[0001] The present invention relates to the field of childcare articles.
[0002] It relates in particular to childcare articles which include, on the one hand, a childcare module adapted to receive a child and, on the other hand, a removable base module adapted to receive said childcare module for its stable and elevated placement on the ground. State of the art
[0003] Some childcare items are designed to accommodate a child. This is the case, for example, with bathtubs and changing tables, to facilitate the bathing of infants, or with chairs used for meals for young children.
[0004] The childcare module usually rests on the floor via a base module.
[0005] This base module ensures the stability and safety of the entire unit when placed on the floor. It also allows the childcare module to be raised for optimal ergonomics.

[0012] In this context, the present invention relates to a childcare article as claimed in claim 1 and comprises: a childcare module adapted to accommodate the child, chosen at least from a bathtub and / or a changing table and / or a chair, and a removable base module adapted to accommodate said childcare module for stable and elevated placement on the floor, which base module can be maneuvered between two configurations: a deployed configuration, to receive said childcare module, and a folded configuration, to reduce its size when it is separated from said childcare module.

A childcare article, comprising: - a childcare module (2) adapted to receive a child, selected from at least one of a bathtub and / or a changing table and / or a chair, and - a removable base module (3), adapted to receive said childcare module (2) for its stable and elevated placement on the floor, which base module (3) is maneuverable between two configurations: - a deployed configuration, to receive said childcare module (2), and - a folded configuration, to reduce its footprint when it is dissociated from said childcare module (2), wherein the base module (3) comprises a foldable support (5) which is equipped with legs (6) and to which said childcare module (2) is intended to be attached, which foldable support (5) comprises a plurality of movable branches (7), which are each equipped with at least one of said legs (6), which branches (7) are assembled through at least one hinge (8) which is arranged to impart a rotational degree of freedom thereto, along an axis of rotation (8'), between two positions: - an open position, defining said deployed configuration of said base module (3), and - a closed position, defining said folded configuration of said base module (3), and in that said childcare article includes removable locking means (10), adapted to lock the assembly between said base module (3) in the deployed configuration and said childcare module (2), which branches (7) terminate with a hinge portion (77), which hinge portions (77) of at least two branches (7) are superimposed and are assembled by a trunnion (9) so as to form together said at least one hinge (8), characterized in that said trunnion (9) includes a rod (91) of which a segment (911) includes a first assembly portion (101) adapted to cooperate with a second, complementary, assembly portion (102) provided on the childcare module (2).
2. The childcare article according to claim 1, characterized in that the first assembly portion (101) and second assembly portion (102) comprise complementary screw threads, and an end (912) of said rod (91) advantageously includes a head (913) for rotatably maneuvering said trunnion (9).

The childcare article according to any one of claims 1 or 2, characterized in that, at each branch (7), the hinge portion (77) comprises a recess relative to the associated branch (7), and in that said hinge portions (77) are superimposed and interlocked, the height of the hinge portion (77) advantageously corresponding to half the height of said branches (7) associated.

The childcare article according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the foldable support (5) comprises four branches (7) each extending to a leg (7), which branches (7) and said at least one hinge (8) are arranged to form two pairs of branches (7), advantageously symmetrical, which two branches (7) of a pair are rotatably maneuverable between: - the open position in which said branches (7) form a non-zero angle, to define a foldable support (5) having a general cross shape and advantageously a general X-shape, and - the closed position in which said branches (7) form a zero, or at least approximately zero, angle to define a foldable support (5) having a general linear shape.
5. The childcare article according to claim 4, characterized in that the foldable support (5) comprises two arms (31) which are cross assembled at a single hinge (8), which arms (31) each define two of said branches (7), on either side of said single hinge (8).

The childcare article according to claim 5, characterized in that the branches (7) of each arm (31) each include two side faces (71), and, in each arm (31), which branches (7) extend parallel to one another and are offset from one another such that two of said side faces (71) are coplanar, or at least approximately coplanar, in a plane (L) passing through the axis of rotation (8').

The childcare article according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the branches (7) define two surfaces: - a lower surface (S1), from which the legs (6) extend, and - an upper surface (S2), opposite and advantageously planar, for receiving a lower face (21a) of the childcare module (2).

The childcare article according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the foldable support (5) defines a general plane (P), if necessary parallel to said upper surface (S2), which at least one hinge (8) defines an axis of rotation (8') which extends perpendicular relative to said general plane (P).
9. The childcare article according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the foldable support (5) includes indexing means (11), arranged to define said open position and / or said closed position of said branches (7).
10. The childcare article according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the childcare module (2) includes a lower face (21a) provided with a female recess (211) whose shape is complementary to the foldable support (5) in the deployed configuration, to allow them to be assembled by interlocking.
