Description

[0001] The invention relates to a system steam cooker. The system steam cooker for preparing food has a base tray. The system steam cooker also has a lid separate from the base tray. The lid is bowl-shaped. The lid is designed to be placed on the base tray, forming a closed steam cooking chamber of the system steam cooker. Another aspect of the invention relates to a cooking appliance with such a system steam cooker.

[0002] System steam cookers that are separate and portable from a cooking appliance are known in the art. For example, one such system steam cooker is known from DE 10 2009 055 118 A1.

[0003] CN 2 520 794 Y shows a multifunctional pan. EP 2 468 150 A1 discloses a steam treatment insert for use in a cooking appliance. EP 0 165 187 A1 describes a cooking appliance with steam injection at atmospheric pressure. CN 203 028 958 U shows a foldable steamer. US 2002 / 157542 A1 discloses a steamer connected to a steam detector of a cooking appliance. DE 10 2010 062505 A1 describes a rack-type cooking support and cooking appliances for operating a rack-type cooking support, as well as a method for treating food with steam.

[0004] The object of the present invention is to create a system steam cooker that is more user-friendly. Accordingly, the object of the present invention is also to create a cooking appliance with such a system steam cooker.

[0005] This task is solved by a system steamer according to the claims.

[0006] The invention relates to a system steamer. The system steamer for preparing food comprises a base tray. The system steamer further comprises a lid separate from the base tray. The lid is bowl-shaped. When the system steamer is in its intended use, the lid can be placed on the base tray, forming a closed steaming chamber within the system steamer.

[0007] According to the invention, the shell shape of the base shell or the shell shape of the lid is formed such that the respective other component, in a storage configuration different from the usage configuration, in its inverted state, in which the loading opening of this shell-shaped component faces away from the then receiving component, is immersed at least 50 percent, in particular at least 60 percent, in its height into the receiving component. This is particularly the case when these two components are guided into one another and stacked accordingly. A closed steam cooking chamber is not formed in this storage configuration.Such an embodiment provides a system steamer in which, when the base tray and the lid are not positioned with their respective loading openings facing each other and adjacent to each other to form the closed steam cooking chamber, these components are arranged in a space-saving manner. This is because, in a state in which the two components are oriented in the same direction with their loading openings of the respective tray shape, they can be guided into each other very comprehensively and, in this respect, also stacked very compactly. This allows the system steamer to be stored very space-efficiently.By immersing the component that is inserted into the receiving component relatively far in the vertical direction, the upper component can also be prevented from slipping or falling off the receiving component when the two components are stored in this way. This storage configuration of the system steamer is particularly advantageous when the base tray is the receiving component and the lid is made of a fragile material, such as real glass. In particular, in this storage configuration of the system steamer, the lid can then allow the lid to be immersed very far into the base tray. This exemplary embodiment also prevents unwanted falling or slipping and the resulting possible breakage of the lid. However, in another embodiment, it is also possible for the lid to be the receiving component, and for the base tray to be inserted into this lid in this storage configuration. In such a storage configuration of the system steam cooker, no closed steam cooking chamber is formed, since, as already explained above, the two loading openings of these components forming the housing of the system steam cooker, namely the lid and the base tray, are arranged with their loading openings oriented in the same direction.

[0008] According to the invention, the lid has a shell collar wall. This shell collar wall is the peripheral wall that helps define the tub shape or shell shape. This shell collar wall is arranged circumferentially on the edge of a lid wall. The shell collar wall has a first collar side wall, viewed in the width direction of the system steam cooker, and an opposite second collar side wall. The shell collar wall is, in particular, completely circumferential. If the lid with its lid wall is angular, for example, square, the shell shape of the lid is also square. In this case, the shell collar wall has four collar side walls. In addition to the two opposite lateral collar side walls mentioned, there is also a collar front wall and a collar rear wall.A guide web is arranged on an outer side of the first collar side wall facing away from the volume of the lid and on an outer side of the second collar side wall facing away from this volume of the lid. A guide web protrudes laterally in the width direction and is straight in the depth direction of the system steam cooker. The guide web can also be referred to as the lid support rail. This guide web is designed to support and guide the lid on a guide unit in the cooking chamber of a cooking appliance when the lid is used as a food receiving tray. Thus, in one embodiment, the lid is provided as a multifunctional component of the system steam cooker. If only the system steamer is considered in isolation, in a configuration in which food is to be prepared in the steam cooking chamber, the lid can be placed on the base tray with its loading opening facing the base tray, thus forming, as already explained above, a closed steam cooking chamber. This chamber is then directly defined by the lid and the base tray. In this context, the lid and base tray also form the housing of the system steamer.

