Description

[0001] The invention relates to a system with a height adjustment device according to claim 1.

[0002] A worktop with a mounting recess in the worktop is already known from the prior art. This recess is defined by a step in the worktop. To mount a cooktop in the worktop, a sealing material is applied to the step. Subsequently, a side edge of a cooktop panel is placed on the sealing material. The vertical position of the cooktop relative to the worktop is fixed and unchangeable by a given design. Furthermore, when inserting the cooktop into the mounting recess, there is a risk of pinching a finger between the cooktop and the worktop.

[0003] Furthermore, US Pat. No. 3,924,602 A discloses a height adjustment device for a hob, wherein holding units are arranged on the hob, which indirectly fix the hob to a worktop by means of a screw. The worktop has small openings on a visible upper side through which the screws for fixing the hob are accessible, and by means of which the height of the hob can be adjusted relative to a main extension plane of the worktop.

[0004] Furthermore, DE 101 32 899 C1 discloses a cooking area with a worktop and a curved glass ceramic bowl, in particular a wok arrangement, wherein the glass ceramic bowl can be used directly as cookware. In this case, a base pan of the glass ceramic bowl is also indirectly screwed to the worktop.

[0005] Furthermore, the document EP 1 018 580 A2 discloses a kitchen installation arrangement with a worktop having a mounting opening, and a hob that can be inserted into the mounting opening flush with the worktop and is flush with an upper side of the worktop at its outer edge. To support the hob in the mounting opening, the worktop has a support section designed as a bevel of an edge surface of the mounting opening. The object of the invention is, in particular, to provide a generic device with improved properties with regard to simple installation. This object is achieved according to the invention by the features of patent claim 1, while advantageous embodiments and further developments of the invention can be found in the subclaims.

[0006] A system is proposed with a height adjustment device which is specially designed for a hob, comprising a height adjustment unit which is provided for a particularly reversible change of a vertical position of the hob relative to a worktop, and comprising at least one fastening element which is provided for fastening the height adjustment unit to the hob, in particular to a housing unit of the hob. The height adjustment device is particularly designed and / or configured specifically for the hob. In particular, the height adjustment device is specifically provided for the hob. The height adjustment device is particularly provided for moving the hob in a vertical direction relative to the worktop in order to change the vertical position of the hob relative to the worktop. In particular, the height adjustment device is intended to change, in particular increase and / or decrease, a potential energy of the hob relative to the worktop in order to change the vertical position of the hob relative to the worktop. For example, the height adjustment unit could comprise at least a large part of a metallic material, such as steel. Alternatively or additionally, the height adjustment unit could comprise at least a large part of a plastic and / or a glass fiber and / or a textile fiber and / or a composite of the aforementioned materials. "At least a large part" is to be understood as meaning at least 70%, in particular at least 80%, advantageously at least 90%, and preferably at least 95%.A "vertical position" of an object is understood to mean, in particular, a position of the object in a vertical direction, which is particularly aligned parallel to a direction of gravity. In an installed position, the vertical direction is particularly aligned perpendicular to a subsurface. The subsurface is, in particular, a floor and / or a mounting surface. In particular, the vertical direction is aligned perpendicular to a main extension plane of the cooktop and / or to a main extension plane of the worktop. A "main extension plane" of an object is understood to mean, in particular, a plane that is parallel to a largest side surface of a smallest imaginary geometric cuboid that just completely encloses the object, and in particular, runs through the center of the cuboid. The fastening element could, in particular, be intended to fasten the height adjustment unit to the hob, in particular by means of a connection that can only be released using a tool. In particular, the fastening of the height adjustment unit to the hob, achieved by the fastening element, could differ from a connection that can be released without tools. The fastening element is intended to fasten the height adjustment unit to the hob by means of a positive and / or non-positive connection. "Provided" should, in particular, be understood to mean being specially designed and / or equipped. The fact that an object is intended for a specific function should, in particular, be understood to mean that the object fulfills and / or performs this specific function in at least one application and / or operating state.

