on the stopper receiving part 22 when the lid body 9 blocks the upper portion of the cap main body 7, and thereby the pivoting of the lid body 9 toward the opening direction is prevented. Accordingly, by the lid locking mechanism 15, the lid body 9 can be prevented from being opened due to an unnecessary (unintended) operation on the locking member 17.
[0063] Moreover, in the cap unit 1A of the example as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 4, the center portion of a hinge shaft 8a of the first hinge part 8 is located lower than the upper wall portion 7b of the cap main body 7. In addition, the center portion of the hinge shaft 8a of the first hinge part 8 is located closer to the outer side than the outermost diameter portion at the lower end of the peripheral wall portion 7a of the cap main body 7.
[0064] Specifically, as shown in FIG. 1, the upper wall portion 7b of the cap main body 7 is arranged in a manner that the front side relative to the liquid passage port 10 is slightly lower than the rear side relative to the liquid passage port 10.
[0065] Accordingly, in the cap unit 1A of the example, it is easy to set the length (height) that the nozzle part of the liquid passage port 10 protrudes from the upper wall portion 7b to be long (high) on the front side, and when the drinker tilts the container main body 2 to drink the beverage in the container main body 2 that flows out from the liquid passage port 10, the lower lip or the jaw section will not come into contact with the upper wall portion 7b, and thus the drinker will have a good sense of use.
[0066] In addition, the rear side of the upper wall portion 7b of the cap main body 7 relative to the liquid passage port 10 is gradually inclined in a manner that the rear portion becomes lower, the gas passage protrusion 7e is formed on the rear side of the central portion of the upper wall portion 7b, and further, the first hinge part 8 is arranged in a manner of protruding rearward from the rear end side of the upper wall portion 7b. That is, the first hinge part 8 is disposed in a manner of protruding from the side surface on the rear side of the cap main body 7.
[0067] Specifically, as shown in FIG. 1, the center portion of the hinge shaft 8a of the first hinge part 8 is located lower than the highest position of the rear side of the upper wall portion 7b relative to the liquid passage port 10. More specifically, the center portion of the hinge shaft 8a of the first hinge part 8 is located lower than the highest position of the lower end (fundamental) portion where the liquid passage port 10 rises from the upper wall portion 7b.
[0068] In addition, the peripheral wall portion 7a of the cap main body 7 is formed in a manner of being continuous with the body portion 2b of the container main body 2, and thus the lower end side becomes the outermost diameter portion that protrudes outward to the same diameter as the body portion 2b. The center portion of the hinge shaft 8a of the first hinge part 8 is located closer to the outer side than the outermost diameter portion of the peripheral wall portion 7a.
[0069] Accordingly, in the cap unit 1A of the example, the first hinge part 8 can be spaced from the upper surface of the cap main body 7 toward the side surface on the rear side of the cap main body 7, and the lid body 9 can be largely pivoted toward the side surface side on the rear side of the cap main body 7 in a state where the lid body 9 is pivoted to the opening position shown in FIG. 2.
[0070] Therefore, in the container with a cap 100 that includes the cap unit 1A of the example, when the beverage in the container main body 2 that flows out from the liquid passage port 10 is drunk while the container main body 2 is tilted as described above, the position of the first hinge part 8 will be far away from the nose of the drinker, situations such as the first hinge part 8 or the lid body 9 coming into contact with the nose will not occur, and the first hinge part 8 or the lid body 9 will not get in the way, thus making it possible to further improve the usability.
[0071] In addition, as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the cap unit 1A of the example has a configuration in which an abutting part 9e arranged on the lid body 9 side abuts against an abutment target part 7f arranged on the cap main body 7 side when the lid body 9 is displaced to the front side due to an impact of falling or the like.
[0072] Specifically, in the example, the abutting part 9e is configured by a pair of bearing parts 8b on the lid body 9 side constituting the first hinge part 8. On the other hand, the abutment target part 7f is configured by a wall portion facing the pair of bearing parts 8b on the rear side of the cap main body 7.
[0073] In the container with a cap 100 that includes the cap unit 1A of the example, in the case of, for example, being impacted from the first hinge part 8 side (rear side) due to falling or the like, the lid body 9 is displaced to the front side and the abutting part 9e of the lid body 9 abuts against the abutment target part 7f of the cap main body 7 from the rear side.
[0074] Accordingly, the impact is received and further displacement of the lid body 9 toward the front side is suppressed. In addition, because the amount of displacement of the lid body 9 toward the front side can be suppressed to be small, it is also possible to suppress the unintentional release of the locking state of the lid body 9 brought by the lid locking mechanism 15. Furthermore, by a load applied to the first hinge part 8, position misalignment between the hinge shaft 8a and the bearing parts 8b is less likely to occur, and it is possible to prevent damage to the first hinge part 8 or the lid body 9, such as bending of the hinge shaft 8a.