[0009] The invention also allows the lid to be used independently of the system steam cooker itself. It also serves, and is intended for, as a separate food tray. This is the case when the lid is used upside down and positioned with its embroidery opening facing upwards. Food can then be placed directly into the lid. This guide bar is particularly advantageous when used in this way. This is because this food tray can then also be inserted into a cooking chamber of the cooking appliance as a food carrier, particularly on a specific shelf level. For this purpose, a cooking appliance can have guide units on the left and right sides of this cooking chamber, which are intended to directly accommodate such guide bars of food carriers. In the present exemplary embodiment in particular, it is particularly advantageous that these guide webs are then mounted directly on the left and right sides of this guide unit, so that this lid is then suspended from these guide units in the cooking chamber in its function as a food tray. This means that the lid of this system steam cooker can be used on its own and in isolation for this specific, individual further use. However, this requires that precisely these specifically arranged and configured guide webs are present. These are then also correspondingly stable, so that the lid can only be hung directly on the guide units on the left and right sides using these guide webs. This means that the guide webs are also so stable in themselves that they can absorb the weight of the entire lid when arranged directly on the guide units. This is particularly possible if the lid is used as a food tray and is fully loaded with food to be cooked.

[0010] In one embodiment, these linear guide webs extend over the entire length of the collar side walls. This ensures appropriate mechanical stability. It also enables particularly safe, simple, and smooth movement of the lid relative to the guide units. Furthermore, a particularly comprehensive mechanical coupling of the guide webs directly to the guide rails is also possible. These guide webs ensure secure mounting of the lid on the guide units.

[0011] In particular, the shape of the guide bar, namely its straight design in the depth direction, particularly promotes mechanical contact with the guide units and ensures particularly continuous, smooth, and secure movement, particularly linearly in the depth direction of the cooking appliance into or out of the cooking chamber. This also ensures very smooth and jam-free movement of the lid during this type of use.

[0012] In one embodiment, the guide webs are multifunctional components. In particular, in addition to their mechanical coupling and guiding function on guide units of the cooking appliance, the guide webs are also designed as handles. These are then intended so that a user can grasp them directly in order to carry the lid. This enables safe handling and transport of the lid. In one embodiment, it is provided that the guide webs, at least in sections, also have specific zones designed as handles. In one embodiment, the gripping behavior can thus be further improved. For example, such zones can be formed as depressions in which, for example, fingers, in particular fingertips, can engage or make contact from below. This further improves the gripping of this lid. This further prevents the user from slipping off these guide bars.

[0013] In addition to or instead of this, the guide bars can also be provided with a thermally insulating material, at least in some areas. For example, this can be provided in the gripping zones on the guide bars mentioned above. This can prevent unwanted heat exposure from a guide bar to the user when they grasp the lid using the guide bars with their hand or fingers.

[0014] In one embodiment, a vertical distance of a guide web from an upper edge of the collar side wall on which this guide web is arranged is between 18 mm and 24 mm. In particular, this distance measured in the vertical direction is between 20 mm and 22 mm, in particular 21 mm. This provides a further very advantageous embodiment. This is because, on the one hand, it enables an improved coupling of this guide web to the guide units and can take place independently of this upper edge of the collar side wall. The upper edge is the one facing away from the lid wall. Furthermore, this position of the guide web relative to this upper edge of the collar side wall also ensures that, when the lid is placed on the base tray to form the closed steam cooking chamber, this guide web is still arranged at a vertical distance from the base tray wall. This makes it particularly easy for the user to use these guide bars as handles when using the system steamer, which, thanks to this positioning, are also intended to be handles. This guide bar is then completely exposed to the sides, top, and bottom of the base tray, allowing the user to easily grasp it from both sides, from below and from above.

[0015] In particular, this distance also enables the lid to be used multifunctionally as a food storage tray. Since cooking appliances have differently designed guide units, this position of the guide bar enables coupling with different guide units in the cooking appliance. This is because, when such a guide unit has an upper guide rail and a lower guide rail that are arranged at a distance from one another in the vertical direction, the system steam cooker with guide rails on the base tray can be inserted into the guide space between these two guide rails of the guide unit without the guide bar of the lid placed on the base tray getting in the way. This means that in this embodiment, the system steam cooker can be securely hung on these guide units with the base tray located underneath. The lid's guide bar is then out of the way and can be positioned above the upper guide bar or the upper guide rail of this guide unit in the cooking appliance. Especially when this guide bar overlaps the upper guide rail of the guide unit in the width direction of the cooking appliance, smooth movement of the entire system steam cooker in the cooking chamber relative to the guide unit is possible. Even if the system steam cooker is suspended from such guide units, the lid can be easily removed by itself, in particular by lifting it using its guide bars.

[0016] On the other hand, even with differently configured guide units, it is also possible to allow the entire system steamer to be directly supported or suspended via the base tray without the guide bar on the lid getting in the way.

[0017] In one embodiment, a seal is arranged between the lid and the base shell. In one embodiment, a seal can be arranged on the lid, in particular in a stationary manner. The seal can, for example, be arranged on the upper edge of the shell collar wall. The seal can then form the uppermost region of the upper edge. In such an embodiment, too, a vertical distance of a guide web from the upper region of the upper edge of the collar side wall provided with the seal, on which this guide web is arranged, is between 18 mm and 24 mm. In particular, this distance measured in the height direction is between 20 mm and 22 mm, in particular 21 mm.

[0018] In one embodiment, a pull-out stop element is arranged on at least one guide bar of the lid. This is intended to limit the extension of the lid along the extension path on the guide unit of the cooking appliance. This also means that, particularly when the lid, viewed on its own in its intended use as a separate food storage tray and is therefore also directly coupled to the guide unit via these guide bars, in particular is arranged resting thereon, excessive pulling out and the resulting falling of the lid from the guide unit is prevented. In the depth direction, this lid can then only be pulled out on the guide unit until the pull-out stop element of the guide bar strikes a counter-stop element of the guide unit.