[0007] The design according to the invention, in particular, allows for simple assembly. In particular, problems that may occur during assembly, such as pinching a technician's finger and / or a non-flush arrangement of the hob relative to the worktop, can be avoided. Regardless of a given design, in particular of the worktop and / or the hob, and in particular regardless of manufacturing tolerances, a flush arrangement of the hob and the worktop, in particular of a top side of the hob and a top side of the worktop, can advantageously be enabled.

[0008] It is further proposed that the height adjustment unit be provided, in at least one pre-assembled state, to at least partially transmit, in particular transfer, a weight of the hob and, in particular, additionally a weight of objects arranged on the hob, such as at least one item of cooking utensil, to the worktop. A "pre-assembled" state is to be understood, in particular, as a state which occurs prior to a final determination of the vertical position of the hob relative to the worktop. In particular, the height adjustment device, in the pre-assembled state, is provided for a particularly reversible change of the vertical position of the hob relative to a worktop. In particular, in the pre-assembled state, the height adjustment unit is fastened to the hob by means of the fastening element. The pre-assembled state differs in particular from a state in which the vertical position of the hob relative to a worktop is definitively determined. In particular, the pre-assembled state differs from a state in which the hob is attached to the worktop by means of an adhesive. The adhesive could be, for example, an adhesive compound and / or silicone. In particular, the pre-assembled state precedes an assembled state and differs in particular from the assembled state. An "assembled" state is to be understood in particular as a state in which, in particular, the vertical position of the hob relative to the worktop is definitively determined and / or in which the height adjustment device is arranged in a final position. For example, the final vertical position of the hob relative to the worktop could be determined using an adhesive. In particular, the hob could be connected to the worktop and / or fixed to the worktop in the final vertical position, particularly using an adhesive. Alternatively, the final vertical position of the hob relative to the worktop could be determined without using an adhesive and, in particular, solely by determining a final position of the height adjustment device. The height adjustment unit is particularly intended to transmit, in the pre-assembled state, a proportion of at least 10%, in particular of at least 15%, advantageously of at least 20% and preferably of at least 24% of a weight force of the hob and in particular additionally a weight force of objects arranged on the hob, such as at least one cooking utensil, to the worktop. For example, the height adjustment unit could be provided together with at least one further height adjustment unit, in particular with at least two and advantageously with at least three height adjustment units, to transmit, in the preassembled state, a proportion of at least 90%, in particular of at least 93%, advantageously of at least 96% and preferably of at least 98% of a weight force of the hob and in particular additionally a weight force of objects arranged on the hob, such as at least one piece of cooking utensil, to the worktop. The hob in particular has at least one hob plate, which in the finally determined vertical position of the hob relative to the worktop is arranged in particular at least substantially flush with the worktop.A "cooktop plate" is understood, in particular, to be a unit that, in at least one operating state, is intended for the placement of cooking utensils and that is particularly intended to form part of a cooktop outer casing, in particular of the cooktop. The cooktop plate consists, in particular, at least largely of glass and / or glass ceramic. This makes it possible, in particular, to avoid a design in which the cooktop plate of the cooktop transfers at least a large portion of the weight of the cooktop to the worktop, thereby preventing, in particular, stress and / or damage to the cooktop plate caused by contact with the worktop.

[0009] The height adjustment unit has at least one support element which, in at least one pre-assembled state, is intended to rest at least partially on the worktop, specifically on a step of the worktop which forms a lateral boundary of a mounting recess in the worktop. In particular, the support element has at least one surface which, in the pre-assembled state, faces the worktop and which, in the pre-assembled state, rests at least partially on the worktop. In the pre-assembled state, a proportion of at least 70%, in particular of at least 80%, advantageously of at least 90%, and preferably of at least 95% of a surface extension of the surface of the support element facing the worktop in the pre-assembled state rests on the worktop. This can, in particular, provide a high level of safety and / or enable the hob to be secured in the mounting recess. In particular, it can advantageously prevent the hob from falling out of the mounting recess onto a surface. In particular, additional elements for securing the hob in the mounting recess can be dispensed with and / or reduced costs can be achieved.

