[0002] Numerous models of walking assistance devices for the elderly or disabled have already been proposed. For example, there are walkers, which are medical devices comprising a frame, four wheels, and handles, allowing an elderly or disabled person to lean against the device and push it as they move around to improve their balance and maintain support.

In particular, one objective of the invention is to provide a mobility assistance device with a reduced medical connotation, so as to be able to assist elderly or disabled people requiring walking support in a wider range of circumstances, but also other populations.

A collective mobility assistance device (1), comprising a rolling frame (10) including: - a set of wheels (11), comprising two front wheels and two rear wheels, - at least one handle (12), - a first adult seat (20) facing backwardly of the device, relative to the walking direction, the first seat (20) comprising a seating base (21) extending to a height of between 40 and 60 cm, and - a second child seat (30), facing forwardly of the device, the second seat (30) comprising a seating base (31) extending to a height of between 25 and 40 cm the device having a width gradually decreasing from the rear to the front, with a spacing between the front wheels that is less than the spacing between the rear wheels, and each seat (20, 30) comprising a respective backrest (22, 33) shaped such that there is a gap between the base of the backrest (22, 33) and the bottom of the seating base (21, 31).

2. The assistance device (1) according to the preceding claim, wherein the seating base (21) of the first seat (20) is foldable so as to assume a folded configuration in which it provides support for a material element.

The assistance device according to one of claims 4 or 5, wherein the transverse element (14) comprises two lateral arms (144) each extending in a substantially vertical plane, with each arm (144) forming a first bend (145) located laterally to the seating base of the first seat, and a second bend (146) positioned laterally to the seating base (31) of the second seat (30), such that the bends (145, 146) form handrails for the first and second seats (20, 30), and the transverse element (14) further comprises a first transverse bar (147) connecting the lateral arms (144), with the first transverse bar (147) extending in line with the front end of the seating base (21) of the first seat (20), and a second transverse bar (148) connecting the lateral arms, with the second bar extending in line with the rear end of the seating base (31) of the second seat (30).

9. The assistance device (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the first seat (20) includes a seating base (21) shaped to interconnect the two longitudinal elements (13) and to connect the transverse element (14) to the longitudinal elements (13).

The assistance device (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein: - the device further comprises a storage space (17), at least delimited by a horizontal support wall (31a), the storage space (17) being located at a height lower than the height of the seating base (21) of the first seat (20) and being accessible through the space between the bottom of the seating base (21) and the base of the backrest (22) of the first seat (20).