[0019] In one embodiment, the pull-out stop element is manufactured in one piece with the guide bar. Such an integrated design is advantageous because it allows for savings in components and assembly effort. Furthermore, this integrated design increases the mechanical stability of the pull-out stop element and permanently maintains the desired position on the guide bar.

[0020] In one embodiment, the guide webs of the lid are made of real glass. In particular, in one embodiment, the entire lid is formed as a single piece. In particular, it is made entirely of real glass. The above-mentioned embodiments are particularly advantageous with such a material specification of the lid. Especially with this material design, the guide webs and their multifunctionality are to be emphasized, since something like this does not exist or is not feasible with previous glass lids. Preferably, the guide webs have a thickness of between 4 mm and 8 mm, in particular between 4 mm and 6 mm, viewed in the vertical direction. This now makes it particularly advantageous, even with glass lids of a system steam cooker, to use flanges or webs protruding from the edges in a more multifunctional way, as explained above.

[0021] According to the invention, the base tray has a bottom wall. Furthermore, according to the invention, the base tray has a tray collar wall. This is arranged at the edge and, in particular, completely circumferentially on the bottom wall. The tray shape is formed by the bottom wall and the tray collar wall. The tray collar wall defines a loading opening of this tray shape on the side facing away from the bottom wall.

[0022] According to the invention, the shell collar wall comprises a first collar side wall, viewed in the width direction of the system steam cooker, and an opposite second collar side wall. The shell collar wall preferably also comprises a collar front wall and a collar rear wall, particularly in the case of a four-sided shell collar wall.

[0023] According to the invention, on an outer side facing away from the volume of the base tray, the first collar side wall has a guide web that projects laterally in the width direction and is straight in the depth direction of the system steam cooker. According to the invention, the second collar side wall has a guide web that projects laterally in the width direction and is straight in the depth direction of the system steam cooker. Here, too, the guide webs can be referred to as support rails. The guide webs are designed to support and guide the base tray on a guide unit in the cooking chamber of a cooking appliance. They can thus be mechanically coupled directly to the guide unit in order to be able to move the entire system steam cooker within the cooking chamber.Particularly when the lid is placed on the base tray to form the closed steam cooking chamber of the system steam cooker in a usage configuration, this system steam cooker can then be arranged as a whole within the cooking chamber of the cooking appliance on a specific shelf level. This shelf level, which is also spaced apart from the floor of the cooking chamber, is defined by these guide units.

[0024] In one embodiment, the base shell is formed in one piece. In one embodiment, it is made of metal.

[0025] In one embodiment, the guide webs of the base shell extend over the entire length of the collar side walls. In one embodiment, the guide webs can also be provided as a multifunctional component. The guide webs can then also be designed as handles, by which a user can grasp and carry the base shell. Regarding the design of the handles, embodiments can be provided as explained for the handles on the guide webs of the lid. The advantages then apply analogously here.

[0026] In one embodiment, a guide web is arranged on an upper edge of the base tray. In one embodiment, an upper side of the guide web is arranged horizontally flush with an upper side of this edge of the base tray, which is also the upper edge of the tray collar wall of the base tray. The guide web is thus positioned as far upwards as possible in this embodiment and thus also widens this upper edge in the width direction. In one embodiment, an attachment platform is formed on an inner side of the collar side walls of the base tray, offset downwards compared to the upper edge of the collar side walls, on which platform the lid rests with its edge that delimits the loading opening of the tray shape of the lid when the lid is placed on the base tray, in particular to form the closed steam cooking chamber of the system steam cooker. This means that when the system steamer is configured for use, the lid and its collar walls of the bowl collar wall dip into the base bowl in some areas when it is placed on the base bowl. This means that the bowl collar wall of the lid and the bowl collar wall of the base bowl overlap in a defined way in this usage configuration. This prevents the lid from slipping unwantedly on the base bowl. In particular, it also prevents the lid, when placed on the base bowl, from slipping sideways when the entire system steamer is carried and, for example, slipping onto the guide bars of the base bowl. This also prevents the lid from slipping, for example, on or over a user's fingers with which the user grips the base bowl on the guide bars. This enables particularly safe and user-friendly transport of the system steamer.

[0027] According to the invention, when the lid is placed on the base tray in the usage configuration, the vertical distance between a guide bar of the lid and a guide bar of the base tray is between 11 mm and 15 mm, in particular between 12 mm and 14 mm. Thus, when the lid has reached its final position in the usage configuration with its loading opening facing the loading opening of the base tray, a defined distance, viewed in the vertical direction, is formed between the underside of the guide bar of the lid and the upper side of the guide bar of the base tray arranged on this side and positioned underneath. This also makes it particularly easy to grip the guide bar of the lid alone, for example to safely lift the lid off the base tray. On the other hand, this also means that the entire system steam cooker can be easily carried. This means that a user can then easily and securely grip only the guide bars of the base shell. They do not have to simultaneously grip the lid's guide bars, which are located directly above it. This gap and the defined spacing of the guide bars allow the user to easily and securely insert their fingers, especially their thumbs, into the gap between the lid's guide bars and the base shell.