[0010] It is further proposed that the height adjustment unit comprise at least one support element which is intended to provide support for the hob in at least one pre-assembled state. In the pre-assembled state, the support element is arranged, in particular with respect to the vertical direction, below the hob, in particular below the housing unit of the hob. In particular, the support element comprises a main extension plane which, in the pre-assembled state, is aligned at least substantially parallel to the main extension plane of the hob and / or to the main extension plane of the worktop. The height adjustment unit comprises, in particular, at least one connecting element which is intended to at least substantially connect the support element and the support element to one another. In particular, in the pre-assembled state, the height adjustment unit transfers the weight of the cooktop and, in particular, the weight of objects arranged on the cooktop, such as at least one piece of cooking utensil, at least partially to the worktop by means of the support element, the connecting element, and the support element. "Substantially parallel" is understood here to mean, in particular, an alignment of a direction relative to a reference direction, in particular in a plane, wherein the direction has a deviation from the reference direction, in particular a maximum of 8°, advantageously a maximum of 5°, and particularly advantageously a maximum of 2°. This makes it possible to achieve a particularly high level of stability. In the event that a connection between the cooktop and the worktop, established by means of an adhesive, becomes loose, the cooktop can be prevented from falling, particularly onto the surface.

[0011] It is further proposed that the support element have at least one fastening recess, which is provided for at least partially receiving the fastening element. In particular, the support element has a support base element, which in particular forms a lateral edge and / or boundary of the fastening recess. In at least one plane, which is aligned in particular parallel to a main extension plane of the support element, the support base element surrounds the fastening recess with respect to a center point and / or a geometric center of gravity of the fastening recess by an angular range of at least 180°, in particular of at least 270°, advantageously of at least 300°, particularly advantageously of at least 330°, and preferably of at least 350°.In the pre-assembled state and / or in the assembled state, a portion of at least 20%, in particular at least 40%, advantageously at least 60%, particularly advantageously at least 80%, and preferably at least 90% of a longitudinal extension direction of the fastening element extends through the fastening recess. A "longitudinal extension" of an object is to be understood in particular as the extension of the object along a longitudinal extension direction of the object. A "longitudinal extension direction" of an object is to be understood in particular as a direction that is aligned parallel to a longest side of a smallest imaginary geometric cuboid that just completely encloses the object. An "extension" of an object is to be understood in particular as the maximum distance between two points of a perpendicular projection of the object onto a plane. The fastening element is particularly intended for attaching the height adjustment unit to the underside of the hob. In at least one assembled state, the underside of the hob is arranged, in particular, facing a subsurface and / or away from the hob plate and / or away from heated cooking utensils. This allows for a structurally simple design.

[0012] The fastening recess could, for example, have a single diameter and be provided in particular for receiving the fastening element. In particular, the height adjustment unit could have a bearing unit, which could be arranged at least partially in the fastening recess and could be provided in particular for supporting the fastening element in a movable, in particular rotatable, manner relative to the support element. In the case of a fastening element which is a screw, the bearing unit could in particular have an internal thread for the movable mounting of the fastening element. The fastening recess preferably has at least two at least partially overlapping receiving regions of different diameters for receiving the fastening element.A first receiving area of the receiving areas has, in particular, a first diameter, and a second receiving area of the receiving areas, which is different from the first receiving area, has, in particular, a second diameter different from the first diameter. In particular, the first diameter of the first receiving area is greater than the second diameter of the second receiving area. Advantageously, the first receiving area is an insertion area for the fastening element. Advantageously, the second receiving area is a holding area for the fastening element. The fastening element is rotatably mounted, in particular, in the first receiving area and / or in the second receiving area, in particular in the first receiving area and in the second receiving area, which in particular makes it possible to adjust the height of the vertical position of the hob relative to the worktop. Two "at least partially overlapping" recording areas are to be understood in particular as two recording areas which, when viewed from a projection in a plane aligned in particular parallel to a main extension plane of the support element, have at least one area common to both recording areas. A "diameter" of an object, in particular of a recording area, is to be understood in particular as twice the radius of a circle of maximum size, which is inscribed and / or can be inscribed in the object, in particular in the recording area. This can, in particular, enable simple assembly.

