Description

Technical field

[0001] The present invention relates to the field of waste packaging. The term "waste" is used within the meaning of European Directive 2006 / 12 / EC of 5 April 2006 and designates any substance or object falling within the categories listed in Annex I of this Directive, which the holder discards or intends or is obliged to discard.

[0002] It particularly concerns the packaging of waste resulting from asbestos removal work on buildings or public works.

[0003] It thus relates to a container, in particular a flexible one, for packaging waste, as well as to a manufacturing process for such a container. Prior art

[0004] In the context of the packaging of waste, in particular asbestos, patent application EP 3 133 033 is known relating to flexible packaging for solid waste with a capacity greater than 5 m 3 <, consisting of a mechanically resistant outer envelope and a dust-tight inner envelope, each comprising a cover which can be closed on a pocket by closing means so as to close the packaging in a leak-tight manner using a system of flaps extending from the upper peripheral edge of the packaging, interposed between the outer envelope and the inner envelope and covering the closing means of the inner envelope.

[0005] In the field of the invention, it is essential to be able to guarantee the sealing of the waste container when loading the waste onto a collection site, during transport and when unloading onto a storage site, while controlling manufacturing costs.

[0006] Flexible containers for packaging waste are placed in a metal container during loading and transport. Some containers can be unloaded from the transport truck at the storage site, in particular using an Ampliroll ® type articulated arm, requiring a slight inclination during dumping, which helps maintain the integrity and therefore the watertightness of the container.

[0007] However, generally, the 32T metal skip housing the flexible container remains attached to the transport truck and the skip is tilted to unload the flexible container with the waste. In the latter case, the tilting angle is significant, in other words the inclination of the skip during dumping is significant, which leads to abrupt unloading and greatly increases the risk of damaging the flexible container, particularly by tearing.

[0008] AU 2013 202 449 discloses a flexible container according to the preamble of claim 1 and comprising a bottom portion and a side portion extending upwardly from the bottom portion and defining an opening. The bottom portion and the side portion comprise an outer reinforcing layer, an inner reinforcing layer and an intermediate impermeable liner layer.

[0009] FR 3 083 220 describes a flexible container for packaging waste comprising an outer casing, an inner casing arranged inside the outer casing and a container strapping system. The strapping system can be tightened to locally create a narrowing of the cross-section of the outer casing and / or the inner casing.

[0010] There is a need for flexible containers that can be used to package and transport waste, particularly asbestos waste or other essentially solid waste, from a collection site to a storage site in a strong and watertight manner. Statement of the invention Flexible container

[0011] The present invention thus relates, according to one of its aspects, to a flexible container for packaging waste, comprising: an outer casing forming the outer surface of the container and having, in its upper part, an opening which can be opened or closed, an inner casing delimiting an interior volume of the container for receiving and housing the waste, and having a lower wall, an upper wall and at least one side wall connecting the lower and upper walls, the inner casing comprising, within the upper wall, an opening which can be opened or closed using a closure system, the inner casing being arranged inside the outer casing.

[0012] According to the invention, the inner envelope comprises: a first part comprising the upper wall and a first upper portion of said at least one side wall, a second part comprising the lower wall and a second lower portion of said at least one side wall, and a fastener extending within said at least one side wall over at least a portion of the periphery of the inner envelope and making it possible to connect said first and second parts of the inner envelope.

[0013] Thanks to the invention, the attachment made on the inner casing is located at a distance from the closure system, thus improving the strength of the inner casing. Indeed, the proximity of the closure system to a attachment which would be, for example, made at the peripheral edge of the upper wall of the inner casing could form a zone of fragility of the inner casing. On the contrary, the distance of the closure system from the attachment makes it possible to increase the strength of the inner casing and therefore of the container.

[0014] A "flexible container" refers to a container made of flexible material(s), generally polymer-based, which can be bent or folded without breaking or being damaged. The relatively thin thickness of the envelopes and the materials they are made of are chosen to achieve this desired flexibility.

[0015] References to an “upper” or “lower” part, wall, or element are made by a visitor observing the container when it is placed on the ground in its waste loading position.

[0016] The upper wall of the inner envelope is advantageously delimited by one or more upper edges which may also be called upper peripheral edge(s).