[0028] The invention relates to a system steam cooker. The system steam cooker for preparing food has a base tray. The system steam cooker further has a lid that is separate from the base tray. The lid is tray-shaped. In a usage configuration of the system steam cooker, the lid can be placed onto the base tray as intended, thereby forming a closed steam cooking chamber of the system steam cooker. The lid has a tray collar wall that has a first collar side wall, viewed in the width direction of the system steam cooker, and an opposite second collar side wall. On an outer side of the first collar side wall and on an outer side of the second collar side wall, a guide web is arranged that projects laterally in the width direction and is in particular straight in the depth direction of the system steam cooker. In one aspect, a vertical distance of a guide web to an upper edge of the collar side wall delimiting the loading opening of the lid is between 18 mm and 24 mm, in particular between 20 mm and 22 mm.

[0029] According to the invention, the base tray has a tray collar wall which has a first collar side wall viewed in the width direction and an opposite second collar side wall, wherein on an outer side of the first collar side wall and on an outer side of the second collar side wall a guide web is arranged which projects laterally in the width direction and is straight in the depth direction of the system steam cooker, wherein in the state in which the lid is placed on the base tray in the usage configuration, a vertical distance between a guide web of the lid and a guide web of the base tray is between 11 mm and 15 mm, in particular between 12 mm and 14 mm.

[0030] The invention relates to a system steam cooker. The system steam cooker for preparing food has a base tray. The system steam cooker further has a lid separate from the base tray. The lid is tray-shaped. In a usage configuration of the system steam cooker, the lid can be placed onto the base tray as intended, thus forming a closed steam cooking chamber of the system steam cooker. The base tray has a tray collar wall which, viewed in the width direction, has a first collar side wall and an opposite second collar side wall, wherein a guide web projecting laterally in the width direction and being rectilinear in the depth direction of the system steam cooker is arranged on an outer side of the first collar side wall and on an outer side of the second collar side wall.On an inner side of the collar side walls, a seating platform is formed which is offset downwards compared to an upper edge of the base shell which delimits the loading opening, and on which the lid sits with its edge of the shell collar wall which delimits the loading opening of the lid when the lid is placed on the base shell in the usage configuration.

[0031] A further aspect of the invention relates to a cooking appliance. This cooking appliance has a housing. The housing can also be referred to as an outer housing. At least one cooking chamber is formed in the housing. In one embodiment, this chamber is delimited by the walls of a muffle of the cooking appliance. The muffle is a component of the cooking appliance that is separate from the housing. The cooking appliance furthermore has at least one system steamer according to the above-mentioned aspect or an advantageous embodiment thereof. The system steamer is, in particular, a portable system steamer. It can be reversibly inserted into the cooking chamber and removed again. Particularly with such embodiments, highly variable and flexible use is possible. This is because the system steamer can then be inserted into the cooking chamber as a whole. It can be inserted at a very specific insertion level in the cooking chamber. The cooking appliance preferably has guide units. These are arranged, in particular, on the left and right sides of the vertical side walls of the muffle. The system steam cooker can be mechanically coupled directly to these guide units on the left and right sides. This is achieved, in particular, by means of the advantageous guide webs mentioned above. As a result, the system steam cooker is mounted on these guide units, in particular only with these guide webs of the base tray. It can then be moved in the cooking chamber in the depth direction of the cooking appliance.

[0032] The terms "top", "bottom", "front", "back", "horizontal", "vertical", "depth direction", "width direction", "height direction", etc., indicate the positions and orientations given when the device is used and arranged as intended.

[0033] Further features of the invention emerge from the claims, the figures and the description of the figures.

[0034] Embodiments of the invention are explained in more detail below with reference to schematic drawings. They show: Fig. 1 a perspective view of an embodiment of a system steamer according to the invention; Fig. 2 a vertical sectional view through the system steamer according to Fig. 1 in a usage configuration; Fig. 3 a vertical sectional view through the system steamer in a stowed configuration; Fig. 4 a perspective view of an embodiment of a lid of the system steamer; Fig. 5 a top view of an embodiment of a lid of the system steamer; Fig. 6 a vertical sectional view through the lid according to Fig. 5 ; Fig. 7 an enlarged view of a portion of the view in Fig. 6 ; Fig. 8 a perspective view of an embodiment of a base tray of the system steamer; Fig. 9 an embodiment of a cooking appliance according to the invention with an embodiment of a system steamer according to the invention and an embodiment of a lid of a system steamer used as a cooking appliance receiving tray; Fig. 10 a front view of a further embodiment of a cooking appliance according to the invention with an embodiment of a system steamer according to the invention; Fig. 11 an enlarged view of a partial area of Fig. 10 for a first embodiment of a hanging unit of the cooking appliance; and Fig. 12 an enlarged view corresponding to that in Fig. 11 for a different embodiment of a hanging unit of a cooking appliance.

[0035] In the figures, identical or functionally identical elements are provided with the same reference symbols.