[0013] For example, the receiving areas could be provided to accommodate different fastening elements of different diameters, which could in particular create a high degree of flexibility. Advantageously, the receiving areas are provided to accommodate different sub-areas of a single fastening element, in particular. In particular, the different sub-areas have different diameters. Preferably, the fastening element has at least one securing element, which is provided to secure the fastening element in the fastening recess in at least one pre-assembled state. The securing element has, in particular, a diameter which is greater than the second diameter of the second receiving area. The diameter of the securing element is, in particular, smaller than the first diameter of the first receiving area.In particular, at least one partial region of the fastening element adjacent to the securing element has a diameter that is smaller than the diameter of the securing element. Advantageously, partial regions of the fastening element adjacent to the securing element each have a diameter that is smaller than the diameter of the securing element. The diameter of at least one partial region of the fastening element adjacent to the securing element is in particular smaller than the second diameter of the second receiving region. In the pre-assembled state, the fastening element is in particular at least partially arranged in the second receiving region. In particular, in the pre-assembled state, at least part of the securing element could rest on a lateral edge and / or boundary of the second receiving region. This makes it possible, in particular, to easily handle the fastening element during assembly and / or when changing the vertical position of the hob relative to the worktop.

[0014] It is further proposed that the height adjustment unit have at least one spacer element, which is arranged in particular on the support element and is intended to predetermine a minimum distance between the height adjustment unit and a hob plate of the hob, in particular between the support element and a hob plate of the hob. For example, the spacer element could have a main extension plane, which could in particular be aligned at least substantially parallel to a main extension plane of the support element. The spacer element could in particular be intended to increase a material thickness of the support element. Advantageously, the spacer element has a main extension plane, which is in particular aligned at least substantially perpendicular to a main extension plane of the support element. The spacer element is arranged, in particular, on a lateral boundary and / or edge of the support element. This allows for a particularly low load on a hob plate of the hob, since the hob plate is always arranged at a distance from the worktop.

[0015] It is also proposed that the fastening element is a screw. In particular, the fastening element has at least one screw head. The fastening element has in particular at least one thread and in particular at least one threaded region in which the thread is in particular arranged. The securing element and the fastening element are in particular formed as a single piece. In particular, the fastening element is formed as a single piece. In particular, the securing element is arranged between the screw head and the threaded region. The securing element is in particular formed as a collar. In the pre-assembled state, a region between the securing element and the screw head is in particular rotatably mounted and / or arranged in the second receiving region. The fastening element and the height adjustment unit are particularly intended to effect a change in the vertical position of the cooktop relative to the worktop, particularly by means of the threaded portion and, in particular, additionally by means of the securing element. "Integral" is to be understood in particular as being connected at least by a material fit, for example, by a welding process, an adhesive process, an injection molding process, and / or another process deemed appropriate by a person skilled in the art, and / or advantageously as being formed in one piece, such as by being manufactured from a single casting and / or by being manufactured using a single- or multi-component injection molding process, and advantageously from a single blank. This allows for a particularly cost-effective design. In particular, simple assembly and / or disassembly can be achieved in the event of a defect.Particularly advantageously, the vertical position of the hob relative to the worktop can be changed through the interaction of the fastening element, in particular the threaded area and the securing element, and the height adjustment unit.

[0016] It is further proposed that the height adjustment unit be formed in one piece. The spacer element is arranged, in particular, on the support element and is advantageously formed in one piece with the support element. In particular, the connecting element and the support element are formed in one piece. In particular, the connecting element and the support element are formed in one piece. This enables, in particular, simple production of the height adjustment unit.

[0017] It is further proposed that the height adjustment unit has an at least substantially Z-shaped configuration in at least one view, in particular at least in at least one side view. In particular, the connecting element has a main extension plane that is oriented at least substantially perpendicular to a main extension plane of the support element and / or at least substantially perpendicular to a main extension plane of the support element. This allows, in particular, a particularly efficient and / or space-saving arrangement of the height adjustment unit to be achieved.

[0018] Simple installation of the hob in the worktop can be achieved by a system according to the invention with at least one height adjustment device and with the hob. The system, in particular, comprises the support plate.

[0019] Simple installation of the hob in the worktop can be further simplified, in particular, by a method for installing a hob in a worktop, comprising at least one system according to the invention, in which the height adjustment device is attached to the hob and a vertical position of the hob relative to a worktop is changed, in particular reversibly, by means of the height adjustment device. In particular, manufacturing tolerances can be absorbed and / or compensated, and in particular, a flush arrangement of the hob and the worktop can be enabled.