[0017] The lower wall is preferably delimited by one or more lower edges which may also be called lower peripheral edge(s).

[0018] The upper and lower edge(s) of the inner envelope may not be marked. They may be delimited, for example, by a connection to the outer envelope. The upper edge(s) may be marked by a predefined distance from the closure system and / or by a fold and / or by double-sided adhesive strips which may be attached to another envelope of the container, for example to the outer envelope or any intermediate envelope.

[0019] By "fixing" is preferably meant a permanent and waterproof fixing. The fixing is preferably a weld, but it could be constituted by another type of fixing, for example a seam or a glue. In the case where the fixing is a weld, the first and second parts forming the inner casing are welded together, in particular at the lower end edge of the first part and the upper end edge of the second part.

[0020] By "fastener extending within said at least one side wall" is meant that the fastener is not confused with one or more upper edges delimiting the upper wall of the inner envelope nor with one or more lower edges delimiting the lower wall of the inner envelope.

[0021] The fastener is advantageously present over the entire periphery of the inner envelope. In this case, the first and second parts of the inner envelope are connected to each other only by the fastener, in particular the weld. The first and second parts of the inner envelope respectively form an upper half-shell and a lower half-shell. They together form the inner envelope, when fixed to each other by said fastener. Such a configuration is advantageous in that it makes it easier to fix the closure system, in particular the zipper, to the upper wall of the inner envelope, in particular when the latter is of large dimensions, for example of a length greater than 5 m, or even 8 m.

[0022] Alternatively, only a portion of the first and second parts of the inner casing are connected by the fastener, since, for example, the remainder of the first and second parts do not have to be connected, being formed as a single piece.

[0023] The fastener advantageously extends substantially parallel to one or more upper edges delimiting the upper wall and / or to one or more lower edges delimiting the lower wall.

[0024] The attachment may extend into an area located at a distance from at least one upper edge of the inner envelope of between 5% and 90% of the total height of said at least one side wall, better still between 10% and 60%, even better still between 15% and 55%, or even between 15% and 50% of the total height of said at least one side wall. The total height of the side wall is advantageously equal to the total height of the inner envelope.

[0025] The container may comprise a reinforcing strip fixed to said at least one side wall of the inner envelope and covering at least partially, preferably completely, the fixing, in particular the weld.

[0026] In this case, the reinforcing strip comprises, for example, an adhesive on one of its faces in contact with the fastener. The reinforcing strip advantageously comprises a fibrous reinforcement and at least one layer of a polymer.

[0027] In a particular embodiment, the inner casing has four side walls including a front wall and a rear wall and two side walls, the four side walls being crossed by the fixing, in particular the weld, which preferably extends substantially parallel to the upper edges of the upper wall. The front and rear walls may be bordered laterally, preferably substantially perpendicular to said fixing, in particular to said weld, by two secondary fixings, in particular secondary welds, connecting them respectively to the side walls, preferably over the entire height of the inner casing.

[0028] Similarly, the outer envelope may comprise an upper wall and a lower wall connected to each other by four side walls.

[0029] The outer envelope and / or the inner envelope may have a parallelepiped shape.

[0030] In addition to the outer shell and the inner shell, the container may also include an intermediate shell inserted between the inner shell and the outer shell. The intermediate shell is preferably open. It may include a bottom wall and at least one side wall.

[0031] The intermediate envelope may be partially or completely devoid of an upper wall.

[0032] The container may include at least one flap inserted between the outer envelope and the inner envelope and covering the closure system of the inner envelope.

[0033] Such a flap can make it possible to form a seal for the closure system of the inner envelope, in particular when the container is filled with waste and the inner envelope is closed. For this purpose, the flap(s) are preferably provided with fastening means, for example adhesive strips. The flap(s) can be fixed to the upper wall of the inner envelope, for example using these fastening means, on either side of the closure system, in particular on either side of the zipper.

[0034] The flap(s) may be attached and fixed to the outer envelope. This fixing of the flap(s) is preferably permanent and is different from the aforementioned fixing means, when present.

[0035] In this case, the outer envelope may have an upper wall comprising said opening, the upper wall of the outer envelope being delimited by one or more upper edges, said at least one flap being fixed to said upper edge(s), in particular by welding or sewing, inside the outer envelope.