[0036] In Fig. 1 A perspective view of an embodiment of a system steam cooker 1 is shown. The system steam cooker 1 is designed for preparing food with steam. The system steam cooker 1 is a portable system steam cooker. The system steam cooker 1 has a base tray 2. It also has a lid 3 separate from the base tray 2. The base tray 2 is bowl-shaped or tub-shaped. The lid 3 is bowl-shaped or hood-shaped. In particular, the lid 3 is also tub-shaped.

[0037] For both the base tray 2 and the lid 3, the preferably provided tray shape is designed such that the dimensions of the respective components are larger in a horizontal plane, when the system steam cooker 1 is arranged and set up as intended, than in the vertical direction. This means that the dimensions of the lid 3 and the base tray 2 are larger, in particular much larger, in the plane spanned by the width direction (x-direction) and the depth direction (z-direction) than in the vertical direction (y-direction).

[0038] The base tray 2 and the lid 3 also form a housing, in particular an outer housing, of the system steam cooker 1.

[0039] In Fig. 1 The system steam cooker 1 is shown in a usage configuration. This configuration shows the lid 3 placed vertically on the base tray 2. The lid 3 faces a loading opening of the base tray 2. The two loading openings of the base tray 2 and the lid 3 thus face each other. The lid 3 is placed directly onto the base tray 2 from above. This defines a steam cooking chamber 4 formed by the base tray 2 and the lid 3. This is, in particular, a completely closed steam cooking chamber 4.

[0040] In one embodiment, the lid 3 has a lid wall 5. This is in the usage configuration according to Fig. 1 a ceiling wall. Furthermore, the lid 3 has a shell collar wall 6. This is formed circumferentially around the ceiling wall 5. This defines the tub shape. The shell collar wall 6 has a first collar side wall 7 formed in the width direction (x-direction) of the system steam cooker 1 and an opposite second collar side wall 8. In addition, the shell collar wall 6 also has a collar front wall 9 and a collar rear wall 10. As shown in Fig. 1 As can be seen, a guide web 11 is formed on an outer side 7a of the first collar side wall 7, protruding laterally therefrom in the width direction. This guide web is formed integrally with the cover 3. The guide web 11 can also be referred to as a support rail. The guide web 11 extends uninterrupted in the depth direction and in particular over the entire length of the first collar side wall 7. The guide web 11 is designed to be rectilinear in this depth direction. Furthermore, in one exemplary embodiment, a guide web 12 is also arranged on an outer side 8a of the second collar side wall 8. This guide web also protrudes laterally from this outer side 8a in the width direction. It extends uninterrupted in the depth direction over the entire length of the collar side wall 8. It is designed to be rectilinear in this depth direction.

[0041] In one exemplary embodiment, the base shell 2 has a base wall 13. Furthermore, the base shell 2 has a shell collar wall 14. This is formed circumferentially around the edge of the base wall 13. Here, too, the tub shape of the base shell 2 is defined by the base wall 13 and the shell collar wall 14.

[0042] In one embodiment, this shell collar wall 14 has collar side walls 15 and 16 on opposite sides, viewed in the width direction. These have guide webs 17 and 18 on outer sides 15a and 16a. These guide webs 17 and 18 extend continuously and linearly in the depth direction. In the width direction, they project laterally from the outer sides 15a and 16a.

[0043] In one exemplary embodiment, the guide webs 11 and 12 are intended to be used to support and guide the lid 3 on a guide unit that is separate from the system steam cooker 1 in a cooking chamber of a cooking appliance. This is particularly the case when this lid 3, in a use different from the system steam cooker 1, is used solely as a food receiving tray, in particular as a food support. In such a second type of use of the lid 3, it is used separately from the base tray 2 for preparing food. It is then arranged in a position rotated by 180°, so that its loading opening is arranged upwards and the lid wall 5 is positioned at the bottom, thus essentially forming the base. In such a type of use in such a position, the lid 3 can then be coupled with its guide webs 11 and 12 directly into guide units arranged opposite one another. This lid 3 then rests directly on these guide units, in particular only with the guide webs 11 and 12. In one exemplary embodiment, it can then also be moved relative to them. This allows the lid to be moved linearly within the cooking chamber, in particular, pulled out and pushed in, viewed in the depth direction of the cooking appliance.

[0044] Due to the guide bars 17 and 18 of the base tray 2, it is also possible and intended that the entire system steam cooker 1 can be stored in the Fig. 1 The exemplary usage configuration shown can also be introduced into such a cooking chamber and, in particular, can also be mounted on opposing guide units. In particular, it is then also provided here that the system steam cooker 1 is arranged only with these guide webs 17 and 18 in direct contact with these guide units and is thus directly coupled to the guide units on the left and right sides with the guide webs 17 and 18 and suspended therefrom.

[0045] In one embodiment, the guide webs 11 and 12 are also designed as handles, at least in some areas. Thus, in one embodiment, these guide webs 11 and 12 are also provided with grip zones in some areas. A user can then grip the lid 3 individually and securely, independently of the base tray 2. This also enables easy and safe carrying of the lid 3.

[0046] In one embodiment, the guide bars 17 and 18 can be designed as handles, at least in some areas. Here, too, it is intended that these guide bars can also be grasped directly by a user, particularly in grip zones on the guide bars. This also allows the entire system steamer 1 or the base tray 2 to be securely grasped and carried independently.