[0075] Next, an embodiment of the present invention, for example, a cap unit 1B shown in FIGS. 5 to 7 will be described.
[0076] Note that FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view showing the configuration of a container with a cap 100 that includes the cap unit 1B and showing a state where a lid body 9 is in a blocking position. FIG. 6 is a side view showing the configuration of the container with a cap 100 that includes the cap unit 1B and showing a state where the lid body 9 is in an opening position. FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view taken along a plane different from that of FIG. 5, showing the configuration of the cap unit 1B and showing the state where the lid body 9 is in the blocking position. In addition, in the following description, parts equivalent to those of the cap unit 1A described above will not be described and will be given the same reference signs in the drawings.
[0077] As shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, the cap unit 1B of the embodiment has basically the same configuration as the cap unit 1A described above except that in the configuration of the cap unit 1A, the arrangement of a first hinge part 8 is different.
[0078] Specifically, in the cap unit 1B of the embodiment, the first hinge part 8 is located on the side surface on the rear side of a cap main body 7 as shown in FIGS. 5 to 7.
[0079] In addition, the center portion of a hinge shaft 8a of the first hinge part 8 is located lower than an upper wall portion 7b of the cap main body 7. In addition, the center portion of the hinge shaft 8a of the first hinge part 8 is located closer to the outer side than the outermost diameter portion at the lower end of a peripheral wall portion 7a of the cap main body 7.
[0080] Specifically, as shown in FIG. 5, the rear side of the upper wall portion 7b of the cap main body 7 relative to a liquid passage port 10 is gradually inclined in a manner that the rear portion becomes lower, and a gas passage protrusion 7e is formed on the rear side of the central portion of the upper wall portion 7b. Furthermore, on the rear end side of the cap main body 7, the first hinge part 8 is formed in a manner of protruding rearward, one step down from the rear end side of the upper wall portion 7b. That is, the first hinge part 8 is disposed in a manner of protruding from the side surface on the rear side of the cap main body 7.
[0081] In addition, as shown in FIG. 5, the center portion of the hinge shaft 8a of the first hinge part 8 is located lower than the lowest position in the upper wall portion 7b. Furthermore, in a state where the cap unit 1B (the cap main body 7) is attached to a container main body 2, the center portion of the hinge shaft 8a of the first hinge part 8 is located lower than an upper opening 2d of the container main body 2.
[0082] In addition, the peripheral wall portion 7a of the cap main body 7 is formed in a manner of being continuous with a body portion 2b of the container main body 2, and thus the lower end side becomes the outermost diameter portion that protrudes outward to the same diameter as the body portion 2b. The center portion of the hinge shaft 8a of the first hinge part 8 is located closer to the outer side than the outermost diameter portion of the peripheral wall portion 7a.
[0083] Accordingly, in the cap unit 1B of the embodiment, the first hinge part 8 can be spaced from the upper surface of the cap main body 7 toward the lower portion of the side surface on the rear side of the cap main body 7, and the lid body 9 can be largely pivoted toward the side surface side on the rear side of the cap main body 7 in a state where the lid body 9 is pivoted to the opening position shown in FIG. 6.
[0084] Therefore, in the container with a cap 100 that includes the cap unit 1B of the embodiment, when the beverage in the container main body 2 that flows out from the liquid passage port 10 is drunk while the container main body 2 is tilted as described above, the position of the first hinge part 8 will be far away from the nose of the drinker, situations such as the first hinge part 8 or the lid body 9 coming into contact with the nose will not occur, and the first hinge part 8 or the lid body 9 will not get in the way, thus making it possible to further improve the usability.
[0085] In addition, in the cap unit 1B of the embodiment, the first hinge part 8 is located on the side surface on the rear side of the cap main body 7, and thereby in the case of, for example, being impacted from the first hinge part 8 side (rear side) due to falling or the like, the lid body 9 is displaced to the front side and an abutting part 9e of the lid body 9 abuts against an abutment target part 7f of the cap main body 7 from the rear side.
[0086] Accordingly, the impact is received and further displacement of the lid body 9 toward the front side is suppressed. In addition, because the amount of displacement of the lid body 9 toward the front side can be suppressed to be small, it is also possible to suppress the unintentional release of the locking state of the lid body 9 brought by a lid locking mechanism 15. Furthermore, by a load applied to the first hinge part 8, position misalignment between the hinge shaft 8a and bearing parts 8b is less likely to occur, and it is possible to prevent damage to the first hinge part 8 or the lid body 9, such as bending of the hinge shaft 8a.
[0087] The above-described embodiment has illustrated the case where the present invention is applied to the above-described container for beverages having a hot / cold keeping function provided by the container main body 2 having a vacuum heat insulation structure, but the present invention can be widely applied to containers with a cap that include a container main body and a cap unit detachably attached to the container main body.Reference Signs List