[0036] Alternatively, the flap(s) may be attached to the intermediate envelope. As indicated above, they may be attached and attached to the intermediate envelope, the attachment of the flap(s) preferably being permanent and different from the aforementioned attachment means, when present. Alternatively, the flap(s) are made in one piece with the intermediate envelope, forming at least a portion of the upper wall of this intermediate envelope.

[0037] In this case, said at least one side wall of the intermediate envelope can be fixed and / or connected, in particular at its upper end, to said at least one flap.

[0038] The flap(s) are preferably not attached or fixed to the inner envelope, before filling the container with waste and / or otherwise than by the aforementioned fixing means.

[0039] The flap(s), when present, may be made of polymer material, woven or not, in particular woven polypropylene or polyethylene film. When the flap(s) are made of polyethylene film, this may have a thickness of between approximately 100 µm and 250 µm. When the flap(s) are made of woven polypropylene, their weight may be between 100 and 200 g / m 2< , in particular equal to approximately 110 g / m 2<.

[0040] The flap(s), when present and attached, may be fixed by welding, sewing and / or gluing to the outer envelope or the intermediate envelope.

[0041] The materials used to make the outer casing and / or the inner casing and possibly the intermediate casing can be chosen so as to enable the container to be mechanically resistant and dustproof.

[0042] The outer casing may comprise at least one polymeric material, preferably woven, for example a woven polypropylene forming a polypropylene (PP) fabric. It advantageously has mechanical strength properties to resist tearing. It may comprise areas that are thicker than others or comprise reinforcements, so as to locally reinforce the mechanical strength properties. In particular, it may comprise reinforcements at the front and rear side wall edges, made for example essentially of PP. It may have a grammage of between approximately 190 g / m 2< and 300 g / m 2< , in particular between 200 g / m 2< and 270 g / m 2< , depending on the dimensions of the outer casing. The tensile strength, measured according to ASTM D638, in the warp direction may be between approximately 180 kg f and 240 kg f, or approximately 1765 N and 2355 N.The tensile strength, measured according to ASTM D638, in the weft direction can be between approximately 170 kg f and 240 kg f, or approximately 1665 N and 2355 N. The elongation, measured according to ASTM D638, can be between approximately 18 and 20%, in the weft or warp direction.

[0043] The inner shell may comprise a polymeric material, woven or non-woven, including woven polypropylene, polyethylene or polyvinyl chloride (PVC).

[0044] When the inner envelope comprises polyethylene (PE), the latter may be in the form in particular of a PE film or a PE weave. The inner envelope advantageously has a dust-tight seal. The inner envelope preferably has walls substantially parallel to the respective walls of the outer envelope, in the immediate vicinity of these, possibly separated by the walls of the intermediate envelope when present, within the container. These different walls together define the interior volume of the inner envelope, corresponding to the interior volume of the container. The inner envelope preferably has a parallelepiped shape, in particular if and when fixed to the outer envelope, if the latter has a parallelepiped shape or to the intermediate envelope. The thickness of the walls of the inner envelope may be between approximately 200 µm and 400 µm, in particular between 200 µm and 350 µm.A layer, in particular a glued layer, of expanded PE may be fixed to the inner surface at the lower wall of the inner envelope. The inner envelope may have areas that are thicker than others, so as to locally reinforce the mechanical resistance properties.

[0045] Alternatively, the inner casing may comprise a woven polypropylene, for example similar to that of the outer casing. Such woven polypropylene may be treated to impart a seal to the inner casing and thus to the container using a lamination technique.

[0046] When present, the intermediate envelope may comprise a polymer material, for example woven, in particular a woven polypropylene, for example less thick than that of the outer envelope with a weight of between 100 g / m 2 and 200 g / m 2, for example equal to approximately 140 g / m 2. The presence of the intermediate envelope may make it possible to mechanically reinforce the container.

[0047] The outer and inner envelopes and, if applicable, the intermediate envelope, are preferably connected to each other, in particular two by two, in particular using double-sided adhesive strips. The connecting areas may be located on the side walls of the envelopes, for example in a lower area, in a central area and / or in an upper area of the side walls. Such a connection makes it possible to give the container a hold, despite the fact that the envelopes are made of flexible materials. This may also make it possible to give a shape to the inner envelope, and for example to delimit the upper wall and / or the lower wall thereof.