[0020] It is further proposed that the height adjustment device be attached to the hob in a pre-assembly step, and then, by means of the height adjustment device, a vertical position of the hob relative to a worktop is changed, in particular reversibly. This allows for particularly safe and / or convenient installation, since an installer can change the vertical position of the hob, particularly starting from an unfavorable vertical position, and in particular can continuously monitor the weight of the hob using the height adjustment device.

[0021] It is also proposed that, in a final vertical position of the hob relative to the worktop, a gap between a hob plate of the hob and the worktop is at least partially filled with a sealing material. In particular, the gap between the hob plate of the hob and the worktop is at least partially provided by the spacer element. For example, the gap between the hob plate of the hob and the worktop could be at least partially provided by the fastening element, which could, in particular, space the support element and / or the spacer element apart from the housing unit, in particular in a final vertical position of the hob relative to the worktop. As a result, the hob can, in particular, be arranged in a stable and / or static position relative to the worktop and / or a homogeneous distribution of the sealing material can be achieved.

[0022] The height adjustment device is not intended to be limited to the application and embodiment described above. In particular, the height adjustment device may have a number of individual elements, components, and units that differs from the number stated herein to fulfill a function described herein.

[0023] Further advantages will become apparent from the following description of the drawings. The drawings illustrate exemplary embodiments of the invention. The drawings, the description, and the claims contain numerous features in combination. Those skilled in the art will also expediently consider the features individually and combine them into useful further combinations.

A distance between the support element 22 and the housing unit 46 is selected to be minimal at the beginning of a change in the vertical position of the hob 12 relative to the worktop 16.

[0046] The height adjustment unit 14 has a spacer element 32 (see Fig. 2, 3 , 6to 10 and 12 to 14). The spacer element 32 specifies a minimum distance between the height adjustment unit 14 and the hob plate 34 of the hob 12, in particular between the support element 20 and the hob plate 34. At the beginning of a change in the vertical position of the hob 12 relative to the worktop 16, the spacer element 32 partially contacts the housing unit 46.

[0047] In a method for mounting the cooktop 12 in the worktop 16, the height adjustment device 10 is attached to the cooktop 12 in a pre-assembly step. The fastening element 18 is inserted into the first receiving area 26 of the height adjustment unit 14. Starting from the first receiving area 26, the fastening element 18 is transferred to the second receiving area 28.

[0048] The fastening element 18 is screwed into the screw recess 58. The height adjustment unit 14 is fastened to the housing unit 46 by means of the fastening element 18. The fastening element 18 is screwed into the screw recess 58 until the spacer element 32 partially touches the housing unit 46 (see Fig. 10 to 13 ). The hob 12, together with the height adjustment device 10 screwed to the hob 12, is inserted into the mounting recess 48.

[0049] Following the pre-assembly step, the vertical position of the hob 12 relative to a worktop 16 is changed using the height adjustment device 10. To change the vertical position of the hob 12 relative to a worktop 16, the fastening element 18 is unscrewed from the screw recess 58 starting from the maximum screwed position, in particular to increase a distance between the height adjustment unit 14 and the hob plate 34, in particular between the support element 20 and the hob plate 34.

[0050] The fastening element 18 is unscrewed from the screw recess 58 until the hob plate 34 is arranged substantially flush with the worktop 16 (cf. Fig. 13 ). The hob 12 is in a final vertical position of the hob 12 relative to a worktop 16.

[0051] In the final vertical position of the hob 12 relative to a worktop 16, there is a gap 38 between the hob plate 34 and the worktop 16, in particular between the hob plate 34 and the step 50 of the worktop 16. The gap 38 between the hob plate 34 and the worktop 16 is filled with a sealing material 40 in the final vertical position of the hob 12 relative to a worktop 16 (cf. Fig. 14 ). In the present embodiment, the sealing material 40 is partially liquid, particularly viscous. The vertical position of the cooktop 12 relative to a worktop 16 is fixed by means of the sealing material 40. Reference symbol