[0047] In this context, the guide bars 11 and 12 and / or the guide bars 17 and 18 are multifunctional components of the system steam cooker 1.

[0048] In Fig. 2 is shown in a vertical section along the section line II-II in Fig. 1 the system steamer 1 is shown.

[0049] As can be seen in this exemplary embodiment and in the usage configuration shown, the loading opening 19 of the lid 3 and the loading opening 20 of the base tray 2 face each other. This creates the larger steam cooking chamber 4 in this respect. As can also be seen in this example, the guide web 11 and the guide web 12 are offset in height towards the lid wall 5 compared to an edge 21 of the tray collar wall 6 that delimits the loading opening 19 and can also be referred to as the upper edge 21. This distance or offset, measured in height, between a side 11a of the guide web 11 facing the upper edge 21 and a side 12a of the guide web 12 facing the upper edge 21 is preferably between 18 mm and 24 mm, in particular between 20 mm and 22 mm. This distance a1, as shown in an enlarged partial view in Fig. 7 can be seen, it also allows that in this usage configuration, as described in Fig. 2 shown, the guide webs 11 and 12 can be positioned at a distance from the guide webs 17 and 18.

[0050] It is also possible for a seal, in particular a silicone seal, to be arranged between the lid 3 and the base tray 2. This seal can preferably be arranged on the upper edge 21, in particular in a fixed position. It can be pulled or slipped over the upper edge 21. In such an embodiment, the vertical distance a1 is also formed, in particular with the values mentioned above. This distance a1 is then formed between the side 12a and the upper region of the seal, which then represents the upper edge 21.

[0051] Preferably, a distance a2 measured in this height direction between the side 11a of the guide web 11 and the side 17a of the guide web 17 facing the guide web 11 is between 11 mm and 15 mm, in particular between 12 mm and 14 mm, in particular 13 mm. The same applies to the distance a2 between the sides 12a of the guide web 12 and a side 18a of the guide web 18 facing the guide web 12.

[0052] As furthermore in Fig. 2 As can be seen, in one exemplary embodiment, the guide webs 17 and 18 are arranged directly on an upper edge 22 of the collar side walls 15 and 16. In particular, the sides 17a and 18a are arranged flush with this upper edge 22, which delimits the loading opening 20. In the case of the base tray 2, these guide webs 17 and 18 thus also form the upper end of the base tray 2, measured in the height direction.

[0053] As furthermore in Fig. 2 As can be seen, in one embodiment, a seating platform or an attachment platform 23 is formed on, in particular, the inside of, the collar side wall 15. In particular, such an attachment platform 24 is also formed on the collar side wall 16. These are offset inwards relative to the guide webs 17 and 18 when viewed in the width direction. When viewed in the height direction, these seating platforms or attachment platforms 23 and 24 are offset downwards relative to the guide webs 17 and 18. In particular, they are offset downwards by at least the thickness of the guide webs 17 and 18 measured in the height direction. As shown in Fig. 2 As can be seen, the lid 3 is then arranged in this usage configuration with the upper edge 21 resting on these add-on pedestals 23 and 24, in particular sitting directly on them. The lid 3 thus dips in a very specific manner, at least in part, into the base tray 2 in this usage configuration. The lid 3 is thereby secured in its position in a special way. Nevertheless, the lid 3 can be grasped and removed by a user via the guide webs 11 and 12 alone. On the other hand, it is then also easy to pick up and carry the entire system steam cooker 1, in particular just by grasping the guide webs 17 and 18 of the base tray 2.

[0054] In Fig. 2 Also shown, by way of example, are two separate receiving trays 25 and 26, which are arranged in the separate base tray 2. These receiving trays 25 and 26 are intended for directly receiving food to be cooked. As can be seen, they are arranged in the base tray 2 such that they are preferably arranged without contact with the base wall 13. For example, water can then be introduced into the base tray 2 for evaporation, so that the food in the receiving trays 25 and 26 can then be cooked by the steam generated.

[0055] In Fig. 3 1 shows a further exemplary embodiment of the system steam cooker 1 in a vertical sectional view. As can be seen here, in a storage configuration in which no food is to be prepared in the system steam cooker 1 within the steam cooking chamber 4, the two basic components, namely the base tray 2 and the lid 3, are stacked one inside the other. In this exemplary embodiment, the lid 3 is the receiving component for the base tray 2. It is therefore provided that the lid 3 is arranged in an inverted position, namely with its loading opening 19 facing upwards and thus facing away from the base tray 2. The base tray 2 is then inserted into the volume of the lid 3 via this loading opening 19.As can be seen here, the shape of the tray or the pan of the lid 3 is such that the base tray 2 is accommodated in this vertical direction by at least 50 percent, in particular at least 60 percent, of its height in the receiving component, here the lid 3. This results in a particularly compact design of this system steamer 1 in this storage configuration.

[0056] As can be seen here, even in this storage configuration, a gap is maintained between guide bars 11 and 17 on the one hand and 12 and 18 on the other. This also makes it very easy, for example, to remove the base tray 2 from the lid 3, or to carry both components individually by grasping the guide bars 11 and 12.