[0048] The openings of the outer envelope and the inner envelope are preferably at least partially overlapped.

[0049] The opening of the inner envelope may occupy a large part of the upper wall of the inner envelope, and have three edges, for example U-shaped, including the two longitudinal edges and a third edge, connecting them, close to the front or rear wall of the inner envelope, substantially parallel to it. The three edges of the opening are preferably provided with gear teeth to allow a zipper (or rack) closure of the opening which then forms the closure system of the inner envelope.

[0050] Similarly, the opening of the outer casing may occupy a large portion of the upper wall of the outer casing, and have three edges, for example U-shaped, including the two longitudinal edges and a third edge, connecting them, close to the rear or front wall of the outer casing, substantially parallel thereto. The three edges of the opening of the outer casing are preferably provided with gear teeth to allow a zipper (or rack) closure of the opening.

[0051] The outer casing may thus be provided with its own closure system, along the opening, for example a zipper. When the outer and inner casings are provided with zippers, the latter may have a U-shaped profile of opposite orientation, on the upper wall of the casings for example.

[0052] The present invention is however not limited to a particular type of closure system and other closure systems can be envisaged without departing from the scope of the invention, for example a system of loops and hooks cooperating with each other.

[0053] The intermediate envelope, when present, may be without a closing system.

[0054] The internal volume of the container, in particular of the internal envelope, may be greater than or equal to 3 m 3< , in particular 5 m 3< , in particular 10 m 3< , in particular 16 m 3< , or even 18 m 3< , in particular 24 m 3< , or even 35m 3< .

[0055] The inner casing may be provided, on its inner surface, in particular the side wall(s), with a plurality of anchor points for tensioners, or elastic cables. These elastic cables may make it possible to secure the container to a metal bin in which the container would be placed, in the open position of the openings of the outer and inner casings, in order to facilitate the loading of the container with waste. Container manufacturing process

[0056] Also described is a method of manufacturing a container as defined above, comprising the following steps: a) producing the inner envelope by following the following steps: producing two films from a material comprising a polymer, arranging the films edge to edge, making a cut, in particular a U-shape, in an area of one of the films forming the upper wall and fixing the closing system of the inner envelope thereto, fixing, in particular by welding, the films together at the edges of the films, b) producing the outer envelope with the opening, c) where appropriate producing the intermediate envelope, d) opening the outer envelope using its opening, e) if the intermediate envelope is present, placing the inner envelope in the intermediate envelope and placing the intermediate envelope in the outer envelope, or, if there is no intermediate envelope, placing the inner envelope in the outer envelope.

[0057] The two films are used to form the first and second parts of the inner envelope respectively. They may comprise a polymer material such as polyethylene.

[0058] The two films may be identical such that the attachment, in particular the welding, of the films to each other is located in the middle of the side wall of the inner envelope. In this case, the distance between the upper edge of the inner envelope and the attachment is substantially equal to 50% of the total height of the side wall of the inner envelope.

[0059] The method may include the step, when producing the inner envelope, consisting of, after fixing the films together, at least partially covering said fixing, in particular said welding, with a reinforcing strip.

[0060] When the container comprises one or more flaps fixed to the outer envelope, respectively to the intermediate envelope when present, the method may comprise the step, during the production of the outer envelope, respectively of the intermediate envelope, consisting of fixing said at least one flap, preferably the flaps, on the upper edge(s) of the outer envelope, inside the outer envelope, respectively on the upper edge of the side wall(s) of the intermediate envelope.