[0057] As can also be seen, in this stowage configuration, in one exemplary embodiment, the base tray 2 with its attachment pedestals 23 and 24 rests from above on the upper edge 21 of the tray collar wall 6 of the lid 3. This also particularly advantageously defines the depth of insertion of the base tray 2 into the lid 3. It is also particularly advantageous that, in this stowage configuration, the tray collar wall 14 of the base tray 2 is arranged laterally spaced from the tray collar wall 6 of the lid 3. This prevents undesired rubbing against one another, jamming, or spreading when inserted into one another. This also ensures a high level of wear resistance.

[0058] In another embodiment, it is also possible that the stacking as shown in Fig. 3 in the stowed configuration is shown, is exactly reversed. This means that the base tray 2 is then the receiving component and the lid 3 is lowered into the base tray 2 from above. Here, too, the base tray 2 and the lid 3 are formed such that the component to be lowered, in this embodiment the lid 3, is immersed with at least 50 percent, in particular at least 60 percent, of its height into the receiving component, in this embodiment the base tray 2. In this embodiment, too, both loading openings 19 and 20 are oriented upwards.

[0059] In Fig. 4 an embodiment of the lid 3 is shown. In the guide web 11, at least one pull-out stop element 27 is formed. This pull-out stop element 27 represents an elevation upwards and / or downwards compared to the guide web 11. The pull-out stop element 27 is intended to prevent the lid 3 from being pulled out too far when it is arranged on a guide unit in the cooking appliance, as already explained above, and is pulled forwards out of the cooking chamber in the depth direction of the cooking appliance. The pull-out stop element 27 then contacts a counter-stop element of the cooking appliance at a specific pull-out position, so that further pull-out is then stopped in this respect. This prevents the system steam cooker 1 from undesirably falling down or the system steam cooker 1, in particular the lid 3, from tipping off a guide unit when it is pulled out very far downwards. This is particularly advantageous when the lid 3, in its second intended use as already explained above, is used alone as a food storage tray without the base tray 2. In one exemplary embodiment, a corresponding pull-out stop element 27, which is shown in . Fig. 4 cannot be recognized.

[0060] In the embodiment in Fig. 4 It is provided, which can also be the case in the other embodiments, that not only guide webs 11 and 12 can be formed on the opposite collar side walls 7 and 8, but that these guide webs 11 and 12 are designed to be completely circumferential and thus as a circumferential flange.

[0061] In one embodiment, the cover 3 is made in one piece. It is made, in particular, of real glass. As a result, in one embodiment, it is also transparent, at least in some areas.

[0062] In Fig. 5 An embodiment of a cover 3 is shown in a plan view. This cover has corresponding guide webs 11 and 12 only on the collar side walls 7 and 8.

[0063] In Fig. 6 the cover 3 is along the section line VI-VI in Fig. 5 shown. Exemplary and non-exhaustive dimensions of cover 3 are also shown here.

[0064] In Fig. 7 is an enlarged view of section I in Fig. 6 As already shown in Fig. 1 explained, the distance a1 is also shown here. In one exemplary embodiment, a guide web 12 has a thickness d1 which is between 4 mm and 8 mm, in particular between 4 mm and 6 mm. A height h, which is measured between the underside of the cover wall 5 and the upper edge 21, is preferably between 58 mm and 64 mm, in particular between 59 mm and 62 mm. Here too, the examples are not to be understood as exhaustive. In one exemplary embodiment, it can be provided that the cover wall 5 has a thickness d2 which is preferably between 4 mm and 6 mm, in particular 5 mm.

[0065] In Fig. 8 A perspective view of an embodiment of the base tray 2 is shown alone. The receiving trays 25 and 26 are shown.

[0066] In Fig. 9 1 shows a front view of an exemplary embodiment of a cooking appliance 28. The cooking appliance 28 has a housing 29. A muffle 30 is arranged in this housing 29. The muffle 30 defines, with its walls, a cooking chamber 31 of the cooking appliance 28. The muffle 30 has vertical side walls 32 and 33. Guide units 34 and 35 are arranged on these vertical side walls 32 and 33. These guide units 34 and 35 are intended to allow food carriers to be received directly on their opposite edge sides, in particular to be positioned on them at different insertion levels.

[0067] The guide units 34 and 35 can be designed in a variety of ways. They can, for example, be hanging grids. Such hanging grids can be formed as support frames that can be reversibly and detachably attached to the side walls 32 and 33. Other embodiments of guide units 34 and 35 can, for example, also be telescopic pull-out rails. The guide units 34 and 35 generally have receiving units 36 and 37. These are intended so that the food supports can be arranged directly thereon, in particular placed thereon. In the exemplary embodiment, these receiving units 36 and 37 are formed by a lower receiving element 36a and an upper receiving element 36b. These can also be referred to as guide rails. The same applies to the receiving elements 37a and 37b. Only one of these receiving units 36 and 37 is explained here on the opposite sides. As is shown in Fig. 9 As shown, further such receiving units 36 and 37 can be provided at different defined heights, viewed in the vertical direction. These receiving units 36 and 37 determine the various discrete insertion levels for the food carriers in the cooking chamber 31.