[0061] The method may comprise the step of performing a secondary attachment, in particular a weld, at each side edge of the front and rear side walls of the inner envelope, the secondary attachments preferably being perpendicular to the attachment, in particular the weld, connecting the films together. Waste conditioning process

[0062] Also described is a waste conditioning process comprising the following steps place a flexible container as defined above, in a metal bin, open the container by opening the outer casing and the inner casing, place the waste in the inner volume of the container, close the container tightly, by closing the inner casing using the closing system, then, if one or more flaps are present, by fixing the flap(s) to the inner casing using fixing means, then by closing the outer casing. [0063] The invention may be better understood by reading the detailed description which follows, non-limiting examples of its implementation, and by examining the attached drawing, in which: [ Fig 1 ] schematically represents, in perspective and seen from the outside, an example of a container according to the invention, [ Fig 2] schematically and in perspective represents the inner envelope of the container of the Figure 1 , [ Fig 3 ] schematically and partially represents, in cross-section, a side wall of the envelope of the Figure 2 , [ Fig 4 ] schematically represents, in cross-section, the container of the Figure 1 , [ Fig 5 ] is a view similar to the Figure 4 of another example of container according to the invention, [ Fig 6 ] schematically represents the front wall of an inner envelope of another example of container according to the invention, and [ Fig 7 ] represents, in block diagram, different stages of an example of a method for manufacturing a container according to the invention. Detailed description

[0064] In the remainder of the description, elements that are identical or have identical functions bear the same reference sign. For the sake of brevity in this description, they are not described with reference to each of the figures; only the differences between the embodiments are described.

[0065] It has been illustrated at the Figure 1 a flexible container 1 according to the invention, closed. On the Figure 1 , we only visualize the exterior of this container 1. Container 1 has an outer envelope 2. The outer surface of container 1 is formed by the outer surface 4 of the outer envelope 2, visible in this figure.

[0066] The outer envelope 2, and therefore the container 1, has an elongated shape along a longitudinal axis X, as visible.

[0067] In the illustrated example, the outer casing 2 has a parallelepiped shape, with a lower wall 5 and an upper wall 6, connected to each other by four side walls, namely a front side wall 7, a rear side wall 8, two side side walls 9 and 10. The side walls 7 to 10 define the total height H of the outer casing 2 and therefore of the container 1. In this example, the height H is substantially equal to 160 cm. Each side wall 9 or 10 has a length L corresponding to the length of the outer casing 2 and therefore of the container 1. In this example, the length L is substantially equal to 880 cm. Each side wall 7 or 8 has a width l corresponding to the width of the outer envelope 2 and therefore of the container 1. In this example, the width l is approximately equal to 250 cm.

[0068] The upper wall 6 is occupied over a large part of its surface by an opening 11 defined by three U-shaped edges, namely two longitudinal edges 12 and 13, parallel to the longitudinal axis X and a front edge 14 connecting them, close to the front side wall 7 in this example, perpendicular to the longitudinal axis X. The opening 11 can be opened or closed using a closure system 15 along the longitudinal edges 12 and 13 and front 14. The closure system 15 of the outer casing 2 comprises a zipper in this example. Cords 16 of sufficient length are provided to allow an operator to actuate the closure system 15 from the bottom of the container 1 or to facilitate this actuation.

[0069] The outer casing 2 is made of woven polymer material, in particular PP fabric. The weight of the outer casing 2 is, in this example, approximately 270 g / m 2 < . The outer casing 2 has mechanical strength.

[0070] The container 1 also comprises an inner envelope 3. Inside the outer envelope 2 is arranged the inner envelope 3, shown in isolation on the Figure 2 , closed.

[0071] The inner casing 3 delimits an interior volume of the container 1 for receiving and housing the waste. The inner casing 3 has a parallelepiped shape in this example, with a lower wall 20, an upper wall 21 and four side walls, connecting the lower 20 and upper 21 walls, namely a front side wall 22, a rear side wall 23, and two side side walls 24 and 25. The upper wall 21 is delimited by upper edges 27, 28, 29 and 30. Similarly, the lower wall 20 is delimited by lower edges 31, 32, 33 and 34. The front side wall 22 is delimited laterally by the side edges 35 and 36. The rear side wall 23 is delimited laterally by the side edges 37 and 38.

[0072] The inner casing 3 comprises, within the upper wall 21, an opening 26 for the introduction of waste. The opening 26 can be opened or closed using a closing system 19 constituted in this example by a zipper. It is delimited, according to a U shape in this example, by two longitudinal edges 39 and 40 and a rear edge 41, in a similar manner to the outer casing 2, except that the opening 26 is opened towards the front while the opening 11 of the outer casing 2 is opened towards the rear, that is to say opposite, in this example.

[0073] According to the invention, the inner envelope 3 comprises a first part 45 comprising the upper wall 21 and a first upper portion 46 of the side walls 22, 23, 24 and 25. The inner envelope 3 also comprises a second part 47 comprising the lower wall 20 and a second lower portion 48 of the side walls 22, 23, 24 and 25.

[0074] The inner casing 3 comprises a fastener 50 extending within the side walls 22, 23, 24 and 25, over at least a portion of the periphery of the inner casing 3 and making it possible to connect the first portion 45 of the inner casing 3 and the second portion 47 of the inner casing 3 to each other, preferably in a sealed manner. In the example illustrated, the fastener 50 extends over the entire periphery of the inner casing 3 and is formed by a weld. As seen in the figures 2 And 3 , this attachment 50 is formed within the side walls 22 to 25. In the illustrated example, this attachment 50, in particular this weld, extends parallel to the upper edges 27, 28, 29 and 30. As a result, it also extends parallel to the lower edges 31, 32, 33 and 34.

[0075] Furthermore, the fixing 50 is located in this example substantially in the middle of the total height of the side walls, that is to say at a distance D from the upper edges 27 to 30 of the upper wall 21 corresponding to 50% of the total height H i of the inner envelope 3 which corresponds to the total height of the side walls in this example. In the example illustrated, the height H i of the inner envelope 3 is substantially equal to the height H of the outer envelope 2, being approximately equal to 160 cm. Thus, in this example, D is equal to approximately 80 cm.

[0076] It should be noted that the fixing 50 is located at a relatively large distance from the closing system 19 of the opening 26, which is advantageous for the mechanical resistance of the container 1.

[0077] Four other secondary fasteners 55, produced in this example by welds, are present on the inner casing 3. These secondary fasteners 55 are present at the level of the lateral edges laterally delimiting the front 22 and rear 23 lateral walls of the inner casing 3. The secondary fasteners 55 are thus merged with the edges 35, 36, 37 and 38.

[0078] Apart from the fixing 50 and the secondary fixings 55, no other fixing of this type, i.e. in this example in the form of a permanent and waterproof weld, is present in the inner casing 3. In particular, there is no weld at the upper edges 27, 28, 29 and 30 nor at the lower edges 31, 32, 33 and 34.

[0079] Still in the illustrated example, the fixing 50 is covered, as visible in particular on the Figure 3 but also on the Figure 2, of a reinforcing strip 56 extending over the entire attachment 50. A reinforcing strip 57 is also present on the secondary attachments 55. Portions of reinforcing strips 58 have also been arranged at the eight corners of the inner casing 3, in this example. At least one of the reinforcing strips may comprise a layer of adhesive in contact with the attachment 50, the secondary attachment 55 and / or the inner casing 3, as well as at least one polymer material and a fibrous reinforcement.

[0080] The inner envelope 2 is also provided in this example with a plurality of anchoring points 90 of elastic cables 91 or tensioners visible on the Figure 2The anchoring points 90 are fixed, at regular intervals, all around the inner surface of the inner casing 3, that is to say on the inner surface of the four side walls 22, 23, 24 and 25. The elastic cables 91 can be fixed in a removable manner, in the open position of the container 1, on fixing points present on a metal bin housing the container 1 during loading with waste.

[0081] It has been represented on the Figure 4the container 1 in cross-section, perpendicular to the longitudinal axis X. This figure shows the superposition of the outer envelope 2 and the inner envelope 3, which is arranged inside the outer envelope 2 and connected to it by double-sided adhesive strips 60 in the example illustrated in this figure. In this example, the double-sided adhesive strips 60 occupy at least part of the periphery of the outer 2 and inner 3 envelopes and are located in lower, central and upper zones, respectively, of the inner 3 and outer 2 envelopes.