[0068] In the embodiment in Fig. 9 is an embodiment of a system steam cooker 1, as it is to the Fig. 1 bis 7 explained, here by way of example, suspended in the lowest shelf level on the receiving units 36 and 37 of the guide units 34 and 35 provided there. It is provided here that the entire system steam cooker 1 is mechanically contacted directly with these receiving units 36 and 37 only via the guide webs 17 and 18. The guide webs 17 and 18 are received between the lower and upper receiving elements 36a and 36b and 37a and 37b provided here. The guide webs 11 and 12 of the lid 3 are arranged above the upper receiving elements 36b and 37b and positioned without contact therewith. As can also be seen here, the advantageously provided spacing between the guide webs 17 and 11 on the one hand and 18 and 12 on the other hand is also advantageous in order to Fig. 9 To enable the positioning of the entire system steamer 1 on such receiving units 36 and 37, as shown. The guide webs 11 and 12 are not in the way and do not prevent the insertion and guidance of the guide webs 17 and 18 between these upper and lower receiving elements 36a, 36b and 37a and 37b. Furthermore, the lid 3 can be easily removed from the base tray 2, in particular lifted, and the guide webs 11 and 12 can also be easily grasped by themselves.

[0069] In addition, Fig. 9 In a further exemplary embodiment, a lid 3 of a system steam cooker is also shown on its own. Here, in its second mode of use, it is used independently of the base tray 2 as a separate food receiving tray. Here, the loading opening 19 of the lid 3 is directed upwards. This lid 3 is coupled directly to receiving units 36 and 37 with its guide webs 11 and 12. In particular, in this exemplary embodiment, only the guide webs 11 and 12 are coupled to these receiving units 36 and 37. The guide webs 11 and 12 rest from above on the lower receiving elements 36a and 37a. As can be seen here, in this exemplary embodiment, the sole and separate lid 3 is arranged on a higher shelf level than the rest of the entire system steam cooker 1. The lid 3, viewed on its own, is arranged in the second highest shelf level. Thus, in this exemplary embodiment, food can be prepared both in the system steam cooker 1 and simultaneously in the separate second lid 3. Of course, it is also possible for only one of these two components, namely the system steam cooker 1 or only the separate additional lid 3, to be arranged in the cooking chamber 31. Of course, a wide variety of shelf levels, as may be provided and in . Fig. 9 shown as an example, can be used to position a system steamer 1 thereon and / or to position another separate lid 3 thereon. There can also be only one system steamer 1, which is then either used as a system steamer 1 or, in another type of use, the lid 3 is used alone as a food tray.

[0070] In another embodiment, the base tray 2 can also be used separately from the lid 3 as a separate food storage tray. In addition to its primary use in the entire system steam cooker 1, the base tray 2 then also has a second, secondary use, independent of the lid 3.

[0071] In Fig. 10 A further embodiment of a cooking appliance 28 is shown. In this embodiment, the cooking chamber 31 is separated by a cooking chamber divider 38 into an upper cooking chamber section 31a and a lower cooking chamber section 31b. By way of example, it is shown here that a system steam cooker 1 is arranged in the lower cooking chamber section 31b. The positioning and arrangement on a specific shelf level in this regard is correspondingly, as is Fig. 9 has already been explained. For this purpose, additional food can then be prepared simultaneously and independently in the upper cooking chamber section 31a. For this purpose, for example, another food support, such as a baking tray or a drip tray or the like, can be placed on the cooking chamber divider 38 from above. It is also possible that, for example, another system steam cooker 1 is arranged in this upper cooking chamber section 31a, for example on a specific shelf level there. It is also possible that, in addition to the representation in Fig. 10 in the upper cooking chamber section 31a, a separate lid 3 is arranged on a specific insertion level and, in its second use, serves as a food receiving tray.

[0072] As can also be seen in this context, the cooking appliance 28 also has a hot air system 39. In particular, in one exemplary embodiment, this hot air system 39 is arranged such that, when the cooking chamber divider 38 is arranged in its final position in the cooking chamber 31, the hot air system 39 only operates in this upper cooking chamber section 31a. Thus, for example, in the upper cooking chamber section 31a, preparation can take place with the hot air system 39 and, at the same time, in the lower cooking chamber section 31b in the system steam cooker 1, preparation of food can take place in another way and independently. Fig. 10 The several individual receiving units 36 and 37 are provided with the reference numerals.

[0073] In Fig. 11 Furthermore, an enlarged view of an exemplary embodiment of how a system steam cooker 1 can be arranged on a receiving unit 36 is shown. In particular, the receiving unit 36 is also shown here. Here, the guide web 17 of the base tray 2 rests from above on a lower receiving element 36a. In this exemplary embodiment, this can be, for example, a pull-out rail of a telescopic pull-out. Exemplary distances between the individual components are also shown here.

[0074] In addition, Fig. 12 another embodiment in an enlarged view corresponding to that in Fig. 11 In this embodiment, in contrast to Fig. 11 The lower receiving element 36a of the receiving unit 36 is not a pull-out rail, but rather a fixed grid bar as a support bar. This is formed parallel to the upper receiving element 36b, which is then also preferably designed as a grid bar. Here, too, exemplary distance values for the individual components are shown.