[0082] We also visualize on this Figure 4 the presence, in the container 1, of flaps 65 which are fixed to the upper edges 68, 69, 70 and 71 delimiting the upper wall 6 of the outer envelope 2. On the Figure 4, only the flaps 65 fixed to the upper edges 68 and 70 are visible, but similar flaps are found fixed to the upper edges 69 and 71. These flaps 65 constitute a portion of wall extending between the outer envelope 2 and the inner envelope 3, more precisely, as visible on the Figure 4 , between the upper walls 6 and 21 of the outer envelope 2 and the inner envelope 3, respectively, so as to cover the closure system 19 of the inner envelope 3. Each flap 65 can be fixed, using fixing means 75 constituted in this example by double-sided adhesive strips located on either side of the closure system 19 of the inner envelope 3, as visible on the Figure 4This allows, after filling the inner envelope 3 with waste, to close the opening 11 and make it more watertight thanks to the flaps 65. The double-sided adhesive strips forming fixing means 75 can be of a width less than the adhesive strips 60.

[0083] Another example of container 1 according to the invention is shown, container 1 comprising, in addition to the outer 2 and inner 3 envelopes, an intermediate envelope 80 inserted between the inner 3 and outer 2 envelopes as visible. This intermediate envelope 80 comprises in this example a lower wall 81 located between the lower walls 5 and 20 respectively of the outer 2 and inner 3 envelopes. The intermediate envelope 80 also comprises four side walls, two of which, 82 and 83, are visible on the Figure 5The intermediate envelope 80 also includes the flaps 65 forming a portion of the upper wall and being interposed between the upper walls 6 and 21 respectively of the outer 2 and inner 3 envelopes.

[0084] The side walls, in particular 82 and 83 but also the other two, not visible, of the intermediate envelope 80 are interposed between the side walls of the outer 2 and inner 3 envelopes, as visible. Double-sided adhesive strips 60 are also provided to connect, this time, the intermediate envelope 80 to the inner envelope 3 on the one hand, and the intermediate envelope 80 to the outer envelope 2 on the other hand. The inner envelope 3 can be made of polyethylene, preferably dustproof. The intermediate envelope 80 can be made of a material similar to that of the outer envelope 2, thus increasing the mechanical strength of the container 1.

[0085] The invention is not limited to the examples which have just been described. For example, the fixing 50 can be arranged on the side walls of the inner envelope 3 at another location, in particular at a distance D from the upper edges of the inner envelope 3 of between 10% and 60% of the height H i of the inner envelope 3.

[0086] In the example illustrated on the Figure 6 which only shows the front wall 22 of the inner envelope 3, the fixing 50 is located at a distance D from the upper edge 30 less than 50% and greater than 15%, approximately equal to 30% of the total height H i of the inner envelope 3. Thus, in this example, the first part 45 will be less high than the second part 47 of the inner envelope 3.

[0087] To make container 1, different steps can be implemented, illustrated in the Figure 7. In a first step 90, the inner envelope 3 is produced by following for example the following steps: two films are produced which will respectively form the first and second parts 45 and 47 of the inner envelope 3, in a material comprising a polymer. A cutout is made, in particular a U-shape, in an area forming the upper wall of one of the films and which will form the upper wall 21 of the inner envelope 3 and the closure system 19 of the inner envelope 3 is fixed there, in particular by sewing. Then the films are placed edge to edge and the films are fixed together, in particular by welding, at the edges of the films, so as to achieve the fixing 50.

[0088] In a step 91, the outer envelope 2 is produced by forming the opening 11 and providing it with a closing system 15.

[0089] In a step 92, if the container 1 has one, the intermediate envelope 80 is produced by forming the different walls as illustrated for example in the Figure 5 .

[0090] In a step 93, the outer envelope 2 is opened using its opening 11.

[0091] In a step 94, if the intermediate envelope 80 is present, the inner envelope 3 is placed in the intermediate envelope 80 and then the intermediate envelope 80 is placed in the outer envelope 2. If there is no intermediate envelope 80, the inner envelope 2 is placed in the outer envelope 3 and, if necessary, they are connected together with, for example, double-sided adhesive strips 60.

[0092] The method may include a step consisting of carrying out a secondary fixing 55, in particular by welding at the level of each lateral edge of the front and rear lateral walls 22 and 23 of the inner casing 3.

[0093] Other variants can still be considered.

[0094] For example, the container 1 may have a cylindrical shape, in which case the inner envelope 3 only has one cylindrical side wall, for example, as do the outer envelope 2 and the possible intermediate envelope 80.

[0095] In another example, the fixing 50 does not extend over the entire periphery of the inner envelope 3 but only over a portion, for example over three of the four side walls.
